I had such a great experience at Luna Grill! The food was super fresh and flavorful, everything came out quickly and was perfectly cooked. What really stood out, though, was the service. Sarah, the cashier, was so friendly and helpful! She took the time to explain a few menu items and made sure everything with my order was just right. It’s so nice to see genuine customer service like that. Definitely coming back soon!!

Danielle S went above and beyond during our visit. When the gyro was unavailable, she made a thoughtful customer-focused decision. She handled the situation confidently, showed great judgment, and clearly put customer satisfaction first. Her decision-making and leadership mindset show she has the potential to be a strong supervisor or manager in the near future.

I’m usually not the biggest fan of Mediterranean food, but I love Luna Grill, especially this location! The food is really good but the service is absolutely amazing! The few times I’ve come, Sarah has been my sever and she is so lovely, and has such a kind and welcoming presence. Definitely recommend coming here!

I absolutely love Luna Grill, especially this location. It’s so easy to come by and pick up food, especially as a university student. Sarah is usually my sever and she is so amazing—she is always so welcoming and informative on the menu, especially when I first started coming. I always know I’m in good hands whenever I order with her, and I always enjoy my dining experience here.

So I lowkey bailed on this chick for dinner the other night and came here instead and let me just say.. I have NEVER been happier after ghosting someone. I went in with a rumbly tummy and I was greeted by what seemed to be a literal angel. Jose was the best server I've had in my entire life, he was attentive, and brought my food out to me almost IMMEDIATELY. He even gave me the best recommendations too oh my goodness that garlic bonfire shrimp plate was AMAZING. Im salivating just thinking about it.. I hope to visit again and reignite the spark I had with Jose he truly made my experience amazing.

This was my first time trying Luna Grill and will definitely be coming back! Elli at the front welcomed my partner and I with a joyous smile and answered all of my many questions. Thank you so much Elli!

As a college student living in one of the most expensive cities in America, it’s always a blessing being able to find a restaurant that provides quality at a reasonable price. Luna grill has been one of the best parts of my college experience so far. I’m a huge fan of Mediterranean food, so having access to such quality eats has been a lifeline for me even after the dining hall shuts down. The service is always exceptional (unlike a lot of fast food restaurants), and Sarah was especially helpful during my first visit when I didn’t know what to order. 10/10 food and service, looking forward to coming here for the rest of my college career

Have eaten here a few times. Food is freshly made and delicious, not your typical fried fast food. Really healthy options that don’t sacrifice taste. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Sarah. Store is kept very clean as well.

So this guy stood me up and all I wanted to do was eat my feelings. I went to this establishment on a whim and wow! Jose there really made my day and even cheered me up some! I love going to this Luna Grill! The service is always so quick and amazing, and the food is so insanely good. All the staff is so sweet, shout-out to Sarah who works there, she is the absolute best server. Also, the whole place is decorated so cutely and the vibes are just amazing!

I come here as a treat cause im always satisfied with food and eating experience. The workers are kind and friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable to dine in. Daniella and the other staff are always welcoming. The price is slightly higher then I usually like but the food and overall experience makes up for it.

This location of Luna Grill gave me my worst experience of all Luna Grill I have ever been. I got beef kobideh kabab, but the thing they gave me was gyros meet that they made it just look like a traditional beef kobideh kabab, it has a terrible taste, smell, and texture which it never was like this in other locations in San Diego and also the location in spectrum one. The girl always is not really friendly which made us uncomfortable to ask more about the question we had. In overall I like Luna Grill but definitely not this location.

The workers were super nice, so this review is not about the service workers. It would completely be about the food. I ordered the plate with gyro and unfortunately the gyro was extremely dry and bland. It honestly tasted a bit stale and as if they had reheated up old gyro. A bit unfortunate because I had high hopes!

I usually love Luna Grill but this experience was just genuinely baffling. Placed an order at around 1:20p for two plates dine in. By 1:40, staff comes to our table and informs us that they forgot to start cooking our protein, so it was going to be another 10 minutes. They did apologize for the wait and offer us a sampler on the house, which was nice, and said it would take about 5 minutes. By 1:50, I'm starting to panic because I'm on my hour lunch break from work. 1:55, they finally have the food ready, but by this point we ask for it to-go so I can be back at work. They hand us the bag, except it's missing my plate! So we wait some more. Then, upon finally opening everything, we discover that my fries are cold and they completely forgot one plate's rice. I understand restaurants can be busy, but the fact that several parties ordered, got their food, ate and left before we even got ours was ridiculous. When you miss an order, I feel like you shouldn't put out new ones until you've fixed it, and you certainly shouldn't hand it off incomplete and missing items.
