Mr. Armando always surprises me with new ways of providing great customer service each time I visit this restaurant. It is like I would visit for the 1st time again, so one feels great to go eat at this Wendy's. In fact, I have a Wendy's next to my house in Irvine, but I will drive to this restaurant because it has the best customer service, smiles and staff. I have observed 1st hand how this great manager treats each customer and his crew with respect, active listening, patience and friendliness. Mr. Armando exemplifies phenomenal people skills. He should be training other restaurants to make a difference there too. He is a great assest to Wendy's. My family enjoys this place. A super kudos to him and his team!!!!

Been coming to this Wendy’s location since before it opened (#25 baby!) and I gotta say, this is easily the best fast food restaurant in terms of service in the Newport/Irvine area. Come during rush hour, you’ll still get your food anywhere between negative 10 seconds (yes, ‘negative’—I’ve had it happen where I’ll still be paying and my food will be ready) and 5 minutes MAX. Everyone here is a team player, and ON IT. Food here is always spot on too. I usually go for a Jr. fry and a larger burger/chicken sandwich. In this particular photo, I got a Dave’s Double. Pro tip: anything beyond a single is going to be a cavern of meat, so be sure to double up on veggies for the ‘Double’ or stomach-defying ‘Triple’. Fries are always crispy and even have a spiciness in the powder they put on it (those with an aversion to spice beware). Soda machine is great and easy to use. Nugs here are legit. Sauces are good and team will give you some without rolling their eyes like other places do. Bathrooms are clean for the most part. Friendly greetings and farewells are commonplace. Highly recommend for your fast food needs! Edit: Someone reminded me in another review that, yes, sometimes your burger order will be wrong, but I’ve found this to be par for the course for a lot of fast food places—the staff here are friendly and are very quick at correcting mistakes, as has been my experience.

One of the nicest fast food places I’ve ever been to; new, spacious and modern, with idyllic views looking out across rolling hills beyond. My food was brought out to me by hand as I waited on foot outside; I’d planned to come back in when I saw my order was ready on the big screen inside but before I knew it a kindly face appeared at the door bearing a carefully crafted burger, which turned out to be delicious.

Actually super fire and gas fr. They had a medium meal deal for 8 dollars with 2 little bacon burgers that was filling and tasted fresh. Tomatoes gross but they always are. Please a little more salt on them burgers. Best Wendy’s experience in a while.

This restaurant has hot food and fresh BUT I don't appreciate as a customer being made to work for an order on a computer when I expect human to human. I don't need to be trained. The computer world is not first. Humanity is first and human workers are first. Your profits aren't worth the value of humanity. AND there should be at least one window for service in the restaurant without a computer for those of us prefer human to human contact.

The issue is a lot of people standing around during 11:30-1pm waiting for their orders and it can get very crowded. Seating is limited. Everyone is very friendly and they have clean restrictions and a clean dinning area but it's very small.

Will be using a different Wendy’s. When you hire new help make sure they aren’t (enter cuss words). However, the wonderful staff that has been there for awhile are awesome.

They were extremely low staffed. They need to be more aware when customer comes to counter. I was standing there and no one acknowledged me.

Night shift employees were nice , but they didn’t listen. We ordered 2 full salads, Cobb & Taco. Asked for homestyle chicken on the Cobb and grilled chicken added to the taco. I had this repeated to us and it was repeated back correct. Got it back to were we were staying in Corona and come to find they put the grilled chicken on the Cobb Salad and no homestyle chicken anywhere. And no receipt so we don’t know what we were charged for now. Other than the mix up that salads were mediocre at best. This isn’t at fault of the location, but the chains salads have surely declined in quality. Haven’t had one in years and don’t think I will again, esp for the price.

Also there’s no cashiers, just tablets now, which is kind of stupid because it honestly took longer to order and I had a coupon from the app that they had to manually scan anyway so I needed a cashier to help me.. if you’re ordering here just do it through the app ahead of time.

I'm getting tired of dealing which places like this. Let me teach you something that most people don't teach you Wendy's. This particular one. So condiments fell on the floor. It was a few of them . You pick them up off the nasty floor and then you put them back. It was only like four or five. Those are supposed to be disposed of as soon as they hit the floor. Then instead of washing your hands after that you proceeded to go ahead and continue to package and serve food. I'm glad it's the turn of the new year. I was going to say I'm not going to this restaurant ever again, but it's going to start being that I'm not going to fast food restaurants at all. Y'all charge the same prices as a sit down restaurant. At least I know they have enough common sense and the common decency to wash their hands. Dispose of products that they deem contaminated.

They take your order in person outside now. With someone who doesn’t know menu. Then don’t get your order right. And the 1 thing they got “correct” was swimming in oil made everything soggy. DO NOT order wing sauce chicken
