I love the real juices here compared to their counterparts which truly isn't nearly as healthy as these juices/smoothies are. They are more expensive but takes a lot more fruits and veggies to fill a cup without ice cream or ice added! The staff was very friendly and professional! Thank you Nico. I'll be back with my sons!

It was fine as we ordered for pickup. Though there was no one to acknowledge they would be with me in a moment while I stood there at the pickup window. I made eye contact with a guy making drinks but he didn’t say anything to ensure I would be helped soon. He did come over after he made a few drinks to give me my order.

Everyone working at this location is friendly. Only one time was I given the wrong smoothie bowl but the manager and other associates (his name was Cameron!) went above and beyond my expectations to remedy the situation. I love Nekter.
Really good berry smoothie. I tried the turmeric sunrise smoothie at first but really couldn't do the strong taste of that one. Alex was very helpful and switched it for me. Will be back for more!

Always get the greatest customer service when I slide to this nektar in Woodbury town center, the employee Aryan provided top service with great hospitality and care, Totally worth coming by to chill and refill 👍👍

Nékter just leveled up their customer experience. The new employee, Cheyanne, is an absolute game changer in customer service. She greeted me with so much warmth and handled everything with professionalism and great energy. On top of that, adding the iPad ordering system is brilliant — it saves so much time and makes the whole process smooth and fast. Cheyanne is a keeper and was amazing from start to finish. This was honestly the best service I’ve ever had at this location. Highly recommend!
There place is so good. So respectful to the customers. Especially Areyn, he is so kind. I ordered small size smoothie, but he gave me a large size with granola. Really appreciate it. Thankful.

I love Nekter! So delicious, so healthy, and amazing employees! Would love it if it was a little cheaper, though.
I went to this location this morning and just stood there for 5 minutes at the register without anyone acknowledging me whatsoever. There were three young guys preparing other orders, so I patiently waited. 3 customers came in to pick up their orders and one employee stopped to help them. However, I was still standing there and they just ignored me... no, "please wait" or "hello, we'll be right with you". Nothing! I got frustrated and left. Called in to speak to the manager, yet no one picked up the phone. Tried a couple of times and still no answer. So, now i'm here writing a review. To the manager, train your employees better or continue to lose customers. UPDATE: (January 19, 2022) I emailed the Nekter customer service as they requested in the reply and have yet to hear anything back. It seems whomever is monitoring these reviews don't care either. They just post cookie cutter replies like, "We care about what you have to say, please email us" and then continue to ignore you. UPDATE: (January 21, 2022) Customer service replied and seemed sincere in addressing a customers concern. I went into the location today and the both the employees there immediately said "hello". Great job! :)

Update 2, Raising it to 3 stars as the last few times, things were great and on time. Update 3, Raising it to 4 stars as it is consistently only taking about 20 minutes now to get my order and the bowls are abundantly full. If this Nektar location continues to consistently perform like this, I'll update it to 5 stars and remove the history of what once was.

The staff members we're not very friendly and my bowl was not what I expected. I've been to other Nectar places & they usually fill my bowl with plenty of fruit but at this location, I had the bare minimum. So sad! 😞

Being a local, I have gone here many times despite each visit being sub-par. The customer service is slow and the juices/smoothies come out bland and watered down. As an example, today when I arrived to pick up my online order, I was asked for my name, then left standing for the next 25 minutes unsure if they had even received my order or were working to complete it. The only reason I am giving this place a two-star review instead of a one, is for some of the very few good experiences that I've had here. Needless to say, this will be my last visit.
I came in and walked up to the register as no one was waiting in line. I just stood waiting, no acknowledgment for at least 8 minutes. Once I finally got some attention, I placed my order only to be told (at the end) that it would be a 15 minutes wait, since location is understaffed. Okay, I pay and wait outside. I check in at 20, 25, 30 minutes, nope, not ready. Finally, I got part of order at 33 minutes and the remainder a few later. I get it estimates are guestimates, but wow. Just have to go in expecting 30-40 minute wait.

Honestly been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I just can’t. This is the slowest and worst quality one I’ve been too. I come here VERY often and my order is usually never ready on time. They also often run out of their fruits or granola. Whoever runs this place must never be present and you can tell. Very disappointing.
I ordered a juice and one of the workers wiped off the froth/ foam off the juice with the bottom of a jug that he was blending the juice with. I wonder where the bottom of the jug must have been left before blending various amount of juices. Thank You!
This is the worst of the Nektar locations. Staff is rude not friendly or accommodating. They would not make me a juice that I order almost every day at mission viejo, south coast plaza, and Tustin. They refused because they “don’t have a button” for it. I offered to pay extra and said they could press whatever but they still said no “because of the system” what a lie. I will never go back to this location. I advise you to try other locations.
Every time I come here they mess up my order. It been 4 occurances now and I won't be returning to this location. This time I ordered and sat waiting g for.them to call my name. They put it in the fridge and every employee ran into the back. I'm also pretty sure they gave me the wrong bowl because I ordered peanut butter and there is no pb in my bowl. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
I ordered a acai bowl that comes with banana, waited for almost 30mins seeing the staffs giving 5 customers their orders who actually order after me. They didn't let me my order was ready and didn't even noticed my order was left in the fridge until I asked. And also, they run out of banana but didn't noticed me or asked if I would like to make any changes. When I ask them, they showed me a really bad attitude and just said“ yea, we run out of that.” All the things they did make me feel really uncomfortable, and it did waste my time to wait for a unsatisfied item for half hour.
We want to order two regular acai bowl and the guy told us 2 is too much he ussually don't finish ones is big enough to share. We did not want to share we though that's weird anyway ordered 2 regular acai bowls paid around $22 and is my first time buying at Nectar. The bowls were half way maybe had one spoon of granola 1/4 bowl of acai and the other 1/4 with bananas and bluberries because they were out of strawberries. The amount was very pour. I am very disappointed because I have had before that someone invited me and if I remember right the bowl was almost to the top. I would like to hear if Nectar ussually charge $11 for half way bowls. The acai was very watery ny gues is the person working there have no experience at all and that make me not wanted to go back . This was Sunday March 24 around 3 pm. This kid need to be retrained . I don't want rhis kid in trouble just to have few more hours of training. Money wasted not happy at all.
Horrible experience. It's easy to order on the app until time to pick up your one day cleanse after a day of preparation only to find out at my 8:15am pick up time that the "delivery" is not expected until noon. Instantly disappointed I asked for a cancellation and refund on my order and was told I couldn't do that. Beyond frustrated with this experience and at this point need someone with Nekter to make this right ASAP! Woodbury in Irvine has been average in the past but recently really bad service.
Waited 1.5 hrs for a delivery order that never came. It was for 2 açaí bowls and was 3 mins away. This location is an absolute mess and the one star reviews are 100% accurate. Management has not done a thing in months to fix it. Don’t waste your time and money!!!
4 years ago I rated this place 4 stars and since then it has deteriorated immensely. Recently, I had to cancel my in store order after waiting 30min & they never started it - with 4 people working. I now drive out of my way to the other locations to get my Nekter order promptly and smoothly.
OMG - puke - this is not fresh real juice. This is over priced garbage like you could buy in the grocery store if you want real fresh juice, especially pineapple and other things that are actually fresh cut and fresh juice unfortunately you’re gonna have to go to mother’s market’s, which used to be great when it was only one market in Costa Mesa 25 years ago and now it’s just a corporate/profit focused nothing special business or Whole Foods which is more than corporate. It is the devil’s restaurant, but this place sucks too - so buy American made juice machines and just make your own at home - have a great day everybody 😊
Wow, that was really bad. Beyond the app, this was a complete disaster. I came to pick up my 2 day cleanse, the person told me I was at the wrong location, which I wasn't, then after confirming that, I went home just to find out they gave me half of my order and it was the wrong set of bottles. Have you seen the play called "The play that went wrong"? I now believe it was written for Nektar. I recommend the play, I don't recommend Nektar and this store in particular.
Fake Reviews. I don’t understand why it takes so long to put fruit in a bowl. Whoever runs this business is doing a terrible job. I got tired of waiting and left. They can keep my $12 for an açaí bowl. I’ll never come back.
Terrible experience. Ordered an açaí/mango bowl and got a sour yellow purée instead of the bright purple açaí blend. When I asked the employee he said they were out of açaí and were told not to tell that to customers but make it with other fruits/blueberries. Doesn’t seem right to me.
The WORST Nekter location. I attempted multiple times to give this place a shot since it's so close to my house. Never coming back here. I would rather drive 10mins down to spectrum. They are SEVERELY understaffed Always out of ingredients Poor management They just don't care They straight up told me cancel my order, because it was going to take over an hour.
I hate to do this because I have been coming to various locations in Irvine for years and things used to be good but today I came just after opening on a Sat morning and it’s clear nothing had been cleaned the night before. Straw wrappers on tables and napkins littered all round the floor. While I waited for my juice to be made and I observed for the enth time that the employees are children, that there is no management at most locations ever to keep them in line, the Woodbury location witnessing rudeness on multiple occasions, not notifying customer when you are out of an ingredient, taking more than 30min to make a juice while two employees are standing around, and on this particular day as I looked at the dirty table tops and dirty floor I wondered…if the front of the house is as dirty as the back,…what do the juicers look like, are they being cleaned regularly, what does the back kitchen look like? I also wondered will I eventually get sick given their poor hygiene standard. But I got my juice and moved on to going home. It wasn’t an hour or two later that my stomach started to hurt and to growl and sure as can be, the juice went right through me. Never happened before but given this cherry on the icing I can’t keep quiet any longer so thus my review. This was the Orchard Hills location, the Woodbury location as I mentioned is no better but has different issues. The only location I have never had an issue is the Quail Hill location and that is because a caring employee/manager named Monica makes sure that location runs as it should. Nektar Management, please get your house in order before someone gets serious Ill.
This has got to be the worse nekter ever. Come prepared to wait upwards of 90 minutes to get your order. And that’s no exaggeration. They are always understaffed with kids that don’t know what they are doing. Manager, if there is any, nowhere to be found. Place is filthy and sticky. I really don’t think the place ever gets cleaned up… ever! Go to the one by the pavilions shopping center on culver and portola instead. That one has no issues.

I had to ask her several times, “are you seriously not going to make us drinks?” She then proceeded to usher out two very nice people sitting there. It was clear, she wanted to go home, and wasn’t going to make the company an extra dollar if it meant more work for her. Her name was Ariana. The franchisee would be very smart to find someone else to operate this store - someone with an ounce more customer service on mind. Our order would have been $20+. Instead, we got smoothies at Trader Joe’s. Very sad experience.

This location is SUPER SLOW. they messed up an order of someone in front of me that ordered in person. Seems like someone didn’t show up for work when I overheard them. Whole Foods juice was closed and was going to open later. It would have been faster for me to get stuff done in the meantime and gone back to Whole Foods and order my smoothies there. Either hire enough man power for online and delivery orders along with in person. Or don’t even open for online orders or at least make the online orders realistic in timing. I see the workers trying to divide orders but they were out of order and they made me (an in person order) wait longer compared to others. Go to the quail hill location or somewhere else if u were just dropping by to get a juice or order yours on the app more than an hour in advance. Only order here if you have time to wait not if u have a work meeting coming up. Because my order has multiple drinks, they made mine last just because others would have gone faster. Total wait time was 40 minutes
Extremely disappointed with this place. The service was unbelievably slow — I waited over 40 minutes for just two cups of orange juice. That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I wasn’t even allowed to cancel my order after waiting that long. There was only one person handling orders, which clearly shows poor management and lack of proper staffing. This was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I will definitely not be coming back.
