24 Hour Subway ... Come On!!! How can I not say something good about that? While you can't drive in the street, due to barricades, it's conveniently Located just steps off of Broadway. I work 3 blocks away, I can easily access it at any hour; which is great since I work primarily Overnight. What more can I say? Go in and get yourself a Sub.
Fresh bread and cold cuts. They also deliver using Uber eats, Postmates and more. So if you don't wanna leave the office because there is a big meeting to prepare for no problem we got you covered.
Raul rules! RaULES! Arrived at 3:30 AM and the staff were super kind, the bread had just been baked, and things were very clean 👍
The manager was so so nice that I decided to write a review. I recommend this location.

This subway is one of the best stores I have ever been because of how they treat the customers. Very welcoming and friendly. They make your food in a very careful way. I go there every other day to grab lunch and I was never disappointed. A must have place to grab a sub.

The customer service here is fantastic, and the atmosphere is very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my food, especially the delicious cookies. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

I was not planning on going here, but at 3:30am there are not that many places open at this time so I got a meatball hero and it was very good and the customer service was excellent. This Subway is open 24 hours not many of them are.

Due the covid pandemic protocols and limited spacing, only take out are done at this location. The service is good, food is fresh and the place is clean. The staff are friendly, and clearly covid protocols are followed. I am just happy this location is open so there is another option for food.
Delicious shakshouka and marvelous cappuccino. I haven't been back to try anything else yet but, if the freshness and delightful seasoning of what I have had is any indication, this place is a winner. Nice, comfortable surroundings too.

Very convenient when at a buddy's place down the street. It's one of the few places in DT I could get a sandwich at 2:30 am. Service is hit and miss.

Had a pick up order. Arrived 10 minutes after the expected pick up time and they haven’t even started the order. Had to ask about my order twice and while I waited, over 10 walk in customers were helped before they even started my order.
Brand new clean in-between Broad and Broadway on street. ... Hard to find location not on Broad st as claims but around back on New st. They skimp on your fixings and make very thin wimpy subs... Need to make your subs much fatter with garden fixings plse Don't recommend. But is new and clean David W
I actually used to like this spot alot. I used to come here almost every day but the last couple of times I went the staff haven't been the best to me. When I last went the guy seemed in a bad mood and he was making a sandwich for a online order which was fine but when he was making my sandwich he stopped to get started on two sandwiches for a online order. At first was like uh ok whatever it's late at night (1-2am) but after my sandwich was toasted and done he ignored it and kept making the two sandwiches for the people who weren't even in the store. He should have finished my sandwich first and then made the two sandwiches. Then he gets angry when I asked him to use spinach from the fuller side because the other side you could tell that he hasn't refilled anything for hours. The guy was rude. I won't be going back.
A very small place with only 3 tables, also they didn't allow you to refill soft drinks. Madness.
Sandwich’s are good which is hard to mess up besides that the customer service is pretty horrendous and I noticed a recent review had an issue with the same guy Helal. Mad rude for no reason.

Horrible place. Constant issues with my order, delays and wrong chips delivered TWICE!! We called the store and the guy was absolutely useless. Never ordering from this store again.

I order my food from DoorDash at 5am 2 hours passed still nothing.. So I decided to call the store and the guy tells me to call DoorDash which I explained to him my order was never picked up..So he decided to cancel my order through a text...I was very disgusted and disappointed..

The employee Sagar kept trying to tell how to pronounce my own name for my pickup order, very disrespectful having to go back and forth about how to pronounce my own name
Totally a cheating place. I ordered their $6.99 meal deal and the cashier said drink and chip cost extra dollars. However a single half sandwich still cost me more than $8.00 plus tax. Definitely not worth the trip and will never go back again. Business dishonesty!
Will be the last time I come here there's a guy there that always has something to say short guy with beard. Place my order online but I came early he said not to do that to come at 10 minutes. I know why cause when order something specific online he dont put the rest of the meat he cheats you with less I noticed that in my past orders and I saw it today he was missing pepperoni on my sandwich.
A 24-hour store that's not 24-hour. I walk in, the guy's making sandwiches, asks me if it's pickup or order, I say order. He tells me, "No, sorry, store not ready yet." Wasting people's time.
Go to Los tacos #1 and save your happiness and time. Guy working here is simultaneously very slow (repeating parts of my order several times for clarity) and also arrogantly sarcastic (“so you just want the bread and tuna” when toasting was done and I was waiting by the window.) Rare combination of bad service and arrogance! Congratulations.
Terrible experience at this Subway location. The staff here are extremely rude, especially an older gray-haired man who was outright disrespectful. His attitude and behavior were offensive and unacceptable. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant. Avoid this place if you expect basic courtesy and professionalism.
Avoid at all costs! I ordered a footlong and a churro online and when I picked up my order, the only guy at the counter repeated my name and he said "churro." I didn't think anything about it, ran some errands and went home. When I opened the bag, however, there was only a churro inside. I called the store and the guy said, hold on, I'll check if the sub is here; he then hung up on me. When I called back, he suddenly claimed that he said "sub and churro" when he handed me the bag. When I disputed this, he then recalled specifically handing me a bag with the sub and churro. He then said he was going to check the surveillance video, but I pointed out that it would be meaningless because it would just show him handing me a bag. When I insisted that he refund me the money for the sub I did not receive, he hung up on me again. They essentially stole from me, so I shouldn't be surprised that they were also jerks about it. BTW, the churro was stale and hard as a rock.
I ordered by Uber eat they don't make proper oder what I ordered add 50%more protein and they charged on the oder there's none of my proteins were 50%more

And I showed him my order and he asked me for my ID, which was bizarre but okay I let that slide.. then one of the sandwhich in my order was a cold cut combo and all he added was boloney I told him it also came with salami and Ham yet he argued with me that it didn’t come with that even though I showed him my mobile order he refused to correct my order, and then he forgot to give me my churro the third order on my order yet he did not give me that either as he preferred to just argue with me instead. Unsatisfied and I will not be returning. Someone that lack so much customer service and good attitude should not have a job with people. I can’t eat this sandwhich now and he wouldn’t refund me. Horrible experience.
Ordered online for pickup, guy insists I ordered a cup when I ordered a bottle, wouldn’t let me swap chips and was being a huge ahole about it. Other people are nice but I’m pretty much done with this place which is a ripoff to begin with.
I m visitor of NYC, I m the sugar patient i want use wash for pi in this restaurant toilet, because there is no toilet near this ,but the staff manager & cleaning staff is very rude they are even not allowed to use washroom without buying food, it’s against the humanity kindly remove that staff, please don’t buy any food from this store they are not human🙏🏻
DISHONEST THIEVES!!! I just ordered a 6 in meatball meal and a footlong turkey. He told me the total was $20. I responded, are you sure? I know inflation is raising prices, but that is expensive. I asked for the receipt and went home. I reviewed the receipt and the prices have been raised significantly, BUT on top of what he told me the total was ($20), they actually charged me $24 dollars. There was a $4 line item automatically added which was not quoted to me in the total called "TIPS". To summarize, I asked him about the high bill, they knew the bill was high and he knew it was going to be higher than what he quoted me and he still added the tip without telling me, without asking me. He basically said he was going to charge me one price and then gouged me and charged another. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!!
There’s a black guy in morning was so slow and rude, very bad customer service! We were in rush and had to wait for more than 10 minutes!
Messed up my online order: didn’t add cheese and put vegetables despite specifically indicating not to. Ruined lunch/day.
They don’t know how to take orders or deal with uber eats been waiting for over an hour for my order. Called the store and the guy could barely speak English. Great person to have answer your phone. I asked where’s is my order and his answer was “here I made in store” I ask again ... reply was again “here I made in store” Seriously this is who you hire to answer the phones? Maybe if you paid a better wage to people to speak English fluently. Maybe this store needs a visit from immigration. I’ll be sure to put my call in. Oh and still waiting for my order. Thanks Subway. You tend to hire all the right people... look at Jared... oh wait another mistake. Called again and person hung up on me and still waiting. I asked him to cancel my order on the previous call. He said “uber you call we no cancel Order. Are you kidding me? I work in the industry and I know vendors can cancel orders. This is how low life scum owners make it look like you canceled and get charged a fee. I want my delivery.
Awful experience with incompetent staff
Worker was extremely rude it was unreal. First he refuses to make my order right away bc it’s an app order. Fine I’m patient. Then doesn’t change his gloves and I kindly ask him to change it and he tells me “sit down”. I respond no, I want to see how ur making my food. He goes on to be rude and disrespectful with his words and telling me to sit down. I tell him to put sauce on it and he goes I’m not putting it on after some back n forth he pours hot sauce all over my sandwich. I have never EVER experienced anything this bad in customer service. Fire this guy he might be single handedly destroying the brand. 3:10AM Feb 28.
The staff doesn't add more than a few limited veggies and only 2 sauces at max. He keeps mentioning that the app is different and it doesn't work for store order so he wouldn't follow your instructions if you ordered through the app.
Ordered the “beast” that supposed to come with half a pound of meat. Whoever made my sandwich today, probably felt they saved a million dollars from taking all the meat from my sandwich. Pause*

Stopped going here because of how insanely rude the manager is (or atleast claims to be manager). For example: Asking a simple question like “Can we replace the chicken/meat on something with Avocado” results in “No one’s telling you to eat here if you don’t want to”. Additionally, unfortunately the subs are only half filled, and each side is pretty much empty/just bread. Would NOT go here!
