Decided to go to Lupe Tortillas to celebrate my birthday during happy hour and it was a pleasant experience! Very tasty beef fajitas and who doesn’t like happy hour margaritas!!

I have zero complaints about this place. The hostess asked if it was our first time there. Since it was, we were given a complimentary steak to try. The foos was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was spectacular.

This was my first time at this restaurant and when I say the food was amazing saying that is a understatement everything was perfect my server was the best from the time we walked in till the time we left I didn’t have to ask for anything water refilled drinks refilled chips and salsa everything was phenomenal I would definitely recommend this place and if it’s your first time the manager comes out and welcomes you and give you a sample and omg the beef taco was great everything was a 10/10

Angel hosted the most incredible evening at Lupe Tortilla for our large group of over 20. By just himself (and some helping hands from the runners, kitchen, and bar) he took care of our group with seamless fashion- for the first time maybe ever - every time I would finish a beer from one of the infinite buckets of Corona, Modelo, Pacifico, Modelo Negra… he would notice on cue and replace my bottle in front me. He did this for the whole table. The food was spectacular- the table ordered every fajita, I ordered delicious carnitas tacos. The steak on the fajitas and, of course- the corn tortillas were complimented by PERFECT rice and beans. Thank you so much for an incredible experience with my company’s leaders. I enjoyed your San Antonio location on the last two trips, and I am happy to see that the experience in Dallas, lived up to my special times there.

Fantastic TexMex. The salsa has a nice kick. The enchiladas are great. Love their tortillas. I had the shrimp enchiladas. The cheese they use on those is amazing. Mmmmmm. We had great service. They were fairly quick. They got everything on our group's order right. The sopapillas came with many topping choices, like chocolate, honey and strawberry. Those were a hit. It's a nice place. It did get a bit loud, but everyone was having a great time. I hadn't been there in ages, but I'm glad we gave them another try. We'll be back to try brunch.

Excellent all around!!! Excellent happy hour and the margaritas and food were fantastic. I have no complaints about my experience here. The salsas were to die for. The service was top notch. Everything was clean. I highly recommend this place! Update 3.20: Came back for a second time and couple weeks later and it was insanely good. The charro bean salsa stuff is the best thing I've ever put in my mouth. Outstanding food. Outstanding drinks. Outstanding service at the bar. Moving to Dallas 3 weeks ago, this will be my go to for mexican cuisine.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience! Our server David was very friendly and even let me practice my Spanish speaking skills with him! The food was phenomenal!! We ordered the beef & chicken fajitas with bacon wrapped shrimp and everything was so good! The butter for the shrimp, the fresh corn tortillas, and even the rice and beans (which I don't normally eat). Great spot for a business meeting or date night!

Went there for Sunday brunch with family around 11 am the place was nearly empty then it started to fill up around noon. They serve breakfast early from 9 am on Sundays. The restaurant is fairly new it has nice Mexican decor, clean ,plenty of servers, everyone we encountered was prompt and professional. The food was really good and huge quantities so I recommend sharing :) a fajita salad dish easily feeds 2 people! We ordered omelet, enchiladas and both were good. Omelet needs condiments for sure to enhance the flavor. The side beans are flavorful. Prices are very reasonable and service is fast.

Chicken fajitas were good. Tortillas are thin and don't take away from the flavor of the meat. Chef came by to check on us and offered us some mini steak fajita tacos and they melted in my mouth!

Usually delicious queso with beef, though this time it was quite runny and not as appetizing as usual. Great flavor in the beef fajitas, but the skirt steak was very stringy. I brought a friend there who had never been, and the great flavors were offset by the misses. The mixed drinks were very good, as always. Our server was great.

I decided to bring my brother here for lunch since I love the fajitas/food. Our server was great and majority of the food was as well. They greeted us w a sample taco with their signature beef fajita which was cooked perfectly. We ordered the barbacoas & queso flameado off the menu. When the main entree came out we were fairly disappointed on how overcooked the beef fajitas were. The manager made his rounds and asked if everything was up to par and I wish we would’ve mentioned the beef fajitas being overcooked. Had the beef fajitas been cooked like the sample tacos this would’ve been 5/5 experience. Aside from that we both enjoyed everything else.

Great overall place for family or friends. The wait staff are very polite. However, the execution of the delivery of food can sometimes lag. There seems to be a disconnect with side orders. Love this place. I’ve been there several times. Sometimes either the kitchen needs to work on sides. Or the server needs to oversee the entire delivery process. I will absolutely go back. It’s a crowd pleaser for my clients.

I ordered my food 'through Door Dash' it took 25 minutes to get it!? Unfortunately my food got mushy & barely warm by the time it arrived BUT it still tasted wonderful! Definitely had to be way much better at the restaurant! The Flan I ordered needed more Raspberries & my lemonade was watered down by melted ice. Apparently getting foods from a decent restaurant "like this" delivery is sad & not the way to go! Trusting these people to 'deliver quickly' is insane! He had only 8 miles & he took 25 minutes from pickup!?

First time trying, Lupe tortilla in the DFW area, and it did not disappoint. I had tried it in Houston several times. Food was good and portions are big. Chips and salsa are also very good , so overall it was a good experience. Prices are average parent $15-$20 per plate) and their fajitas are a bit more expensive but worth it. Our server was a trainer and he was awesome.

Everything was fine. The margarita wasn't strong at all and just felt like a mix. The shrimp campechana was very good and flour tortillas so good and fresh feeling. It isn't necessarily drawing me back quickly, but I'd go and try other things if I went with others.

We began with their queso and guacamole appetizers, both of which were exceptional—rich, creamy queso paired with vibrant, zesty guacamole set an impressive tone for the meal. Additionally, the complimentary chips and salsa were a standout, with crisp, freshly made chips and a flavorful salsa that elevated the experience. For our entrées, we explored a variety of dishes. The Spinach Artichoke Enchiladas were OK, but lacked the distinction to truly shine. In contrast, the Red Sauce Cheese Enchiladas were remarkable, delivering bold, savory flavors in every bite. The Puffy Vegetarian Tacos were the true stars of the meal — the tacos were fried soft tortillas with a crispy texture and vibrant, robust flavors. The Vegetarian Quesadillas were also commendable, offering a satisfying blend of melted cheese and well-seasoned vegetables. Overall, Lupe Tortilla provided an excellent dining experience, and we look forward to returning to further explore their impressive vegetarian offerings.

A true Tex-Mex chain restaurant. The drinks and entrees were decent but the salsa and bean dip is top-tier! I had the chicken & cheese enchiladas with rice and beans, along with a cocktail. We sat on the patio. The overall atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant is nice and casual. The service wasn’t the best. We had a long wait time and I feel like our waiter kept forgetting about us. Overall, I’m giving it a 3. I’d go back for drinks and appetizers (I’m not a huge Tex-Mex) fan.
