Taco bells never fails. Always hits the spot morning or night hunger you got. Prices no one can beat, tortillas cheese beans and meat.
The people here are always so nice. It's conveniently located on the corner, and you can access it via either side. When I drove up there they had a sign that said "Cash Only for Drive thru," and then "Credit Card accepted inside." It was a mild inconvenience, but the young lady with the bright eyes that helped me with my order was so nice and friendly. I basically went in to try the "Secret Menu Item" called the Papparito. its beef and potatoes with this sauce inside, and some cheese, and let me tell you. Oh. My. GAWD is it GOOD!!! It was added to the menu, but nothing was made present on social media or nothing, so if you're in the know, you're "in the know." Its a little spicy, but dang! Its is SUPER good! Everyone do yourself a favor and order this Papparito, because its good. I couldn't even find it on the menu, or on the billboard when I went inside to order it. It truly is a secret menu item at Taco Bell, and its delicious and affordable.
Ok I must confess I hadn't been here in a long while KFC/Taco Bell. Yet I'm happy to say I'll be back since I found there under New Management. Hopefully the service will be better... Ty 😃
Overall after being closed the day prior. I would say the taco bell staffing definitely made up for that day. They were quick and efficient with their orders and over all just great customer satisfaction

Guy working the window was nice and fast. Food was good for the most part, would say pass on the chipotle chicken burrito though.
Busy. But very inexpensive. The ladies in the back kitchen are fast and friendly. Perfect spot for a quick bite, then back to work.

Slow Service- Read all of this. REALLY 3 an 1/2 STAR, other half star for having KFC in same store no two different stores to go to. Low prices & clean store, but slow service at 4:15pm no long line or lunch rush at time to make slow. Young adults an teens working, with cashier answering text message while I ordered so ask to repeat twice . Drive thru had 5 cars in, to which as I got order to go came out with 5th car at window just leaving so slow there also no reason beside talking about plans for weekend going on. Yes overheard game and party plans for Friday night. Prices were low and food was good. Taco Cabana better homemade tortillas higher prices but you get what you pay for at both.
The staff was very nice and very friendly. Actually it isn't Taco Bell that I went to as this place serves Taco Bell and KFC and I went for the chicken at KFC. The chicken was high are fresh though I had to wait an extra 5 minutes or so but that's fine.
We went there late at night, about 1130 pm and the front door was locked. Closing hours are not listed on the door, only opening hours are there. We asked for hand full of fire sauce, but only got 7 when we ordered over 15 items to order.

Sometimes the chicken is fried too hard and the biscuits are never fresh, they are always hard as if they ate old.. Drive through service is mediocre.

Those who r used to Chipotle, the bowl here, compared to Chipotle is extremely small in quantity. Unlike Chipotle you can't ask give some more, any specific item, skip anything; because they r ready to serve. 1 more thing especially about this location, I suppose it's a joint/partnering with KFC, so I little scared to order. So I asked whether they also Taco bell food? Since you would find KFC all over the place, walls, uniforms of the staff. Only if someone carefully look, he may find Taco bell menu board too! I ordered veggie bowl, quality of the was good but as I mentioned quantity is very less, so you might want to order 2. Ambience of this particular restaurant/location is too good!
Food is as expected, no complaint there. My issue is inattentive employees, at drive-thru, that always find a way to get our order wrong. Whether it is missing items or giving us wrong items. 4 out of 5 times, something is wrong with our order. As annoying & time consuming as it may be, we've learned to always check bags at the window, before driving away.
Mediocre Taco Bell. Mixed environment with KFC but not unusual. A bit worn out mood but clean. No Kiosk and minute font size of menu to handle two restaurants menus. Not worst but not good location.

Went through the drive thur and ordered a 12 piece chicken meal and there was only 7 pieces in the bucket glan i checked if the associates there are hungry short somebody else.

This place wasn't very good, stood at the counter for 5minutes before someone came to help, they just stared at me like I wasn't welcome there. Then I asked for jalapenos on my burrito and they put them on the side. Probably the worst Taco Bell I've been to
In comparison of other Taco Bells within the DFW area, this one is one of the most disappointing. They use very little meat on their tacos - filling them up with mostly lettuce. When Taco Bell was selling the steak nachos, the ones I was served at this location used 3 or 4 pieces of meat and covered most of the nachos with bean dip. Same thing with the Nacho Fries. While other locations served Nacho Fries that were packed into the container, this location served far less (leading my friends and I to name this location the "Not Your Fries" store).
I don’t know what is worse..bad service or bad food… service was great but the taco I purchased was absolutely terrible…I could empty the taco contents out of the shell onto a nickel!! Ridiculous..
Of the 4-5 times I’ve been here, the food has been decent. However, I’ve sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes at least twice, and the time I went inside, they called the wrong number for my order, then started yelling the number repeatedly until I walked up. When I showed them the receipt with the correct order number they were terse and said to take the food.

The worst taco bell in the Irving city I went to drive through and it was too slow spent 15 mins there after that ordered 5 items and paid for all items but just got 4, one of my food was missing as well as one of them was cold like eating frozen food, I called so many times wanted to tell them but no response, that was my last visit never go there guys horrible staff horrible service and horrible food.
Ethe inner house was very dirty unkept.. wanted to dine in but not one clean place to sit.. Had to ask for them to clean and to put out napkin the lady's room very messy also. No toilet paper or paper towels.

Ordered a 12 pack of tacos and all of them were made with beans and not ground beef. Tried to call number on receipt and it just rings and rings then will go to a busy signal. I tried calling for 45 mins and nothing. I will not be going there anymore..

I go to This location almost every week but my experience last night was not related to the service however it was more related to the phone answering. I called probably nine times but nobody’s there to answer and it comes back like user busy. One of my order was missing so I wanted to call them to see what needs to be done further but No one is there to answer. Horrible phone service.
Sat in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes for them to tell me once I get up to the speaker that they’re only serving the KFC side. Like how is an entire side of a restaurant shut down?? Complete waste of time

I ordered two chicken chalupas which the dough was raw you could put it in your hand like a putty and make a ball I tried for two consecutive days to reach the store but no reply.
If your going for food. Watch out. Bad tast of nachos. Old oil or bad chips. Wasted my time going back and forth. I did get a refund but that is not what I want. I want quality food for what I pay for.

First off, I used to work in fast food and I know how stressful and thankless the job can be so I have vowed, for the rest of my life, to be polite and patient to every worker I encounter. BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE, I will go out of my way to go to a farther Taco bell just to avoid this place. The drive thru is ALWAYS long and slow. The employees don't seem to care at all. I've always received the same level of unprofessional and unfriendly customer service every time. The most recent visit was just the other night and of course the drive thru was long and stagnant. The person taking my order didn't acknowledge me when i pulled up to the speaker so after a minute or two of silence I say "hello?" And the person snapped back at me saying "you have to wait"... it threw me off but I give people the benefit of the doubt and figured it was just another busy night for them but then when I pulled up to the window, I realized it was just the same poor level of customer service as always. Drive thru worker didn't ackowlege me again even after I said "hello how you doing" to him with the same cheesy smile I give to everyone. He looked at me with his palm out for my payment. I have him a 10 dollar bill and the change was $3.86... he took a while to give me my change... and then I found out why.... he gave me my order after about 5 minutes and then he reached out to me to give me my change. 3 bills and 86 cents all in nickels... how many nickels is that all together? I'll let y'all do the math... Didn't even apologize that he was giving me all nickels... didn't even apologize for the wait... never thanked me... never even made eye contact with me... was I that ugly? Lol I kinda gave him a confused look and he slammed the window on me and didn't give me a second thought.... I then see him go to the other register to make change for his register... which included every denomination of change instead of straight nickels... nickels are thick and heavy... now I'm walking around with a purse full nickels that cling clang every time i walk which is kinda funny but I'm more upset that the worker had no sense of customer service whatsoever. If he hates his job that much, just quit and find another. Take heed other patrons: avoid avoid avoid. Thank you. -Nickel Queen
This store is the WORST one that I have ever visited in Dallas area. First I got my order wrong though I mentioned bean instead of meat 🙁 Also when I returned it they gave a sub-standard item with very less quantity than the usual. I never go back to this store. I also got a bad oil bitter tortilla chips for Mexican pizza. DON'T GO HERE.
Havent eaten at a taco bell in years and they sure have gone down hill. Food is trash, tastes like garbage, and there was a bunch of kids in there working making all kinds of noises and acting like customers weren't even in the building.
I mistakenly came in the lobby, because I didn't see the drive-thru only sign on the door. The manager, Jonathan, insulted my intelligence, asked me if I could read, then threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. He told me he was the owner. When I repeated that, he said "What? Because I'm Hispanic, I can't be the owner?" I never mentioned race. Then when I came back in to get his name to report him, he chased me out "while calling the police." I got his name from his badge. I don't eat at Taco Bell very often, and this will make it even less.
Store hours for this location is actually 9:30AM - 10:00PM Monday to Sunday, and they also state on drive through menu that they stop serving breakfast options by 9:30AM. Took a picture of the hours posted, I got here around 9:14 and figured to wait a bit, talked to another guy who walked away disappointed so the hours aren’t well known.

Drive thru was slower than slow. Manager couldn't apparently take orders and help customers at the window, so she would take a couple orders, then let the cars go thru before even taking more orders. So inefficient. Never go there in the evening.

Incompetent staff reflects ridiculously poor leadership and management. They take my order, get to the window and its wrong, get it straightened out and the guy says they dont have root beer, only pepsi and dr. pepper. Tell him ok dr pepper......get to the next window get handed a root beer...the a few minutes later my food and this girl shuts the window in my face. Yeah i wanted hot sauce, thanks for not asking. If that is the service this store provides, how do any of yall still have jobs?
Waited in line for 20 minutes for taco bell and they said it was closed. They should update hours and show proper sign which is open and closed when they have single drive thru line for both kfc and taco.
The reason I give this place 1 star is because of a few things. - The prices at the drive through window don’t reflect the prices you pay and don’t reflect local Taco Bell locations. I paid an extra $2 for my meal. - Location isn’t on the Taco Bell app. I can see why. -it was a slow for service when they only had two customers inside and one car infront of me. -They have children running around in BOH.
We went there to get tacos. And a lady after us got it first, but they mixed up our food with the lady's food. They took it back and fixed it. Came back and it was still wrong. They touched all the food with their hands. So we asked them to make the new one which I believed they only took it out and put it back. They just separated it and didn't make the new one. They kept making mistakes. And we had to wait for a long time. We will never go back to that place.
850 pm aug 28 More than seven employees on shift however they will not assist you they just stare and laugh..... the quality of their food I don't need to tell you I'll just show you the picture.. if you're looking to get your money's worth I would not eat here at all. Cannot give 0 stars wish I could every time I go there we get badd service I just ordered food and they barely put anything inside of my crunch wrap basically an empty tortillas after not eating all day and then on top of that I ordered 2 empanadas that they did not put inside or my bag and now they're closed and they didn't put a receipt in my bag so I couldn't even call back quickly I had to I look for my receipt there was none. never going back again. use the new one off of frontage road much better service and nice staff.
I never thought I would have to do this for Taco Bell, but I can honestly say I am so disappointed by my visit today. Besides the service being subpar with cold food and poor service from the employees, I actually have a much bigger concern. I don't know if this is true for all Taco Bells, but I was told by the employee they do not substitute meat with potatoes anymore. That is a HUGE disappointment to me as I am on a restricted diet and cannot have beef. I loved having the potatoes as it made it juicy and satisfying. Now I cannot depend on that as the other options is substituting for beans, and it is NOTHING compared to potatoes. Also, WHY did you get rid of the 7-layer burrito?? My heart hurts knowing that my all-time favorite dish is removed from the Taco Bell menu. I don't think I can ever look at Taco Bell the same again, nor is it worth it to me to go back without it. Please bring the 7-layer burrito back so I may indulge in one of man's greatest creations again.
They keep messing up my order I ask for cheese quesadills and they give me someone else's order, Burnt/old food or chicken quesadillas. This is the 5th time they've done this. I asked the girl at the window if this was cheese not chicken and she said yes its cheese. I wouldn't have beenad I'd told me to check or asked to check. I don't check it cause I ask for extra sauce and it's messy. Update 10/5/23 They still haven’t gotten the hang of it new guy at drive-through he double checked with me if I wanted a plain cheese, chicken or beef. I said cheese he said cheese repeated cheese, ticket said cheese. It was not cheese. It was chicken. I went back they fixed it and then I will set another order to place while I was there. The manager took my order. I asked for a chicken potato bowl. She gave me a power bowl. I hate beans.
Don't go to this Taco Bell. The first time I went here they rang up my one dollar cheesey bean and rice burritos at 1.50 each instead of $1. This time I ordered a kfc bucket for one. I was asked about drink not about sides. I confirmed I get 2 sides she says fries and Mac and cheese. I told her I wanted to substitute the fries for mashed potatoes and gravy. She said okay. There's tenders and popcorn chicken. I get to the window she takes my money and hands me my food quickly. I have to ask for sauce before she closes the window. I drive away. I get to where I'm going and open up the bucket and there are fries and mashed potatoes. They substituted the Mac and cheese that I wanted and left the fries that I didn't want. It's worth the drive to go to another location, poor service.
Pretty much the worst taco bell on the planet. It is never open on time, always short staffed, and the employees are rude. The food is passable, if you can get someone to help you. When the lobby used to be open I would watch the Cook handle all the chicken after it had been cooked, while he ate off the same counter. The ownership does not care when contacted, Taco Bell should be ashamed to have their name on this joke of a store.
Just went thru the drive thru and the employee handed me my food. I asked him if everything was in the bag he informed me that it was. I got to work and only 3 of the seven items I order was in the bag. I spent 14$ for 2 tacos. I called to tell them the error and was kinda brushed off by the manager whom was eager to get off the phone with me. She told me to come back and I informed her how much of an inconvenience it would be seeing that I was already at work.
This place is awful I don't know why we ever come here. We went today and got two cartons of cold stale fries, ordered 4 Cinnabon delights. Got two and an empty bag. All of the staff is constantly rude. Just go anywhere else. Also tried calling and the line went dead so I'm sure they unplugged it.
Keep driving! This has got to be the longest I've ever been stuck in line at a drive thru. It's now been 30 min & haven't made it to the window to pay or pick up my food. If it had been a lot of cars I could understand it but it's only 3 cars.
Went there last night 01-31-18 around 10:30 pm with my husband and staff was very slow and rude...the cashier who took our order which was a lady looked like she didnt like her job....and then there was another cashier who came he waited to give us our food for so long even when we seen our food sitting on the counter behind him. My husband was furious by this time so when he opened the window my husband ask him why our food was just sitting there he replied well you dont have to come back...my husband cursed him out with his rude unprofessional self...taco bell need new employers at this location cause obviously they hate their job and need to find another one. Horrible service!
I have been to this location twice. The first time was around midnight. Drive through was supposed to be open, but no one answered. Second time was today. Got charged an even $15. Was given no receipt. After I got home, I started doing the math, and it does not add up to $15. So now I'm going to dispute the charge. This was after waiting 20 minutes in the drive through.
Wow this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Waited in line for 40 mins I mean this is suppose to be FAST food!! Waited at the window got another 15 mins!! Tacos was cold!! They barely had any staff!! Then I watch one worker literally clock out and go on break!! It had to be like 20 cars behind me!!! I want my money back!!! Period!!!!! Just shut it down already!!!Geeshhhhhhh!!!
I do not understand what is happening with the quality of their food. It was pretty decent a couple of months ago. I went today for a quick lunch and I had to throw it away it was completely opposite of what I get from the taco bell near Regent.
I’d go lower if I could. This location never has anything. The staff clearly doesn’t want to be there, and the food is always just thrown in the bag. I typically don’t leave reviews for fast food places, but my experience with the cashier (Desiree) today made me want to. She was rude and obviously didn’t wanna be there. I decided to give the place another shot after already having a bad experience. Never again. Hey TB, just close this location down, there’s two within 5 minutes of this one that are exceptionally better.

You’re literally punishing customers for being vegetarian, for making healthier choices, and for asking for something that costs you less to provide. Let’s get the facts straight: beans are packed with protein—in many cases more fiber and comparable protein to meat, without the saturated fat. They’re a staple for millions of people who want healthier meals or follow vegetarian diets for religious, ethical, or medical reasons. And yet, instead of encouraging that, you’ve decided to slap on an upcharge? This is corporate price-gouging at its worst. You’re charging more for less. This isn’t just bad business—it’s a form of food discrimination. You’ve made it clear that if you’re not eating meat, you’ll be punished at the register. Until this offensive policy is reversed, I won’t be spending another dollar at their locations. And I’ll be urging others to take their business to a location just a few minutes down the road to the stand alone Taco Bell because they don’t share that same discriminatory policy! Let’s not support such companies like KFC/Taco Bell that exploit dietary choices for profit. It is despicable!
I ordered 4 taco they give only 2 poor service
Had to go through the drive thru 3 different times because they could not get one of my items correct. After the third time they STILL didn’t get it right. I spent over an hour trying to get them to fix one simple thing. By the 3rd time I just left because now the rest of my food was cold. Please hire people who can understand English.
I made sure three times with the order lady that my meal was vegetarian. When I got home and opened it, my Mexican pizza had beef and so did my cheesy bean and rice burrito. This is so frustrating as I waited for a half hour in the drive through. Why did the person taking orders verify with me that everything was vegetarian when it clearly was not? I wish I checked like I usually do but they got several things wrong. They clearly do not care about quality.
By far THE WORST service of any KFC EVER. Sat in the drivethru and never moved for 10 minutes. Not one car received food. Drove around and went inside and everybody looked either angry or irritated because they have been waiting after ordering OVER 20 minutes one guy said and another couple agreed. The next KFC is 11 minutes NE of here so not a bad option to satisfy my craving
I forced myself to go to this Taco Bell because it is ALWAYS gross. From the presentation of the food to how the food tastes and the service is absolutely horrendous. For some reason I can’t post the pic of the “Cantina Quesadilla” that they forgot to put cheese in evidently because the cheese was on the outside of the quesadilla chunky looking. My God this is the WORST place ever to get food and idc if I’m starving and they’re the last place on earth, I’d gone home to my Heavenly Father than eat here. FOREVER LAST VISIT‼️‼️‼️ How do I post the photo anyone?
I ordered everything vegetarian, they put beef and chicken in everything. When I went back in to get a refund, not one apology. Yolanda the lazy manager wouldn’t even come out of her office when requested by the employee.
The female manager is disgustingly rude to customers.. they give me the opposite of what i ordered and she said "move please" instead of, i don't know, responding the way a manager should in such a situation that is an EASY FIX.
I was the only person in the drive-through and there was nobody inside. Still proceeded to take over 10 minutes to complete my order of two items. Then proceeded to make a mistake on one of the items and took another eight minutes to correct it This Taco Bell will kill your appetite before you even order

After ordering, we were in the car for 25 mins while the guy was taking forever. As expected food was bad. Trashed the food. Chicken was bad, cheese was bad. Wasted $18. Wont recommend. They better hire good staff and improve the quality.
I wish there was a way to give interaction outcome a - - - * star. Because I would. I politely purchased two taco 1/19/23 and left with tacos and workers spit. I don't know who did it and I wont guess. The pictures below tells the story for me. Spitting in the customer bag food is a big no no!! You could have any disease and get me sick with you. And how dare you do that. You could have given me the common cold, flu ,Covid-19 HP B, C or Herpes. There is never any reason to spit in a customers bag of food. I will never be back. Worst drive thru experience. There is barely half a table spoon of meat in this taco. I would have been better off buying chips if I had known I was going to be given essensially, just taco shells.

They make you pull away from the drive thru and never bring you your food. Stop allowing your employees to move people out of the drive thru so they game the system and make wait times look shorter. They forget who is waiting on what food. They just gave my order to the wrong person and expect me to take food another person touched. Gross. The black girl in the drive thru is rude and just ignores you when you come inside asking for the food you paid for. There 7 other people inside waiting on food from the drive thru. This is ridiculous. The Hispanic lady is the only one who seems to care. Black girl at drive thru doesn't.

By far THE WORST service of any KFC EVER. Sat in the drivethru and never moved for 10 minutes. Not one car received food. Drove around and went inside and everybody looked either angry or irritated because they have been waiting after ordering OVER 20 minutes one guy said and another couple agreed. The next KFC is 11 minutes NE of here so not a bad option to satisfy my craving
I made sure three times with the order lady that my meal was vegetarian. When I got home and opened it, my Mexican pizza had beef and so did my cheesy bean and rice burrito. This is so frustrating as I waited for a half hour in the drive through. Why did the person taking orders verify with me that everything was vegetarian when it clearly was not? I wish I checked like I usually do but they got several things wrong. They clearly do not care about quality.
I forced myself to go to this Taco Bell because it is ALWAYS gross. From the presentation of the food to how the food tastes and the service is absolutely horrendous. For some reason I can’t post the pic of the “Cantina Quesadilla” that they forgot to put cheese in evidently because the cheese was on the outside of the quesadilla chunky looking. My God this is the WORST place ever to get food and idc if I’m starving and they’re the last place on earth, I’d gone home to my Heavenly Father than eat here. I’d go lower if I could. This location never has anything. The staff clearly doesn’t want to be there, and the food is always just thrown in the bag. I typically don’t leave reviews for fast food places, but my experience with the cashier (Desiree) today made me want to. She was rude and obviously didn’t wanna be there. I decided to give the place another shot after already having a bad experience. Never again. Hey TB, just close this location down, there’s two within 5 minutes of this one that are exceptionally better.
Had to go through the drive thru 3 different times because they could not get one of my items correct. After the third time they STILL didn’t get it right. I spent over an hour trying to get them to fix one simple thing. By the 3rd time I just left because now the rest of my food was cold. Please hire people who can understand English.

Let’s get the facts straight: beans are packed with protein—in many cases more fiber and comparable protein to meat, without the saturated fat. They’re a staple for millions of people who want healthier meals or follow vegetarian diets for religious, ethical, or medical reasons. And yet, instead of encouraging that, you’ve decided to slap on an upcharge? This is corporate price-gouging at its worst. You’re charging more for less. This isn’t just bad business—it’s a form of food discrimination. You’ve made it clear that if you’re not eating meat, you’ll be punished at the register. Until this offensive policy is reversed, I won’t be spending another dollar at their locations. And I’ll be urging others to take their business to a location just a few minutes down the road to the stand alone Taco Bell because they don’t share that same discriminatory policy! Let’s not support such companies like KFC/Taco Bell that exploit dietary choices for profit. It is despicable!
