Food is good and tasty. Medium spice level is best for everyone. It tastes the best compared to hot spice level. Sides are good but hope they will improve on there portions. They are slightly small for families with 3 or more members. But over all good food and garlic sauce is the best !

Nice food and large quantities. The chicken is large size. I didn't know and ordered two pieces which was bit too much for me. Large serving of sides was also very large. The service was ok but the place was dirty and there were chairs all over the place and hardly ant place to sit properly. If they remove extra redundant furniture it can add some nice space for the guests.

The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful in throwing suggestions on what to pick. Make sure to prefer a level down the usual spice level of yours. Hot sauce was actually HOT!! ordered all my dishes Hot and had tough time consuming them. I’d return but would opt my spice levels carefully the next time I’m here. I felt like my fries were extremely strong, hot sauce dominated my burger and corn. The outer crust for my burger buns were hard.

The food was ok, unless you're looking for something different. My main issue with this location was the cashier. He was snobbish and couldn't really answer my questions. This was my first time visiting, and I wanted to know more about the items on the menu. He seemed more concerned about his customers, who were similar to nationality, than anything I wanted to know. He made my first experience feel like I was a nuisance, so instead of waiting for my food, I left until it was ready.

I really like the taste of the peri peri sauce so I go back to Port of Peri Peri. But the advertising is a bit tricky. It says 1/4 leg AND thigh so to me .. this means both leg and thigh not only one !!! I ordered that but when opened at home realized there was only one pc chicken so maybe they need to fix the wording on the menu. It’s tricky!! I also feel they are overpriced. The cassava fries were very dry and tough not soft. Maybe they were cooked a while before. I will go back to this place but the menu / ad needs to be fixed I suppose. Thanks 🙏

Ordered online, I arrived before the time it was supposed to be ready, but had to wait an additional 20 minutes longer (40 minutes from order submission to in my hands) even though the place was empty other than myself and two other guests. The person behind the counter had no sense of urgency: with two to-go orders clearly ready for bagging, she casually put one container in one bag, then brought the plates to the other guests, then put another container in another bag, then stopped to wait for someone in the kitchen to give her a dipping sauce cup, then added another container to the first bag, back and forth. I've got nothing but sympathy for restaurant workers, especially during rush times, but it shouldn't take five minutes to put six styrofoam containers into two giant paper sacks when nothing else is going on, and if one customer hasn't arrived yet, maybe prioritize bagging the other order first! The food was alright.

Chicken was plain and flavor was unusual. The fries were hard and difficult to eat. A very disappointing choice mainly cause the other 3 restaurants we wanted to go to closed early due to Xmas Eve. The bathrooms were also out of order.

Ordered the 1/4 leg and thigh meal for togo lunch and when I got back to work to eat. I noticed the out side was chared black which I scraped off then proceeded to cut open the chicken on the thigh first to find it was still raw in the middle, so I figured the leg would be cooked more, only to be let down same as the thigh. I called the irving location 3 times and no one picked up any of the calls. I will never return to this location, but will give either of there other locations a final try.

Food quality has gone down significantly. They are always out of main items, whether it’s a Friday afternoon or a Saturday night. Rude staff. Used to love this place 2-3 years ago but now it’s off the list unfortunately.

If you are putting someone in front at least training is important. Educate them about your menu educate about customer service. Customer service is zero at Irving location. if you want to go peri peri go to their Plano location. This location customer service is below par. Also Check your receipt display price and charging price is higher. Check your receipt before paying that’s unacceptable. On asking why it’s the system error sorry. Not going back to a place that will cheat like that. They just lost a loyal customer. It’s $2.00 difference I had all white meat is not allot but still.

How can a place who only sell chicken is out of chicken! We came in twice, during the day and at night both the times we were told we are out of chicken and only have tenders. I do not understand why they didn’t want to give any Togo orders. We saw decent amount of people sitting there which I don’t think were only there for tenders. When we told them we want to dine in, they told us we’ve been out of chicken since morning.

Google reviewers you led me astray! From the outside this place looks cute, but the inside is dirty. All surfaces sticky…it seems like no one is doing any upkeep. Menu was filthy and covered with pen marks with scratched out prices. Out of several items and drinks, then the mild dishes were still very spicy and chicken burned. Big let down.
