⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo cenato qui sabato scorso e non potevamo desiderare di meglio. L’ambiente è super romantico, con una splendida vista mare e un piacevole sottofondo musicale che ha reso l’atmosfera davvero speciale. Il cibo? Semplicemente spettacolare. Si sentiva subito la qualità e la freschezza del pesce. Le linguine con le vongole sono state una vera scoperta: non nella classica versione a cui si è abituati, ma con un tocco originale che le ha rese indimenticabili. Anche il calamaro grigliato era freschissimo e ben cucinato, accompagnato da verdure saporite. Il dolce è stata la ciliegina sulla torta: ravioli ripieni (credo) di mousse al cioccolato, serviti con gelato alla vaniglia… un abbinamento insolito ma davvero spettacolare. Servizio impeccabile, camerieri gentili e attenti, pronti a consigliare al meglio. E, cosa non da poco, il conto è stato una piacevolissima sorpresa: per la qualità, l’atmosfera e il servizio, ci saremmo aspettati un prezzo più alto. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chi cerca una cena romantica, di qualità e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente! BRAVI RAGAZZI !!!

Qui abbiamo cenato per il nostro anniversario, i piatti dello Chef ci hanno emozionato per il gusto. Una vera esperienza sensoriale. Siamo contenti di non aver scelto un altro posto. Anche il servizio 10+ (a noi ha servito Giulio, preparato e molto attento a rendere il momento speciale per i clienti che serviva). Sullo sfondo un panorama mozzafiato. Il costo è di fascia superiore ma non si può avere il top a prezzi competitivi. Super consigliato.

Esperienza unica in una location incantata in poche parole come stare in una favola, contornata da una sublime cucina ed un personale preparato ed attento. La mia recente visita al ristorante è stata un'esperienza piacevole, che ha superato le mie aspettative.Il servizio è stato impeccabile. Il personale era cordiale, attento e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Siamo stati accolti con sorrisi calorosi e fatti sentire subito a nostro agio. Il cibo è stato il vero protagonista della serata. Ogni piatto era preparato con grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Gli ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità, erano evidenti in ogni boccone. Abbiamo assaggiato diverse portate e ciascuna era una delizia per il palato, dai sapori ricchi e ben equilibrati. L'ambiente del ristorante era altrettanto gradevole. L'arredamento elegante e l'atmosfera accogliente creavano il contesto perfetto per una serata speciale. La musica di sottofondo era piacevole e non invadente, permettendoci di conversare comodamente. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo era ok. Considerando l'alta qualità del cibo e del servizio, i prezzi erano giustificati. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente il ristorante a chiunque cerchi una cena di qualità in un ambiente accogliente.( unico appunto personale mi aspettavo una piccola cortesia sul prezzo, anche 2.5 euro è un gesto sempre apprezzato dal cliente, il conto era 152.5 euro, certamente non è un obbligo del proprietaro né questo influenza il punteggio).grazie

Ho cenato al ristorante Auras e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente fantastica. Il cibo era meraviglioso, ricco di sapori che mi hanno davvero colpito. Un piatto che mi ha lasciato senza parole è stata la pasta alla genovese con polipo, un mix unico e davvero ben eseguito. Anche i cocktails erano ottimi, perfetti per accompagnare la cena. La location è unica nel suo genere, con un’atmosfera romantica e speciale che rende tutto ancora più piacevole. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca una serata indimenticabile a Ischia!

After having been recommended Auras by multiple people, I decided to try it for myself. After a week in Ischia, this had to be the best combination of food, service, and atmosphere. I was sat at a table right on the water with an amazing view of Ischia Ponte and the castle. The view paired extremely well with the service provided, and the food was excellent. The wine selection was superb, and every detail of the menu was carefully thought out. The owner was extremely warm and friendly and made sure I had an excellent meal and that I was satisfied. Esperienza indimenticabile. È stato tutto perfetto. Ristorante lungo mare con vista bellissima sul Castello Aragonese, immerso in un’atmosfera romantica e unica. Piatti indimenticabili! Non mi fidavo delle 5 stelle ma ho prenotato comunque dopo aver visto un video per caso del posto. Le 5 stelle le merita tutte e se ce ne fosse qualcuna in più, anche quella aggiungerei. Al momento della reservation ho chisto un tavolo vista strategica: oltre a esser stata accontentata ho trovato uno specchio col mio nome e un augurio. Location spettacolare, tutto curato. Panorama sul castello aragonese. Cena sublime a suon di musica azzeccatissima, ad un volume adeguato. L'atmosfera che si crea è quasi magica. Staff giusto, ambiente studiato per essere folkloristicamente elegante. Devi andarci solo con le perosne giuste 😊. Noi abbiamo ordinato 2 antipasti, 2 primi e 2 dolci. Ho avuto la fortuna di mangiare al Ristorante Auras su consiglio di mia sorella Anna e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza straordinaria. Il cibo era semplicemente delizioso, con una vasta selezione di piatti a base di pesce e pasta freschi e di altissima qualità. Ogni portata era presentata con cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile, il personale è stato molto attento alle nostre esigenze, ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati durante tutta la cena. L’atmosfera è stata meravigliosa, perfetta per una serata romantica che appaga tutti i sensi. La vista sul Castello Aragonese, una perfetta selezione musicale, profumi e sapori deliziosi. Ma ciò che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale è stata l'accoglienza fantastica di Paolo. La sua passione per Ischia e per il cibo, e la freschezza data da anni di vita all’estero si sono riflessi in ogni aspetto della nostra cena. Non vedo l'ora ritornarci, ritorneremo sicuramente!

Ci siamo capitati per caso, ma avevo già sbirciato su internet leggendo le recensioni. Cenare qui è stata davvero un' Esperienza. Location veramente molto suggestiva con vista sul castello Aragonese. Servizio impeccabile, staff competente e molto gentile, come anche Paolo che, quando ci ha illustrato piatti fuori menù, ci ha tenuto ad indicarci anche i prezzi delle pietanze, così da non avere sorprese nel conto. Aggiungo che finalmente ho trovato uno staff che parla fluentemente inglese, cosa per niente scontata, complimenti! Paolo ci ha proposto un antipasto di cannolicchi, che abbiamo accettato subito, davvero squisito e una tartare di pesce bianco con lamponi, deliziosa! Abbiamo molto apprezzato che i piatti fuori menù ci siano stati mostrati prima di decidere. La nostra scelta è poi ricaduta sulla linguina all'astice, veramente ottima! Per secondo abbiamo preso una frittura di gamberi, calamari e alici veramente molto buona. Abbiamo chiuso con una nuvola al limone, che con il suo sapore fresco aiutava a pulire la bocca dai pasti precedenti e una cornucopia con ricotta di pecora e fichi con spolverata di cioccolato, che era veramente spettacolare. Concludo dicendo che abbiamo apprezzato anche la grandezza delle porzioni che ci ha permesso di poter apprezzare tutti i piatti. Veramente stra-consigliato!

Ci ha accolto Giovanni , uno dei proprietari, un ragazzo eccezzionale e di una educazione unica. Cucina sensazionale con materie prime di alta qualità combinate in maniera tradizionale con qualche pizzico anche di innovazione. Abbiamo provato tartare di tonno con salsa alle erbe dello chef e cipolla caramellata e la fresella di mare: buonissimi enttambi A seguire tagliatella con scampi , pomodorino giallo e fiori di zucca e polpo scottato su crema di patate. Tagliatella delicatissima e molto saporita. Dolci spaziali! Una piccola perla in uno dei posti piu belli dell'isola condita da ottimo servizio e ottima cucina. Se non provi Auras non puoi dire di essere stato ad Ischia! Location strepitosa…professionalità, cortesia, gentilezza e simpatia a livelli inarrivabili ed inimmaginabili…pesce freschissimo, cucinato e presentato in maniera eccellente… Posso dirlo? Se ci siamo innamorati di Ischia il merito è sopratutto di Paolo e del suo staff. Mai prima d’ora siamo stati così tanto coccolati e trattati da graditi ospiti piuttosto che da semplici clienti! Non abbiamo solo mangiato ma abbiamo fatto un percorso. Prenotato con poco preavviso, posto sul mare non c era ma solo in veranda, pazienza , all arrivo e dopo aver già occupato il tavolo e usato i bicchieri Paolo ci trova collocazione fuori . Che dire, gesto apprezzato. Il nostro cameriere Giulio, attento e premuroso, ci guida in questa esperienza culinaria spiegando i piatti e i vini e per finire i dolci con gli abbinamenti ai liquori. Ahimé l unica foto è proprio di un dolce . Comunque, tentacoli di polpo in gazpacho piccante come antipasto ,ziti alla genovese di polpo e linguine alle vongole e pinoli per i primi e calamaro alla brace con ripieno di lardo di secondo e per finire una torta con melanzane fritte con cioccolato piccante accompagnato da rum zacapa. Seduti in riva al mare , degustando queste ottime prelibatezze con in sottofondo un ottima musica... Grazie di tutto e arrivederci alla prossima vacanza ...

Katia e Giulio ci hanno accompagnato in questa cena, consigliandoci piatti e drink, con una grandissima professionalità. Gli abbinamenti sono stati unici, dagli antipasti al dolce finale (uno dei più buoni mai assaggiati). La qualità del cibo, la location e la cura dei minimi dettagli ci ha fatto innamorare di questo posto. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornarci, grazie per la serata che ci avete fatto trascorrere ❤️

This guy’s vegan menu was so incredibly thoughtful and well executed - in fact the best I’ve seen for any “regular” restaurant. The owner himself served us and explained to us the back story of how his chef was retrained to “get” vegan cooking. And did they get it spot on! Every dish was created like a world class fully vegan restaurant would and they had two vegan starter options, two vegan mains and two vegan dessert options. Which is where most regular restaurants fall short as they may have two vegan options on the entire menu - these often being side dishes and rarely a main and never dessert. A beautiful, elegant experience and I wish I knew about this restaurant earlier in my visit to Ischia where vegan options are practically non-existent. My only feedback is not on the food - I wish they would take the umbrellas out of the way at night as it does not serve a purpose after dark except it obstructs the view of Castello Aragonese when you are seated (nearly) inside the restaurant like we were. The view was the first selling point of the restaurant before we saw the menu

My husband and I went for his birthday and for our first night in ischia and it was a perfect experience. All the food was great but we are obsessed with the pork and the fries. The fries are definitely a MUST. The service was great, we did book in advance to get a table with the view but if you go late its very likely to find a good spot. Which is definitely worth it because the view and the vibes are perfect. A must go spot in ischia for sure.

We had a wonderful dinner at Aures in Ischia Ponte – a high-end restaurant with delicious food, attentive service, and a breathtaking open view of the sea and the castle. Our waiter Julio was incredibly kind and welcoming. There was even a personalized sign on our table waiting for us when we arrived – such a lovely touch! We came with two small children and the staff made sure to accommodate them with patience and warmth – even asking for their names to make them feel included. Worth every star twice over! The location is perfect : best view in town while just outside of the more busy part of the old town. The service is impeccable. We had dinner at Auras on our last night in Ischia and the experience and the food did not disappoint. We had reservations so the table was ready when we arrived. Julio was our main server and he was so friendly and did an amazing job taking care of us the whole evening. We chose this restaurant because it had a lot of vegetarian options. He made sure to understand our dietary needs and then he made some great recommendations. They brought us some bread with an amazing olive oil to enjoy with our drinks while we soaked in the view of the castle that looms tall in the landscape. The food came out and was so so delicious! I highly recommend the squash blossoms. All the food was amazing honestly. It was a 10/10 on atmosphere and overall experience and a 10/10 on the food itself. I highly recommend this place if you are in Ischia…if you get Julio as the server that’s just a bonus! Pro tip: don’t skip the French fries!!!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience here! For starters, we showed up 10 minutes before lunch closing. They were quick to accommodate us and did not display any inconveniences at all. Service was stellar all around. I cannot remember everyone’s name, but Giovanni took great care of us! We had octopus, fried zucchini flowers, fresh tagliatelle with pomodoro, beet ravioli and the grilled sea bass. All of the food was incredible, but the highlights for me were the octopus and the sea bass. Also, the view of the sea was spectacular! I highly recommend!

Fantastic restaurant which has a great view of the Castel Aragonese. The staff are lovely attentive and friendly. The ambience is romantic and relaxed, the bathroom facilities are clean. The staff sat us outside so we can have a view of the Castel, and noticed I was cold so they offered me a blanket. The seafood was great and we tried a dish called Fish Wellington which we’ve never had before (never came across it in the U.K.). It was tasty and so was the octopus pasta. Prices are a bit more on the expensive side, but the food, staff and view made it worth it! We plan on visiting Ischia again and will definitely be back here.

One of the best meals I've ever had. I started with the octopus on a spicy strawberry and tomato gazpacho. The octopus was cooked perfectly; tender and flavorful. Next, the Risotto with Ischia lemons, little local shellfish & coffee powder. It was outstanding. Not only the best risotto I've ever had but one of the best things I've ever eaten. I finished with the lemon cloud for dessert. Tart and creamy with the perfect level of sweetness. The hospitality and warmth from the staff was outstanding as well. I only wish I would have eaten here on the first night of my two night stay in Ischia so I could have went back for a second time.
