A very welcoming villa, with a huge surrounding garden full of flowers and greenery, ample and convenient parking, a wonderful, very clean pool, and a heated indoor pool useful in the winter with mineral salts beneficial for skin and joints. The owners were incredibly welcoming; I immediately felt at home. They were so sweet and available for anything. ❤️

Our first time at Villa Edelweiss, a fantastic experience. We're always looking for new venues, so we were apprehensive about preparing for our son's first communion, with a thousand questions: How will the room be set up? And how will they prepare outside? Will the service and food be good? We had all the answers on the day of the first communion. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, thanks to Mrs. Francesca, who made everyone feel at ease, was on the front line, and was ready to respond to our needs. The set-up was exactly what we wanted. Francesca recommends; you can do your part and she'll make it happen. Thanks to Mr. Raffaele (head waiter), who was kind and friendly. Thanks also to Mrs. Rita, the first person we met for the menu. Anyway, WONDERFUL. Thanks to all the staff at Villa Edelweiss! Emmanuele, first communion on June 9, 2024

The food was excellent, high-quality, and plentiful. Everything was perfect, from the music to the service of the staff, who made us feel like family 😊❤️. Highly recommended The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the property was full of nature, very calm. They had three nice pools, lovely breakfast room (aahhh the breakfast was really good too). Very accessible place with transportation nearby. We adored the hotel staff and they made our stay the best possible experience we could have had. Grazie mille :)

Francesca and Rita made our holiday party event run smoothly. Planning was really easy, they decorated the room so beautifully. The weather wasn't the best but the service and the food helped us forget about the rain. There was plenty of parking for all our guests. We also had a separate area for the kids to have their meals and the animators did a great job on keeping the kids entertained and the kids had a lot of fun. The DJ did a great job the sound system was great and the playlist he had was great. He had a lot of people dancing and we felt like we were in a nightclub. Overall we recommend Villa Edelweiss to anyone trying to plan a great event! Thank you again Francesca and Rita for all your help!

We had our wedding here and everything was from beginning to end perfect. Every last detail was taken care of. We met the lovely francesca ( head of management) 3 years ago and due to covid and other things we decided to wait to have our wedding till 2022. They were with us every step of the way. We are italian Americans who live in america so it can be hard to doings overseas but not here they took care of everything! The structure of the establishment along with breathtaking views and are stupendous. The food delish! The service amazing. Hosting any kind of event whether it be a wedding, baptism, or birthday you wont disappoint!! This is truly a hidden gems! After our wedding they gifted us with a free nights stay in there hotel and breakfast in the morning, along side a relaxing day by their pool. They take care of their people!! 100000 stars Francesca and rita really went out of there way to make things perfect and special

Everything was perfect! We celebrated our daughter's first communion, and it was a fantastic party! The food was excellent, and the waiters were professional, friendly, kind, and helpful, especially Francesco, but also everyone else. They made us happy and pampered us with everything. Rita was the TOP, the epitome of professionalism, kindness, and friendliness; she looked after us and made us happy with everything. We received compliments from all our guests on the deliciousness and quality of the food. We recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back.

I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday last Monday at this stunning venue. It's a charming place with a fantastic view of Lake Fusaro and the Casina Vanvitelliana. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail; the food was excellent, plentiful, and the fish was incredibly fresh. My thanks go to all the staff, but especially to Francesca, who, with her kindness, calmness, and ability to manage everything perfectly, made the party a true success, offering even more than we had agreed upon. I couldn't give less than one star, otherwise I would have given it -10. They practically ruined my daughter's baptism, starting with the heat in the room, which led many relatives to prefer sitting outside under the trees to avoid the heat. Hotel guests entered the room from the pool in their swimsuits to go to their rooms. The food was terrible, starting with the appetizer, which was practically a frozen fried food, continuing with the pasta covered in sand, smelly clams and mussels, and ending with the cake, which had stale puff pastry and prepackaged custard. Instead of the strawberries I had requested, there was some kind of hospital-style jelly. Many guests didn't eat, and everyone called me to tell me that, unfortunately, the heat and the food weren't what they expected. The room was dirty, sloppy, dusty, and completely unorganized. Even the tablecloths were dirty, and the water at the tables was already warm when we arrived, not to mention the wine, which was broth. I made a terrible impression on my family, partly because I didn't ask for a discount. It's a small amount, but it's true that neither the food nor the room setup cost 90 euros per person. If you don't want to ruin your events, stay away from this "villa."
