Nice hotel with view over lake Iseo, from here you can easily explore other locations at the lake, the boat stops in front of the hotel. Friendly service, clean, very good breakfast and good restaurant for a good and fair price.

A beautifully situated hotel right on the lake. A classic Italian breakfast (cooked ham, salami, cheese, and a sweet treat) and dinner (fish from the lake, pasta, and meat) are served on a terrace directly above or by the water. The food is of the highest quality! The only thing to criticize is that the exterior could use a fresh coat of paint. I will definitely be back!

We were greeted by the owners' son, a very pleasant and professional welcome. Generally speaking, a renovation of the property would be welcome. The location is ideal for boarding the ferry. There's the option to relax on the hotel's sun loungers, free of charge, by the lake. The only slight drawback is that the jetty is frequented by local youths, who can be a bit noisy.

The location is just perfect to those looking to relax , the view on the make and especially the fresh fish cooked by the restaurant is worthing all the efforts. The people are also very nice and friendly doing their best to provide very good services.

Unfortunately, there's no air conditioning, refrigerator, or free water in the room. It's extremely hot in the summer, making it almost impossible to sleep. And the rooms are extremely dated! Unfortunately, they're completely overpriced, but the location and the lawn with its loungers are absolutely top-notch.

The only good thing is the location. The hotel is on the lake, in the most beautiful corner of the world. Quiet and with a breathtaking view. You can see the lake from every part of the hotel, from the breakfast room, from the rooms.... There's also a garden where you can relax and enjoy the splendid panorama. Food and breakfast are just adequate. But the real sore point is the management. That's why I could only give it 1 star. I won't be returning. Feeling out of place and being treated rudely and condescendingly by Mrs. Marinella is a no-no!!! A lost customer, at least until there's a change of management. I prefer a hotel without a lake view, but one where I can feel at ease, rather than encountering the manager in the morning at breakfast with her incomprehensible indisposition. Warning: I was forced to pay for the room two weeks before arrival, and was told, again and again, rudely and arrogantly, that the room had already been reserved and that I couldn't cancel it since it had been reserved for me, despite having given two weeks' notice. Absurd, a total lack of goodwill and common sense, considering you're always full in August!!! Marinella, if tourists bother you, you should just change jobs for the good of your staff. You'll lose many more customers.

Here is a detailed review of my stay. Let's start with the positives. The hotel's location on the lake is truly remarkable. The views from both the rooms and the patio are stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for any guest. It's hard to resist being captivated by the beauty of the surroundings. However, the tranquility I had hoped for was unfortunately marred by the persistent noise. The nearby ferry dock, early morning deliveries, and late-night dinners from the hotels restaurant were constant sources of disturbance. The lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep or simply relax in peace. This noise issue greatly affected my overall enjoyment of the stay. Moving on to the cleanliness of the rooms, I can say that they were adequately maintained. The housekeeping staff seemed to prioritize cleanliness, and I didn't encounter any major issues in that regard. However, the disappointment began to settle in when I realized that the hotel's maintenance standards were lacking. The beds were noticeably uncomfortable, lacking the quality and comfort one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the furnishings appeared outdated and worn, giving the impression that they were long overdue for an upgrade. These aspects greatly detracted from the overall comfort and appeal of the rooms. What struck me most negatively about Hotel Punta dell'Est was the impression left by the owners and staff. Upon arrival, I had hoped to be greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, with the staff taking the opportunity to provide a comprehensive introduction to the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Instead, the owners seemed indifferent to their guests' needs and lacked the attentiveness that makes a stay truly memorable. It felt as though their primary concern was extracting money from guests rather than providing a welcoming and accommodating environment. This lack of genuine care left a lasting negative impression and contributed to my overall disappointment with the hotel. In conclusion, despite its excellent location and beautiful views, Hotel Punta dell'Est fell short of my expectations. The persistent noise issues, lack of comfort in the beds and furnishings, and the owners' apparent disregard for guest satisfaction created an underwhelming experience. I had hoped to fall in love with this place, but sadly, I couldn't find a way to overlook these shortcomings.

They took our booking knowing that the restraunt was hosting a very noisy drinking party outside our windows. At 11.30 at night we were still waiting for soe quiet to try and sleep.
