Quedé sorprendido con lo simple / económico que es este lugar, hay un balance entre la formalidad de los meseros y el minimalismo en la decoración del restaurante, sitio con aire acondicionado, platillos bastante accesibles y PORCIONES GRANDES, tuve que pedir para llevar, todos los platillos fueron sabrosos y se sirvieron a tiempo. Solicite factura y me enviaron al siguiente día sin inconvenientes, recomiendo este sitio para citas , reunión de negocios o cenas informales.

My friends and I had a really incredible dinner at Siam Cocina Thai! The food was all really flavorful and delicious. I love spicy food and they definitely delivered the heat when I asked them to. Our server, Dariel took outstanding care of us and provided an excellent experience. We appreciate the great food and the staff’s hard work. Will definitely be back again.

The best Thai food in Puerto Vallarta. Every dish has incredible flavours and presentation. The papaya salad and sweet and sour are two of my favourite dishes. But everything I’ve ever tried has been amazing. This is a must when in puerto Vallarta. Staff are so friendly. Service is always some of the best. Reservations recommended on weekends or for larger groups.

Heard that the food is good here snd I miss the Panang and the fresh shrimp rolls at my favorite Thai restaurant in the SF bay area, so I came with some friends to check it out. We were not disappointed. In addition to the fresh shrimp rolls with the peanut sauce in place of the fish sauce (yum!), we also tried The Firecracker Shrimp (these were a favorite at the table), and the Chicken Satay - the peanut sauce is delicious. We shared the Panang chicken (that's why I came), Pad Thai (coz it's classic), Ginger Beef (no leftovers) and the Black Pepper Beef (so yummy over Jasmin rice). Fresh, crisp vegetables and the sauces in each of these dishes were such a pleasure. The people here were so friendly and considerate - simply excellent service. 👏 There are so many restaurants in Vallarta, a lot of options for good food. This is at the top of my list. Oh, I was advised to make a reservation and I'm glad I did. When we arrived there were empty tables. Within 15 minutes they were all full.

Authentic Thai. I went with a group, I am not a big fan of Thai, only had it a few times from where I live, but went along anyways with the majority. Well, it was delicious and I'm glad we went! I'll have to come back and try some more dishes.

My husband and I have travelled extensively in all regions of Thailand and can safely say that Michael and his team have definitely captured the essence of Thai flavors and spices. That, and the authentic variety of menu items as well as the well trained staff and very comfortable decor will keep Siam as a favored destination. I will return if only for those generous fresh spring rolls and Sticky pork ribs. It’s a pleasure to experience a restaurant run as a restaurant should. Thank you Michael.

This place was fantastic! Food was delicious, drinks were strong (double Bulleit bourbons x2, the peach martini was delicious, and the café español was straight jet fuel, and that's a good thing!) The chocolate cake was otherworldly. Service was on point and couldn't have been any better. Lorenzo and his team were very friendly, attentive but not intrusive, and responsive to every request. Will be back for sure!

We had an amazing dinner tonight at Siam Cocina Thai. Lorenzo was our server and he was attentive, personable, kind, and aware of our needs without being intrusive. He was fantastic! Other staff helped occasionally and they were also great! The food was amazing. We ordered chicken skewers, fried spring rolls, Pad Thai, chicken fried rice, coconut ice cream, red velvet chocolate cake, peach martini, double-bulleit bourbon, and café espanol. Everything was perfect! We enjoyed it so much! Top restaurant that we have eaten at here in PV in the past week here on our 15 year Anniversary trip! Great job Lorenzo and management/owner! Your restaurant is amazing and your staff is well chosen!

Best Penang in town IMO. I order this frequently for home delivery but it’s even better in person if that’s possible. 10/10 do it again. Attentive service, great atmosphere, clean and tidy, Por supuesto. Michael is a pro and it shows. A lovely place to spend a stormy evening or any other evening for that matter. Sit in a window seat for an extra treat if available.

Craving a change-of-pace I tried Siam Cocina Thai and was so glad I did. I got chicken pad see ew cuz I felt that had the least chance of not being too different from Thai food I get in California. To my surprise it was at least equal to, which means super good! Muy delicioso. The spicy vinegar and hot chili oil on the side allowed me to blend in how I like it and it merged nicely to create an umami of flavors. The generous basil helped, too, cuz I love fresh basil. English-speaking staff and air-conditioning made for a comfortable experience. I had a classico mojito which was good too. Great place. Can’t say enough food things.

It's a 5 star extravaganza! The cocktails were flavourful & highly enjoyable to consume. With a variety of choices. Both dishes were seasoned to perfection with the right amount of heat. Everything about the place was top shelf.

We had a great experience here. The manager was around to every table heckling in and asking about where you were from and generally very nice. The food was great. Our meal was coursed properly and they refreshed out plates and silverware between each course. Some that I don’t see as often in PV. It’s nice when you have had sauce with the prior course. We were sharing a couple of dishes and the server brought share plates without be asked when told him when we order that we were sharing. The service was great and the time to order and get your food was not long. Definitely recommend when you aren’t in the mood for tacos.

This was one of the best meals we had so far in PV and some of the best service I can ever remember. We got there about 10 minutes before 6 and were seated right away. The owner came over and greeted us. They had menus in Spanish and English. They answered all our questions about the different meal choices. They were very accommodating when we ordered something special for our son. We ordered spring rolls which came out very fast. They were hot and had a real nice crunch to them. My son had grilled chicken on a stick which he loved because he ate all his food and did not talk during the entire meal. My wife had Thai fried rice and I has massaman curry. For both of us the flavor were so amazing. My shrimp was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere. The wait staff was very attentive. Great meal. If you want Thai food in PV this is the place to go. If you want good food in PV this is the place to go!

Went here during my trip to PV when I needed a break from Mexican food. The restaurant is super cute and charming, I love the aesthetics of the place. The service was great, our server was polite and attentive. The curry and stir fry dish that we ordered was delicious, pairs really well with the coconut rice. Definitely a great spot to get some Thai food in PV if you want to change things up.

El restaurante es muy lindo, los meseros son todos muy atentos, nuestro mesero nos recomendó una bebida sin alcohol y me gustó mucho tiene lyche y fresa. Los spring rolls fritos están muy ricos. El curry no tenía casi leche, eran verduras y una cama de leche, la verdad le faltó mucho. Advertencia si no te gusta el picante avísales, a mi si me gusta y si estaba bien picante, pero mucha gente sólo por pedirlo.picante terminan cambiando su platillo. Aceptan tarjeta y efectivo, tienen wifi.

Una opción distinta de comida Thai. El servicio es bastante bueno, la comida es buena.

¡Bien preparado! Buen sabor, rico y vale la pena. Pad Thai rico y los fideos en su punto. El ambiente podría mejorar, distribución de espacios e iluminación.

Went here twice during our stay and most of the food is tasty. I got the pad thai, papaya salad and tom yum soup. Protein (chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu) could be added at an additional cost of $85 pesos to the pad Thai. I’d recommend not adding protein. Not much was added to the meal for that price. The shrimp was cut up into small pieces and my dish had about 4 shrimp total. The beef pad Thai had three pieces of beef in it. The papaya salad wasn’t spicy at all even though I asked for mild. They gave me a paste to add on but it didn’t taste right; the garlic chili paste is generally made first and the ingredients are added to the paste. The tom yum soup was nice but extremely small for $145 pesos. The servers were friendly and the atmosphere is great.

We found this little gem and it was worth it. Our appetizer was the pork meat balls with a spicy dipping sauce. They were light and tasty. Our mains were drunken noodles with beef. Great flavor and not spicy which I really enjoyed. The other main entre was the duck curry. The broth was very spicy and the duck was tough maybe over cooked. They serve a good stiff drink so no problem there. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was upbeat. I would recommend a reservation as they were busy on a Thursday night. All in all it was a pleasurable dining experience and I wou go back again. You should try it.

The servers were attentive, the ambience was great and a nice scoop of ice cream for our birthday boy with a candle. The food was pretty good! Our family of 4 had 3 kinds of appetizers (Squid, chicken wings, egg rolls), 2 drinks (Passion fruit & Thai Iced tea) and 4 main dishes. Our little kids liked the spicy scale, just right. Red curry chicken w/ coconut rice Pepper Beef w/ coconut rice Basic Ground chicken w/ coconut rice (Our favorite here!) Pineapple Fried rice with chicken (also our favorite but needs more pineapple flavor, had a lot of chicken chunk which was overpowering the rice and pineapple flavor.) Why 4 star? The red curry was just not authentic tasting and not swimming in sauce. Needs more red curry and smaller slices of veggies. The flavor was lacking, the veggies were chunky, cubed (broccoli, red bell pepper, cauliflower, etc). But the coconut rice was flavored subtly with a little sweetness. Perfect! The pepper beef was a bit hard and chewy but very flavorful and not that spicy. The sauce was runny and quite a bit of soy sauce. Pretty good! But all in all - it was very good as long as you know what to expect. Service was plentiful, manager was attentive, most of the food was good. Ambience is also great.

Solía ser mi restaurante favorito de Puerto Vallarta, aunque a lo largo de mis visitas he notado que cambiaron de chef o recetas porque ya no se nos hizo tan bueno; ahora la sopa estaba muy ácida y el Swiming Rama no tan delicioso como en otras ocasiones

La comida tiene buen sabor, sin embargo creo que tienen mejor sazon en la sucursal de los Tules, pedimos un pad thai de pollo y un pad see eww, sin embargo nuestras bebidas estaban muy malas, nos las cambiaron y seguían igual de insípidas. Fuimos las primeras comensales en llegar y nos estaban tratando bien pero en cuanto llegaron los extranjeros cambio la actitud en el servicio y más cuando solo dejamos el 10% de propina. Ni siquiera nos despidieron en la puerta a pesar de ser más de 5 meseros. Creo no regresaremos a esta sucursal, preferimos el mejor trato de los Tules.

I write this review with a heavy heart as the food is amazing, and amongst some of the best thai food I’ve ever had, hands down. I asked for a side of salsa macha with my meal and the waiter was baffled at my request. He turns around to ask a colleague, and they bring it over to me. During that time, he tells the other waiters, that I’ve asked for salsa macha, which I get is very spicy, and they all proceed to laugh uncontrollably for the next few minutes. I get I’m a gringo, and it’s perplexing that I like spicy food, and that I wanted salsa macha. It’s unacceptable that I was mocked and laughed at for it. Take it for what’s it’s worth. Jokes on them as I speak Spanish so this was not lost in translation.
