I come to Isla Mujeres a few times each year. Every trip, I eat here at least once because the steaks are delicious. I always ask to sit in Carlos’s section because he’s awesome. If you’re in Isla, you should eat here

Jairo gave great service and the food was delicious. We got the fish ceviche, spicy mezcalitas, and some lobster and New York strip.

Truly very classy place. Staff is warm and attentive. Decor is mindblowing. Location in the corner is fantastic. Cocktails are unique. Gabriel attended to us with great honour and attentions He speaks fluent English and excels in his job. Gabriel was very helpful in choosing the drinks and main course. Food was also very delicious with high class ingredients.

Me and my wife had dinner here tonight and have to say one of the best dinning experiences I have had hands down. Food was spectacular and fresh. Carlos our waiter was even better,Was very attentive and knowledgeable, even brought a vase of water for my wife's flowers I bought her. Definitely suggest to all my Americans coming to the island. Staff speaks perfect English and very nice. Restaurant is beautiful and lots of fans to keep you cool. Will being going back for sure.

Great atmosphere, server was awesome, Was from the states so the English was great. Steak was cooked perfect along with the shrimp. Best French fries on the island. I was craving some salty fries so I ordered some and OMG they were more like a shoe string fry and absolutely PERFECTION! I’ll dream about those fries when we go home. Sorry forgot to get pics. Very affordable even with two cocktails.

Absolutely wonderful in every aspect!!!! Food was fresh and homemade to order. The service was perfect, Carlos made sure we had everything we could need, and elevated an already perfect meal. This will absolutely be a staple in my visit!

We had a wonderful meal here. My husband had the steak and I had the pasta Arabiata and both dishes were excellent. Jairo was our server and he was absolutely fantastic. Very attentive and friendly. Wur haben lange gesucht und gefunden. Hier kann man sehr gut essen und trinken. Sehr erfrischende und schmackhafte Cocktails. Sehr gut Englisch sprechende, Freundliche Bedienung. Können wir gerne weiter empfehlen.

We are regular visitors to Isla Mujeres. We tried Bourbon SteakHouse for the 1st time. It was amazing. Santos welcomed us and Carlos, our waiter helped us with menu suggestions. They were so kind. Our steak, filet mignon was exceptional and a great value. We highly recommend this restaurant on Hidalgo. It is amazing!!!

The most romantic and swankiest place on the central strip. Carlos was top notch with his service and the food was amazing! 100% suggest this place. We liked it so much we came 2 times in a week. Hip tip, sit at the tables over looking the strip for great people watching!

High quality meat, very nice service, and incredible how it has way more quality than places around (when it comes to meat) but less pricy. Recommend getting the Steak Menu and the Alfredo Pasta. We liked it so much we came here to have dinner 2 days in a row.

We had an amazing dinner at Bourbon Steakhouse and I highly recommend it. The service was awesome friendly, attentive, and on point the entire night. For starters, I had the guacamole appetizer and it was super fresh and delicious. For my main dish, I ordered the lobster and shrimp with bacon, asparagus, and risotto, and it was incredible perfectly cooked, great flavor, and such a satisfying combination. Every bite was delicious. If you’re visiting Isla Mujeres and want a great dinner experience with excellent service and amazing food, this is a must-try. I would absolutely go back!

Genuinely, this is the only restaurant on this island that I was really impressed by. The food was spectacular. I ordered the shrimp with risotto and it was one of the best shrimp and risotto I ever had. My boyfriend got the simple burger and he also enjoyed it. The food and service were both fabulous! We had the fresh bosco handmade pasta with added chicken and took an Alfredo with chicken to go because it was so delicious. A nice glass of Argentinian Sav Blanc. No room for dessert, but they sounded delish, too. Carlos was our waiter and was super attentive, professional and friendly and recommended the wine. We highly recommend Bourbon Steakhouse and we’d eat here again if we weren’t leaving tomorrow. But we will definitely dine here again on our next visit. Great chill music, too, Not too loud and added to the beautiful ambiance, amazing food and awesome service.

Nearby the ferry. Close location to the playa. Excellent ambiance, chill music, ceiling fans to keep you cool. Sets for all sorts of parties. Even swinging chairs at the bar! They also have Tito’s vodka and three kinds of Risotto. Jairo is an attentive server who speaks English if you’re not fluent. For my Wild Cosmo, I requested Tito’s vodka after it had been made, he complied with my request and had the bartender to remake with Tito’s. Oh and champagne (Prosecco) by the glass… My Tito’s Wild Cosmo (and the other one I didn’t want), a glass of Prosecco and Risotto; $46 USD…

Wow! What a delightful experience! The seats are couches and perfect for people watching, perfect breeze from the fans, delicious food, and the server Carlos was super friendly and adorable. I had a martini that was perfect and the mango margarita was also perfect, not too sweet, just right. The mashed potatoes were a huge serving and delectable. Be careful for the sauce that comes with the tacos if you are sensitive to spice. Comfiest, friendliest place in town!

Unfortunately we had the worst service I’ve ever experienced with Gabriel at Bourbon. The food is good but I will not be going back because he was so off-putting. My order was messed up and by the time it arrived, the rest of my party had already finished their meals. Gabriel had entirely left the restaurant multiple times so we had to ask other waiters (who were nice) for help. Even at the end he specifically said that they only take tips in cash not card which is manipulative and not true, then made an inappropriate comment after we tipped on the card - which I was way too nice because I should’ve have even left a tip at all. For that I would not recommend or go back to Bourbon! (The staff at Ocean’s a few doors down is way more attentive and I highly recommend going there instead)

Had a nice dinner here one evening on vacation. I ordered their "value" meal which was a great deal. Drinks were ok…they were very pretty.

After reading previous reviews I was quite excited to try this place. I was guided toward the special steak dinner by the waiter. The “ ceaser “ salad was bland and looked nothing like the photos posted by the restaurant The steak was salty and tough almost inedible The mashed potatoes were dry and lumpy. Sadly disappointed for the price point The Marmex cocktail was delicious and the only redeeming quality.

Bad ribeye tonight. Chewy and gristly . Probably the worse steak I’ve had in a long time. I did enjoy the lobster mash potatoes and grilled asparagus. Wine was also good.

Comimos seis personas y todo estaba bien hasta que uno de nosotros se encontró una servilletas mezclada dentro de la fajita y nos dice el mesero que él nos comentó que era el Manager que es imposible de que pueda venir de la cocina una servilleta dentro de la comida y que la misma tenía olor a alcohol que no es verdad y si eres el dueño revisa las cámaras,es una pena porque lo estábamos pasando estupendo.el servicio bien pero no es real que se puso una servilleta en la comida y para colmo nos dijeron que tenían que cobrarlo muy mal que pena,pero nada gracias por el servicio.

Muy mal, de todo lo que queriamos pedir no tenían, camarón, aguacate, sirlon etc.faltaba. El chef ejecutivo muy malo que no se prevean los insumos. Nada recomendable.
