You know some people does not like chain pizza. But they also fail to realize how customizable the pizza can be in these chain restaurants. You willing to pay extra for the crispness and better cook from another restaurant, but it can be easily replaced by requesting a well done bake for the pie or just switch it in the app. Then you would have the perfectly cooked crispy crust that you like. I mean it’s not the high end pizza, but when you use coupon and customize it to your liking. It’s a good pie and worth the buck.

That 1% is for human error, since we humans are not perfect BUT, they always seem to get it right for me. I've gotten both, delivery and pick up which always leads to a satisfied stomach. They always put sufficient toppings, cheese, and bread seasoning. As for the time... it takes time to make pizza, this ain't no fast food pizza. For every time I have ordered, the suggested time for pickup/delivery has always been correct, sometimes even sooner. Overall 5/5, great job to all the staff that make it right for the customer.

We order pizza for our daughter's softball team and they are wonderful. Rafael is especially nice and takes my phone order from the field. The service here can be deplorable at times. Pro tip: if you're going to order from here, get it for carryout instead of delivery. Once, we waited over an hour to get a simple, 2 pizza order. Understandably, it was 2 am during finals week, but it was still far too long when Isla Vista is hardly a 10 minute bike ride from even the furthest residence halls on campus.

Decent place, the service is not always the fastest but it's good. I have only been a couple of times. There is a loud speaker outside which is extremely loud and hurts my ears whenever I have been there to eat. If it wasn't for the speaker it would be great to eat outside this place.

When you and your roommate are just too poor to afford Woodstock's, this is an excellent alternative. Their prices are about right, and they almost always have awesome deals if you look for them. Right now is the pick 2 for $5.99 each. Of course I'm choosing the 2 mediums with 2 toppings each. They do not skimp out on the garlic oil on the crust of the pizza. I know so many places in Los Angeles do that for whatever reason, but this place does NOT. Buy some good budget pizza...4 stars.

Quick service and well made pizza from this location. The only feedback change I would suggest would be to have an insulated rack for finished pizzas to be kept for carryout orders. Pizzas get cold quickly sitting on a regular shelf after baking.

Is it just me or are their pizzas very inconsistent? They will make great, tasty pizza one time, but then the next time I order them they will literally be dry and tasteless...what's going on??

The last two times I have order pizza was dry and almost like they missed spots on pizza with marinara sauce super disappointing

Be careful you may get something someone else was delivered and opened! They take back things they deliver and are opened by other customers to take to other customers! Ewwww that’s not safe with Covid or any type or germs others may have….

Service is pathetic. For delivery, once we had to wait 2 hrs and when I contacted store, they said they are understaffed so I should cancel the order or have to wait another hour to get it! Who gets pizza after 3 hrs!!

The order took almost an hour to deliver and the online tracker never advanced beyond "Order Placed". It was Saturday evening so I can understand. When it arrrived it was still hot - good idea! When I signed my credit card receipt and tried to take the second copy...the driver told me "Corporate policy - we're going eco friendly so you don't get a hardcopy of the CC receipt." What?! How about we go fraud prevention friendly and gie the customer a copy of their credit card receipt? Eco friendly my butt. Oh, yeah - the pizza was actually good, for a Domino's Pizza.

This place is a real hit or miss sometimes. The food is always great, but depending on who's working you might not get your order if you order late. I've ordered plenty of times 10-15 minutes before closing and sometimes they'll take the order and sometimes they'll give some bs excuse and won't. So frustrating, I mean come on if you're gonna clean the ovens and/or send your delivery drivers home a half hour before closing than change your hours to 2:30 am not 3am, because obviously that's a lie!

Never try and order any thing with extra anything, the employees take offense, and and give you less than you order, if you complain, and try and get just part of your money back.... they get rude and only provide you with store credit. Stay away from the isla Vista Dominos. They serve you food the way they think you need it...... no matter how you order it.....and get belligerent if you object.

The wings were horrible I ordered hot wings barley any sauce at all , I asked for well done and of course they tasted as if they were barely cooked !

Bad service. Made a totally wrong pizza for the first time, and I had to wait another 20 mins for them to redo the pizza. They still got wrong for my customized pizza for the redo pizza. They didn't let me know when the redo pizza is done and I just kept waiting and waiting there. Time wasted and bad experience!!!

I ordered a pizza, they told me it was 2 hour delivery wait. I waited an hour and 30 minutes. Then dominos called and told me they couldn’t deliver because I was too far. Why couldn’t they tell me this early on?! I waited from 1am til 2:30am. Wack!!!

A normal Domino's Pizza but the service is horrible. They are unfriendly and never try to ask friendly how long does it take until your pizza is finished - they will get mad about it very quickly!

Every time I call in for delivery the person picks up the phone and says "thank you for calling dominoes can you hold please thank you" and doesnt leave me any time to say anything before putting me on hold. Then they leave me on hold for 10 minutes.

pasta bread bowls are usually undercooked to the point of me accidentally taking entire bites of raw dough. My online order says "ready for pickup" but when I show up it takes another 20 minutes. Eat at Blaze, it is a similar price but with quality ingredients and reliable staff.

I have ordered from here twice on a weekend night (after 11 pm). I was quoted two hours, called after this time frame, and was just told "sorry, we're running behind." The second time it never even showed up. Don't bother wasting your time with this location. What a rip off.

i ordered and waited for 3 hours and after over 3 hours my order was cancelled. i also tried to call 4 times and was on hold for about 20 minutes one time before i figured no one would pick up the phone. very disappointed.

Worst experience ever ordering pizza. Manager was good tried his best to make it right but won’t order again. First pizzas never showed and free replacements one had no sauce on it. Hard when you have two little boys waiting for there pizza and it takes forever to get and it’s still wrong. Very frustrating.

I’ve been ordering from this domino’s for a couple years now and it always seems like it’s a 50/50 chance they’ll get my order right. They got my order completely wrong and I didn’t check it until I was home (which is my fault to some degree, I admit). I call the store to tell them and they have me waiting on the phone for more than 5 min with no answer at all. I’ve learned my lesson and this is likely the last time I order from this Domino’s.

Ordered online. Finally found pizza by front door when it was supposed to be handed to me. Was ice cold and so dry I almost choked stayed on hold over 30 minutes no one answered finally hung up. Going to call my bank and dispute the transaction

I placed an order that costed almost $50. They were having trouble finding my address (I live in student housing) and delivered my order to someone else. I tried to search for it without luck. I called them to figure out what’s up but was told that my address was entered in wrong (I checked during the call…it wasn’t) and then said that the delivery driver couldn’t find my order and would try re-delivering it (that didn’t happen). I didn’t get a refund either. Now I’m pizzaless, wingless, and moneyless.

They do not know how to answer the phone. If you cannot answer a phone as an employee to a minimum wage paying job (which answering the phone is probably in the job description) don’t apply here. If you are too inept to answer a phone you are probably not even worthy of a minimum wage paying job in itself. Honestly, if anyone would’ve picked up the phone my experience with this dominos would’ve been satisfactory. Since no one felt that customer service was a priority in their shift I am left with no other than to give this dominos 1 star. Just pick up the phone. It’s not that hard.

We asked to be given another large half & half instead, therefore another 20 min wait. Then, we were given a large no cheese no toppings whatsoever in addition to the large half & half! Unbelievable! At this point we were very hungry so we just took the pizza & left. The customer before us had a problem too with his order but couldn't wait for them to correct it & just left. We paid $33+tip. Those 2 counter guys seemed spaced out & didn't really know what they were doing! This should be fixed because they are giving Domino's a bad name!
