Clean and welcoming fast food joint. Best burger I've eaten other than my home! Fries are awesome also. Staff was friendly and I liked the louder upbeat music. While this place is pricier than a "normal" fast food place the food is worth it! Fresh and hot in a timely manner.

Holy cow Batman ... Seriously if you ever can eat at five guys In Ithaca NY and really want a good burger I mean a good burger go to five guys flavor explosion I had to bury my face in that burger and it was well worth it in the end thank God for napkins definitely money well spent.... 😏💯🔥🍔🍟🥤

This was the best Five Guys I have been too! The fries were cooked perfectly! The burger was delicious also and the bun was fluffy and not soggy! The best service also!

Little cheeseburger and small fry. Fries tasted good as usual but had the bottom of the bin crispies mixed in what was 60%good fries. Burger was well made and satisfying. Staff there was lively and efficient. Seems every time I go there it gets more expensive though.

Ordered 2 burgers, fries and drinks. One had everything on it (for husband) and the other was specific...only lettuce tomatoes and pickles (mine). Both burgers were made with EVERYTHING. Needless to say, I had to make a sandwich to eat with my fries and drink.

Went to five guys today for an online pickup order. Usually we order online for pickup but this time I was skimmed on my order. Guess I should have looked before we left to make sure everything was there. Not sure what was going on with the kitchen staff today we usually love five guys but today was meg and it wasnt super busy. So not sure how the order was messed up?

One burger, small fries and a drink... $22.... And they ask for a tip too. Food not quite what it used to be, the fountain drink machine is not making normal drinks, and the price is truly shocking

My budget was so good. I didn't like the service. The men behind the counter kept staring at me the whole time. Even when I was placing my order. The staring at me, had me feeling so uncomfortable that I went and stood next to the napkins and Ketchup to get out of their line of sight. My food was good and the fries...yummy... The price was a little much $36 but it is what it is🤷‍♀️

People are great but it was 104 degrees out today and the air conditioning went out…People were turning away. I am sure in the pit of the kitchen it was even worse. I asked them about it and they said that there was nothing they could do. Food was ok, staff were great given the circumstances. Fix the AC corporate!!! Now!

This place went from the best burger on the East Coast to being the worst experience ever 🤬 spent over $30 and got about 30 fries ??? That’s not the regular but it’s what we got. Not worth it don’t go there 🤬

The restaurant was dirty the bathroom was dirty and the lettuce was contaminated with onions which I definitely did not want on my burger. When we told the shift manager about the onions he just Shrugged and said it happens didn't offer to remake it or any other solution.

Used to get your money's worth for quality food. A large fry now costs $8 !! It used to be a full cup and then another cup dumped in the bag. Now the cup isn't even full. Disappointed that this establishment is pinching back on even filling the cup, not to mention some extra in the bag.
