Becca at this location is the epitome of excellent customer service. She understands the difference of hospitality over service and that alone sets this establishment above all others in Ithaca because finding that type of service is very difficult. I came in with my son after spending the afternoon at UR and spending 4.5 hours in a car to order a chicken salad sub only to find out it was discontinued. Not knowing how exhausting our day was both physically and mentally instead of just telling us the item was no longer available she offered to make it by hand for my son. She not only made my son's entire day exponentially better but her kindness and compassion for the people she comes in contact with as a mother brought tears to my eyes and warmed my heart.

My daughter and I entered around 4:50pm to order a footlong baja chicken sub. Sierra was the only employee working. She immediately greeted us and let us know that she has 3 subs to make ahead of us. We patiently waited and the cashout was around 5:40pm. Her level of patience, and accuracy of my sub was nothing short of amazing. She maintained a positive attitude as more customers walked in and to-go orders were printing non-stop. Give this girl a raise. Sierra, the sub was delicious, thank you.

Kaitlyn rocks. That girl was running the store by herself due to a callout and the shift before her forgot to make bread. So on top of being the only employee she had minimal bread. She deserves a raise and shame on management for allowing this to happen. SHE PUT A SMILE ON HER FACE AND MUSTERED THROUGH THAT LONG LINE OF CUSTOMERS THE BEST SHE COULD. As a supervisor myself I was extremely impressed with how she handled herself in a stressful situation. Kudos to Kaitlyn.

I ordered pick up and as I got there my food was just finished. I got the #20 elite cbr and it tasted great, loaded with ranch, all veggies I ordered, and with the chicken and bacon. Bread was soft, a little crispy. I find it to be a great price, $9 something for a 12 inch sub. And I got the churro to try, it tasted amazing! Not hard either, also great for the price. The employee was kind, inside the store looked clean and a few seating. I recommend stopping in for a quick lunch or dinner.

I just got the Best sub and the best. The #1 best customer service here from a nice lady named Sabrina. She gave me a huge smile as I walked in. And waiting patiently for me to choose my sub, I ordered a foot long veggie delight with the avocado spread and she put every topping on in perfect proportion and we had a nice chat about Keurig coffee (that subway now sells) she was so sweet and I made sure to come back in to tip (had no cash on me, paid with card) if you ever. Ever get the chance to get a sub from Sabrina, a nice lady with dark hair and glasses. Please treat her super nicely bc she is one hell of a gal :) !!! And I hope her manager reads this and gives her a huge raise!

Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of product that was used to make our subs. We have gone to other subways and didn't get well made subs like this place. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

If you want mediocre food then here you go. I get the steak on the flat bread. The onions and peppers are supposed to be cooked but they aren't so I never get them. The cheese is good. The garlic aoli use to be really good but the last time it was not great. They don't put enough meat on the bread to fill it up so you're eating mostly bread and you'll be lucky if there is ice for your drink.

Food is as expected from subway. But tables are absolutely disgusting. Bird poop and days of grime and food debris on tables and chairs. Would think this would be part of regular maintenance of team. Pretty gross. Hope that is helpful feedback.

Many, many fruit flies on the glass where the food is stored. Maybe a thorough cleaning daily would prevent this. I did my best to overlook it, but once a big house fly landed on the bread I had to leave. Drove a couple minutes up the road to the subway in Wal-Mart. A much cleaner environment and I felt it was safe to order there.
