The place is very pleasant; however, the prices are quite high considering the quantity and quality of the food. You should consider the area and nearby prices, as well as suppliers, before even thinking about creating a menu. My recommendation: Reduce your menu and be less ambitious with the number of items you offer. It's much better for people to experience the place through one or three dishes rather than having a huge selection that, from what I've read in other reviews, isn't always available.

The place is nice, well-located, and pleasant, but the problem is their inconsistency; they ALWAYS have items missing from their menu. They never have any cuts of meat, and they should just remove them from the menu altogether. The ciabatta is good, but one day it's great, and the next day they have very little protein.

For two years it was one of my favorite places, but two months ago I ordered some molletes (a type of Mexican bread roll) that had a hair in them. I reported it to the manager, suggesting the cook wear a hairnet, but the cook didn't seem to care and continued grilling the same thing. Also, this is the second time (including today) that when I asked for the bill, they only gave me the total verbally, and when I asked for the receipt, it turned out they had added drinks and food I hadn't ordered. It's so sad, because I loved the place and highly recommended it.

It leaves much to be desired; the food is awful. I ordered fries and they gave me soggy, reheated ones. I ordered boneless wings and they gave me nuggets, justifying it by saying they ran out and were very sorry. The portion size for the price is terrible. I think their main selling point is the beer, and they're just using their food as a disguise. I don't recommend it; you'll be disappointed.

Don't waste your money there, the service from the woman who works there is terrible. I ordered a frappé and she gave it to me without whipped cream, casually telling me she'd run out. When I tasted it, she hadn't added any milk either. It was practically like honey! Plus, she charged me the full price. It's a disgusting place, don't go.
