Not being from New York, I had always heard a lot about Tipsy from my friends in New York & I finally decided to pay a visit to check out if it was worth the hype. I am happy to share that it not only met my expectations but actually surpassed my expectations. The vibe and the ambience is top notch & classy. The food was delicious especially the spiral potato, butter chicken w/ naan & oyster mushroom chili. Being a big fan of bollywood, they had a great selection of bollywood music but also mixed in lots of nice songs from other genre. As far as drinks, red lipstick stood out the most but they do have a great range of drinks as well. My girlfriends loved the tipsy mandala shots which was tasty and surprisingly refreshing! Overall, a wonderful experience and would stop by every time I am in New York.

Good vibes, amazing cocktails and an overall great ambience to hang out with your friends. Incase you do come on your own, the owners are pretty chill to talk to as well. Definitely the go-to place in Queens, NY.

I had an awesome time at tipsy mandala. The service was great, and the bartenders were super friendly and attentive. The bar snacks were delicious, and my favorite was the mushroom chili. It got super packed, so would recommend to go a little early to save a seat at the bar. Overall, the vibes were on point and I will definitely be coming again!!

One of my favorite bar to go to. Love the vibes. They have good amount of selection for food and drink as well. My fav drink from the menu is Cherry Bomb. Definitely recommend if you want something sweet but gives you that kick 😉

They have live music throughout the week/weekend, I believe they’re called The Nima Band and they’re absolutely phenomenal. One of the best Nepali/Tibetan bars I have ever been to. Great drinks and entertainment. The bartender Icy was super nice and welcoming and made us feel at home. And the drinks he did were wonderfully made. This will definitely be our new spot to hang out. Thank you Icy and see you soon! However there is no food in the place. I was expecting something to eat but they don’t have any food :(

My fiancé and I decided to come here to have some drinks and watch a live band. The food - butter chicken and honey chili chicken - were delicious! Limited menu but nevertheless very good. The staff were very attentive and friendly. And the band…..excellent! Good covered music and they kept the crowds’ attention with their great sense of humor. We will def have this place in mind whenever we want to just grab some drinks and listen to good live music.

This place needs to update prices on menu to reflect actual charge. Automatic 20% gratuity placed on orders, despite having only a group of 4. When I asked why I got a 27$ bill for a 18$ flat fee (50% more…) the receipt showed I was charged 15$ for the honey chili fried chicken, despite the menu saying it was 12$ (for a tiny portion). Staff said there was nothing to do about that so I didn’t dispute it any further, but I’m pretty sure this is a fraudulent practice to charge more than what is listed, 20% gratuity or not.
