We went to Lunch with Our Ancestry DNA discovered family. The Hosts was very friendly, Our waitress was very nice and quick with service. The drinks came out fast and the biscuits were tasty. The food came out hot and delicious. The bathroom was clean. I had such a great experience. The Parking lot had a lot of spaces inside of a area with a lot of other restaurants.
Great place. Our server Kristi was really attentive to us as patrons, as well as the rest of the people in her area, very pleased with the food and service. Absolutely pleased with our servers performance. Is what I don't understand is how people are calling out of work for no valid reason and still have jobs ?????? When people call out it makes things very hard on the rest of the servers. This needs to be looked into by corporate, and the rosters need to be looked at for Xmas schedule as well and those that called out. If you don't want to work, you don't need a job. With that said it is a good place to eat with good food, and our waitress was amazing 😍🤗, if it wasn't for Kristi, we would of just walked out.
08/12 Update: I went back Saturday around 6:43pm. It took around 8 minutes to be acknowledged and then another few minutes for the manager to have someone tell us it will be 35-40minute wait to be seated. The restaurant was nowhere near full, so there were plenty of tables. There were also quite a few waitresses, so it was unclear as to why we couldn't be seated. The lobby area was hot and we asked if we could seat at table inside where it was cooler. Our request was denied. There was four other families waiting, but due to the lack of communication from the manager they all left. The manager never came out even when requested and could definitely use some customer service training. The clam chowder was luke warm at best, but our all you can eat shrimp were good. ~ I placed an order over the phone, and somehow the call center sent in the incorrect item for one of my meals. I brought the food back, and the waitress and manager made it correctly without any issues.
SUCH A REFRESHING RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE!!! 🎉 We had an awesome server, the restaurant was nice & calm, and the food was really good. Our server was very attentive, polite & comforting to my kids. On top off all that, it was located in an area where we could get plenty of shopping done with a nice variety of stores & shops. I'm planning to head back soon!
We had a great experience at Red Lobster. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. The biscuits, shrimp Rangoon, and mozzarella stick appetizers were uber yummy. I had the rainbow trout which was cooked to perfection. What really made this a five star experience was our server, Millie. She was really hustling, very attentive to her customers, and made our night. I have worked in this industry and she made this a five star experience.
I have to say our waiter, Jonathan, was very spirited, professional and friendly. He made our dining experience wonderful. He recommended the stuffed mushrooms and they were so good. Our food was delicious! Jonathan was very helpful as we were checking out and signing up for the rewards program. Great overall lunch outing!
Fantastic food and and service at the River City Red Lobster restaurant (#6343). Tiffany was an excellent bartender. She makes the finest quality drinks and was awesome to talk with. Suve is a great leader. She made sure the food, timing, and overall experience was excellent. She greeted me with a welcome smile. The store was in excellent shape, music in the bar was 80’s standards. Wonderful experience here and highly recommend both travelers and locals stop by to say hi and have a cocktail, appetizer, and/or a delicious meal.
Hostesses were so so. One was on the phone while the other was sitting in a booth talking!?!? Not a great way to start… Waitress, Emily, was pleasant and very attentive so we started to feel a bit better… She did forget to bring our salad but honestly we were too busy talking and forgot about it ourselves! She did great the rest of dinner… Manager, Jessica, introduced herself, which I personally always like. We ordered the "Mixed Grill" seafood platter with salmon, shrimp, scallops, broccoli & rice. OMGoodnes the "brown butter sauce" is amazing! I asked for another portion for my broccoli. First serving of snow crab legs were overcooked and bland but Jessica (Mgr) took them back and immediately handled it. Tip…They don't come seasoned…you can ask for your crab legs to be cooked with seasoning! Ask for them to be tossed in the butter and seafood seasoning! Second attempt with seasoned crabs were perfect! They had that beautiful deep coral color and the meat separated from the shell so smoothly! Mashed potatoes were good, but one plate of broccoli was over cooked while the other was under cooked. Seems to be a kitchen issue where we were plated 2 servings... one from an older batch and one from the other not quite ready. Fries were good… hard to mess that up. Bahama momma drink was strong… :) Butter for crab legs was maybe just regular melted butter so it congealed which was odd… see blue ramekin photo. I didn't think drawn butter was supposed to do that if it were boiled and skimmed/strained. I'm not a chef so maybe that's just too much Food Network for me! It is hard to get 5 stars from me… especially from a chain but since I work with restaurant owners and managers all the time, that is usually what tips the rating up for me when everything else is good. Food was okay enough, maybe slightly overpriced, but the wait staff and manager was over the top! Thanks for the experience!
Hubby and I went here for a Saturday lunch and was hesitant as the place was empty inside, but our lunch ended up being a great one. Our server, Chris, who was filling in as the manager stepped up and ended up running the show, due to being understaffed. Chris went above and beyond making sure our food was up to our standard and with a smile. Chris was a true professional under pressure. Looking forward to another visit.
Had a great time and food was great also! Our server Kenesha was awesome. She recommended adding Cajun seasoning to our shrimp & lobster linguini fettuccine and it really added flavor to the meal. I will definitely go back & sit in her section again!
Love it all. I just had an amazing 2 tailed lobster lunch with baked potato and crispy Brussels. The server Jonathan, hostess destiny, and Manger Brandon were all very pleasant and fast. I ate before realizing I should post. Lol!!!
Wonderful service and great food. We were seated immediately and our server was excellent. She was attentive and checked in with how we were doing regularly. Service could be affected it were busier, but for today we were more than satisfied. 😋
Was a good experience. Granny enjoyed and she doesn't even like biscuits. The food was out in decent time. But.bathrooms user beware: your in for a scare, or atleast mad frustration. The restroom are setup for eco friendly, and are crazy hard to get to flush.

The airport location was lacking on there serv.. and the cleaning of the tables/portable kias. The food was ok but needed more seasoning.. spoke with the mgr..
Well my Food was good but my wife's food was unseasoned so if u want season dont get the ultimate feast other than that my server was attentive and very apologetic the kitchens fails.
Not a good experience with this side of town .. we waited 15 minutes before seating because the host was no were to be found and all staff were in the kitchen or out of site .. there customer service was the worst I've ever seen .. over half of there food was not in stalk and the rice was dry and tasted old .. we were seated in a section that was separated from eye view making us wait even longer to be served.. we finally got food 2hrs later and our fries did not come until the end of out meal . 120 bucks gone down the drain. My mother in law birthday experience was not good at all .. parking lot lights and out side sign never came on making place looked closed after we left ..
Went for my Mother n Law birthday. The place was practically empty..that being said every table should be clean and the floors should be clean, staff should be ready to greet and serve. That was not the case for us. We were greeted asked if we wanted a booth or table we said a table and got both (table/booth). We sit n look over the menu. The server eventually came over and took our drink order then 5mins later came back with the drinks then took our food order. Drinks: glasses were not clean. Food: Awful. The salad was not fresh, appetizer dip was liquid like and way too salty. Our entree’s were ok. The shrimp was fresh and the lobster but the crab legs were not. The best part: The Cheddar Biscuits!
I had the worst experience on a Monday night in my 30yrs of going to red lobster. Waitress stormy was in attentive and unapologetic for all the issues. Out of coleslaw lied about it being part of a meal? Biscuits were over cooked and food was not cooked well. My spouse doesn’t like conflict so we paid 100 and left but be sure everyone will know don’t go there and we will never be there again. It was like twilight zone. Not once did a manager come by and ask us about our meal. When we were asked by stormy we said it was ok and she said GREAT.
When we arrived they didn't look at the computer to see that we had requested to be placed on the wait list, making us wait even longer. When the waiter finally came to the table and got our drink order it took 15 minutes to get our drinks. We were never asked if we wanted appetizers. We ordered or food and waited 30 minutes for food so we requested reorder due to how long it was taking, he said "well it is Saturday night and we are busy." The restaurant was empty, with only 7 or 8 tables. The couple who sat behind us even commented on several issues that were similar to ours. The table never got cleared off as you can see from the picture. We had to flag different servers down to get drinks because our server was no where to be found. Our glasses stayed empty more than filled. We waited so long for food that my 3 year old grandson began to cry, when the food came out the first time only part of the order came out, not my grandsons food. A manager never stopped by to see us although we know they saw us flagging people down for help. This is by far the worst Service, food, Cleanliness, and experience.
