I sat down to have a little snack while at JFK airport, and experienced a delicious flat bread with pepperoni and extra sauce. Nothing like enjoying some delicious pizza in New York. Ayron waited on me and got my order exactly the way I wanted it. Hot, delicious sauce and I enjoyed my flat bread pizza snack. Excellent service with a smile. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I recommend this place flatbread fans.
It’s the only food/drink in a distant/desperate section in an airport in the most expensive city in the country, what do yall expect pricing-wise? I don’t get the bad reviews, of course it’s expensive but service was solid and my sando was better than many $25 sandwiches I’ve had in airports. Align your expectations for the situation/where you are and you’ll be fine.
Place is the only Vendor in the High A teens A13 thru A21 in terminal 4. They have Liquor, Beer, Wine and drinks. Was told the Lobster Roll was not worth the money. I got the Chicken Caesar Salad. Will update once I get the bill and enjoy my salad before a trip to MT
Good food - Fun experience. Staff is friendly.

For travelers who want a meal and a drink on the run, this place is great and not too expensive. No wait, good food and friendly service.
The price was high, as expected with the convenience of eating at an airport. The online ordering service was a bit problematic, and the spotty internet service added to the problem. The food was pretty good, and the Mad Tea Party was exceptionally good. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a pretty decent experience.

I did not get any food, I already have the maximum number of loans permitted by my bank 😉 €30 for a sandwich 😳 The music while I was here was all rock which would be fantastic for many folk, not my cup of tea though. Simple negatives but enjoyed the Sierra Nevada IPA, just the one at $16 per can. Not a bad place by any means. The staff are perfectly fine.

Food was good, service not great. we ordered at the kiosk and they didn’t tell us muffins were self service for take out. I ordered chicken noodle soup and my order was ready about 5-10 minutes. Then for my daughter, she ordered chocolate chunk muffin and buttered croissant. We waited for that order at least like 20 minutes. Then came to the lady at the front who’s giving out orders, and asked for our muffin and croissant. all she said was,” we dont have any chocolate muffins, just grab whatever ones are left.” and “we dont have any buttered croissants.” but didn’t even dare to check. afterwards she asked the people behind the window making food, and gave the croissant. the room was small and crowds were forming making hard to hear my order.

Yikes. 26.91 plus a tip (which you honestly don’t deserve cause I’m not sure there was even alcohol in it) for a Bloody Mary that tastes like a college kid threw it together with no garnishes or anything? Like….it LOOKS like it should be $8-10 dollars at the most. Didn’t even bother ordering food- distinct lack of caring and at this price point- I need more.
Ordered a 25$ sandwich off the kiosk... Went to sit down and got kicked out that I cannot sit cause it's atake-out ticket... There was literally nobody acting as a waiter... My 25$ sandwich didn't even come constructed... This place sucks. I also feel that I've been discriminated against for my appearance... I may be covered in tattoos and piercings but I am a paying customer none the less...oh and it was missing onions 🤣
I visited the Beacon bar and kitchen to get two beers from the cooler. After paying, I requested my receipt and noticed that the server had added a tip for himself. He had done the same thing to my uncle when he bought pizza. I questioned the server about this and he offered to return the money he had taken as a tip. I insisted on getting back the five dollars he had added as a tip without my permission. I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. In the picture, you can clearly see the server adding a tip for himself.
I have no idea what I just ate. Ordered the prosciutto flad bread. It's literally pizza crust drenched in honey and crumbled cheese... crust is soggy... I need a therapist....
This place is a scam. They advertise a glass of Merlot for $12 but then charge you $28 and refuse to honor the price printed on their official menu. I am attaching a photo of their menu and receipt.

Worst airport dining experience ever, which says quite a bit. Unbelievably bad food, pricey, and atrocious service. Be warned.
The bartender had to clarify my order 3 times and still charged me incorrectly. Music was very loud and the bartender appeared irritated when he couldn’t hear his customers. He up charged me claiming a wine costing $12 for 6 ounces was $27 for 9 ounces of the same wine. Then when I asked a question about it to clarify, he brushed me off and gave me a more expensive ticket without answering my question. Food was good for the price, but the bartender has issues.
The chicken in my kale chicken Caesar salad was TERRIBLE. Ridiculous $21 for a bowl of kale...the chicken was inedible!
This is my first time writing a Google review for less than 5 stars, so the 1 star is quite significant. I ordered at the kiosk and then went to sit at the bar. I’m traveling for work and set up my laptop at the bar. I was given menus and advised I ordered through the kiosk. I was told I need to order a drink to sit at the bar, so I inquired about coffee and was told it had to be alcoholic. It seems this restaurant does not serve sober individuals, as a separate matter. I then asked if my order could be cancelled and I’d purchase food at the bar instead, to which I was told “too much work.” Multiple patrons heard. Then, while waiting for my food, the bartender asked what I ordered and I responded “514”. He then said what did you get, which was frustrating after being denied service for an order that couldn’t be cancelled. He then yelled “bacon breakfast sandwich” to the kitchen, so I called him out for that being my order placed late. The pre-packaged food came out cold within 3 minutes of him yelling to kitchen. Needless to say I was thrilled to inform him the remaining spend in my business travel budget of $50.00 would not be tipped to him as I intended when walking in. I asked for his name and he responded “no name” so can only describe him as the bartender lacking hair to be as politically correct and professional as possible.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Me and my friends went to grab a drink as our flight was delayed. We sat at a high top table and we ordered our drinks through the QR code and paid for it there. I then turned around to ask the bartender if he can put my drink into a tall glass and I asked for 3 waters. The bartender put the drinks on the bar and screamed miss to me. I believed he was going to drop the drinks to me as I paid 26$ for my drink as well as tipped 18% on top of it. I ended up getting up to grab my drinks and I asked him for limes as I put that in my order instructions. The bartender grabbed the limes with his fingers after handling money and touching his hair and the pos screen and squeezed the lime into my drink and dropped it inside. I myself am I a bartender and I do not like when people drop fruits in my drink so I asked him to remake my drink for me. He then proceeded to pour Bacardi into my cup and I told him I paid for captain Morgan’s. He told me he doesn’t have it I told him I don’t like any other rum that’s why I ordered that one. He then magically grabbed captain Morgan’s and asked me if if I want a double which I had already paid for. He then poured my drink and disrespectfully clapped his tongs in the air to show he wasn’t touching the fruit by hand. He also asked me what my problem was and when I was explaining why I was upset at his poor service skills he cut me off and wouldn’t let me speak and kept telling me to sit down. He then slammed my drink on the table beside me and I tried to tell him that I was upset because I’m paying 30$ for a drink I could’ve just made my self he ignored me and walked away. Disgusting service. He didn’t wash his hands once he was touching his hair. My friends ordered drinks too through the QR code and he proceeded to through out all the chits and then said we should’ve told him what we wanted? What’s the point of having the QR code them. Never again Rodney should be fired terrible hospitality and disgusting unsafe practices
One of the worst dining and hospitality experiences of my life. The bartender there handed us menus and we ordered smoothies off the menu while we looked further at the food. He said we couldn’t order smoothies because there wasn’t any alcohol in them. We explained we didn’t drink alcohol but that these smoothies looked good and were on the menu. He said he wouldn’t serve them. I said that doesn’t make much since since they’re more expensive than the beers. He said we seemed to only want to sit at the restaurant to be comfortable and charge our phone, he told us to leave and go to the gate or Starbucks. We said we had already got to the gate area which was a 10 minute walk back to Starbucks and my mom walks well but has pain in her knee. He said he didn’t care and said again he wouldn’t serve us. I asked for the manager and he said no. Honestly this guy seemed to want to do more than ruin our fun girls trip, I honestly have never experienced anyone so mean and hateful. I don’t mind short or even impatient waiters, I’ve worked in the industry and I know it’s not easy. But this guy hates his job and made us feel unsafe and targeted. I hope he’s fired immediately. We were there at 2:30 on 11/7 and he was the only person working behind the bar. I suggest firing him immediately.
Prices are outrageous even for monopolized lower level space. Owner/manager is beyond rude -aggressively hostile. But why not - no returning customers just travelers passing through who are trapped with lousy atmosphere, barely adequate food, high prices and abrasive service. Walk back upstairs to anything else.

Never in my life have I ordered a 25.00 breakfast sandwich, and of course they don't advertise their price, and it had powdered eggs on it. This place is the worst do not go here!
Ordred Avacado toast without the egg had the slightest amount of green spread which didnt taste like avacado. I asked for more spread and they said no. Bad experience spending $22 on bread.

The glass of wine was supposed to be 12$, the guy charged me 17$ and refused to change the price. I saw another review that showed he added 5$ to the price for someone else (presumably for a tip). I never leave reviews, but this has me very angry! I tip well everywhere else I go, but definitely not after this! Avoid this place if you can!
I ordered a salad and was informed after waiting five minutes that there was no salad. I then asked for a charge back and was told only a manager could do that. When the manager appeared 10+ minutes later she didn't immediately come to resolve the issue. Instead, she socialized with several employees and then when I told her why I needed a refund she argued with the itchen about whether they had the ingredients. Abysmal service and poor resolution of a relatively simple issue.
