Very disappointed. multiple times I passed the jamaican flavors on springfield blvd and come to this one because it’s closer to home and the last couple of times i’ve been disappointed by the quality of food. The patties and coco bread i ate yesterday was so hard and dry it tasted like they gave me a old patty from last week. Sometimes i come and look at the food in the window and it looks like it’s been sitting there all day drying out. Fish was hard like a rock and festivals are so hard i almost lost a tooth. I will no longer waste my time coming to this location which is truly sad because this used to be one of the best spots in the community. fix the food or just close down seriously.

They’ve changed the name to Kerrion K. Usually there’s a lady who provides excellent customer service. Today, there was a man who didn’t even speak - not to tell me the price, or anything. He could be non-verbal but he should be in the kitchen if that’s the case.

I was there this morning around, 10am, don’t get me wrong we live in New York and thers going to be bugs. BUT where they have the salt fish at, located on the right as you walk in. There was a fat roach that kept crawling back n forth from where the food is at. I politely asked the cashier if she had a broom or fly swatter, she didn’t know where it was………… so all day I’m thinking I’m eating roach food. I spent my $15 so I couldn’t just throw it out but I couldn’t stomach the today’s interaction. And not for nothing “flavors” shouldn’t be in the name because the food literally has no taste. I’d rather eat hospital food….. knock on wood I hope I don’t have to for the next few days….. please do better for us customers. I am not a food critic but good food is good food but this spot ain’t it

I ordered food from here via door dash not I asked for steamed veges the food was packed like they don’t care they out salad not what I asked for. I asked for some sauce over the jerk chicken nothing dry food I called them all the said , they guy said all I can say is sorry we cannot refund you and that they probably ran out of steamed vegetables so they put salad . So they just put whatever the feel . . What a waste is $$ they tell g me to drive to the restaurant and ring the food they will give me other food what a joke . Don’t order delivery from here . Plus the delivery was Terrible everything was top over

This place is one of the worst places ever, i see the employees in the back slacking off except this one girl who is doing the all the work by herself, poor girl. there are so many people just talking in the back and i expected a SINGLE beef patty to come out fast yet it took about 5 minutes!. the place was a sauna, and it was extremely humid. whoever is running the place needs to hire more people, it doesnt make sense why there are 3-4 people in the store yet a single beef patty takes so long to get taken out. dont even get me started on the food prices… everything is overpriced & i seen someone get the smallest portions ever! the beef patty was not even that tasty!

I ordered chicken soup and no chicken find it's way in the soup. I called and they did not even try to accommodate me in any way. Terrible customer service!

I ordered a mild beef patty and shared the patty with my five year old without tasting it - he started screaming because it was “spicy”. Since I was home already, I called back the location and was not offered a return for mild - was just told that girl made mistake and I will tell her. I put the patties in the garbage and tendered my kid. I will not patronize here again - it’s not worth the wait, the money and frustration. The service sucks!

sometimes it’s worthy to give away or throw away a burnt or overcooked Pattie rather than try to give it to your customers. Went in today for two beef Pattie’s with coco bread and I could burst someone’s head with the patty. I went back inside and brought it to the clerks attention she was super sweet apologized but gave me a new one which was also burnt. So instead of going back to waste my time as they acknowledged it was overcooked I opened up the patty and threw out the whole side that was burnt.

I normally never have a problem with this establishment, but there should be no reason why I am eating raw meat. I had ordered the boneless jerk chicken meal and while biting into it it was very chewy. When I looked into it it is raw and undercooked. I will never be coming here again.

Usually only order their patties. But decided to get whiting with rice and peas and oxtail gravy. The whiting was so dry, and tasted stale. The batter tasted old and the rice was so lumpy. Idk what happened this time. But then again it's my first time ordering a meal, normally only order patties.
