I placed a $300 order in store on 10/28 for delivery the next day at 12:00 PM and made it clear I wanted it on time as it was a work event — it showed up late at 12:45 PM. I also asked for no ranch, only blue cheese, but got 20 ranch sauces instead. When I called to ask about the mistake and delay, the customer service was rude, and the chicken was soggy. For the price I paid, the experience was completely unacceptable. Never ordering from here again. People were unable to participate due to late arrival just horriable all around.

I’ve been ordering from Papa John’s for over 16 years, and this was easily the worst experience I’ve had. The pizza arrived cold, looked like it had been flipped upside down in the box, and was barely edible. No communication from the driver or the store, and no attempt to make it right. Mistakes happen, but what’s frustrating is the total lack of care and oversight.

They literally gave me a raw pizza then the manager (very incompetent yet cocky) proceeded to insist that it wasn’t raw and the vegetables were just creating moisture in the dough.. I told him the cheese is barely cooked itself (it looks like melted rubber) I even pressed my finger in the dough to show how gooey it was.. it took only 13 minutes to order and receive my food that doesn’t even sound like an adequate amount of time to cook a pizza.

SCAMMERS! Order was 32$ gave delivery driver 40 & he did not want to give my daughter the change back. Do not try to take your own tip, especially when you don’t deserve it. Driver did not come inside building, he wanted us to meet him at the wrong building down the block & he was ACROSS THE STREET of a TWO WAY road. This is not Uber, we are not supposed to make such efforts to come up to your car, I ordered online and my Instructions asked to come to lobby at the very least. Tip would have been given if he came to my door, me walking to your car does not deserve a tip. 20 minutes wasted trying to get my change back. SCAMMERS

No gloves worn when making food AT ALL. They touched the machines and went back to making food. Each time the three delivery guys returned they hi-fived and shook hands with the employees making the food. Those same employees went right back to needing doe and flipping pizzas. At one point one of the delivery guys actually came back from the delivery and started putting chicken on a rack patting it down with his bear hands still wearing his winter jacket. Unsanitary is an understatement and I will be calling the health department.

First time ordering from papa johns it was a horrible experience. During this pandemic all restaurants are mandatory to do contact less delivery and are required to wear a mask upon arrival. But the delivery man did not wear a mask and did not follow contact less delivery protocols. I called the store right away and the person on the phone just asked me who the delivery person was (which I didn’t know the name of but gave my delivery info) and said she will look into. She didn’t even reassure me that this will be implemented next time. Very disappointed.

I received a text from the delivery guy saying he was outside and immediately went to meet him. He wasn’t outside so I called him multiple times and got no answer. Eventually he called back and said he kept calling and couldn’t reach me. When I asked why he didn’t ring the doorbell he said they aren’t allowed to ring the door bell so he left. My card was already charged and I didn’t receive my pizza

We received a completely different pizza from what we ordered. When we called to correct this the person who answered the phone told us we'd have to pay for a new pie for them to deliver the correct pizza. Why should I have to pay for this place's screw ups!? Also be careful with the delivery people from here, they will attempt to short-change you. I highly suggest avoiding ordering this place.

My first and bitter experience ... I asked for a delivery at 6.30 p.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2018, they warned me on the track that arrived at 7.55, the first call was made at 8.20 p.m. to find out what had happened. In 10 minutes I arrived, I called again at 9 because it did not arrive and they told me that I was arriving, at 9.10 I called and they told me that the child at the address had returned because they had called me on my cell phone and had not answered thing that is false on my cell phone there are no calls and I could show it with a record of calls from my operator .. he tells me that they send it to me again so I had to wait another 20 min more at 9:45. He says come out that he almost arrives because he does not go up to the apartments. At 10 I went down to wait with my nephew and nothing that arrived at 10:10 call already angry demanding the address because it is not free I was paying for that pizza a very rude girl answers me and gives me a cutting information that if or if I have to wait, I tell her I'm going to wait with her online because I've been cheated a lot and I've been waiting for an incredible four hours, she tells me to wait and I have to hang up and tell her to pass me to the supervisor and laughs at me and shouts "she wants to talk to the supervisor" and listens when all her classmates laugh. They leave me on hold and after 2 minutes the call hangs up ... bored and already desperate I tell the child to enter the house and that we do not wait any longer, this is a lack of respect ... when at 11:00 a cell phone call a man shouting that he was down and the boy with his illusion runs down to receive it and that man is not able to get out of the car everything go to the child to the car to get it out with the cold of new york 2 ° ... Finally I was outraged by the lack of service I felt frustrated, mistreated ....

I will never place an order at this location again. I placed an order at this location for the FIRST time last night (08-26-2017) . I assumed the store closed at 12. My order came after 11. So one I received my pizza I realized that it was a little WELL DONE. I decided to call back first thing in the morning.. Long story short, the manager was very rude. He name was Tiffany. She hesitated to give me any type of contact information to solve my issue. Didn't apologize.. I wasn't refunded my money back nor did I receive a new pizza.
