Tim Hortons for the win! We were driving to NY for vacation from Illinois and went through the drive thru. We asked if we could make a sandwich gluten-free, and the server said, "we can make anything gluten-free." I've never been more blown away! We don't have TH in Illinois, which bums me out. We will always stop at TH when traveling east! Thanks, Canada!

The employees work very hard at this job which calls for multitasking and heavy communication. My order is always right, and I order from this location often. Thankful for my coffee and for the people making it for me in the morning.

I picked up a couple of breakfast sandwiches, coffees, and donuts. They very efficiently and patiently took my order. Everything was delicious, especially the coffee and donut. I ordered the sandwiches without cheese and they got it right.

Best coffee ever! Really good turkey club sandwich! Love their breakfast wraps too! Breakfast bagels, donuts, iced capp love them all. Great food, great coffee, great place to go for lunch. Just love Tim Hortons!

As someone from Georgia I find Tim Hortons donuts hand down far superior to the frozen never fresh drivel the other national donut chain tries to pass off as America runs on. The Honey Cruller has a satisfying little crunch then melts in your mouth. The steak and cheddar panini and fresh kettle cooked potato chips are amazing. Absolutely fast and friendly service with a smile. The pumpkin spice iced capp is a must have decadent and delicious.

Lovely and friendly staff. The best Asiago bagel I’ve ever had. Easily one of the top two Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. A great stop to fuel up on our way east.

The staff here at this particular Tim's are on point, on there job and very customer service oriented, I love this place.

Only a couple of places to sit, which was fine, most people go through the drive through, or get take out anyway. But I have a big truck and can't go through the drive through, and I don't like eating in my truck. So, a place to sit was great.

Love this Tim Hortons!! My husband and I both visit pretty much at least once a day. The staff are all super nice and handle the fast paced environment very professionally. Thanks for all your hard work! Andrew is also the best! He always knows ours orders just by hearing our voices. Give that man a raise!!

My wife and I stopped at this Tim Hortons on our way to a vacation spot and on our way home. Very pleasant workers. They have very good fast food and at a fair price. I got wraps each time. They were large with nice flavors. My wife had a sandwich. We also sampled their donuts and cookies-both delicious. I wish we had a Tims near us. The closest one is about 30 minutes away.

I usually stop and get an iced capp on my grocery runs, never had any problems! Always a kind and upbeat gentleman working the window, as well as the entire staff is very friendly and fast. As someone who works at a different location farther away- I know that sometimes things can happen that can hold up the line, but this location has always kept it moving. Great teamwork & customer service here 🙌🏼

A good Tim's right at the city line on a main route into Jamestown. The selection is consistently good and the coffee is always good. Not a big location. If you want lots of places to sit, go to the one in downtown Jamestown.

This place is my new love! It's less expensive than Starbucks and it also has great food! I drink chai latte and it's just as good, if not better, than Starbucks! My husband and I got a chipotle chicken wrap and it was delicious! They also have a delicious Oreo cookie! The employers were pretty busy, but they did a good job with our wraps. There were tables to sit down and eat, but both times we went, every person that was there, did takeout or did the drive thru. We did takeout. Unfortunately, where I live, the closest Tim Hortons is over a half hour away. So so sad! Hopefully, they will have more stores in my area sooner rather than later! 😁

Don't get me wrong...the food is good and the coffee taste good...but my coffee is always cold when I get it. But I understand its late at night when I am out delivering papers.

Stopped on a Saturday morning. The hot coffee was okay. But it we drove by like 3 or 4 times in one day and it was busy every single time.

I love Tim hortons coffee dark roast with light cream. Trust me you won't be disappointed in its ability to keep you awake as you're driving. They also have very good sandwiches and they have very good tasting donuts. My grandchildren and children love this place or any Tim hortons and any Kano drank you want they have as far as coffees and ice coffees and all the t's and they have it. They have soup sandwiches delicious

Can’t say it’s as good as my usual Dunkin but was pretty close, Timmy bits were fresh as can be , had to smack my kid around- he wouldn’t share , so I’m thinking he would have given 5 stars

I personally had never been to a Tim Hortons. My wife though was super excited. I am not so much a sweet or pastrie eater but I tried the Tim dots and they were good. My complaint would be about the hash browns which were cold. As if they had been sitting under a heat lamp until our order was filled. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was really good as the biscuit fell apart while eating it.

Great little stop as you enter Jamestown, NY. Many locations in the area, but the convenience of this one on the main highway is best. Can quickly stop and grab a great donut, coffee, or breakfast or lunch sandwich.

I'm disappointed, because I don't think wearing gloves on their employees works. They should just wash their hands. The kids working the drive thru window had gloves on, and they were filthy. Obviously they aren't changing them. I almost wasn't going to eat my food, but I took it all out of the bags, put it on a plate, and then washed my hands good before eating. Change em or get rid of them!

Morning is usually pretty nice and friendly. Afternoons I refuse to even think about going there. I'd rather drive to falconer or Lakewood. Make it seem like you ordering is an inncovience

You never know you always hope you will get one of there great cups of coffee but to many times i have had cold coffee coffee that taste burned wrong coffee. But i keep hoping if you get the right people you always get a great cup of coffee. Oh my all time unfavorite r the cups that taste like they have been microwaved. Nasty

The employee that was working the drive thru window 9-15-21 morning was EXTREMELY RUDE and condescending!! She didn't have her name on her name tag and we weren't able to let the manager know how displeased we were with her service!! She actually told us that we "you just need to relax" when we asked about the fact that we paid for 3 "smile" cookies and they were only going to give us 1!!

Service inside was super slow. I had 2 people in front of me and waited quite awhile for them to even get waited on. Not sure if they were short staffed or what. Gentleman that waited on us was pleasant.

Definitely a small Tim Hortons. Seating for about maybe, 2-3 groups. Small but, not bad. Chips were a little hard and didn't taste great. Sandwich was alright. Had worse.

They usually get the order wrong. Sometimes, I think the workers just give you whatever they feel like making. Tim Hortons management reached out to me to resolve the issue. I will call them and let everyone know how it goes. If it goes well, I will change rating to 5 stars. I had the ham and swiss on ciabatta; bread was a little too hard. Also, had chocolate chip cookie, which was soft and warm. I did not order anything to drink because that is where the problem is. I should have said it was the drink orders that were almost always wrong. I don't normally order food. However, the few times that I have, there seems to not have been a problem. Sorry, it there was any confusion about this. Again, after I make the call, if all goes well, I'll change rating to 5 stars.

Slow with not a lot of people in line. Went thru drive thru. No croissants. Food came out in decent time. 2 iced coffees took FOREVER. I was offered someone else's food and told them it wasn't mine, they told me what it was, I said I still didn't want it that it prolly belonged to the car behind me and I was waiting for 2 iced coffees. Eventually 1 came out in a normal iced coffee cup the other came out in a fountain beverage cup. She asked if I received straws I said no can I have 2, then the clerk said we don't have straws and closed the window. I waited a minute because I was going to ask for a different cup so I could drink my coffee but she wouldn't open the window. 2 thumbs down

Mixed reaction. Coffee was good. Some donuts good. Other donuts too sweet for our taste. Went inside to order since it was our 1st time at one and almost felt like we were bothering the person who we dealt with. It was a stop on our road trip, but if I was local, after that, I don't think I'd go back.

Coffee is always inconsistent. Arrived 30 minutes before closing and staff were not happy, acted like I was a inconvenience to them.

Waited at the front counter for 10 minutes, several people looked at me, but never acknowledged me. Very rude.

Tried to order a large coffee with 3 squirts of vanilla, 2 creamers, and one sugar. Her response? So, one large black coffee? 🙄

Normally my go to place for coffee and coffee delivery. Last two weeks the app for pre order is not working properly . Have shorted my order 3/4 times . This time the order arrived missing food and a receipt on the bag even . Love the coffee but you better go in person the delivery and take out pick up is very very broken

Only 2 people working. They did acknowledge we were there, but we waited close to 10 minutes before one of them took our order. They were doing drive up orders because they are timed instead of waiting on the customers standing in front of them. Need a couple more people to cover breaks.

Tim Hortons is falling short on service. I know they are busy but 15 minutes in a drive through. And the drinks like the ice cap, they drip all over the place.

I went for an ice coffee.... Took a sip, and got a MOUTHFUL OF BLAH, nothing but disgusting sugar and syrup!! SERIOUSLY?! THESE EMPLOYEES GET PAID MORE THAN MINIMUM WAGE, YOU'D THINK THEY COULD ACTUALLY TAKE 3 SECONDS AND STIR A DAMN COFFEE FOR A CUSTOMER, ESPECIALLY, WHEN THEY SAY OVER THE INTERCOM "PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY STIR THE COFFEE REALLY GOOD"!!! UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING!!!

Was given one price on the screen at ordering and was given a higher price at the cashier when I pulled around. Even more suspicious I was not given my receipt. Furthermore, one of two drinks was made with the incorrect flavoring and without the drizzle (paid extra for whipped cream and flavor drizzle). When I pointed out the missing drizzle, they snatched the drinks back and put the wrong drizzle flavor on one of the drinks ruining it. I ordered a caramel and they slapped a chocolate drizzle on. Ended up paying almost $25 for two drinks and three breakfast sandwiches with one drink being the wrong flavor and wrong drizzle and an involuntary tip added. What a mess.

Omg, this place was a total mess today m I don't know if someone showed up late, called in or they were just understaffed but it was a mess. Look the people there were definitely trying their best but ohh it was painful. The drive thru was not moving, the line inside was not moving. And everyone from the drive thru kept coming inside because one portion of their order was messed up. It was so disorganized and took way to long.

We go to this Tim Hortons a lot and for some reason this location CANNOT figure out how to add the proper amount of cream and sugar. We only ever order 1 cream and 1 sugar. More often than not we have to send most of our drinks back because it's ALL cream; like the liquid is virtually white. It's undrinkable. They need to train their staff better or standardize their process or something. If you order here double check your drink before you drive off.

If you wanna go somewhere and order something and get a total random drink or a bag of food, go to Tim Hortons in Jamestown it don’t matter to location. They tend to screw up all your drinks and food orders and just give you whatever they want. So if you like surprises, this is where you wanna go

Tim Hortons I think may have gotten a bit to big to quick. Food always has issues. Staffing act like it is a chore to wait on you. Pricing for what is offered they should be ashamed of themselves.

Every time I'm here they screw up my order and hand me a piping hot beverage with out a cup sleeve. My order is usually a hazelnut cappuccino or late and I have been given a vanila cap. They need to stop worrying about getting everyone's order out in less than 30 seconds and more about getting the orders correct.

This tim Hortons is ran by children in the afternoon not only does Brody not know how to make sense of a xl coffee with 3 cream 6 sugar ,,, he thinks it's a triple triple but ran by children that make the same if not more than a grown adult. I’m honestly really upset this was such a bad start to the day. I placed my order which was a large iced mocha double double, a medium mocha ice capp supreme, 2 glazed donuts, an apple fritter and a blueberry bagel toasted with cream cheese... I was charged correctly for my order. However, the iced coffee was a medium with waaaay too much sugar and no chocolate. The apple fritter was as hard as a rock (I used to work at a tim hortons that donut was definitely past time). I didn’t even get my bagel at first even though I asked the girl at the window because our bag looked too small and bagels don’t usually go in bags anyway. When I finally got my bagel after waiting another 5 minutes it’s was burnt, cold and had no cream cheese!!!!! I only ever go to tim hortons when I had a bad and stressful day before and so now I just wasted twelve dollars (I paid for my friend her order was perfect) and I could barely drink my coffee, and I only ate half of the bagel because the other half was burnt too bad.

I'm a trucker that drives a tractor trailer. Understanding that the dining room is closed for everyones "safety", I walked up to the drive thru window and asked for a coffee. Person days it's a law we can't serve walk ups at this window. Come on people, have a little common sense during these times....

We found this location on Google Maps and were excited to go because it was late at night and they said they were open 24/7. When we pulled up to the drive-thru (at 11:10 p.m. on 6/22/18) the person announced “I’m sorry, we’re closed.” We ended up having to go to McD’s instead which we were NOT happy about. I changed the hours on their Google site to 6 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. but I don’t know if that’s right

I ordered the biscuit sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. It was barely warm, dry, and the sausage waz just this side of beige. Absolutely disgusting and through most of it in the trash. Coffee was OK.

Horrible experience. Drive thru didn't "recognize a big truck" according to employees. We sat in drive thru for 10 minutes and had to go inside to order. Not even a thank you for our patronage ☹

Worst drive thru ever, you can't understand them they obviously can't understand you, i ordered a pumpkin muffin and a large pumpkin latte WITH COCONUT MILK, BC im allergic to real milk, they have me a medium latte with white milk and didnt even get the muffin, when i did something at the window the girl looked at me and left. Another girl delivered my drink and i asked for my muffin she did we didn't charge you for that. So i gave then my card to ring it up again, and then they never gave me my card back. Waste of 20 minute and my money,.

Placed my order through the app. 10 mins after they said it was ready, it was not. I stood there as they all looked stupid and couldn't pull an order up for review. You had one job. Get it right. And don't get me started on the guy who's neck was covered in hickies. Professional? No. That's wrong. Cover it up. Or better yet, don't do it so the world and your customers can see!!!!!! I'm done with this place. Not as busy as normal for a Sunday. No excuses.

Will not ever come back to this Tim Hortons location. After my family placed our order we heard them say I'm going to lock the door if we get any more busy. After getting our food as we were eating on the non smoking patio one of the employees came out to smoke near us with a customer. Then after I went back inside to get some tim bits they didn't honor the $1.50 advertised price.

Stopped here for a quick break from driving and a bite to eat for lunch. I asked for a Grilled Cheese Panini with Bacon... As I usually do around lunchtime from Tim Hortons. I received my food and beverage and hopped back on the road only to learn that I received a Chicken Panini with Bacon. It would've been an upgrade but, I gag at Chipotle sauce, so I lost out on a meal and my money. I had to stop up the highway to grab food somewhere else, so I spent money twice to eat. Thanks Tim Hortons for not following simple directions.

I truly believe the employees today had no idea what social skills are. Absolutely rude. I ordered 2 for 6 (3 of them, 6 sandwiches) I got 3. When I tried to ask about it they shut the window and stood there. No bye, have a nice day, nothing. I worked 3rd shift, I was tired so I left and asked the universe to send love and passion to their lives. Why is this important other than for obvious reasons? Because I buy tons of Tim Hortons gift cards and leave them in random places for people to find in hopes we can show kindness, compassion and have empathy for those who just need a cup of coffee handed to them with a friendly face.

4 days in a row, I went for a coffee through the drive-thru, and the service is awful. Today, I got an extra large coffee that was cold. I asked them to heat it up and they were perturbed! Before I moved out of the area, I came to this Tim's daily with awesome service and coffee. The other day a man came on the speaker, and asked what I wanted..not hard, a coffee with cream. He said can you repeat, as he did not hear me. I said an extra large coffee with cream. A ladies voice said, you don't have to yell at me, I can hear you. WTH....crazy crap..one person takes order, switches to another voice, and then you need to repeat it. She gave me a large instead of extra large. Terrible service. Cold coffee...was not in the 20 mi nute range they advertise. Get your act together Tim's before a Dunkins comes in and puts you out of business . I ordered coffee, nothing else!! APPARENTLY, THE OWNER GIVEs THE SAME ADVICE TO EMAIL TIMS WEBSITE. THIS IS YOUR BUSINESS, THAT USED TO BE FANTASTIC. HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES! TEACH THEM ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I KNOW YOU ARE WEALTHY MR. OWNER, SO PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY. We get our hair cut at the same place.

Unbelievably slow. I've been sitting in this line for over 20 minutes, now. There's no way to get out once you're in, and I've got other things to do with my time. The shift's manager's explanation was that there was a trouble with the coffee Brewers. Seems like something we should be prepared for, at a coffee shop.

Never gave me my bank card back, I didn’t realize until a little later when I called and asked if they had it, they said yes. I go to get it they REFUSED to give my bank card back!!!! I had my license with me for proof, one person said “why does it look like she’s about to cry” and started LAUGHING at me! The POLICE had to come get my bank card back!!!!! When they arrived they gave the COPS my bank card instead of me. The cops were in disbelief that they wouldn’t just give me my card back. I had to replace my card as I do not trust any of those workers and them having my card and not giving it back in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!! INSANE literally cannot believe this happened.

After sitting through an AI taking my order, I was gruffly asked again what my order was. Upon hearing my two item order I was told they were out of one of the two items. After saying I would take the only item they apparently had, I was again gruffly told "Pull ahead" with no total. Arriving at the service window I was met by a closed window with the woman at the register texting someone with her food gloves on. After waiting three minutes for her to acknowledge me, I just left without both my item and acknowledgment. Avoid this place.

Went inside because I have a trailer attached. The front counter women waited on a couple ahead of us and then said she would be right back. After an actual 10 minutes of waiting, I asked the drive thru women if there was somebody to take our order. She said no. This location always has rude workers, but this is the first time they have refused to take my order.

Go to literally any other Tim Hortons or restaurant in the area. Completely incompetent people working here and it will take at least 30 minutes to get your food. Our food never came out and they said that they announced it was ready, but then promptly threw it away because we weren’t paying attention? Nothing was ever set on the counter and we were sitting 4 feet away from it, staring at it the entire time. We were so confused as to why they would “throw it away”? The one (out of three we ordered) sandwich they did put on the counter for us wasn’t even correct because it was supposed to be a meal. Food itself by the time they “remade” everything was good. They just never made it in the first place.

Really don’t understand the hype of this place. Burned my bagel and severely skimped out on my drink. That photo is how low it was as soon as they handed it to me. The employees are very rude and will make eye contact with you and then turn away. Gave me sass when all I wanted was something to stir my drink with. Waste of money, if you ask me. Their floors are so slippery. I saw a few people almost go down.
