I took my boyfriend for his bday. Our waitress Viviana was amazing and so sweet. Such a positive energy and very welcoming.

Everything was great. Thank you Marcus for serving us. He was very friendly and kind.

From food to drinks to staff, all around great dining experience. The food was super tasty, drinks were great and our waitress Alyssa was excellent. The decor was super cute as well! We will definitely be returning(:

It was a bit of a wait but that was expected for a popular restaurant as this. It he ambiance was beautiful and my food was good (I had the breakfast burger). Some of my friends who had the regular burger stated that it was blah but others enjoyed their food like me. The drinks were the highlight honestly! I loved every single drink that I had, expensive but worth it.

We celebrated my friends birthday here and it was awesome. The burgers are a decent size for the money. There are so many drink options to choose from you can't help but be satisfied. I ordered the baby love mimosa and it was great. I also ordered the turkey burger it was yummy. I would definitely come back here. Our waiter was Marcus and he worked hard for us. We have him the tip he deserved because he earned it.

We had such a fantastic time at Sugar Factory – Queens! The highlight for me was definitely the S’mores Brownie Insane Milkshake — it was absolutely massive, insanely delicious, and honestly impossible to finish without sharing. We passed it around the table and everyone loved it. The Rainbow Sliders were also really good and just as fun and colorful as they look. We came to celebrate my niece’s birthday and she had the best time. The entire atmosphere is perfect for birthdays of all ages — bright, over-the-top décor, tons of photo-worthy moments, and a menu filled with things that feel like a celebration in themselves. If you like posting fun restaurant experiences on social media, this place is a dream. A huge shoutout to our waiter Robert, who was amazing from start to finish. Even though they were short-staffed due to a last-minute callout, he took incredible care of us, stayed so friendly and upbeat, and you could tell he genuinely cares about the guests and the experience they’re having. Chose to celebrate my birthday here and this place did not disappoint! MARCUS, our server, was super attentive and patient in guiding us through the menu so we could get just the right cocktail. My extra spicy mango margarita was muy caliente !!! My friend got the kiwi strawberry margarita. End of the night, Marcus , surprised me with a the staff singing and sorting me out with a special dessert! Kudos to the staff, making my night memorable!!!

I was hesitant to go to take my children to this location due to the bad reviews. But I went anyway, and was pleasantly surprised. We were a family of 7 celebrating my son with a birthday dinner. We only waited about 10 to 15 minutes, not bad for a Sunday night. Our server was Marcus, who was the highlight of the evening. He was friendly and courteous. He gave great food suggestions and when it was time to sing Happy Birthday to my son they were sensitive to his aversion to loud sounds and surprises and sang a little quieter while including him. There were other kids celebrating their birthdays and the whole restaurant would tune in and celebrate them. It was perfect. The food was great, very large portions, we couldn't finish it and the drinks and ice cream were sooooo good. If management reads this please highlight Marcus for making our evening special !

Went as a table of 5 for my 21st our server was Diego who was very friendly and patient with us as this was our first time in sugar factory and very worth it , the food is decently priced but big portions and filling. For dessert we got the cookie skillet and they sang happy birthday and at the end Diego helped us pay and very good service till we left , glad to say we will be back

This location was better than expected. Good food, heavy-handed bartender and beautiful decor, including the Halloween elements. I joined the party 10 minutes late, so I didn't get our server's name. If you're reading this: On 10/24, my daughter and I sat with the large group celebrating my 6 y/o niece's birthday. You were efficient, knowledgeable and patient and your suggestions were very GOOD. 💛

This place was a whole Vibe! Had Joseph as our server, her was very attentive and fun to vibe with! We were here celebrating my brothers birthday. Great experience!

We had an amazing afternoon our server Robert was beyond exceptional. He brought a specific charm and energy to our afternoon. The Manager Caramella was so helpful as well Definitely worth coming back for the food was pretty good as well, but the service was beyond excellent.

The Sugar Factory consistently delivers an excellent experience! Our recent Saturday morning brunch was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The food was exceptional. The chef was clearly on point, sending out perfectly prepared dishes that tasted amazing. The bar deserves special recognition. Our bartender truly poured love into our drinks—they were crafted with care and tasted incredible. The music selection was perfect for a Saturday morning brunch, setting a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. As always, the service was delightful. Rob took wonderful care of us, being attentive, friendly, and efficient. A special thank you also goes out to Christina, who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we are always taken care of. We truly love the staff: their dedication to great food, great drinks, and great service is what keeps us coming back. Highly recommend The Sugar Factory for a fun and delicious brunch!

My girlfriend and I visited Sugar Factory for the first time yesterday night and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and our food came out surprisingly fast, barely any wait at all. Everything we ordered was delicious and perfectly prepared. Our waitress, Viviana was outstanding friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She checked in on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and even helped us choose our meals with her great knowledge of the menu. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. Overall, the service, food, and vibe made it a fantastic first visit. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Experience Celebrating My Daughter's 13th Birthday I want to express my heartfelt gratitude and to share the wonderful experience we had while celebrating my daughter's 13th birthday at your establishment. Hands down, the General Manager, Amara, made our experience truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, Amara coordinated everything seamlessly. He greeted us warmly, ensured we were comfortably seated, and consistently interacted with us throughout our time there. His attentiveness and dedication to making sure we were well taken care of went well beyond magnificent. The level of service and care we received was exceptional, making the entire celebration a memorable and joyous occasion. Thanks to Amara’s efforts, my daughter felt incredibly special on her big day. This experience was absolutely A1, and I would definitely return to your establishment without hesitation. Please extend my sincerest thanks to Amara and our server for they're outstanding hospitality and for making my daughter’s birthday celebration so unforgettable.

The food was great, the decor was pretty, our waiter Marcus was great, it was our first time there, he bent down and went over the menu with us, was upbeat and pleasant. The food and the customer service was great we will be back

We were staying at the Hyatt and wanted to find a simple dinner. The Sugar Factory is one of the restaurants in the complex. It has a modern and upbeat atmosphere with a very large menu. It is good for families and for the traveler. Service was uneven we waited a long time after being seated for our order to be taken. The restaurant was almost empty and staff were standing around but no one took our order for 15 minutes. Once we did get have a waiter assigned he was great. The food was good I got the club sandwich and my wife got the Birria Tacos. They were good portions and well made. The sandwich was too bread heavy but otherwise good. My wife got a signature drink as well. The biggest down side for the restaurant is the price. Everything is expensive.

I loved that it was pretty quiet and clean! Loved the food specially the pasta but drinks are way too expensive in my opinion. Enjoyed the atmosphere so much! Only negative point for me was, service fee was added 20% fixed on the bill. I prefer to pay service fee depending on the service I get. Which could’ve been a bit better.

Came to this location for dinner and it was a good experience. The restaurant is located inside the Hyatt at the Resorts World Casino. There is a parking lot right next to it as well as across from the restaurant allowing for convenience. If coming with a party of 4+ I would recommend making reservations if possible as the wait was over an hour. The reservations desk associates are friendly and helpful. There is also an outer to-go station where you can order just desserts and/or custom shakes. Once inside There is a lovely bar section and many seating options. There is also a party room for larger groups. The bathrooms were clean and stocked, we just had an issue with one of the stalls not being secured and falling. The menu is large and contains many food and drink options. The food selection was great for this kind of restaurant, they offered many options including vegetarian accommodations. Their drink menu is extensive and they offer many varieties. Our server was helpful and nice. Overall it was a good experience and I would visit again.

Conveniently nestled inside of the Resort World Casino in Queens. Huge bar and dining room with easy access to bathrooms. I didn’t have high expectations. It was fairly late and we were hungry. The kitchen stays open later than most nearby restaurants. This was the 4th Sugar Factory I’ve been to in 10 years or so and I stopped going in the last 5+. The service was great. Our server was diligent and attentive. We got a grilled chicken sandwich with fries, tomato bisque, and asparagus. It was tasty and it was just because we were hungry. The margarita was awesome. The music is uncensored so be mindful of that for kids and church folk. I’d go back, to this one anyway.

Actually the food was pretty good. The drinks a bit too sweet. They were incredibly understaffed it took about an hour to get our drinks but the waiter was busting his ass and very kind about it.

We both got the turkey club sandwich. We didnt like it. They took one off our bill. We appreciated that. The drinks were amazing and strong $47 each (worth it) They staff was really friendly. We closed the place down Friday night. They said take your time. They were cleaning We were drinking and having a good time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sugar Factory Had such a great experience at Sugar Factory, but what really made the night stand out was our waitress Vivianna. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of from start to finish. She checked in at all the right times, explained the menu clearly, and kept the energy fun without being overwhelming. The food and drinks were exactly what you expect from Sugar Factory—fun, indulgent, and worth it—but Vivianna’s service is what elevated the whole experience. She was patient, professional, and had such a warm vibe that made the night even better. If you’re dining here, ask for Vivianna. She truly made our visit memorable and deserves her flowers. 🌸

The food was okay. Went here for my daughter's birthday.... Our waiter "Robert" was great. He actually made the entire experience, so for service, I gave him 5 stars. The atmosphere was 'meh,' and I didn't care for the decor at all. Our children enjoyed themselves, so that's what counts. Milk shakes are priced like meals, so watch out for that. Kids said the Cookie Monster cookie from the milkshake tasted very "fake" because of all the food coloring. The fried Oreos were also lackluster. The milkshakes in general, were good, though. Just not $20 good, lol... Chicken & waffles chicken was over battered. The waffle was good. The loaded fries would've been great if the cheese was real. Daughter said the Hot Cheetos burger was good. I think she just enjoyed it because it's trending, smh....these kids are weird. 😂 The only real downside was the photographer. She insisted on taking pictures even after I declined. I got the waiter involved, he retrieved the photos, and destroyed them in front of me. I wish we could take Robert everywhere we dine.

To make matters worse, the waitress “ tye “mistakenly added two $19 drinks to my bill that I never ordered. Unfortunately, I only realized this after I got home, so I couldn’t have it corrected. Staff needs to be more attentive to avoid errors like this

Food was not good. My burger was dry, and cold. my wife ordered a salmon salad which was underwhelming, chicken fingers for my son was also underwhelming and the prices are not commiserate with the quality of the food. I arrived 2 minutes after my schedule reservation and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The best thing was the shakes but they also are over priced but would be the highlight is the visit. Not worth a visit of 250 for 5 people with bad food and slow service.

Our experience at Sugar Factory Queens was mixed. Service was great and our waitress was very nice. The drinks were fun and the kids had a wonderful time, especially since the restaurant wasn’t crowded. We were disappointed to learn that the colorful pancakes aren’t on the regular menu, those are only available during morning or brunch hours. The food overall was just okay, and the bathrooms were extremely run down and dirty, which really took away from the experience. With a little more attention to cleanliness and menu clarity, this could be a much better spot. It’s pricey and did not live up to my expectations. I previously ate at the one that use to be in lower Manhattan and had a better experience. I ate a buffalo chicken sandwich see the video, again it was ok nothing spectacular.

Let me start by saying RW Prime was closed.. So we had to come here to eat. We were seated by Robert and he was super sweet and had an upbeat attitude, he recommended that we try the burgers, wings, and a shrimp dish that was removed from the menu. Now our server came over he was horrible, checked on the table 3 times when he took the order, when I sent back my dry not pink princess sliders, and when we gave him our rewards card and he had us sitting at the table waiting for him to bring the bill back for 15 minutes. One couple walked up to the front to see what was taking so long. We eventually walked up to the front to see what was taking so long and he was like It's hard to figure out when you use your points. Smh... so I said he didn't know what he was doing. This location is spacious and prettier than the one in Atlantic City. However, I don't think people come here for the food the desserts and drinks are the show stopper. I ate at the Atlantic City mac & cheese burger and that was dry, I wasn't a fan and I'm still not a fan. I will not return.🫣

The place and the food look nice, but that's where the good part stops. Service is meh, food is warmed up tv dinner quality. Drinks are fun to look at, but taste like nothing special. Strange. It could be so good, but it's all for show and no substance. It's like the food is prepared to be in a commercial instead of to be actually eaten and enjoyed. My eyes were happy, my mouth was not. Everything is undeservingly expensive and checkout was done "for me" with no option to change the gratuity amount. I will not be back

The service was terrible. We were seated and waited 20 minutes for a server, even after asking for one. Once we finally ordered—drinks and food at the same time—we waited over 30 minutes for our food. Somehow, our drinks arrived after the food, which made no sense. Right after everything finally arrived, the waiter stopped by to ask if we needed anything, then disappeared again for another 30 minutes. We tried to order more drinks and had to ask for our waiter three times before he finally showed up and put the order in. When we were ready to leave, getting the check was another ordeal. We asked for our waiter again—no response. I went to the bar to look for help and was told I wasn’t allowed in that area. The bartender said only our server could print the check and that he’d be right over. He wasn’t. Another waiter told us the same thing. After another 10 minutes, our waiter finally came by and claimed he had checked on us multiple times, which simply wasn’t true. He printed the check, I paid (tip was already included), and we left. The tip may have been mandatory, but the service absolutely did not earn it. Extremely frustrating experience

They must be know for their desserts because the food was not that good. I had the chicken (wingettes) and waffles. The waffle was overdone and whatever they seasoned the wings with I did not like the taste. My daughter had the Alfredo pasta with Cajun chicken and she said it was dry. Our server, Anfernee was good. He was knowledgeable about the menu.

Premium pricing, diner food quality. Steak had zero flavor and friend chicken was very salty. Floors, walls and mirrors very dirty. Upholstery coming apart and ripping. Tape and partial Christmas decorations still attached to the mirrors. Lighting shades were sitting lower than the light bulb. I could just go on and on about how bad this place represents itself. If you’re charging $47 for a cocktail, then the atmosphere and quality of food should match that price point. Do not waste your time or money on this adventure.

When we was first seated, there was a group of little girls that were being extremely loud. Which wouldn’t have been a problem if we got our food a little quicker but, we didn’t receive a waiter until 20 minutes of sitting there. Two people in my group got the steak sandwich which was filled with oil there was a puddle of oil that the sandwich was sitting in when it arrived. the place was decorated nicely but this seems like a place teenagers go for their birthday or people that plan on getting really drunk so they can’t tell that the food is nasty.

I’ve been going to sugar for the past two new years eves and for the coming year 2026 I went, And was given a “ special party menu” that I wasn’t apart of while other guests received the main original menus. I was confused, because the host stated this is for everyone coming into the restaurant because it’s New Year’s Eve. I had to choose from the list of foods provided on the “ party menu” and it was horrible the salad the appetizer and dinner look like they had them left on stand by , already done. The macaroni balls were not cheesy they were heavy and hard , the bruschetta bread was soggy , the steak look cheap and the lobster tail was Hard as a rock. I spoke to the manager and I didn’t have to pay for the horrible meal , I was able to get a quick easy smash burger because at that point , I wanted to leave . I don’t know how can the front host assume we were apart of some party , and gave us special menus . This never happened before in the last two New Year’s Eves coming here . I love Sugar factory but that wasn’t a great way to end the 2025 year.

Avoid at all costs. Honestly, if a place like this is deserted on a weekend afternoon, that speaks volumes to how terrible it is. It’s decorated nicely, the positive ends there. We had reservations but it’s clear that it wasn’t needed. The same hostess that sat us took our order but then was no where in sight. Over 40 minutes later, we didn’t even have our drinks ( coffees). We wanted to order more but no one was around. We asked someone for help who then sent a waiter our way. We mentioned that we wanted to order more but didn’t even receive our initial order and his response was “I didn’t take your order lady”… what kind of response is that?! Mind you- I wish I took a picture- the waiters were all hanging out behind the counter by the front just chatting and having drinks of their own. We got our food and drinks almost an hour later. I had ordered a specialty iced coffee, looked nothing like the pictures and just tasted like chocolate milk. Food was worse than fast food restaurants. Save your money and time, find somewhere else to go.

Please don't waste your time going here. It's expensive and not worth it. One alcoholic drink is $47. My friend and I ordered the sample platter which came with buffalo wings, onion rings, 3 chicken tenders and Mac and cheese poppers. We also ordered a side of fries on the side and two pepsi. The food was extremely dry and the wings were over cooked. They had a lot of birthdays that night and sometimes they would raise the music so loud you can hear yourself. The server Moctar took our food order but didn't even ask what we wanted to drink. He walked off after we told him what we wanted to eat. We had to ask another server to get him. He didn't even check in on us after. Literally I had to ask the photographer to get him so we can get the bill. Even my friend's watch alerted her about the noise. I will never go here again.

Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations—especially given the prices. While our server was friendly, the overall service was painfully slow. We requested coffee three different times and never received it. Some of the food arrived cold, but we decided not to make an issue of it. The real problem came later. After paying the bill and signing the receipt, we received a call four hours later claiming that our card had been declined. We were confused, as we had signed for the charge and received an authorization number on the receipt . The manager who seemed completely unprofessional and unsure of what he was doing insisted we send a photo of our receipt. At that point, I became concerned it might be a scam and called my bank directly to verify the charge. Instead of giving us even a minute to check, the manager repeatedly called us back seven times in a row which was extremely inappropriate. When we finally confirmed with our bank, the payment had in fact gone through. This left us feeling uneasy and convinced that either there’s a serious lack of organization or something questionable happening here. If you value good food, prompt service, and professional management, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Appointment was at 7pm, seated at 7:10pm. Was served my appetizer and water then waited 2 hours for my main meal and beverage I ordered( I wish I exaggerated the wait time). It wasn’t even packed. When food finally arrived it was a silver platter of pasta and chicken to feed 6 people (way too much food for 1 person) that looked like it were just thrown on the platter. I’ve ordered this same dish before& it was never that large. It wasn’t even hot, also it looked very unappetizing. Wouldn’t recommend. The server was super nice though but everything else 0/10 would not recommend.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Sugar Factory. To start, the wait time was completely unreasonable. With only about three other tables seated in the entire restaurant, it still took 45 minutes for our food to come out. That alone set the tone for the rest of the visit. The soda I ordered was flat, which was another letdown. For a place that's known for drinks, that's kind of a big miss. Now the food. I ordered a burger and it was honestly just mid - flat, dry, and lacking any juiciness. The fries tasted old, almost sandy, like they had been sitting around for a while. Definitely not fresh. My friend ordered a chicken pasta. While he said it was "okay," he mentioned that it tasted like seafood - which is extremely concerning, especially for someone like me who has a shellfish allergy. Cross-contamination is not something to take lightly. On a positive note, the waiter was friendly and did his job well, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, good service alone couldn't make up for the overall experience.For an establishment located inside a casino, I expected much better quality, attention to detail, and overall execution. Sadly, it just didn't live up to the hype.
