Opinions de The Mezzanine Piano Bar Jeffersonville
I frequented this Bar 15 years ago! Returned with a friend...she took me! I didn't realize until we pulled in! I was soooo happy! Thanks for great memories! I will return!
The NYE dinner party with the fabulous 22N Ultimate Party Band was fantastic! Always a great time there, but this was the best! Definitely check out this place if you haven't yet.
We felt welcomed when we came in and were greeted by the owners Gabby and Scott. I enjoy dueling pianos every month in Philadelphia by the Philly Keys. These were just as good and I enjoyed it a lot. I only drank, didn't eat, but loved the layout of the bar.
Bingo is so much fun! Lots of laughs with friends and family 😊 Pizza is delish and don't forget the Espresso Martini for desert.
Now that they have almost doubled the size of the room much more spacious to hear great entertainment on the stage. Excellent service, never having to wait for a drink. Very large dsnce floor. And love the fact we can reserve seats. Great to have the Billy Rice band back on Thursday nights.
Awesome live music venue... Huge inside. Service is exceptional and there's singing servers. Pizza was really good and drinks cold. Lots of parking on site.
Went for the first time about a week ago and it was truly an enjoyable experience. Plenty of comfortable seating, a good menu selection, and great service. I think they have live bands at least two to three times a week.
So much fun! From the over the top glowing cocktails (reasonably priced) to the high quality food and atmosphere, we were blown away by our first visit here. We will definitely return. Emily&Ivy’s high energy dueling piano show was fantastic. The piano playing, singing and crowd interaction made for a memorable time. Our server, Ashley, was excellent. She made great recommendations and took care of us for over 4 hours! If you’re looking for a different place to enjoy live music, there’s no better venue in the entire area. Reservations highly recommended via phone.
Wow!!! What a fun time! Make reservations if you plan to go on Tuesdays. I'm not sure about the other nights. It gets packed ! It was my first day in Florida. This was a fantastic way to start my vacation. Even met Mack Doss Sr.,who is a Bradenton celebrity. Recorded "Spooky" in 1967. There were top-notch musicians playing as a group at open mic. The service was fantastic. Food and drinks. Cover charge $5 / person. A regular crowd who danced to the music! Can't wait to go back!
My daughter is in town visiting and I thought we would check out this piano bar. The decor and lighting was super cool. The pianists, Jordan and John, had pitchy vocals but made up for it with their humor and enthusiasm. They put on a great show! Our server Ashley was amazing, always ready with another drink before we had to ask. We didn't order food but the table next to us did and they said their sandwiches were very good. Overall a great vibe and a fun night. I'll definitely be back!
What a fantastic place! The food, music, and staff were exceptional! There were 32 of us and Dawn did an amazing job taking care of us all the way down to 16 different bills! Management was so friendly and accommodating!! Pamela and Dave were fantastic!! Great place to celebrate a birthday too! We will definitely be back!!
What a blast! This was probably one of our most fun nights out while being here! I've never been to a piano bar and I didn't know what to expect. When we arrived, we were met with a $5 cover charge....at first I was like really? But after the show I realized it was totally worth it! Emily and Gavin (*Unessentials* ) are exceptional on the piano! And they sang songs based on pateon requests. They were hilarious as well and engaged the audience. They had some dancing and EVERYONE singing. There is a bar inside and tables. Everything is piano themed from the bar design to the couches.. They offer a limited menu...pizza was popular. It was pricey but we had a ball so it was worth it for me. Highly recommend....but if you go get there early it was packed! 11/6 went back for a second night out. Great atmosphere. Sara and brandon were the dueling duelers. Sara had an amazing voice and she has a huge personality which was fun. Brandon....eh. they do a money phrase and when he introduced himself as Brandon of course people said let's go Brandon. Someone offered money for that phrase and he said I don't do politics and didn't use it. However he did write "go blue" on phrase board which totally contradicted his previous statement. Sara definitely made the show. I recommend the Unessentials when they r there....my personal preference. For food we ordered the caprese salad and it was presented nicely and good. The pizza with the ricotta cheese and pepperoni good too.
We had a large group for the dueling pianos. Entertainment was great and we all had so much fun. We even stayed until the end of the show which is unusual for this crowd. Service was good, boy were they busy. My only complaint is...... charging $2,88 for "on the rocks" drinks.... REALLY???
First of all, the picture posted is a little misleading; the majority of the club is 4 top tables with a VIP area with sofas that our group was in; don't recall it looking quite this nice; however, we went to celebrate a birthday and dance. That being said, a fantastic live band; at least 10 members; great dance music. I was a bit over dressed; you can wear nice jeans and a cute top; the people that go there I discovered do go to dance and they dance very well. They serve GREAT pizza and have good drink specials; I went on Thursday which was Margarita nite and my dribk arrived with a neon lite! Go early like before 8pm because parking fills up quickly; would go again.
This was a great experience! We have been here many times to see the Boomers, and it is always an amazing time! the drinks were great (and reasonably priced). The only negative thing I would say is, it was disappointing our server was sub par. It seemed like she spent more time flirting with the table than actually giving good service. Her shorts were also distastefully short for an employee at such an amazing place (more than just legs were showing.) This is nothing that would keep us from coming here again, we now know to just request to not have her. 10/10 recommend!
I hate to do this...but i have gone here 7 times in 5 years--- each time worse than before!!! A cover??? To do what? Buy a drink--- ridiculous. Food nasty i mean--- NASTY..... TRIED everything !!! Bartenders( female) will only serve there friends whoever-- be prepared to stand for 15 plus minutes easy. Weak drinks--- no way they gave us titos--- it was well but was charged for top shelf It truly sucks because I play piano--- but allowed too. Stay away. Unless you enjoy the bs I mentioned above
Well…we booked this place for 40 neighbors in our Central Florida community. This is a “piano bar”. There are some minimums you are required to meet to be here and listen to the “Show” - dueling pianos. 1). Pay $5 Cover as you enter 2). Order two items from the menu Our group of 40 got seated at long folding tables with rolling cushioned chairs. We ordered drinks that came with tiny little LED lights in them. The menu was pretty limited. For Dinner, the menu gave us a choice of appetizers, 4 types of salads, sandwiches and pizza. We decided not to order any appetizers just split a salad and a pizza. 2 beers, an Aperol Spritz, a salad and a 14 inch pizza with entry fees and tip came to $85 for two. Quality was Meh, quantity didn’t justify the price and the music quality was tinny and needed mixing. What made it fun was our wonderful neighbors but this place, for me, was a bust and it will be the last time we will eat here. Servers were nice, food was served hot to the table. This place just isn’t a good value, and they need to remodel this place beyond hanging a few glass chandeliers on a painted black false ceiling tile. Yep, you heard me right, and I am posting photos to prove it.
I came here to surprise my girl for her birthday. She has always wanted to do private karaoke. So thats what I booked for an hour session. There was 2 issues I had here. The host showed us how to use the system. before she left, she told us to flip a switch if we ever needed help. She was nice. After she left, we attempted to start the first song. And heres the 1st issue. We spent about 10minutes trying to figure out why there wasn't any audio after the song had started. I flipped the switch within the first 2minutes of trying to figure out why there wasn’t any audio. No one showed up. We had to find out on our own that there was a remote to the TV, inside of a cabinet, we was never told about. After a little over 10 minutes someone had finally shown up, but we already had the problem solved. Except 10minutes of our time that I paid for was spent trying to figure out how to get sound. The 2nd issue happened when the batteries to one of the microphones that we were using died, and rendered it useless in the middle of a song. We had to flip the switch again, to ask for the batteries to be switched out. I feel like these things shouldn’t happen, especially for a timed service.
Unfortunately the dueling piano singers were the some of the worst singers I've ever heard. Fun atmosphere but the talent was seriously lacking. Our cover charge was comped but otherwise be prepared to pay both a cover charge and have a two drink minimum to listen to a terrible performance. We got out of there as soon as possible. We love going to piano bars and this is not one we will opt to go back to. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: We DId come in after you waived the cover charge. We were with another couple and we all ordered drinks and stayed for about 45 minutes. We did not enjoy the entertainment and left. Facts.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at 88 Live Piano Bar, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The pricing here is blatantly predatory—charging $35 per drink for a liquor that retails for $40 per bottle is outrageous. While I understand bar markups, this is beyond excessive and completely unjustifiable. To make matters worse, the service was god-awful—slow, inattentive, and unprofessional. It took forever to get drinks, and when they finally arrived, they weren’t even made well. If you’re going to gouge customers, at least have the decency to provide decent service and properly made cocktails. When we brought up the issue to the manager, she admitted that they don’t display drink prices on the menu and claimed she had already brought it to the owner’s attention. That’s a clear red flag—any establishment that deliberately hides its pricing clearly knows it’s overcharging and doesn’t want customers to realize it until they get the bill. This place is nothing more than a tourist trap trying to take advantage of customers with absurd pricing and terrible service. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its patrons!
