Whoever was the young girl on drive thru, find a better attitude. Had to repeat our meal 3 separate times only for her to tell us “that’s what I have on the screen” when our entire order was wrong. When we got to the window to try to clarify our order, she closed the window and got her manager to take care of us. I find it ridiculous that she was incredibly dismissive and tossed us onto someone else. They really hire anybody nowadays

I always come to this location and usually don’t have any issues. Today was a different story as you can see my chicken was not thoroughly cooked and still raw inside☹️

Pulled up to drive thru just to ask if they had root beer, that alone took damn near 7 minutes. When I finally was able to get someone to talk to me, they had an attitude and acted like they couldn’t hear me.

Absolutely terrible, went to drive through, they said it will be a 7 minute wait. 30 minutes later no food, I go inside and the workers arent even moving fast, taking their time moving as slow as possible, the girl taking my order rushed me as im ordering, tried to get 2 mashed potatoes and couldnt even get the sentence out before she rushed me to the window just to pull me. There were no other cars behind me at the time they pulled me. As im waiting I see other people get their food before me. I literally order a sandwich with 2 mashed potatoes.... why does that take 30 minutes. Your people should be fired . Not coming back thank you

Went today..drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a small red beans and rice. When I got home the red beans and rice was 99% rice! And HARD! NEVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE! The rice was hard! Not the BEANS!

The young blac girl in the drive thru that works during lunch needa get let go. Bad attitude, always messing up my order and has something to say if you dare say something about it. Avoid this Popeyes. I don’t go anymore although it’s super close to my job. Cold food, they forget your sides and utensils.

Rude employees, slow service, cold food. The cashier that is taking drive thru orders working 12/4/25 at 2:30 DISGUSTING attitude so much so that I left and no longer wanted my food . Avoid this Popeyes at all cost

Just ordered through the drive thru. The girl working the drive thru made us wait a while to order even though there was no one in front of us in line. The menu says all combos come with a side, biscuit, and a drink. We did not receive a biscuit. When we asked her about it, she said sandwich combos don’t come with a biscuit and was short and rude about it. I also asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular sandwich. Not hard to get an order right when you care. The sandwich and the fries were cold. So disappointing as we were really craving Popeyes. Especially the spicy chicken sandwich and the biscuit smh. You could tell she did not care about giving good service at all. I hope the manager everyone has been bragging about addresses this employee and their lack of care for the customer.

WELL where do I start. I came in with my family and was already getting bad looks by the people here. Let’s just say we’re not their color. I already felt like we were going to get bad service so I had placed an online order for our baby, AND then had my husband place an order at the counter just to see the difference between the food as well. SO us being Hispanic, my husband was spoken to like he was literally a NOBODY, attitude loud voice and all, and the repetitive “is that all” after every item he asked for. He asked for sauces and they came out with, “there’s a 27cent charge for each” again said with a nasty attitude. After he placed the order he waited a bit until he saw they were about give us our order that he ordered at the counter, then notified them about the mobile order. The lady rudely asked “YOU have a mobile order?!” Confused like if we couldn’t afford it. So he politely said yes ma’am. Surely both orders were ready at the same time. NOW the comparison, the mobile order was made FRESH and hot! Even had overloaded the fries, then when we opened our counter ordered items, OLD and cold chicken! Mashed potatoes literally a small scoop, fries, old and stale! Ok so now after that, we’re about to leave and low and behold, a family of their same race came in, the woman that attended my husband,.. attitude and tone of voice COMPLETELY changed! All of a sudden she had manners, and customer service etiquette. Oh wait! How about the part where they asked for sauces MIND YOU, I heard their order and nowhere did they ask for tenders or nuggets. And nowhere did that woman say that there’s an extra fee for sauces! Now you CANNOT convince me that they’re not racist here. So if you’re Hispanic just place a mobile order so you won’t have to deal with the rudeness and get your food fresh. As for me, I’ll be staying away from this location. We took a picture of my counter ordered items, but couldn’t get one of the mobile order since our baby was ready to feast. Popeyes, do better! Only one man that’s an employee there was polite, other than that the rest just give bad vibes, stares and attitude.

Chicken was cold. My shrimp box was extremely small. It's supposed to be a quarter pound of shrimp and it was like a handful. I actually want as far to weigh it and it was half of a quarter pound so half my shrimp we're missing and everything was cold. And I didn't get my drink. And this isn't the first time I've had things missing from my order at this location or the quality of the food was horrible. They also didn't even have regular chicken tenders. Only spicy. So living Either take the spicy or get nothing And this was after I paid.

I ordered a popcorn shrimp combo and this is what I received. There were no popcorn shrimp, only fried skin. There were 2 large reheated shrimp. I would've preferred being told they were out, asked to wait for fresh shrimp or given another option. Who wants to pay almost $9 for skin and 2 hard shrimp pieces?
