Amazing job. I’m going join in on the good reviews. Give the staff a raise or at the very minimum keep them ! lol I visited Checkers around 10:30 PM, not expecting much since it’s typically hit or miss. But this new location genuinely impressed me! I ordered the $4 Lowrilla meal, and to my surprise, the food was fresh and hot. The fries were on point and the burger tasted great, definitely not the cold, stale food I expected. Even the barbecue sauce and the apple pie were delicious and piping hot! I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope the staff keeps up the great work. This Checkers has earned a loyal customer, and I’ll choose it over Wendy’s any day! My only complaint is I was asked to goto the other window when is the only person there. Didn’t make much sense unless someone pulled up into the drive thru

My second time here today. My kid loves the hot dogs and their delicious seasoned fries from the first visit so it was a must to come back. Customer service is great and service is fast. Atiana assisted me today, she’s very kind and sweet. Thank for opening up!

I was so happy to see this place finally open. I have begun to try different things and I have to say everything I’ve tried so far I have enjoyed. The best item is the fries. These aren’t just normal fries like McDonald’s or Burger King or whatever, checkers has their own special season fries that are just awesome by themselves, but you can eat them with ketchup if you want to. I love the chicken tenders in buffalo sauce! The mozzarella sticks are awesome also, so is the funnel fries. I have enjoyed the banana milkshake so far, but I have not tried the other ones yet. As for the burgers, I cannot say I liked them, but I have not tried all of them yet. I haven’t even tried the chicken sandwiches so it’s not fair to say that they suck or that they were good. If you try them, you let me know if you liked them. The workers here are always very kind & are very nice. Definitely give this location a chance because the food is great, it’s nice to sit outside, but I would wait till it gets cooler since it’s so darn hot here in Houston Texas right now, but I personally have been waiting for this kind of burger spot to pop up for years. So always give something a chance. If you like it, you like it if you don’t like it at least you tried it.

fist time there and the chickens strips were very good. second time around ordered a chicken sandwich, it was very small and was not hot more on the cool side. was not impressed. probably will try it again eventually, just stay away from the chicken sandwich.

Manager mad they busy came for a door dash pickup no where on checkers side does it say goto the left side pull up to the left side to be ignored for more than 20 mins then when they did it acknowledge me it was after a quick laugh between co-workers because know why I was waiting at a window with no Mic after instructed wasted a 30 of my life thanks a lot not Rally’s

I ordered the number 1 which was pretty good. My son got a chicken bites and fries . The bites tasted old and were full of air. I think lays does a better job lol Then my wife got the chicken tender buffalo combo but upon arriving home i realized that the buffalo sauce was not added to her tenders but they did taste good. Overall I wouldnt mind coming again for a burger with the fries

Well, I came about 11 o'clock ordered the $5 combo pretzel burger meal. What a waste of $5.41, my burger was full of Mayonnaise and runny cheese with onion rings on the burger my fries was cold. they took my order at the drive through. got to the window paid for it.I think I sat there 10 minutes and the guy came to the window and said mama can you go to the next lane we fixing the food fresh. well, I'm here to tell you the food was not fresh .

I figured that since this location has recently opened that it would be at a higher standard. The spicy chicken sandwich combo I ordered was probably the most disappointing order I've ever received from any Checkers location I've visited. The food was ready in no time, but the sandwich was not fresh while the fries were piping hot. The person that took my order had an attitude once I got to the window to pay. My drink had extra ice instead of easy ice. Very disappointed in this location.

Checkers what happened? Your burgers shrank and the price skyrocketed?! Before Checkers went out of business a long time ago, there burgers was the bomb. Big and juicy with the best season fries. I had a craving for a juicy cheeseburger for me and my son. I decided to drive all the way to Checkers on Jones Rd. and 290. Got home to open the bag and looked at burgers the size of a small Big Mac without the middle bun. The worst thing is it all cost me $12 a piece for the medium! The only thing that stayed the same was the season fries.! I feel jilted. I stopped going to Sonic for this very reason. This definitely isn't getting what you paid for. Sorry Checkers you've lost me as a customer. I will venture to other places to know im gonna get my money's worth. VERY SAD

I’ve gone a few times since my original review and unfortunately they tanked. Quality of the food and service leave much to be desired. I’ll stick with Whataburger moving forward. I don’t get soggy anything there. My first visit was reviewed: I stopped by during their first few days of being opened. I expected it to be a bit of a circus. They did great! It was my first checkers experience and they earned my business going forward. The fries!! Oh my goodness. So good! Burger was really good too. Bacon was crispy, and that never happens at a fast food restaurant.

Very poor customer service. Lady acts like everyone and everything is a nuisance. She let the walk up window slam in my face. She speaks very sluggishly and extremely softly that I had to keep getting closer to hear her because of the street noise, and then she has the nerve to get annoyed. Rewards weren’t working and she knew about it. Refused to honor it even though she knew people were having trouble with it all day. I had already called checkers customer service before arriving and they had said to just redeem in store. She still refused to honor. I wasn’t rude or unpleasant. I was very calm and respectful, but it seems she has a perpetually bad attitude. I’ve been twice, but this was the last. Fries are good but not enough to keep coming back and deal with other people’s bad attitude. The meat itself is not so good. Very pale and compressed meat look to it.

On the run Trucking

The manager, Caleb stated I should’ve came in the day of or the next day to correct my order when I don’t even stay on that side of town for a four dollar burger and I work in Waller when I noticed my food was incorrect. That was my lunch break meal. I let him know that I have a picture and the receipt stating and showing my food is incorrect poor management and poor customer service. He stated it could have been ordered at another location when I informed him I have proof. He still trying to justify when I’m the customer. Wrong type of attitude to have as a manager. I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but he talking to reply besides getting an understanding. If you not in the area you not going to go out your way for a $4 burger.
