We had the chicken fingers and French fries and it was all delicious. Service was lacking a bit which is why I rated 4 stars. Napkins were not available and had to ask for em at the counter. She gave me four napkins and it was three of us...s ame with the ketchup.

I fell in love with Zaxby’s years ago. The Zaxby’s Buffalo Blue Zalad was my favorite for the longest!! It is still great but now I love the wing and tender combo. Their food has been very consistent over the years so that I can appreciate! Their food is always fresh and hot. I love the eclectic aesthetic of their restaurants. Very warm and welcoming! They get a thumbs up from me!!

It has been over a year since I've been to this location. It's very clean and had my order ready shortly after I arrived. The food was hot and good as it should be. No real complaints about my visit. Visited at a good time with minimal people inside dining.

I went here any got a chicken strip meal. The strips were pretty hot but taste kinda salty. The krinkle cut fries were good too. I did have some issues with redeeming my rewards through the app. The manager had to come fix the problem. She wasn’t polite nor rude. She’s to pretty not to smile more often and be a little bit more welcoming when she has to override or help a customer. Pretty decent experience though.

It was very good! It was a slow Sunday afternoon around 3:30, and it still took 20+ mins to get our food. Normally not an issue except I was starving ha ha ha. That said, it was also super fresh so that helped. The food was good, better than expected. We've never been to a Zaxby's. The fried pickles were amazing but there were so so few for nearly $5 that I don't think I'd order them again. The chicken was different than any other chicken strip I've ever had but I liked it! Really enjoyed the hot honey mustard! I usually hate fries, esp crinkle cut fries but these were pretty good!

First time dining at this establishment, and I must say it was a bad experience. The food was ok, the fries could use seasoning. The problem was the service we received. There was three in my party and we received two packets of ketchup and when we went to counter to request more we given ONE more packet and told " we are almost out". That's not the customer problem or fault. I went up to counter and eventually received two packets of ketchup. The young lady behind the never counter that was giving out the orders and ketchup never smile, had an attitude and just didn't seem like she wanted to be there. While sitting waiting on order, there two customers that had to return due the orders being incorrect. This was my first and last visit.

Nasty. No wonder its always empty, ordered the wings & things meal $18.39? Really 5 wings and three crusty chingen fingers for 19 dollars, the wings where nothing but rock hard skin and bone, the bread hard as a rock, and the chicken fingers looked like the chicken fries from burger king. This location is done might as well close already.

This location has given up. Not only did they get my order wrong, but there was hair in my food. When you order online, you expect what you order. If they don't have it, they should ask if you want a refund or a substitution. The speaker does not work. Never again. NEVA EVA!!!!!

Very disappointed Zaxbys was one of my 'go-to's . I had the salad. My chicken was cold and the cucumbers had a strange after taste. It had old soggy tomatoes ...the worst part of the experience was that I arrived 20 minutes after it opened. So items definitely should have been fresh. My funnel cake was good.

I ordered and my food was ice cold and I had items missing from one of my items.

I ordered a 5pc lemon pepper combo. The girl working the drive thru took almost 10 minutes to take my order & she kept saying “I’m sorry” almost 20 damn times asked me to pull up next to a black car just to come out with someone else’s order & come back with oil all over the bag napkins ruined straw ruined full of oil .. bread was flattened hard as a rock wings nasty & rubbery

Ordered my food through DoorDash. Ordered fries with extra seasoning didn’t get no seasoning, the bred was so hard my dog didn’t eat it. To spend $30 and receive this type of meal is unacceptable. Tried calling to speak with a manager and no phone service. Get your act together people work to hard for there money to get this type of food delivered to them.

Ordered a 6 finger plate no slaw x fries then when I get home I open a box with 2.5 fingers and .75 serving of fries??????? I love Zaxbys but this particular location is always very cheap with portions and its whatever, but this???? Its not even like they were in a rush I was the only one in the drive thru. No wonder every time I come here there is never a line.

Absolutely nobody in the store but my friend and I. The cooks were lazy and the manager wasn’t doing his job by not helping my situation. I ordered a supreme sandwich which comes with everything and they gave me the basic one with only pickles then requested I give the sandwich back which I don’t trust since they just messed up and now they’re giving me a cold piece of cheese with cold bacon on a plate. Remember there is nobody here and yet they still can’t get their job done right ? And the quality was trash so yeah stay away from zaxbys and go to Raising Canes And look at how much fries they gave me…
