Special shout out to our waiter, Fernando, who was very attentive and had a lot of hustle. Our food was great and it all came out together - for a table of 8! It was a bit loud in the area we ate, but overall, an excellent experience.
Juan was amazing. He knew his stuff and was very helpful. Will come back soon.
Food is always delicious and worth the price
Great food me and the girlfriend real enjoy LC never had a bad experience at any location. Fyi we're both proud Hispanicss, and this place is as good as it gets for great chain mexican food.
They didn't bring water but that was my only complaint. Excellent food and service.
Nathi was probably the best waitress we have ever had in our life. The food was excellent as always and I’ve been here many times but I’m finally inspired to write this review. All it takes is one stellar employee to make an excellent restaurant in a city of hundreds to shine. My stomach is full and happy and my faith in humanity is restored. Keep your eye on this one, Cucos Management. That is Talent.
Love this place. Go on Monday or Tuesday for happy hour margaritas. You only need one large house, and you will be spinning. I like to order off the menu and get the hard shell taco salad.
First time there really great food the refried beans where a little over cooked . But it happens great job. Are waiter was very kind even had the time to talk to us ?👍👍 i even took a pic of there Christmas tree and sent it to my mom and told her it looked just the way she did hers. Great Job guys keep it up will be back
I have ate at several Los Cucos locations and love the food because it is authentic Mexican food. The staff is super friendly and provide excellent service. My most recent visit was on a Sunday night windy and cold but the food warmed me up. It's always a favor explosion on the plate. Great Margaritas🍹
Our go-to place for great Mexican food. We love the "Build-Your-Lunch" and always get the fried avocado--creamy and warm on the inside, crunchy and cheesy on the outside. One word of warning: watch the waiters for up-selling. They don't volunteer how much extra the extras cost. Other than that, we've never had a bad experience at any of the several Los Cucos locations we've tried.
This is a staple for Tex-Mex and each location is a little unique but the menu items never disappoint. Get yourself a pitcher of margaritas when you sit down with their delicious salsa and he ready to fill your belly.
This is the Jersey Village location. I love that place. I’ve been going for years. It’s a hidden gem. The customer service is great. The food is super, and the drinks are on point. I do take out twice a month. They recognize my name and car. They’re so sweet. One day the card machine was down. I gave them my info. The funds never left my account. I went back the following day, and paid. They thanked me. They stated that others did not do that. I’m sure they lost lots of money.
I've been eating at various Los Cucos locations ever since I first moved to Texas in 2003 and I simply cannot convey in words how much I love this restaurant chain. My wife, for example, was born and raised in Taiwan, and when we met in 2006 she told me that she didn't like Mexican food. I took her to a Cucos and she was instantly converted to a fan. Los Cucos is as close to homemade Mexican food like mine as any restaurant that I've ever eaten at. I wish I had photos to share, but I don't, so I guess you'll just have to go there and take some of your own. Enjoy!
Not too bad. Kind of disappointed on the beef fajitas as they seem if they are boiled first, then put on the grill.
This Is Our Top Favorite Mexican Restaurant And They Have The Best Parties, Seating, And Food. ¡Disfruta de todas las fiestas!
Amazing and Delicious. Had heard many good things from this restaurant but finally decided to stop in with my family and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be going back!
Well neon lights don't take good pictures from the vehicle. This place is amazing good. My wife is Gluten intolerant and asked for the manger. He came out and knew exactly what she could and couldn't eat. Oh and the mariachi band was the making the restaurant authentic. And the amount of food was incredible. Found my place to eat really good food. Going back in a couple days.
Although the prices keep going up, I still go here every once in a while and today's playe, El Suego, was really good! Service was great, too!
Great authentic mexican food and great customer service . There manager alex castro is phenomenal , made sure everything was perfect
We really enjoyed our dinner here. We normally go the Los Cucos at Clay and 6, but happened to be near this location. Now it's one of our favorites. The food was great! It tasted so much better than the Clay Rd location. The TexMex food is spot on,, and the Mexican food was awesome as well. I'm not a big fish eater, but I tasted my wife's fish and it was great too. Definitely a keep on the 'go to again' list !
Exceptional food my husband and I have ate here twice. It's charming, the staff was polite and courteous. They treated us like family it has been great both time's
I've been there for years. And still love it. I take my kids since they are very little, time flies but this place still have the same taste and the food still delicious as always
Since the location by the house burned down, we haven’t had our Los Cucos in 3 or so months… we decided to drive to cure the cravings and the 290 location did just that. The taste, presentation and quality is always the same among all the locations so that was very nice to get to truly cure that exact flavor profile craving!!! I unfortunately didn’t get any before pics because my tummy was on a mission but I recommend any of my fellow neighbors to make the trip as we did!!! Oh… the fruit bowl and 2 yogurts is definitely not with the $4.99 so skip it if you’re wondering.
We were seating in the back of the restaurant across from the bar. It wasn’t loud, and the music was just right. Food came fast, tasty and hot!
Amazingly Delicious Food! Every location serves excellent food with great service and pleasant staff! The greeters are very friendly. The waiter was knowledgeable and able to accommodate menu alterations. The food was served hot and full of flavor. The margaritas were delicious! Everything is amazing at Los Cucos!
My FAVORITE Mexican Restaurant in HOUSTON. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a Friendly Smile plus my food in YUMMY. The Manager Netty ALWAYS says HELLO and makes SURE that my Margarita is fixed the way I LIKE IT without me even asking !!! The Service is OUTSTANDING and my 25 PLUS years of visiting the Jersey Village location has NEVER FAILED me.
I celebrated my 45th birthday here, and it was truly unforgettable! The staff gave me so much attention and made me feel so special the entire time. Everyone was incredibly attentive, and I really appreciated their warmth and hospitality. The vibe was perfect—fun, welcoming, and full of great energy. Thank you for making my special day even more memorable!
This restaurant has a very large selection of different types of fajitas and I tried the one with mushrooms and poblano peppers and creamy cilantro sauce. #Delicious. Homemade large flour tortillas were really good. The best fajitas I’ve ever had! And also their chocolate cheesecake is so delicious.
We love this Los Cucos. The wait staff is amazing. They have a small covered patio which we enjoy when the weather is nice (only down fall on the patio, people smoke). The food always comes out hot and taste delicious. They have happy hour all day Mondays and Tuesdays and if you sit in the bar, they have happy hour food options.
My lovely wife had Caldo de Res ( hard to find) and I ate cheese enchiladas. Food very good. Atmosphere was s little noisy, yet still able to speak to one another with out raising our voices. Over all we will be back again.
I have been looking for a Mexican food restaurant that has great food, good margaritas, good service and fair prices. I finally found it! After years of trying different spots, and never really being totally satisfied, I am so happy to have finally tried this restaurant. I met a friend here, who I hadn't seen in years, and so we sat for several hours and talked over a delicious margarita and queso. The server was so nice and attentive. I didn't feel like he was trying to get us to leave because we had been there so long. In fact, he kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He had a great sense of humor too! The Grand Anejo margarita is very good and frankly, all you need is one! Unlike other good Mexican restaurants, the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends!
Great service. Great food. Highly recommended. Edit 2025: This is the best Los Cucos I’ve been to. The customer service is superb! The staff is friendly. Everyone is so polite, and kind. I had a gentleman wait on my family, I wish I knew his name. He had glasses and was in his twenties. Stellar job!! The food is fresh, and so good!! Thank you for making my family feel welcome! I will continue to come to this location. I highly recommend the La Bonita! Always. 🩷
The food is always delicious and good! I love that they have to go microwave plates that can be recycled if you want to keep them. Service is always good! Update: went back and had the chance to eat inside and the service was nothing but exceptional, this is differently one of my top Mexican Restaurant! Updated to 5 star service🔥
Food was absolutely delicious!! Portions are great and will leave you very happy! Had to visit Houston on business and the family tagged along so we decided to try Los Cusos on our way out of town. I had to use the restroom, and before I even entered the restroom, I could smell the urine before entering. To my surprise, the restroom was in good shape, if they used some bleach, problem would be solved. Get back to our table, and the we sat another 10 minutes, our waited disappeared and the manager could see that we were ready to order and took our order. I commend his leadership and taking charge to ensure we were taken care of, thank you for that. Service and food was great, I recommend the place. Reason for the 4 stars on atmosphere is simple, many ceiling tiles were moldy and stained, ceiling was dripping all over the place and the hallway in route to the men's rooms smelled like people were urinating the hall.
My bestie wanted to eat here for her birthday! We had margaritas, fajitas and the works! Brianny was our server and she was awesome! Loved her personality. She was very attentive to our table. It was…

The food was very good. They didn't have a broad selection of beers on draft( Should have an IPA) however the quail and enchilada made up for that it was an excellent meal.
We visited on a Tuesday at 11:30 am and they were moderately crowded. The waitstaff was courteous and the drinks were strong! We had a sangria swirl and a margarita on the rocks. Very good. The f…

Tge food was delicious. Came from the kitchen hot and that warm salsa w/ the chips... be careful, you won't want to eat tour food! LOL 😋 Now, I gave 3 stars on service and atmosphere bc we received a delayed greeting upon arrival, and the booth seatings could use an upgrade. The hostess was notably busy, however, I'm guessing it was the take out area (not labeled well), had an employee there w/o customers, who decided at the last moment to assist. I understand job duties, but this showed a lack of teamwork in my eyes. Our server, Alex, didn't seem to be well versed in the menu. We had to provide our order multiple times and when we was confused, point to he menu. He did inform us he was in training ONLY after the third person in our party arrived and he didn't understand what she was ordering. Just a few things to be mindful of, I would return to this location. I also appreciated how accommodating they were w/ the TVs, as there were multiple games on at once.
Good food and the service was pretty good with attention to detail. Fajitas tasted better than average and I will be going back.
This small string of restaurants primarily located in the suburbs around Houston was a very pleasant surprise for me. My wife and I dining for dinner at the Jersey Village location. While the interior ambiance and decor are nothing special, the service and quality of food are spectacular. In Houston there are many good places to eat Tex-Mex, but this is my new favorite location because of the variety and different styles they offer in their cuisine. The restaurant prices are quite reasonable, and quantities are large. I highly recommend the mixed fajitas served with the Los Cucos sauce.
Great Location, right by 290 and Jones rd. I always order the Chicken quesadillas, the chips with the guacamole sauce is the best! My mother ordered fish tacos but the Tortilla split in half right away. Other than that great place, clean and staff is friendly and cheerful! Keep up the great job Cucos on Jones rd
It's a comfortable not too loud family-friendly environment. The only reason why I'm leaving a 4 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ review is because normally when I eat here the service and everything is great(5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ experience all the way around). But this time when we went, our waitress did not want to make eye contact with us, or want to serve us. We had to have the hostess take our orders and drinks. When the food came out that's whenever our waitress first interacted with us. Because we were wondering who our waitress was going to be. But once we realized who she was, we had realized she had been ignoring us the whole time, tending to a bigger table with a party of eight and we were a party of two. She acted like she had a grudge against us which was strange. And then would Skip and hop away laughing and then talk to another coworker. (Service gets a 1 ⭐)We had to get her attention to ask for everything and she was never tentative. I'm writing this review as of October 23rd, 2025. And the time of service was from noon to 1:00 in the booths that are first accessible from the entrance of the building.
In a hotel and waiting on baby to get out of NICU. Found this Los Cucos looking through DoorDash options. They have decent food at a decent price. The red and green salsa were just so-so but the queso was great! We really enjoyed the enchiladas! They seemed a bit more authentic than most chain restaurants. We will look for one close to home, once we are discharged.
This is the second time I have come to this location. My first experience was great(it was a dinner service). I was an early lunch and chose items from the lunch menu. The sides (rice and refried beans were great). The steak enchilada and the stuffed avocado were “okay”, but not “great”. Our server was attentive and professional.
If you are in the mood for some delicious spicy tex mex this is the place for you. I love their food. Ask for salsa diablo if you want to satisfy your spicy taste buds! Service can be slow but that doesnt stop me from enjoying this place. They have a nice kids menu. My fav dishes are pollo poblano
This place is a tender experience akin to rubbing fresh silk over your exposed skin. The food hit the spot more accurately than a major league batter in the world series. Drinks were lacking in alcohol like they were created by a devout nun. Tried something new, know what not to order again. A destination to visit time and again, someday the elusive perfect combination shall reveal itself.

Great happy hour spot... Great happy hour price point... Great happy hour, bites... restaurant ambiance is nothing to write home about... Servive is descent...
Taco salad was very good. It's a little more expensive that typical places we go but the quality of the meat is also better.

It was hot and humid inside. The waiter was not very attentive, considering it wasn't busy. Had to get another waitress to assist. The food is always good. You have to take the good with the bad if you want to eat there. It was our first time at this location.
I have always enjoyed the food at Los Cucos - great food and at a great value with a good amount of variety to choose from. I've dined at this location several times for lunch, dinner and birthday celebrations and for the most part it's good. The service though has been hit or miss at the 290 and Jones rd location. On my last visit, the waitress was polite and helpful but there were some missteps. First, my drink order was wrong, and then there was also a wait to take our order even though we had appeared first before the table that had been sitted after us. Secondly, a refill of my drink order had been replaced with a dirty cup that had some kind of food floating in it and this was after I had taken a drink of it. When I pointed this out to the waitress and asked for a replacement, she took it without an apology or any condolence for giving me a dirty glass with bits of food in it. A different server had brought back my refill and I believe my original cup had been set aside and a dirty cup had been picked up for the refill. The waitress did appear to speak to the server who had brought my refill, but nothing to rectify with me for this occurring. Lastly, at the end of our meal, our waitress asked me if I would like to take a drink to go and I declined, but my girlfriend asked if she could get her tea to go and she said yes. However, she never did so. She brought our check and then proceeded to do her closing duties, sweeping and arranging tables while we waited and waited for the to go drink that never came. My bill was a total of$65 with a final total of $77. The food was excellent as always but the service could have been better.
We ordered happy hour drinks before 6pm but when we got the bill we were charged full price. When brought up to the waitress she said that the time is from whenever she puts it in the system. So I order before 6pm but I have to pay full price because she decides to make stops before putting our order in the system? She then told us there is nothing she can do about it. 👎🏽
Ordered pick up. Requested no cilantro. There was cilantro everywhere. I'm not allergic and I'm not a picky eater. Cilantro, for me, takes over and makes everything taste like how my grandma's perfume soap smells. Needless to say, I had to throw almost all of it away. I kept the beans, chips, and queso. :(
Went to Los Cucos for happy hour & dinner and both were OK! Walked in and sat at a table near the Bar... We didn't get service till we moved to the Bar which was fine. Had a couple appetizers, Margaritas with dinner! The the order was partially incorrect and I didn't say anything, so we'll have to go back soon to see if we can get everything right!
Food was good as always! Our Server/Bartender Ernesto seemed like he wasn't in the mood to answer any questions or really talk to us. Maybe he had a rough happy hour shift but I feel like no matter what happened during his shift prior to my guest and I showing up we still should have received better service. He seemed more focused on cleaning rather than taking care of bar guest. I'm not sure if the young lady with him was a Bartender or bar back but she was nice and did her best. I won't be coming back to the bar to eat. Back to the dining room I go!
For the price this Rice is with 0!!! It's dry and all balled up!!! The service of course she put us way in the vs k corner with no one in the restaurant! The ambiance is do blanco all over!

This place is usually so delicious and fun, and a busy Friday night should have been a treat. But…. The margarita was delicious. I got the strawberry one and it was strong and tasty, especially frozen. I got the delicioso, my top pick. But… My meat was burnt. The fajita beef was black like char and super salty. The shrimp were burnt, the onions were so charred you could smell the burning. I asked for a remake, who wants burnt dinner? They instead simply moved my same pieces of burnt fajita steak and fish to a new hot grill plate. They tried to hide the burnt by moving the same pieces around. It was less than 5 minutes for a replacement… how fast, so swift?! I still had the same burnt fajita strips. My meal was the same burnt pieces. The shrimp looked new, but they were even worse. They were so dry, so rubbery, I barely chewed and swallowed since I was so hungry. The fish was still melt in your mouth, though. The fact that they deliberately did the minimum and moved the same disappointing pieces onto a new plate with less charred onions, and the fact that the waitress simply ignored us and had the audacity to not apologize or simply pretended nothing happened…. That’s what gravely disappoints me. The waitress also stopped serving us well before the meal even came out. And she certainly made sure to charge us full price without remorse, watching from a distance with beady and critical eyes while my grandfather was still generous enough to leave her a tip. Overall this experience was disappointing enough to leave this unfortunate review. I hope one day it will be a redeeming experience, with which an updated review would be warranted
Los Cuco’s is our favorite Tex mex restaurant , We usually order at the 249 location but this evening 3/21 , Jones rd was closest, so we pk up our order of beef fajita quesadillas and they where horrible, super greasy with that taste of old cooking grease and the beef fajitas were not trimmed properly, they still had that membrane stuck to the meat , it grossed me out . Never again
I've eaten at different Los Cucos many times including this location. I ordered shrimp quesadillas, refried beans & queso. Those nice crunchy chips that come with queso was so burnt and hard that we asked for new chips. The waitress actually hesitated! So we got the new ones and those weren't much better. That should have been my warning to leave, but I stayed. Then my order came. It was the worst order of shrimp quesadillas ever!. The shrimp were good. But the flour tortillas that should be fresh and lightly fried, we're greasy and limp! It was horrible. Then to top it off.... their bathrooms were OUT OF ORDER! Who runs a restaurant without a bathroom ??! I won't be going back.
I’ve been to several of their locations, but this one has to be the worst I’ve visited. The front desk person handling to-go orders came across as a bit rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. It definitely affected the overall experience. I’ve been to the original location on Clay Rd, and they consistently include free queso along with plenty of salsa and chips with our to-go orders. Unfortunately, this location feels very stingy with their chips and salsa, and they even charge for extra salsa. There’s a noticeable difference in service and generosity compared to other locations. They have quite a few things to improve if they want customers to keep coming back.

The service here was absolutely unbelievable... I placed a to go order through the phone on a Thursday for 3 different plates, one being Beef Fajita enchiladas. I then received chicken enchiladas, …
Wed 12/4 4:20 pm. Food was delicious. I ordered the lunch beef fajitas 15.99. Bartender enters order at 4:02. Brings me the check for 21.99. Cutoff time for lunch was 4:00. Nobody communicated to me that i would be charged for dinner fajitas. Bartender said Manager couldn't do anything about it. I had a polite conversation with the manager who said it was the bartenders fault, throwing him under the bus and saying I need to take it up with the bartender. I told him that was between him and his employee and asked if he was going to let me walk out of here as an unhappy customer over 7 bucks. He continued to try to make his case and finally told the bartender to pay me. It sounded like it was coming out of the bartender's tip, so I just walked out. Allowed them an opportunity to make it right but they did not take it. Still tipped 5.00. Good service otherwise.
Do not order anything for 2! They charge you and only give you for 1! I have been eating here at this location for years. I started eating at the original down clay road that is now their seafood location. I drove up and ordered to go today. I ordered a total of $123 worth of food, just like every other week. I ordered Parrilla san luis FOR TWO and this is what I got. I have been coming here for years and have had parrilla san luis for 1 multiple times. Which is what I have here now. 1 chicken, 1 beef, 1 jalapeno, 2 pieces sausage and 2 pieces of quesadilla. So I called to let them know I was coming back, and to my surprise I had a man to me and tell me that what I received WAS for 2. BULL! I will never spend another dime with people who take advantage of their customers and then lie through their teeth when they get caught. Rediculous!
The restaurant was way too cold I end up going across the street to buy a sweater food is just over seasoning the waiter was trying to be to friendly just not a pleasant dinner
Placed a pick up order? Went to pick up and they couldn’t find it. My husband calls me and I sent him the receipt. Mind you it took over an hour for a pick up order. No apology or anything. The manager said we are working on it. For an hour? Won’t be back. Also everyone that answers the phone passes it to the next person.
The service was slow. We were celebrating a birthday and asked for the song, sombrero and our checks. We were a group of 6 and asked for 3 checks. We never got the song or the sombrero and one of our party finally had to go ask for the checks 20 minutes after our first request. An automatic 20% tip was added, which I would expect on a group of 8 or more, but we were 6. The service did not warrant a 20% tip. The restaurant was not at all busy. The queso was good as were the margaritas, thus the one star. The refried beans were awful, dry and old tasting. I mentioned something to the waitress, but she did nothing. I became sick to my stomach before I left the parking lot and had to go back in to use the restroom. Subsequently, spoke to the manager, Luis, who argued with me that no one else had complained and then proceeded to tell me how long it takes a person to become nauseated. He was showing off in front of his staff, 3 of them. Considering that my meal had been finished, (what I ate of it) by 7:40 and I spoke to him at 8:30...well, all I can say is that their customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. I called him back by phone so he wouldn't have his little audience and he said he'd have his boss call me today. I waited to see if this happened before writing this review. No call and I still have diarrhea.
Experienced food poisoning from an order on Sunday. Eaten here before with no issues. After this I will not take my chances and never eat here again! Absolute worst experience I went through.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Los Cucos, but the salsa was warm served but tasted like it came out of a jar. Not pleasing to the eye either. My taco was not the puffy taco as I remember and nothing to write home about. Green salsa was good! Try another Los Cucos. Not impressed; maybe this one is a franchise….
Came in around 12:30 PM on Saturday expecting to enjoy lunch, maybe some good Mexican food, and instead got front-row seats to a full-on profanity parade. A group of men and women — with kids sitting right there — were cussing so loud and so often it felt like they were trying to set a new Guinness World Record for Most Vulgar Lunch. Every other word was filth, and the kids are just soaking it up like this is how normal people talk. What really got me? The staff saw it. They heard it. They walked past it a dozen times — and said nothing. Meanwhile, every other customer in the place is sitting there in awkward silence, pretending not to be annoyed while their meal is ruined. This wasn’t background noise; this was the main event, and nobody working there cared enough to shut it down. I came for enchiladas, not a crash course in trashy parenting and public disrespect. If this is what Los Cucos thinks is acceptable dining atmosphere, they can keep it. I won’t be back — and judging by the looks on the other tables, I won’t be the only one.
Food poisoned 2 people now in urgent care. When I called and told them the situation they were so rude and did not want to refund. Manager was not friendly. This is the only food my family shared.
I ordered two beef tacos and a side of queso to top them off. I ate one and was about to work on my second taco. Wjen I drizzled my queso on top, there was a medium size roach in the queso! I will NEVER eat here.
Stopped by for dinner & drinks with my friends and had an unpleasant experience. Not sure if the waiter Juan P. is racist or classist however he did not check up on our table and carried himself very rudely. My friend ended up not eating his full meal and my mood was negatively impacted. We then brought up this to the manger attention and he shortly brushed us off. Would not recommend this location, stick with the other Cucos. Thanks!
Walked in, stood around like background furniture, and apparently became a new species no one had seen before. Staff stared at us like we’d landed from another planet but somehow never managed to seat us, greet us, or take an order. After plenty of awkward eye contact and zero service, we left. If ignoring customers is the theme here, they’ve absolutely nailed it. Would not recommend unless you enjoy being invisible around 1 pm
I was at Los Cucos with my brother and his family, and I feel compelled to leave this review because what we experienced was not okay. We’ve been to Los Cucos before and always had good experiences, which is why this visit was such a shock. We stopped by briefly while passing home, just to enjoy the food and celebrate my nephew’s birthday. From the start, the server’s attitude was loud, rude, and unprofessional. There was no warmth or basic courtesy. At one point, my nephew accidentally spilled water on the table. Instead of handling it calmly, the server reacted with visible frustration. She loudly asked about a high chair, didn’t bring one right away, and when she finally did, she slammed it down beside the table in a very disrespectful manner. The tone and body language were completely unnecessary. The manager did come over and was polite and apologetic, which I appreciate. However, the server herself never showed any accountability. Very disappointed.
We came to Los Cucos at 290 with good expectations because we’ve visited Los Cucos at Katy mills before and always enjoyed the food and service. This time, however, was extremely disappointing. We stopped by while passing our home to celebrate our son’s birthday. We had already had dinner but still wanted to enjoy Los Cucos food. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the server’s behavior. The server was very loud, rude, and disrespectful from the beginning. I don’t know her name, but the way she spoke to us was unacceptable. At one point, my son accidentally spilled water on the table not a glass, just water and instead of handling it professionally, she became visibly irritated. She loudly asked if we wanted a high chair. We calmly said yes. Initially, no high chair was provided, and later when she brought it, she banged it multiple times next to me in a very rude and aggressive manner. That was the moment I clearly told her this behavior was not okay and asked her to show basic respect. We were not asking for anything free we were paying customers who came for food and a pleasant experience. Despite this, she never apologized and continued showing attitude. I eventually had to call the manager and explain the situation. The manager was polite and apologetic, which I appreciate but the server herself showed zero remorse. I don’t want to make assumptions, but the way we were treated felt unfair and deeply disrespectful. No family should be treated this way, especially while celebrating a child’s birthday. This was a very bad experience, and sadly, one that makes us think twice about returning. If the management would like to reach out, I’m open to sharing more details and identifying the server involved. Respect and basic courtesy should never be optional.
