This is an adorable place! I love the how small and homely it looks and just the easy vibe of it. The cashier lady was super friendly and was patient with me while I was fumbling with my order. Delicious food that was good, cheap, and a 12 minute bike ride away from me! I'll come again when I get the chance :)

I get the pork bahn mi all the time and have tried the egg rolls. One day I want to order something different off the menu. It all looks good Smoothies, slushies, and teas are decently yummy for the price. My family likes the blueberry smoothie. Friendly staff. No complaints here. It's located in a small shopping center near the Pizza Hut but I've always found a parking spot.

Great prices. Great sandwiches and a wide variety of boba tea. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They give out loyalty cards for 9 drinks and you get a free boba tea, and the cashier always asks if I have my card. I really appreciate this because other places with such cards hardly ever remind me, and I forget to use them.

Very nice staff. Best milk teas in Houston. I have tried many different places and this is by far my favorite place. Their food is awesome. Its nice to be able to get milk tea and good food at the same place. Most places either have good milk tea or good food but not both. Prices are really good also. I love this place.

Our new favorite lunch stop! Bahn Mi and Teas are A+ (plates too). Great service (super nice), very quick, and cheap...really can't believe how it hits all the right notes for a quick serve shop. Hope they stick around for a long time because this little shopping strip has not been kind for various businesses over the years. Worth the slight diversion from 290 or the Sam Houston Tollway to go...trust me.

I really enjoyed the boba tea and the eggrolls! I will go back because their noodle bowls looked delicious! If you are just going for a drink, bring cash since there is a $5 limit to use your debit card.

I'm always looking for Vietnamese pork sandwiches, so I skimmed by this place I just had to try it. I was NOT disappointed, the sandwiches were perfect, great size for the their price and the service was extremely friendly. Will be coming back for more

My husband and I had an amazing experience at the Royal Tea Cafe. Food is amazing, customer service is great. But the SMELL is horrible. They put too many cleaning and scented chemicals into the air. Next to the entrance were TWO Glade air freshener plugins. And across their counter they have like 3 Glade scented candles. The smell of chemicals is super strong. They need to get rid of all their plugin and scented chemicals. The smell is not pleasant and gave me a headache. Even though the food was amazing and they were really nice I will probably never come back.

First time trying it ordered take out got back to my job and open and notice this hair on the side it look so good and took my appetite away. Immediately I will never go back I did not ask for a refund I rather leave a review for my experience.
