The food and service were amazing, anyone that's available comes over to make sure you have everything you need. I ordered the Trio Enchiladas delicious l. My only complaint was the tables are so closed together, it almost impossible to get up or out with out bumping some one. Oh the Margarita were excellent, going back this weekend 😄

My family and I have been dining at El Andariego for so many years! We love it. It's nice enough to feel like you're treating yourself, but also casual enough to not feel stuffy or like you're breaking the bank. Every dish I've had there (and I've tried a lot over the years) is delicious and filling, and feels like a nice homemade meal. I especially love the Sopa de Res and the Pescado al Horno. Cadillac margaritas are a must, too! The staff feel and treat us like family - Jaime really has a great team! And the live music on weekend nights is an extra treat we love to experience. Muchisimas gracias a todos en El Andariego!

Hidden el Salvadoran and Mexican food is a must visit. Places like this deserve a lot of credit for having such great everything from once you enter to leaving. Staff cater our every need even during busy lunch hour with high quality variety. I felt like we were at home. This was my first visit too!!

The family have dined here probably about 4 times in the past. We LOVE the food choices, and for me, the beef soup has become my TOP choice. Folks, oh my goodness beef soup was amazing! El Andariego is not a large restaurant, but it gives off a feeling of meeting at a family home for Sunday dinner and celebration. On Friday and Saturday, you can enjoy live music. The staff was nothing but friendly and delivered high customer service. If you are in the Olney area, do yourself favor and try our El Andariego.

Some of the GREATEST steak nachos I've had in a good while—and I'm a NACHO FIEND!! The bartender, Javier was AMAZING and surprised me with his creativity in bar craft! The atmosphere was incredible and the live musician kept everything pumping! I came by myself on a whim for happy hour after work, but I will be back with eager diners. AMAZING VIBE that was sophisticated but still family-friendly!

Finally had a chance to go last night for their Wine Dinner and it was incredible. Each course along with the wine pairings were phenomenal, and every single staff member was warm and friendly and just so helpful! I’ve been meaning to go for over a year but live pretty far away in Virginia, and I’m already starting to plan my next visit so I can order off the full menu. This was one of the greatest hospitality experiences I’ve had. Jennifer and Isabella: thank you for making us feel so welcome and taking care of our gluten-free friend! We all had so much fun!!!

Impressed from start to finish! Salsa here is thick, full of flavor. Chips come out hot, too. Subtle decoration, with pottery and paintings throughout. Each table is decorated with a real rose. A full selection of delicious Bigelow tea Yum! Plates aren't hot, so you know the food doesn't sit under a heater before serving! Fast service! Margheritas half off on Monday!

Lovely the food was light and fresh. Different meals as they passed our table were incredibly fragrant. I have the veggie quesadilla which I added chicken. My husband had the chicken chimichanga with a side of refried beans and rice. Three desserts bread pudding, Tres Leches, and Cafe Latte Mousse. This was dinner after seeing the show at the Olney theater. Really a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

This is my first time here. The staff my very pleasant, and atmosphere was good. I have the El Andariego burrito that has pulled beef, chicken, rice and beans inside topped with sauce. I got a side of habanera salsa. It was very good the portion was huge. I will return.

A 3 because the Skinny Margarita was on point. Ordered fajitas because I like the delivery of the sizzling hot plate, but it was non-existent. This is not a Mexican restaurant but a Mexican/Salvadoran restaurant, so keep that in mind. The tortilla was not like any corn tortilla I've seen before... too thick for my liking.

Very disappointed that they give a puny portion of salsa and then have the nerve to charge $2.25 for another slightly larger amount. I've been coming here for many years and have enjoyed the experience but this will make me think twice about returning

Normally I enjoy the food and service. Unfortunately, I ordered take out and the weekend night closing manager was rude and disrespectful. I explained to him that I wanted french fries instead of rice and beans and he proceeded to continuously lecture me about what I ordered. I know the restaurant business and the swap is minimal cost. Most profitable items are alcohol, soda and french fries. I reminded him that I was the customer and he did not seem to care. Consequently, I will never eat there or order take.out again.
