My husband and I got married here October 11th and it was beautiful!! The staff was so helpful and made the whole process run a whole lot smoother. I didn’t hire a wedding planned but Katrina and Olivia helped me out so much, I don’t have to set up or take down anything. They made my vision come to life. Our guest can not stop talking about how good the food was!! It was such an amazing day!

Lily, Katrina and the whole Club Los Meganos staff were absolutely amazing!!! From leading up to the wedding to the day of our wedding, they were on it. Katrina was very responsive and answered any questions I had throughout the planning process. They made our day truly magical and handled everything for us the day of. We got so many compliments on the venue, the appetizers, the dinner, the paper umbrellas they supplied, everyone was truly in awe of our wedding. My Husband and I couldn't recommend them enough for parties, events and weddings.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here on 11/18/17. We had booked 1 year in advance, and from the very beginning Club Los Meganos' communication was impeccable. Jenna Choban and her team are absolutely amazing! She listened to all of our requests and did so much for us the day of the wedding and the coordination was just seamless! She kept everything moving and communicated with every vendor when we ended up running late from the bride & groom photos. She gave great feedback, and addressed all of our concerns. She was so prompt in responding to every email I sent (I sent a lot!) and had an answer and recommendation for everything. She made the process so easy for us, and we are ever so thankful. Club Los Meganos itself is a BEAUTIFUL event center! I fell in love with it the moment I stepped in. The entrance also offers a display case where you can present your engagement photos of you and your spouse to add a little personal touch to the space. Our guests loved this. There is a beautiful court outside that is lit up all night as well as a fire pit where guests can sit. It made for great pictures! The grounds are just so beautiful and well-kept, so perfect for pictures. There is so much space that you don't have to worry about doing without something because of size. I had a dessert table, cake table, photo booth, memorial table, 10 rounded tables, and a sweetheart table, and it felt so spacious and comfortable! There's nothing like going to a wedding and having to excuse yourself behind someone while you squeeze behind them as they are sitting at the table. This venue isn't one of them ;) The food was amazing and the Chef was so professional and knowledgeable. Set up and take down was wonderful, and that is a huge plus when planning a wedding. They also cut and served the cake, as well as served the champagne toast which is so wonderful! Club Los Meganos made our day so special, and took so much off of our hands, that we were able to enjoy the wedding ourselves. We are so lucky to have found this venue and team of coordinators. I would love to do my vow-renewal here and any other event! (I plan, too, lol) Extremely highly recommended.. The most beautiful and elegant venue in the East Bay!

We celebrated our 25th wedding Anniversary at Club Los Meganos in Brentwood, CA and we had an amazing experience. The ambience and the venue was stunning. The outdoor ceremony space was breathtaking and the staff name Lilly and her daughter Katrina were incredibly attentive. The food beverages including the cocktails were super delicious and the coordinator made sure everything ran smoothly. We really appreciated their flexibility and responsiveness throughout the planning process. Overall, we highly recommend Club Los Meganos for its stunning atmosphere, excellent service and great value. 5/5 Stars!

However, what made us choose Club Los Meganos was their attention to detail and customer service! Monica gave us a very extensive tour when we first visited and addressed all of our important questions before we even had the chance to ask. She is so knowledgeable and experienced in the wedding industry and it definitely shows in every interaction with her. As our wedding day approached, we began communications with Lily who helped coordinate our on-site tasting, flesh out our wedding day timeline, and knock out some logistics like the slideshow projector, table linens, and ceremony arches. She has such a warm and generous personality. We were able to customize some of our selections more than expected! Most importantly, we provided asian-inspired recipes that the chef nailed and we eventually hosted as our cocktail appetizers and reception buffet. Not to mention, their bread received the most compliments that night! They worked seamlessly with our other vendors and made our wedding day unforgettable!

Great atmosphere, the food was fresh and the weight stuff was very intended to the needs of our table. I had the mahi-mahi blackened fish sandwich and it was delicious. I would like to eat outside next time but would definitely go back.

My niece had her wedding here and the place is just beautiful. The staff are all nice, well-kept grounds and the setting is so serene.

Alice's Kitchen dinner was great! Prosciutto wrap peaches and Sweet Thai Shrimp. Both appitizers made an amazing dinner.

Nice clean environment. Cleaning crew was exceptionally loud to the point of disrupting our meeting.

This is a decent clubhouse as part of a retirement community with good amenities.

Incredible place to hold events. Staff super friendly and faculty is gorgeous. Food was really good and service was on point. I had a chance to look over it’s entirety. I shot my cousins wedding here. Definitely a place I’ll be referring other wedding clients to for venue location.

Lovely location and venue. The service is very good. The menu is limited and some, but not all, of the items from the limited menu are not as well prepared as I would expect. For example, the stuffed chicken was disappointing, but the beef hot pot was very good.

The venue is nice but the customer service is now horrible. The 4 past events I had there was great until the new manager Lily was hired. She was rude and always forget important details. The turnover for mangers and catering reps has increased tremendously over the last 8 years. If you go to this venue make sure you get everything in writing. Lily’s daughter quoted me one price and she quoted me 3 times more. Thankfully, things were on a notepad. The servers and chefs have always been respectful and the food is good. I have referred over 20 people to this venue and the reports I get back has declined significantly. I can’t believe this beautiful place has lost its true value Pros: Great location, nice servers, and good food. Cons: Dishonest management , new hidden fees, no longer good customer service.
