Grandma used to say that “tastes differ” and she was right, however you always have to be objective when giving your opinion, and to set an example I share my experience objectively: the meat tastes and smells like it should “goat”, the ranch cream is sensational because it tastes totally different from the synthetic brand cream, it is always nice to have the tortillas made to order, the service is efficient, they are attentive and there is enough staff to meet the needs of the diners, the dessert is sweet and you want more, and the icing on the cake is that the host is an artist with a privileged voice! Pedro Infante must be jumping for joy from wherever his soul is.

The cheese is delicious, the service is excellent, and the birria is very tasty. The atmosphere is pleasant, and I love that the tortillas are handmade; they taste amazing. Adrian Bedolla is a wonderful person, as are all his staff.

Very helpful, they serve you quickly, with a variety of dishes. We tried the pozobirria, which was very well served, but it lost its flavor; it's better to order the birria separately for a richer dish. The tepache was very good.

We saw it on TV and it looked very good in portions, we went and when we arrived the place was half full with a girl singing with a good atmosphere and good vibes, I tell you that we ordered pozobirria, quesabirrias, tostadas, flavored waters (Jamaica), they brought us the plates and we were pleasantly surprised, really well served, there are sauces, lemons, greetings and other condiments for your dish, good flavor, if you finish your calderos they will serve you again without issue, the girls are super friendly and serve you very courteously, a family place where you feel like you are at a party with your uncles or grandparents, you will have a good time, we went on Saturday at around 4:00 pm try it and share your experience with us, greetings to all.

The dishes are enormous. I ordered pozobirria, which was to my liking. The broth was very bland and tasteless. In short, I wouldn't order it again.

When I arrived, there was a line, but the service was very fast, and I was there in less than 5 minutes. I ordered a birria, a quesadilla, and a quesabirria, all delicious, but the quesabirria stole my heart because it had a super-delicious cheese crust. Getting there is very easy if you live in Azcapotzalco and its surrounding areas, and the service is 10/10. They're always attentive and offer extra broth on your plate if you want it. The handmade tortillas are a must! You can tell it's a family business, and that gives the place the necessary validity. I would definitely return if I have a craving or want to cure a hangover.

The food is well-seasoned and reasonably priced. The place is small but clean, and the service is good. The walls are covered with photos of people from the shows. They accept credit cards. The only problem is finding parking.

The Quesabirria is good although not the best, the same with the broth, I feel like they don't have that extra something you look for in a birrieria, everyone is friendly, but we were going to buy a kilo of birria to take away and the man told us that it's not for sale so it's per dish per person 🤷‍♀️

The birria broth and pozole were bland. To add flavor, you had to use the salsa on the table, but it was a bit spicy. If the dish was very large, the jar of salsa was good, but in my opinion, compared to the birria from Jalisco, it lacked flavor.

#March2025 #MexicoCity #Weekend My companion and I were very excited because we'd heard "everything was delicious." The service is very good; they greet you warmly and attentively. It's a small place, with small tables trying to make the most of the space. The birria 🙄... Tasteless, and they clearly hadn't checked the salt or spiciness. If it's the "star" dish of this family business... why not pay attention to the quality of the dish??? We ordered a quesadilla, and the cheese was delicious... Generous portion 👌🏻 So we wouldn't leave feeling disappointed... we ordered jericalla, and it was fine, though not amazing. 🤔 If it's a "traditional" place, why not ensure the proper preparation of each item on their short menu??? The culinary experience left much to be desired, what a shame. If this business were mine, I would check the flavor and preparation of every dish I offer daily. Would I come back? Honestly, I'd think long and hard about it.

The birria was awful, both the goat and beef versions 🤮 completely tasteless. The broth was watered down and bland, even with lemon, salt, or chili. It's disappointing how bad it tastes on Maps. I DO NOT RECOMMEND eating anything; it doesn't even deserve to be called birria 😡. The roasted version has a very slight improvement in flavor and is more palatable; the chili they serve with it makes it better.
