I love Dunkin’ Donuts I practically live on their coffee. Although they have changed my prices which I feel is very unfair besides that they are very nice women that work there/men

It's an excellent coffee shop. They also sell donuts among many other things. They also sell frozen hot chocolate which is always refreshing on a hot day. It's very close so I can walk there from 34 S. Market St 12095. Overall their customer service here is amazing.

I used to love this place and all of the employees. Lately, it has been not so great! They have and keep getting new employees and they get the coffees wrong quite a bit.

By far the largest Dollar Tree location I’ve seen to date and happy to report this specific location is clean, organized and maintained by cheery employees and frequented by similar sorts of patrons. I enjoy going to this location, despite it being many more miles out of my way than the local version in my town of Amsterdam. Keep up the good work, to whom ever is responsible for not only taking their work seriously in managing this location but hiring competent and respectable staff. Thank you!

Please, tip this staff! I don't know how the Johnstown location is staffing but they are ALWAYS friendly and the order is always correct, no matter when you visit! Granted, I am NOT a big drive thru person and tend to make all my caffeinated drinks at home but I stopped here daily when communicating and had not one issue. I still don't, turning up once every few weeks or so. This is why I'm always impressed that every time I DO end up here, it's worth the extra drive to not have the rude staff as you'll see in Gloversville but also you'll not have wrong or burnt orders. There's a tip jar. They deserve to make it rain, People. Thank you for being truly great (even in the worst of times)!

JOHNSTOWN DD IS THE BEST DD AROUND!! Our closest DD is in Broadalbin (Vails Mills) - the service was horrific, bordering on abusive, & the quality & accuracy of food was awful, so we gave up on Dunkin. Yesterday we were in Johnstown & my family wanted to stop at the North Comrie Ave DD. I was a bit skeptical, based on years on BS at B'albin DD, but we had the best experience we've had at a DD in YEARS!!! The food was perfect, and our order was perfectly correct! The employees were so nice & helpful, even when we had to place another order, because we forgot an item! No one was rude, everyone was so nice & inviting!! This DD is clean & orderly, too! This is the DD you want to go to!! If you're at the lake, drive the extra 9 minutes to get to this DD, you will be so happy you did!!!

THE VAILS MILLS LOCATION HALF FILLED MY DRINK! For $4.20 you’d expect it to be somewhat filled ?? The lady’s here at the Johnstown location not only offered to fill it for me, but they gave me a whole new drink for free I did offer cash they said it’s okay. I did assure them I will not be visiting the vails mills location again!! PLEASE STOP AT YOUR LOCAL JOHNSTOWN LOCATION!! They’re amazing!! We love dunkin but for some strange reason every time we order a frozen coffee with whipped cream and caramel drizzle they forget it.

Staff are friendly, including if you are doing DoorDash. parking is terrible, however.

I personally like dunkin, especially the fact it's actually affordable, but like a lot of places the quality of service varies depending on who's working, some of the people here are great and some are just doing there job, either way I'll be back.

For the amount of customers they get, wait times aren't too bad considering the above. Staff always friendly. I post no stars on the food because I always get a coffee and two Boston creame donuts so I can't say anything regarding the food.

Good coffee, great sandwiches, friendly staff. One thing though, I’ve gotten donuts from there and at least twice the donuts have been doughy and not cooked all the way through (Boston cream). Any other donut or muffin has been fine. Very busy!

This Dunkin is super busy all of the time but they always seem to be on top of it, even when the drive thru is 10+ cars long, your out in under 10 minutes, which is much quicker than most locations.

Prices aside, which I understand due to the rise of minimum wage as well as products, I find that this is a very good Dunkin' to stop at. I have never had any issues here. I often stop here for work and have always been greeted promptly and given my whole order in a timely manner.

Service during the day is great, everyone is nice and friendly. I wish I could say the same for when I go there at night. It’s always the same two women working and they are awfully rude and do not listen. My boyfriend and I head there for iced coffee between 8pm-11pm occasionally and there’s an older woman and a young one. The younger one usually takes our order and always sounds rude and unpleasant over the speaker. We always start out by saying the size of the coffee and whether it is iced or hot. We never get hot coffee. We went there one night and he said “two large caramel iced coffees with cream and sugar” we get to the window and we see her making hot coffees, apologize and say we ordered iced coffees and she rudely says, “I repeated it back to you” This woman never listens when we order because it is not the first time she’s made hot coffees and blamed it on us for not being specific when we order. We say iced coffee EVERY TIME. Not only this but the older one said my boyfriend had attitude when he was taking his change back which was not true. We HATE coming here at night because it’s a very unpleasant experience. These women need to either cheer up or quit their jobs. Also, they told us they were out of donuts. It was 10pm. It’s called Dunkin DONUTS but whatever. Took away two stars out of the rating for each disgruntled employee mentioned above.

Half the time your order is right AFTER you've waited in line for 20 min , as they keep raising their prices ....can anyone say STARBUCKS , that's exactly what needs to come to this specific area that way Dunkin will get back to being customer oriented. Maybe some competition would make that possible.

Their hash browns are awful, unedible greasy little soggy discs, far worse than those from their competitors. Breakfast of muffin with bacon, cheese, egg, fairly good, but not nearly as good as competitors. 15 min. At drive in window.

The Dunkin'in Johnstown NY needs updating, seriously! The building looks nasty, can't read the outside menus and their intercoms don't work very well. The drink I got was the same as I got at Dunkin' in Ilion NY, it didn't taste the same at all, it was actually quite yucky, and expensive. I don't have plans on going back to this particular Dunkin'.

I love dunkin and I'm there everyday, I'm a loyal customer, but lately most of the girls that work there are very rude and have no manners. There are some good ones I like. No "thank you", no "have a good day", no smiles, no eye contact. Yesterday one of them literally just took her hand to get my card and took it out to give it back and that's all I got for a few days now. they look like they're being bothered... it's kind of disappointing. I'm trying not to switch but its hard with that kind of customer service. Just my honest opinion, sorry!

Service is always sloooow. Most of the kids working there could care less about the customers. Seems they are only interested in their paychecks and just put in the minimum effort. Went to pick up an order on a Saturday afternoon that included sandwiches and was told that they were cleaning their oven and couldn't provide the sandwiches. What restaurant cleans their oven on a Saturday afternoon? Seems that there would be a better time to do this.

personally i think their donuts and food is discusting. if u really hafta have it than get the donuts early in the day because if they sit there all day than their stale by end of day. Coffee is good sometimes.

Got a tomato pesto grilled cheese and it was barely grilled, the bread was disgustingly doughy. Also had barely any tomatoes on it. Staff were polite though, and they had a decent selection of donuts later in the day

I ordered a small hot coffee with extra extra, maybe thats a city thing, because thats where I'm from , but ahe said, "What does that mean", so I told her, extra cream & extra sugar. She said " you mean sweet and lite?"

The girls that work there are great but it must be terribly managed for them to never have staff. I have walked out on two separate occasions because there is no one working the cash register so we can't order. Today they are turning people away at the door, drive thru only. Stewarts from now on, thats strike three.

Went inside because the line was all the way out to the road at the Johnstown Dunkin’ Donuts Saturday morning I get it. Everything is busy Saturday mornings. I went in the girl yelled when I finally got to the counter. I didn’t realize she was talking to me so she yelled to me again, even though her back was to me and she wanted to take my order, so I gave her my order aside. Waited a half an hour. I ordered pink spritzer and an iced coffee. The iced coffee was terrible water down tasted horrible. The spritzer literally had no spritz in it. That’s my regular order all the time so I know what it’s supposed to taste like . Sorry, Are usually love you guys but this morning, it was horrible bad service, bad coffee, bad drinks even the people sitting inside were grumbling under their breath

Every time I order the employees are always rude and seem like they hate there job. Do not order the snakin bacon because they will give it to you cold covered in cold bacon fat, coffee is fine.

Worst customer service. When the manager is away the mice will play. I ordered 2 large vanilla chai’ and the lady laughed at us. Then when we go to the window aslender built woman with blonde curly hair pulled up hands me my drink or I thought it was my drink. Nope it was hot xhocolate. When we got her to come to the window I said this isn’t mine I order vanilla chai and you gave me hot choc. She says “yay,yay,yay and laughs.” Then when she brought us our drinks she said “ now here try this,” in a snotty attitude. When I called for a manager a guy with broken English said no manager here. I said do you have an assistant or a lead? He said “no.” I asked when a manager will be on he said noon tomorrow (12/20/18). I said I will call back.

Have several times gotten bad coffee from this particular shop. Once bought a frozen coffee that was not even lukewarm. When we told them about it they thought we were crazy like what's wrong with it. Almost didn't get a new one in place of it after we spent five bucks on the damn thing. Everytime I go I give them a tip and nobody ever says thank you. If they're wondering why people don't give them a tip that's probably a clue. August 18th 2017. So we decided to give this Dunkin Donuts another chance. 209 North comrie Johnstown New York. We ordered two medium Frozen coffees, caramel swirl with whipped cream and a pumpkin without cream. We got a caramel swirl without whipped cream and a pumpkin with. Amazing how three times out of three times our order was wrong! Who is training the employees at these Dunkin Donuts. I take that back, who is training these employees at this Dunkin Donuts? I don't get any service from other Dunkin Donuts even half as bad as the service I get from the one on North Comrie Ave Johnstown New York.

Very disappointed with customer service! We go there 2 to 3 times a week and the past 3 times our orders have been wrong and the workers have been very rude and major attitude! No apology for the mistake and argued with me about my order!

They are not great at making the exact drink you order. Change my review to a one-star I've been going there every day for the past 3 weeks and I have to hope that every time that a $4 coffee is made the way it's supposed to be and it never is not going back to this one I'll travel to Gloversville before I go back to this one

Waited inside for 10 minutes before getting 1 coffee and cold hashbrowns. Then they made the 2nd coffee 20 minutes after ordering. Once I got everything, I realized they didn't even use almondmilk for either of the coffees and my husband and I do not drink cows milk. This Dunkin is a disaster.

We had a staff meeting today which required two dozen bagels and a box of coffee. I attempted to order through the app last evening, however, it would not allow me to order the number of a variety of bagels that I needed. My husband went to the Johnstown store to pick the food up this morning, and they were extremely rude because we did not order ahead of time, to the point that they almost refused to accept our order. Next time we’ll be ordering from Price Chopper.

The very first review I read here mirrored my experience of yesterday. I have probably been to a Dunkin' Donuts for a drink maybe 3 times so am unfamiliar with the menu. I ordered a small macchioto, which cost well over $4. When I got to my vehicle, I thought it felt light. I opened the lid and sure enough, there was a half cup of liquid. The rest was foam, and that did not even reach the top.

Gave me an attitude. I asked what was on the breakfast tacos and the worker says.” I don’t know” so I asked her if she could ask someone else and she goes “can u order something else instead. Unprofessional. Horrible service. The line was so long witch I get they can’t control but when u get up to the window you can tell they don’t want to work there bc there very rude. My drink was wrong. I tried to go back in line to have them remake it I was very friendly and they said they had to charge me for another drink even though they’re the ones that screwed it up won’t ever be going here anymore. If you can’t be friendly with customer service don’t go to work. I’ve had bad days at work and personal days and I was still able to fake a smile for the customers at my job.

I just asking if there was anything Gluten-free. I got the stupidest comments from the manager and eye rolls. Really just wishing for a treat I get mocked. Also, my husband's coffee was less than 3/4 of the cup. What is happening with D&D!

I ordered 10 minutes ahead on the app and when I got there my drink wasn’t ready which I thought was odd since no one was in the drive thru or inside. But I stood and waited 5 minutes before they even said anything to me. They were out of French vanilla which was fine , so I asked them to make it with Carmel. I waited 10 more minutes and still no drink or signs of one being made. A girl came in and went to the register and they made both her drinks before she even paid. I had to be to work so I had to leave without my coffee after already paying. Terrible wait time. When I go to a coffee shop that I had ordered ahead to I don’t expect to have to wait 15 minutes when no one is in there and still not end up getting my drink.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I understand they’re busy but being nasty and snarky isn’t cool. I’m finally going to start going across the street for my daily order now.

I never write reviews but I’ve never been treated so rudely. It made me feel the need to write a review. At 5 am when I’m heading to work I still have respect and human decency. These girls are miserable and it puts me in a miserable mood. They need a training in customer service because they don’t have any.

I normally stop here three to four times a week. My drinks have been being filled 75% of the way the last few visits, and today, my drink did not taste good at all…. For an $8 drink, that’s crazy. I ordered the golden hour refresher tonight and that's been one of my go to ones since came out. Tonight the people were rude and my drink was awful. There was no lemonade in it at all all it tasted like was the mix that was put in it to make it. I said something and I got a nasty look from your associate and said it was made right and i knew it wasnt since sat there and watched it be made. It was disgusting Not very good customer service at all so I threw it away and walked out . Obviously the associate don't need to be in customer service when they treat customers bad and not fix the issue. Very disappointing for sure and I've been a daily person lately but I'm gonna stay away now because I'm not gonna be treated like that by anyone

Tell me how you make a sandwich wrong TWICE and the coffee tasted rancid. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. At first they gave us 2 sausage egg and cheese. We go back to get the coffee and sandwich fixed, and they give us tons of attitude, then PROCEED TO PUT THE SANDWICH ON A CROISSANT. The coffee also came back tasting even worse than before. Extremely dissatisfied.

I went to the Johnstown Dunkin and the lady ripped me off I ordered a medium hot chocolate and it was half full if I can give my experience no stars I will and I also got a toasted bagel and it was not toasted it was cold like something the just came out of a fridge not toasted but it was still good. If I could I will give it half a star or no stars a all.
