This location was surprisingly slow, although it is a Monday evening. I ordered a California classic double cheeseburger with only ketchup and it came out quickly and tasted great! The cashier was mopping when I went to the counter but stopped just to take my order.he continued mopping after I got my food and when I was done eating he even got my tray and cleared it for me. I was very impressed at his service.

We came in tonight to have dinner at this location and was pleasantly helped by Arturo S. He was patient, kind, approachable, and cared about getting the customers what they needed (sauces). The food was freshly made and tasted amazing too. (,: man deserves a raise for the amount of customer service he provides. I plan on coming back again soon!

As living local to this location this is literally the best Carl’s Jr. that I have been to and continue to come to, my son doesn’t eat a lot of things but he loves the All Star meal 3 chicken strips meal, it comes with fries a good size drink and a cookie. I’ve been coming here about 3 years now every day to get my son food here and this manager has been here the whole time, out of the all the employees he is literally the best he is very polite, he always gets my order rite and it’s always fresh, never a long wait, he is always running around doing multiple jobs at once, I never have any issuses with him where being in this type of business this is the type of person you want working for you, he is the one that has me and my family and friends coming back.. I see him working here and I always think he should be the ceo of the company cause he represents this place unlike any businesses in the area or state. I just wanted to do this review cause when people are good to you like him they should awarded for it or ginin a bigger raise. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

Arturo here runs a clean ship! Excellent customer service that so almost unheard of these days. Food quality is always fresh and hot. Restaurant is always clean and well kept. My favorite Carl's location in my neck of the woods for sure !

Came for lunch and David took my order. Very attentive and respectful. Dining room and restrooms were very clean as well. One of the best maintained Carl’s Jr.’s I’ve been to. Mainly wrote this review because of the service I got.

David was very polite and his customer service skills were awesome. Asked if we wanted to upgrade the size or try the new churro milk shake. Love his dress attire. Professional shirt and bow tie. Food was prompt. He show great pride working at Carl's Jr!!!

Went to drive thru, ordered the chicken sandwich combo and was asked to park and wait. Wait time was about 5 minutes and the gentleman hand delivered to my car. Not bad overall.

Carls is so expensive but also so good. I’m giving a 5 star review cuz they’ve finally stopped being trained at this location to say “my pleasure” which has always been the creepiest phrase to me and a big reason I don’t go to other fast food places that say this. Hopefully that’s the norm now and I didn’t just luck out by chance the last 2 times I’ve been there. Service in the drive thru is always accurate and fast.

Tristan assisted me today. He was friendly and very patient when taking my order. I'm a senior citizen and was not sure what I wanted to get because everything on menu looked delicious! I selected a cheeseburger, fries, and drink combo. Glad to have so many delicious burger or even chicken sandwich options.some of my faves include their Black Angus, Western Baco, cheeseburger, spicier jalapeno as well as the Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich. I'll be back soon again as I also signed up for the Is Carl's Jr. Rewards Program which I had not done before. I can earn side orders and or burgers with accumulated rewards. 👍 This.is a very nice and clean location. David, the Manager also assisted me personally. He was professional and pleasant and all the traits of a good Manager leading and assisting his staff. I give this location 5 stars!!! 👍👍👍

I haven't been to a Carl's Jr in long time because the last couple of times the western bacon cheeseburger was so dry and didn't taste right. Yesterday I decided to give it a try. This is my first time visiting this location and I was impressed. Older Hispanic man who took my drive thru order provided excellent customer service. He really made my day! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! And also the burger was delicious 😋 just right 👌

I went in to ask for two chicken carbroiled BBQ for $10, but instead, the owner of the restaurant gave me the two wrong sandwiches with beef paties and onion rings on them. Although I tried to go back and ask for my order, I noticed that the owners' thoughts were elsewhere and didn't quite got my order correctly. I tried to talk to him just to confirm my order, but I felt as though he was mentally not there. So yeah, I would avoid this restaurant definitely if you wish to not get the wrong order from them.

I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich and it tasted like meat grease and so I opened up the sandwich and the melted tomatoes on the sandwich had grease from a hamburger patty all over them. So they used tomatoes they placed on a hamburger and removed them and placed them on the chicken sandwich. That is gross and chicken sandwich tasted gross. I love Carl's Jr. Just not this location. Will never go back here and will drive 2 miles out of my way to the Arlington location. Don't eat at this location, unless you want suspect food. don't trust their food

I needed to go to the bathroom before ordering and they don’t allow that so I went across the driveway to Panda Express. And Panda Express allows you to go to the bathroom before ordering.

The staff was very kind and helpful in resolving any issues and those breakfast burgers are delicious. He told me he recognized me and every time I come in it's like I'm giving them fake money. I pay with my hard earned money and all I'm asking for is the first deal advertised on the top of app. I was so unbelievably insulted and embarrassed. Again! What is the problem with the staff here? To be honest I was only trying to be nice with the first review Arturo has similar problems with the app but at least he isn't so rude about it. At least the woman cooking the food stayed polite and did a very good job.

Again, because I am from this industry I normally just let things roll off my back but this time I can’t. I will never return to that location again. It’s so sad that customer service has become so piss poor.
