I regularly get a breakfast taco here through the drive-thru. The staff are super sweet. Given that I order the same taco when I go, I would expect the food quality to be pretty consistent but it it’s anything but. they have trouble getting the quantities of each topping inside the taco right. I either get a very annemic taco or a taco that’s bursting open because it’s so full. In , general, I love the taco though and I keep going back.

I happen to like this Taco Cabana location. My orders have been prepared correctly and are freah and tasty. The dining room is kept clean and the service is quick and professional.

Great place to eat! Tacos are really good! The inside could use some work to redecorate, but that does not take away from the service you receive. Everyone is reallly really nice.

My quick and easy Happy Hour guilty pleasure. 4 to 7 pm $1.50 Margaritas. Can't go wrong. Add in a $2.49 bean and cheese burrito with all the fixins' from the salsa bar and you'll be more than satisfied. Friendly staff at this location.

You can see the management do care as everything is in order and clean, but the rice in burritos was so mooshi, which means it was either overdone or old. However the fajitas were awesome. Thanks

Coming in, I was greeted. I did not step up because I was looking at the menu and I was asked "can I help you"? Umm we just walked in, we haven't even blinked yet!.. this egg looked a week old, no flavor dry like the Sahara 🤮and over cooked.... some people just work here for a paycheck no dedication in the food that's cooked . Disappointed. Not like it used to taste. By the fountain drink smells very rotten and spoiled. Didn't even drink anything.

Went drive thru on my way to work for breaksast. Ordered 3 potatoe and egg tacos. Got Charged for 3 potatoe and egg tacos. At the office I found out they handed me 3 beans and cheese tacos instead. They habded me A food I cannot eat. I called the store. They answered. The worker answered politely until I got to the complaint part she just hang up on me and never picked up again. Coroporate line which handles customer expeiences claims high number of calls and diverted me to a voicemail. I left a voice mail with details. Received no No call back from them Result lost money. Hungry morning until I can leave office for food again during lunch hour. Lesson learned, immediately break this stupid habit of stopping by TacoCabana for breakfast and develop a smarter breakfast at/from home habbit. Mistakes and errors can be mitigated, sometimes with a simple apology. Disrespect of paying customers, however, have no remedy but severance of business

Absolutely horrible service. Over an hour late for a large catering order that was placed over a week ago. Will never trust them for our meetings again. Had to pick up a delivery order myself. And management didn't seem to care about the inconvenience at all. And worse of all, restaurant was empty, not one person here? What's the excuse? None given, not even an apology.

Bean & Chorizo tacos were very OILY. The oil got all over my vintage leather seats. Come on. On top of that I didn't receive my pico de gallo. The drive thru cashiers need to focus more.

Worst location I have ever been to. I ordered 6 brisket egg and cheese breakfast tacos. The ones I got had hardly any brisket at ALL. They looked sorry. They also forgot 3 items from order. When I called the store number no one would answer the phone. So I had to call the guest services number to even talk to someone about getting my money back, because I paid cash.
