The food was of excellent quality and quantity at a fair price. The waitress was also extremely kind and attentive, if you see her be kind to her as well!

I ordered a “Pork Katsu Don” and it was soooo great!!!!! The fried pork slices is so crispy that you can hear the sound when you chewing it!!!!! I think this is the best place for the Pork Katsu Don in the Houston! The Katsu Don come with the miso soup and the salad. I will say the salad is REALLY delicious!

First - go at lunch. The price is right for sure. We had the sashimi b and the Pokémon roll - came with soups and salads. Then we decided to get a couple of rolls - pink lady and shaggy dog. Everything was good. Service was a little slow but honestly it 3:30 in the afternoon and there were only two people working. The waitress was super sweet and rolls were good. This place is in a strip mall so it doesn’t really make you notice it, but I’m sad we hadn’t come here before. We had 3 rolls and a huge plate of sashimi, plus salads and soup - total before tip was $54. That is a ridiculously low price for that much sushi.

Amazing food and great service.. all the food is so fresh and tastes amazing. The lunch specials are so affordable and delicious. Definitely a must try if you are in the Katy area!!

We are regulars at this location. The main lady there is a total sweetheart, attentive & just all around great server. We've had my birthday here and they put tables together for all my guests & made everyone feel special even the ones who aren't easy to please. Honestly, this atmosphere is so comfortable & homey feeling. I will continue going here in the future for my favorite mount fuji sushi! Thank you for an amazing experience each visit we make!

The BEST Sushi value in town! Specialty rolls are large.. every roll we had was delicious. The Rainbow Roll and Crunchy rolls were our favorites. The fish on the rainbow roll were very fresh. Let me tell you AMAZING! I was looking for a cucumber wrapped roll and they did a custom spicy tuna roll, The 4 Fish Poke bowl & the Chairshi bowl was so delicious! We had the cream cheese puff with their homemade sauce and their combination fried rice was a hit as well. We are definitely coming back! Our waitress Faye was the best and recommended the best dishes! I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a long time and there are so many sushi places to choose from, I would highly recommended you choose this place for your next choice!!

Great service a lot of gluten free options. They have gluten free soy sauce and there is no cross contamination as some one with celiac I have came here often and not once have gotten a reaction. I trust this place. Great sushi. The ingredients are great and the fish melts in my mouth.

A literal hidden gem! They do the deposit for the sushi boat, for the new mothers out there! We are absolutely glad that we found them. Sashimi are really really good, must try! Staff is really sweet too! Everything is really great, i hope they get more customers.

The server that I had was so kind and made it so that it felt like talking to a friend and was so helpful which was nice because it was my first time here. The miso soup was so good but a bit salty, but I think that made it even better with the other flavors inside. When the food came the fried calamari was crunchy, flavorful, and overall delicious. I also got a few of their happy hour sushi's as well as the miso soup which were amazing and tasted authentic as well as the plate decoration (shoutout to the sushi chef). Overall, definitely recommend coming here!

The server that I had was so kind and made it so that it felt like talking to a friend and was so helpful which was nice because it was my first time here. We had the crab puffs, Mt Fuji roll, and the Chirashi. I have an allergy to shrimp and when I asked if I could remove the shrimp from my order they did so and happily replaced it with unagi. I'm pretty sure the fish was caught that day with how fresh it was. The quality was amazing. Words can't fully describe how wonderful this gem is. I will definitely be a frequent patron. Everyone here deserves some high fives. The place is very clean. I would highly recommend this place.

We visit this place about one or twice a month. Hosted is always very friendly and remembers us. The food is good enough, not skimpy on the more expensive ingredients as some other Japanese places do. Prices are great, we usually take a bento and have trouble finishing it. Fish is fresh, dishes are flavorful and has been consistent for us. My recommendation is a bento, it comes with soup, salad, pod stickers, a California roll, tempura vegetables, rice and a main dish for under $15!!!!! The poke bowl is delicious and should be enough for just about anyone.

I come into Fuji Sushi a few times a year, every time I get an opportunity when I’m in the Katy area. The staff welcomes me in by name and remembers my order from my last visit months before. They have generous serving sizes for sushi, and each meal has always been wonderful. In my book, Fuji Sushi serves the best sushi in Houston.

A very affordable place for sushi with huge portions.

Lunch sushi bento box: Rice was very hard and it was not sushi grain rice. Vegetable tempura was a bit too thick and greasy. I went once when they first opened and it wasn't good. I only went to try it out again because I saw some recent good reviews but was disappointed. There are many other places around with better quality. Waitress was very nice though but service was slow since she's the only person working.

The ingredients were of good quality, but the food combinations for the sushi rolls were a bit off. - it might help to take off the mango sauce on the mango roll (very sweet), avoid bell peppers with fish, and use less crabsticks! - smaller bite sized rolls and lower prices would bring in more customers I hope your business does well and flourishes !

Was my first time ordering here. The food taste pretty good, except crab rangoon. Way too much salt in the stuffing. Rolls fall apart as you picked them up. They put barely ginger for two rolls.

Do not go here. The service was atrocious and the waiter was aggressive and rude. We were insulted multiple times over a misleading menu. To make matters worse, the staff actually insulted my children. It was a nightmare experience from start to finish. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

She proceeded to insult our table, including our children, which is completely unacceptable. The menu is outright deceptive – prices and items don't match reality – and questioning it triggered a vicious outburst. She launched into aggressive screaming, hurling insults at adults and, shockingly, targeting the children at our table with demeaning remarks. This level of hostility and lack of self-control is repulsive. She demonstrated zero ability to communicate clearly or professionally, defaulting immediately to verbal attacks instead of doing her job. It takes a special kind of callousness to insult kids in a public setting over a pricing issue. This woman has no place serving the public. The entire experience was hostile, humiliating, and unforgivable. Save your family the trauma – go literally anywhere else.

This is hands-down the most appalling dining experience of my life, and the waitress on duty is a complete liability who should not be in any customer-facing role. We were drawn in by what appeared to be reasonable menu prices, but it was blatantly deceptive once the bill arrived. When we calmly asked for clarification, she exploded into unhinged aggression. She screamed insults at our entire table and deliberately directed abusive, demeaning language at the children present – behavior that is utterly unacceptable and frankly frightening in a family restaurant. Her communication was so fundamentally incompetent that she couldn't even handle basic questions without resorting to hostility. This wasn't mere rudeness; it was outright verbal abuse that turned a simple meal into a traumatic ordeal. To the owner/manager: Keeping this individual employed is actively driving customers away and exposing your business to serious risk. No legitimate establishment can afford staff who verbally attack minors over menu disputes. I will never return, and I urge every parent and family to steer clear until this problem is permanently addressed. Zero stars if possible.
