I was presently surprised about the service because I haven't been there in years thought I had took a picture of all the food but just did the duck on my drink I guess or koala whatever it is... I got some chicken with rice and broccoli I believe the cheese fries are good to be awares just like shredded cheese on them fries for crispy and fine My son had his burger it was surprisingly a nice size for a 9-year-old My husband got tenders or something but I was very pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed myself for the most part we play little games on the phone because they put bacon on our cheese fries and we are Hebrew but other than that it was pretty okay night like a Chili's 👍🏿🔥🥰 which I don't go to either... We went because there wasn't anything else open late on 4th of July...

Wife and I have come here a couple times, but we chose to spend our New Year's Eve here. The food was excellent, although understandably expensive. We did get steak. We split a 13oz ribeye, broccoli, mashed potatoes, fried shrimp, and a "Salted Caramel Cookie" with ice cream on top. All for $56 after taxes. I think the service could have been better, as we didn't receive straws for our drinks until the food finally arrived and, while our server never checked in on us, several other people did in passing. They were welcoming, but clearly busy because of the holiday.

Outback Steakhouse is an American casual dining chain, and while it offers an Australian-themed dining experience. I tried the new Chimichurri Fillet on the menu. The beef slices were tender, and the house-made sauce complemented them perfectly. The baked potato soup and the Tim Tam Brownie Cake for dessert made the evening truly perfect. The staff were polite and friendly. This restaurant is also on my family's list of favorite dining spots.

It was my birthday and my husband knows I love your Prime Rib. We checked the web site and it did not say the Prime rib was only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday so he took me to dinner. They charge you $$ to play games on the tablet and don’t notify you until the check comes. There are no disclaimers on the tablet that you will be charged to play games but there are plenty of ads on the tablet to play games. Very dishonest in my opinion and did not appreciate.

I typically try not to give a bad review however this review is honest and I hope management or ownership can really make some changes.. first things first is my waitress was extremely casual and lacked a bit of service class. She forgot to give enough straws and never came back to check on us after she provided the drinks so we had to go looking for her to get a straw. When the food came out, my daughter’s lobster was cold. The children’s macaroni was cold and both orders of the upcharged macaroni were cold. I asked for my steak to be medium well and it came out pretty rare I contemplated asking it to be fixed, Decided to go ahead and get it fixed and ask them to politely put it on the grill for a little longer. By the time, my steak and macaroni came back to the table we were ready to go and my steak was STILL undercooked.. The manager did walk over the steak and asked if it was cooked to my liking, but honestly, I didn’t have the time or patience to have them fix it again, especially since the exterior of the steak was already seared burnt. Our entire visit felt like our waitress was either rushed or annoyed to service us. I would not go back and I would not recommend anyone eat here mainly because when my son did cut into his steak, the meat had a bad smell to it. I highly suggest someone intervene here; properly train the wait staff and double check what’s going on in the kitchen. The pic is of my steak after it was “fixed”. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing.

Food not that great! Not expecting it would be like that! Took my son yesterday for-his birthday with my entire family . Steak is dry , food is cold, shrimp is dry my steak is cut in small portion not like on the menu picture brochure, fettuccine was dry and had a lot of. 4 different visits: 1) Hamburgers are NOT GRILLED and are NOT seasoned, 2) Grilled Chicken, while juicy, is NOT GRILLED—it’s BLACKENED—there is a difference, 3) broccoli, while fresh, is DIRTY & GRITTY 4) Had a cocktail that came with a METAL WINE BOTTLE WRAPPER in the bottom—there are no wine-based cocktails and we did NOT order wine. NOT once has an offer been made to remake or comp my meal. I ONLY go back because my husband enjoys their prime rib—otherwise I would NEVER return NOR recommend this location.
