The chicken was fresh and hot in the afternoon. Only reason I'm giving four stars instead of 5, is because often in the evening they don't have spicy chicken (either a long wait or not available altogether).

Food is always good, fresh! BUT on multiple occasions my card been charged 2-3 times for one meal . Was told I’d get a call back and that hasn’t happened. Use cash !

Ok....soooo the chicken did not look good, but once I took a bite it was on point cold. The only thing I would ask is to change the grease sooner, but otherwise it was flavorful. Its been a long time since I've eaten Chruch's Chicken. The biscuits are still DELICIOUS! 😋

Ok, i absolutely love the Kindness that the Staff give Customers while ordering and picking up our Orders. I just have one issue that I’ve noticed. When Customers order Chicken through Apps to get Delivered only from this particular location. The chicken is rarely made Fresh or Hot or seemingly to be Fresh. I’m not downing this Restaurant Location, I’m just helping to give them a chance to make better Corrections in the Future. Because they’re amazing people who’s doing their best to serve Customers and we as Customers have to speak up to help better get served. I still love this Location a lot and will continue with ordering from this Restaurant Location. Thank You.

I followed the trend to check it out, but sadly, it was a disappointing experience for me. It has so much potential, but the quality of the food just isn’t there. It tastes like a low-sodium version of KFC. The portions are also small, especially the mac and cheese.

I just want to stress how disappointed that I am with this establishment for first and foremost, not having care or regard for others. It’s common-decency. I’m applauded. I simply asked the young man in the drive-thru on Friday afternoon for a cup of water to take my medication (after I handed him my credit card and after swiping it), he said that he was unable to do so because management won’t allow it. This is sickening. Always remember that it could be YOU. BTW, the Chicken was gross, wasn’t cleaned properly, tasted like you coated it with flour, zero seasoning and dropped it in grease. The Chicken also had FRIED BIRD-Feathers so the pictures with be going to HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

Went on a Thursday between 4 and 5pm rush hour, they didn't have any original chicken and was told it will take 20min. Very disappointed i took the spicy it was hard as a rock. My point is why are you pushing spicy chicken that's been sitting in the warmer for 1hrs and not cooking fresh batches of original. There were 5 in not 6 people behind the counter there is NO reason to not have fresh and adequate chicken available for your customers. This is unacceptable. Will not be back!

I Will Never Return To This Location Because The Manger There Is Absolutely Rude For No Reason… I Ask Him Was The Chicken Fresh He ignored Me I Ask again He Gets a attitude I told him this is my second time coming to this location and you always have a attitude when I’m spending my money… I ordered a 10 piece chicken with two large sides the chicken was not fresh at all I’m saying when people are spending they money you shouldn’t talk down to them are serve them cold food so no I will never return to this location….. he does not have great customer service he’s very rude…… Do better with the people y'all are putting in positions to run a restaurant…..

I’m very disappointed with the service at this store. The manager, Flora, had a bad attitude when I tried to redeem the welcome offer. She scanned the code and told me I had to pay, but instead of explaining the requirement clearly, she argued with me and acted very rude, including giving me dirty looks. This is not how customers should be treated. Poor service overall. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this location.

This church's chicken like most of the other's I've visited have a certain ethnic group of people who treats other ethnic groups of people really bad. If you can't speak Spanish or resemble them you are treated very poorly but when you see them with their ethnicity the smile, help, and respect them. I've gotten old food also they don't give you all the items thats advertised with the meal you ordered "their always out of it". Im no longer a customer of any church's chicken anymore maybe if they correct the problem customers would be willing to visit their businesses more.

***Injury So I rarely leave bad reviews or reviews period. Infact I have more good reviews than bad. And this review is worth it. Well thinking I would have the same great experience the first time a while back, I was fooled. On 11/21 around 4:28pm I was here trying to make an order. It was a horrible experience. I honestly feel like my food was played with , but I pray Im wrong. Not only did the initial chicken sandwich not include the extra pickles and mayo I requested, it was not hot or fresh, I was missing the apple pie, and I now realized while looking at my receipt I paid for a large bowl of gravy and didn't get it. Amd while biting into the "replaced burger" the bottom bun was so hard it hurt my tooth causing some looseness and current pain. You know how some buns get hard as a rock when it is warmed in a microwave? It was like that. So this happened: I had the app pulled up amd what I wanted. I was also trying to use the rewards "15% off OR $5 off more than $35" it had many offers but we tried those two. For whatever reason the employee said "they did not work." The app didn't say select locations. When I first went through the drive thru I was confused (since it was different from the app) and had questions, like could I have mixed chicken instead of dark meat for the 10.99 deal. I was told no. And I accepted the no with no problem . A car pulled up behind me and because I didn't want to holdup the drive thru I got out of line, since I was still unsure on what to get . I came back through and gave my order. The chicken sandwich didn't include the extra pickles and mayo I requested, it was not hot or fresh, I was missing the apple pie, and I realized while looking at my receipt I paid for a large bowl of gravy and didn't gey it, one of my chicken wings looked weird. I thought it was a chicken tender. The cashier told me my chicken patty temperature was good for his liking and maybe the pickles and mayo made it cold. I did let him know his temperature liking is different from his and the patty was less than warm. There were no apologies. I picked the chicken wing up that looked like a tender and realized it was a deformed chicken wing. I immediately apologized. I then was asked move to the front while they remake sandwich. WelI I guess the young kid Jr or someone tried to be funny. When I bite into the sandwich the bottom bun was so hard it hurt my tooth causing some loosenes and current pain. I've called several times (now yesterday) and no one answered. Due to me recovering from a traumatic accident and needing to head to occupational therapy I couldn't turn around. And being that I am in-between a walker and wheelchair I called several times,but no answer.I didn't deserve this at all. I never caught an attitude or became rude. I’d appreciate a prompt response and resolution.

Food was gross, I asked for fresh and somehow it was ready in less than 2mins🤨. The chicken was soggy and tasted like it had been microwaved to give an impression of “fresh”. The staffs attitude was unpleasant, like I had them in handcuffs against their will and was forcing them to cook for me. Do not go here unless you want the same poor experience.

On our first visit, Flor provided outstanding service. He got our order exactly right, and even went out of his way to advise us about a new deal that would better benefit our family. Everything was perfect, and because of that, we decided to return the very next day. Unfortunately, our second visit was the complete opposite. This time, Albeza took our order and the experience was disappointing. He was rude and unpleasant, and we were blindsided by an unexpected price change on the same deal we had received less than 24 hours earlier. On top of that, our order was missing sides and the overall service was terrible.

Do not go to this store. Apparently Doordash stole my order. This location does not answer their phone so I had to go up there. The "apparent" managers on site , one had a SONIC SHIRT on and was leaning against the counter with her back to eveyone, and the other, would not help my situation. They kept claiming that I needed to call Doordash to get a refund even though they have my money nor would they redo my order and comp it. The workers in the back were working very hard but these two do not understand Hospitality and should not be in these positions. The owner of that location should be contacted (am trying to locate that information). People eating in the store had trouble with their orders and overheard my situation and were all disgusted. GO TO THE FRY RD LOCATION INSTEAD!!!

I bought a Family Box of 15 Tenders with 2 Large extra sides. The tenders was hard as a Brick. I could actually knock some one out with one of them. The dirty rice was nasty and soggy. The biscuits was again hard as a Rock. We couldn’t even eat not one item and I spent $50.00 dollars. I went back the next day to complain and hopefully get a resolution but the manager said I had to bring the food back to get a refund or remake the order. I threw the food away because who saves old food. I work early mornings and he expects me to ride around all day with food in my car just to bring it back the next day…..Needless to say he only offered to remake the tenders and I would have to repurchase the sides, Hell no! They mess up my whole order and I expect my whole order to be remade. It’s the principle of the situation and the disrespect of the manager to argue with a consumer like he did. I don’t do the back and forth. If y’all would have done yalls job right the first time I wouldn’t be writing this Negative Ass Review, but since there was no resolution then this is what you get. They don’t care about customer satisfaction and I will never spend my money at this place again!!!!! Don’t waste your money all you get is hard old chicken and some soggy as sides…Close this location!!!!!!
