Amazing place! I come at least once a month with friends and family. The broths are delicious; the ingredients are fresh and high quality. There's a lot you can get out of the all-you-can-eat sauce bar, including great appetizers, snacks, and ice cream. The dancing noodle performances keep getting better! Every server is attentive and happy to help. During my recent visits, Tiffany was so sweet and brought my table so much cheer! When she was our server, she gave great drink recommendations and taught us how to get the most flavor out of the broths. During visits when she wasn't our server, she still swung by to say hello. Manager Liao is also amazing! She recognizes the regulars and will always come by to chat. This is a fancy dining location, but the amazing people there also create a comfortable, homey feel. This is my go-to place when I want to show my friends and family a good time!

My favorite place to get hot pot! I love how clean and neat this place is and one of my favorite things about this hot pot franchise is the service! There’s so many cool little things that mean a lot! I love the huge menu and especially their new promotion of meat o’clock which definitely gets me full! I highly recommend and would come back

We went in on a weekday and there was no wait. Our servers Deven and Carissa were fantastic. The service was amazing and we felt well taken care of. It was our first time going to a hot pot so we were a bit confused. Deven was able to explain everything to us with great detail and help us pick out what to order. The food came out pretty quickly. They taught us how to cook everything and even brought us a special sauce. The food was amazing. It was very tasty and we had a lot of fun. It was my birthday and Deven and Carissa made sure to go above and beyond. I had a great time and I will definitely go back.

I recently tried my first restaurant hot pot at this spot, having only enjoyed homemade versions before, and it was an absolute delight! The selection of meats and veggies was outstanding—plenty of fresh options like tender beef slices, fatty pork belly, juicy chicken, crisp cabbage, eggs, and shrimp balls that added a nice seafood twist. We opted for a couple of broths, both bursting with rich, savory flavors, but beware: they pack a serious spicy kick! If you're sensitive to heat, definitely chat with the staff about the spice levels—they were super helpful in guiding us. What really elevated the experience was the innovative robot waiter zipping around the dining room, delivering trays with impressive efficiency and a fun futuristic vibe. And don't miss the noodle dance show—it's a lively performance where the chefs skillfully pull and twirl fresh noodles right at your table, turning meal prep into entertaining artistry. Overall, this place combines great food, variety, and unique tech/entertainment for a memorable meal. Highly recommend for hot pot newbies or pros alike!

Went solo for lunch at Haidilao and it didn’t disappoint! 🥢 I got the lunch special, spring rolls, and a drink—came out to about $40. The servers were amazing—super attentive the whole time—and I even got my food delivered by a robot, which was such a fun touch. 🤖 Portions were generous, and the best part? They packed up what I couldn’t finish to take home at no extra charge. 🙌 Great spot whether you’re flying solo or coming with friends!

This was my first time having hotpot at Haidilao, and although I usually prefer individualized hotpot, this group-style experience was surprisingly fun! One of the highlights was being able to choose four different broths--all kept completely separate with no cross-contamination. My personal favorite was the curry broth, which added such a cozy, comforting flavor to everything I cooked. As for the food itself, it was decent--not the most mind-blowing ingredients, but still enjoyable. What really stood out though was the top-notch service. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. They provided thoughtful touches like aprons and hair ties, and even the bathroom had little perks that elevated the experience! A particularly memorable moment was when we asked someone to take a group photo. A staff member not only jumped in to help but also noticed our phone had poor lighting--so she took a better shot with her own phone, used fun props, and then sent it to us. That level of hospitality was above and beyond! We also loved the "dancing noodles"--a fun performance where a staff member hand-pulls noodles right in front of you. It added such a playful, lively vibe to the meal. The atmosphere is perfect for group gatherings--whether with friends or family. It's a lively place where you can eat, laugh, and create memories.

Great way to spend fun time with family! There’s a wide variety of food to cook right in the boiling broth at the center of your table. The service is amazing — super friendly and kind staff. We especially appreciated how sweet and attentive they were with our kids 😊 From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority, which means a lot to me. Haidilao exceeded all of my expectations. It was such a fun and memorable dining experience! It’s easily one of the best hot pot restaurants I’ve been to. They offer tea and snacks while you wait which was a nice touch. The decor is playful and cute. There are secret phrases you can say to get little freebies. It added to fun. Service was super attentive and friendly. The menu and ordering is on an iPad. You can get up to 4 different broths. We got the spicy pork bone broth, tom yum, tomato and golden. The spicy pork bone broth and tom yum were my favorites. They were so rich and flavorful. After cooking all of the meat and veggies in the broth, it becomes even more delicious. The tomato was also good but not spicy. The golden broth was very plain so I probably wouldn’t order that one again. The noodle dance is a must order! it’s both entertaining and delicious. The sauce bar was a little overwhelming at first, but you can customize your sauce any way you like. They also had edamame, fruit and some other side dishes at the sauce bar. The soft serve ice cream at the end was way better than I expected with plenty of toppings to add. There’s plenty of free parking. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun and interactive dining experience. I will definitely be back!

The food tasted good overall. I really enjoyed the tomato soup base. The restaurant was clean and hygienic, making it a unique dining experience. However, the price was a bit on the high side, and I think the service could be improved. The dancing noodle show was interesting, but the staff member who made it had an unpleasant smell, which affected our meal. The waiting time was not long, and there were plenty of snacks available while waiting. Overall, it is a nice place for family gatherings.

Took my family there to see what the hype was all about, and ended up not understanding what the hype was all about...😓 Two things that were very positive in our minds: (1) the broths were very flavorful, and (2) we were able to take the leftover to go including the broths. The negatives: (1) The restaurant was pretty cramped. (2) There was a very tiny sauce station ($4 per person will be charged if you need that - you need sauces if you know how to eat hotpot) with all you can eat sauces along with a few cold dishes (not very appetizing), fruits, and desserts - none was special or particularly appetizing. (3) This place not only charges for each broth, it also charges each individual hotpot ingredient (quite unusual) when variety is very important to us normal hotpot eaters - same as the dipping sauces. (4) The portion size was small and the quality of the Angus beef slices was just meh... (5) You couldn't see the changing face performance at all if you are seated in the hall way. (6) ~$230 for 4 people (my son didn't like anything, so it was really just three people eating) here when I could easily find better quality and variety (all you can eat) hotpot places elsewhere. I rather pay $100 person for that all you can eat Waygu hotpot in Chinatown again than here. We tried, and we didn't care for what they offered. PS. I didn't realize that the orientation of broths was very important, and you need to explicitly tell that to the waitress if you have more than 2 people. Otherwise, you could end up having to use the broth that another member of your party picks - they said that they couldn't swap them for us (we ordered 4 different types of broths).

Tried the all-you-can-eat lunch option at Haidilao. We mainly ordered our usual items, but switching to combo options added more items than expected. Although it’s described as “hot pot your way,” hand-pulled noodles, drinks, and the sauce bar are not included. There is also a time limit, which is something to be aware of. It could be a good value if you plan to eat a lot of meat, but it’s important to check carefully what’s included before ordering.

I was excited to try this place since I have seen it online (even making the long drive to get here) I was extremely disappointed. I understood that it was going to be pricey, but I did not expect the portions to be so small. The self serving area was usually crowded and did not offer much variety in appetizers and desserts (the icecream machine was not working) they said drinks were included in that charge, but we did not see any apart from water. The portions were small and when I ordered a 26 dollar beef tower....I expected a tower made out of beef; Instead I got an ice tower covered in 5 pieces of thinly sliced beef. We spent a total of 140 something dollars. The quality was okay, but not worth the money. It was also loud so it was kind of hard to hear our server. The place was clean, there was no wait time and tha service was great (a bit overbearing for us though). Will not be coming back. No shows, mid food, expensive for the portions and quality given and they charge for every little thing.
