Highly recommend the dugout for fun family time or a place to hang out with friends. Food is always great and service is spot on. They even have live music from time to time and an area for the kids to run around and play. Ask for Carolyne if you want to be well taken care of!

We had a fantastic experience here! We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this was the perfect spot for teams and families to hang out. The kids absolutely loved the pick-up wiffle ball games and played hard! The hitting bays were also a huge hit with tons of fun game options that kept everyone entertained. The menu fit the atmosphere perfectly. We shared a few appetizers, and the sandwiches and sides were delicious with generous portions and great presentation all around. A special shoutout to our server, Bella, who was an absolute joy. She was attentive, accommodating, and greeted us with a huge smile every time. When we come back, we’ll definitely ask for her again. Highly recommend this place for a fun and unique experience for your family or your entire baseball team. Awesome atmosphere and a memorable time all around!

Ashlyn was amazing and super attentive, making sure to take care of all our needs! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was overall great!! 10/10 experience! We drove down from North Houston and the experience was awesome. Great people, great atmosphere. Our server, Amy, was super friendly. The manager, Rafael, stopped by to check on us. He was a nice guy. He suggested a drink for us and sent two to the table as a friendly gesture. What an awesome night.

Me and my bf had fun here ! The food was absolutely good! I got birria quesadillas and they were soooooo bomb!😍 we made a reservation ahead of time it was $55 an hour for a bay. And all of the food items were under $20 . So it was affordable! When we went it wasn’t too packed. Definitely recommend for a date ! Or even to hang out with your friends and family.

The atmosphere is awesome. Bring the family or you can have drinks with friends. The smoked chicken wings were awesome. This spot hit on all the check boxes making it a new favorite spot when im in Houston. Booth was $80 for 1.5 hours split up to 10 people.

Yesterday we went to a birthday party at Home Run Dugout it was our first time making it out and it was an absolute blast. The atmosphere was great, and we had 5 star service! I also love it’s dog friendly, we look forward to the events coming up in the future, super fun! To the owners though, I have an observation: I did notice that the bar is a far (for customer service purposes) distance away for your servers to have to go back and fourth from, even just for sodas. I feel there’s a missed opportunity to make like a pop up drink station in the unoccupied umbrella area. That would at least cut back some of the back and forth trips that your staff is having to make. I will say I saw tons of hustle from every employee there it was like grand central station on that sidewalk, we never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, but to me that seems very inconvenient for your staff who are trying to be efficient in customer service but I can see they are doing their best in serving your guests in a timely manner. I feel this is especially important at a time you’re slammed or during one of the big events you host. I then thought about what do they/you do in the bad weather situations as it’s not a covered walk way transporting drinks and food from the bar/kitchen, and maybe there’s a system in place during those situation's! We look forward to coming back but hope that you’d take consideration on maybe a pop up refresher station in between the two hitting bays with beer, soda, and frozen drinks. It wouldn’t only benefit your staff, but it’s also another area for patrons to walk up to place more orders and you would also benefit in having another area of revenue coming in over there. Thanks for offering such a fun and unique spot in Katy, it’s especially fun for those of us who’s social life consists mostly of sitting on the ball fields watching our kiddos. This is a great spot to get the team together on rare occasion we have a weekend off to still getting together making those memories!!

Decided to check out this place while we had family in town. We made a reservation online but had to call and change it because our lunch reservation ran over. They were really accommodating and pushed our time back. The establishment is pretty large with indoor and outdoor activities including photo booth, corn hole, baseball, simulation baseball, and merchandise to purchase. The simulation game was cool. If you enjoy baseball I think it offers a great alternative. We didn’t try the food but it looked good.

Overall my experience here was ok. My friends and I started with eating before batting however none of us loved our meals and was slightly pricey. The batting cages were amazingly fun but we did receive alot of lag between batting luckily the staff was nice enough to give us extra time.

First time visiting this establishment, it was a hour drive from our house and 30 minutes there made me question if I just wasted my time and gas. We did a reservation online hours in advance. We arrived before the reservation time to be told they will let us know when our bay is ready. After 15 minutes of waiting, I walked back to the desk to ask "As first-time visitors. How will we know when our Bay is ready?" She said we will text you. It's getting cleaned right now. After another 15 minutes I walked back to the desk to get an update and as soon as she seen me walking up I suddenly heard "Oh your Bay is ready now. " I asked the gentleman standing next to her. What was the point of a reservation when I've seen five families walk up with no reservation and get bays before us? He said it was just luck of the draw that your bay was being used and they went over their time. Once being walked to our Bay and actually figuring out how to work the screen because no instructions were given, I realized the bays are timed... So... how is it being used over the time limit?? Cut to our waiter who was very helpful, answered questions. Food and drinks came out pretty quick. He was sure to clean the area and checked on us several times. Food is a little pricey but it was good, drinks are drinks. Space for kids to play outside and families to hangout. Yes, I have recommended this place but I did warn them that there may or may not be a wait time and they may or may not need a reservation.

⭐ 1 Star We waited over 20 minutes with no service before finally ordering drinks at the outside bar. After getting our drinks, we sat inside near four dirty tables and an unclean dugout area — no one ever came to clean them or check on us. Still no waitstaff approached us, so we had to go back up to the bar just to order food. Meanwhile, six employees stood around chatting in a circle, completely ignoring customers. When the food finally came out, it was actually really good — but by then, we were starving. Unfortunately, the terrible service and lack of cleanliness completely ruined the experience. Won’t be coming back or recommending this place.

Had such a blast with family, the facility was very nice and well kept…but on the other hand staff members were not as nice. From the hosts’/hostess’ to our waiter were rude/impolite. I walked in with my bag (and personal bats for myself and brother) and because of a few google searches, found no mention of personal bats being restricted/not allowed. To which the Host on staff goes “hey man no personal bats.” To which I responded “oh okay, can I go get the keys from mom” (who walked in 2 mins before I did) and he replied with “No. You can leave your bag here and go get the keys” in a tone only I can describe as talking to a 3 year old. I obliged because I’m not going to respond with the same energy. And as I went to place my bag next to the desk he proceeded to yank my bad and set it down roughly. This attitude was carried on with our waitress who was beyond impatient with my family. Would just stand there just eye balling everyone when some of us didn’t have an immediate answer for our orders. Upon leaving (yes I understand scheduling) but as we were attempting to load and clean our area she walks up and goes “Excuse me. Again. We have to ask you to pack it up cause the other party just got here.” And stared at us as if we were not attempting to go as fast as possible (my grandparents were trying as hard as possible as well as my aunt and uncle with their 1 year old) Hopefully they decide to push for a more hospitable and welcoming environment than the one me and my family experienced. Will personally not be coming back any time soon. But will recommend for a chill indoor environment.
