This is my first time visiting this location and it was pouring outside, so it was pretty slow. The server was young but very polite and patient. The waffles were made very well. The chocolate wasn’t overwhelming, which was nice. After trying all 3 creams, taro is y favorite. The boba drinks were made pretty well, but I would suggest going 75% on some of them.

I loved my experience at Happy Lemon! The cafe is so bright and open on the inside, making it a great place to hang out with friends. Even though the place was PACKED! with people, my order came out super quickly with no mistakes! I ordered the Mango Green Tea with Mango Boba and it was super tasty! It was very refreshing and the boba had a great chewy texture. My friend ordered the Mango Green Tea Smoothie and also loved her order! We both agreed that our orders weren’t too sweet, which we really loved. I also need to shout out our employee Christine, who took our order and made the drinks! She was super friendly during the whole order and even helped suggest a drink for me 😄! Overall, I had a great time and I will definitely be back!!!

Lounge-friendly, great drinks, and quality bubble waffles! Went here a couple of times with friends. Walking in, I liked how vast the space is, and the ability to lounge and enjoy my drink! The Happy Lemon in Bellaire is smaller so coming here with my friends is a better holistic experience. I also love the drinks. I got a grapefruit yakult and my husband got the mango matcha smoothie. We both loved our drinks! Really refreshing and the bubble waffles are always a nice addition to our meal. Salted Cheese with a matcha filling, tear off each bubble… and you have the perfect snack! I would definitely be coming back in the future! Highly recommend! PS: Get the Yuzu drink! It’s the cross of a lemon and an orange and it’s SOOO good. Highly recommend!!!

This location is new and I love the fact that we have one now in Katy! Came by for the soft opening but Facebook announced that they are having their grand opening BOGO event on November 27th and 28th. Can’t wait!!! We tried the Original Bubble Waffle with a side of salted cheese dip and an order of Green Tea milk tea + salted Cheese. I have never had anything like the dip before, it's lightly sweetened and has a texture like whipped cream. It's definitely addictive, I'll have to try it with other flavors of waffles next time. The drink was really good. The layer of salted cheese really goes well with the green tear milk teas, pleasantly surprised. You can smell the delicious waffles when you enter those doors. It's a good place to hang out with friends and they have tables throughout. There is also bar still seating at the window. The owners and the staff are very friendly and they gave me solid recommendations from their menu. I'll definitely be back to try their other delicious waffles and dips as well as their other drink selections. I really like drink menu. They have flavors that really set themselves apart from all the other tea places in the shopping center.

I have been to most tea houses within Katy Asiantown and this is one of our favorites. The interior had a hip vibe and love the logo :) We had ordered: Mango Yakult Smoothie - the worker recommended to reduce the sugar level as it was quite sweet so 75% was a bit sweet but it was good and sip up mango pieces. Freshly squeezed lemon green tea - very refreshing and crisp taste Freshly squeezed lemon black tea - a little stronger tea flavor, almost like having an Arnold Palmer (iced tea + lemonade). This would be perfect in the summer time! Chocolate bubble waffle - served hot and fresh with a sweet cheese sauce. Trust me it did not taste cheesy. The waffle was slightly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. You can also taste the chocolate flavor of the waffle. This place constantly had a flow of customers and the drinks and waffle came out quick. We will be returning quite often.

I recently visited Happy Lemon Boba Tea in Katy, Houston, and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were knowledgeable about their menu and helped me choose a drink that suited my taste perfectly. As for the drinks, they were outstanding! The boba tea was flavorful, refreshing, and made with high-quality ingredients. I had the Mango Matcha and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. The Bubble Waffles are a must!! With many different flavors to try and the dipping sauce is great. The ambiance of the place was also quite cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or simply relax with a delicious drink. Overall, I highly recommend Happy Lemon Boba Tea in Katy, Houston. Great drinks, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere make it a must-visit for any boba tea lover!

Update: their bubble waffle quality is very inconsistent tbh. Had a few bad experience with their bubble waffle Great customer services and their drink are awesome. Also like their bubble waffles too. Although sometimes the bubble waffle was a bit soggy and sometime wasn’t. Either way still enjoy their food and services.

Have been going to this place for a while ever since they opened and drinks are always made to perfection. Located in the Katy Asian Town, it's one of my top go-to places for bubble tea in the area. Their menu offers a great selection of teas including: Salted Cheese, Milk Teas, Lemon Slushes, Smoothies, and Fruit Teas. My absolute favorite is the Kumquat Lemon Green Tea with added Lychee Jelly..an absolutely refreshing drink! I have tried a variety of other drinks as well, especially ones on their "top 10" list, and none of them disappoints. Also, they offer bubble waffles which is a great snack/dessert to grab along with some dipping sauces (I recommend the cream puff and salted cheese). Besides the amazing drinks and dessert, customer service here is a 10/10 if not more, especially from the manager/owner. With great drinks and service, definitely one of my favorite tea shops. Highly recommended!

At some point I would like to try the waffles, they look nice and fluffy. There are a few tables to sit down and and chill.

Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, the quality noticeably declined. The teas that were once vibrant and refreshing lacked the same brightness and flavor this time around. The original waffle, which I used to enjoy for its crispy texture, came out softer and less satisfying expected. While the staff remained friendly and welcoming, the overall experience just didn’t meet the standard we’ve come to expect from Happy Lemon. Hoping this is just a temporary dip in quality, but for now, it leaves us unsure about returning as frequently as we used to.

Old multicolored soap stuck on the floor and the toilet was.... yuck, but like it hadnt been cleaned in a while kind of yuck. There's random thumbtacks in the walls, old drink spill stains, tons and tons of dust... It's disappointing because it would be a nice place for a date but I recommend just getting your stuff to-go.

Me and my daughter have visited this location several times. The young ladies at the counter are nice but your staff needs to be (re)educated about food prep/food handling protocols. The young ladies taking orders should stop handling their hair as they transition from the register to make the orders. Also, your staff should wear gloves as they prepare orders. If you have cameras, mgmt should review this carefully bc this is unsanitary. Unfortunately, I won't return bc this makes me question what other unsanitary practices exist that customers can't visibly see...

I want the management to be seriously aware of what happened to this location, one time an hour before closing I ve told they are running out bubbles, it disappointed me that I love bubble teas so I had to leave, today my husband went to got one for me after I got off work and I was so happy but the bubbles are NOT THE SAME texture, some are hard some are soft, which either is not fully cooked or expired and then mixed some ok ones together? And it cost me Almost $1 for that poor quality taste ?? People please don’t be lazy if you supposedly make some new fresh toppings go head to do it, or if the boss told you to save the inventory like that then I have nothing to say, so disappointing!

Customer service for a place called Happy Lemon was not at all happy. The girl didn't crack a hint of a smile and was full of attitude and didn't seem to care one bit. And now they charge $1 for the dipping sauce for the waffle that is already $6.50. Not impressed and with so many options everywhere here in Houston and Katy Chinatown where this location is... will probably not return. Been a loyal customer for years but this one experience was enough to change that.
