These ladies treated me like garbage. Yes, drive a beater car, cool. I make enough money to pay all their salaries and then some. All I asked for was sauce with my online order and I got a mad side eye, and brushed off like I didn't matter. She slammed the window in my face after throwing 1/2 of the types of sauce i ordered at me. Then I watched with her coworkers as they laughed at me like a scrub. I was not crass or rude at all. I was treated like trash because my car isn't fancy. I frequently this establishment often and spend a lot of money here as I am a single man l, and dont feel like cooking for myself since my wife decided to leave all the sudden. Idk what I did to deserve this behavior, I have always been polite and curtious on every visit. Long short is, I will take my business elsewhere if this persists. I dont have time for BS.

Didn't want to tell us our food was done, and sat there, staring at us, had the bag of food behind the counter, name facing away from us, wanted to act like she'd said the name the food was under, and cursed us out for being upset that she didn't tell us our food was done. Food isn't even warm, and missing a taco. What ever women were working there around 5:30 pm November 21, 2025, are terrible at their jobs. Especially that woman that cursed us out after she failed to do her job.

Annamarie always has a rude attitude when we come here it’s like she don’t like her job! We come here all the time and she always has the same mad face and mumbles. If I can give zero stars I would!

Not happy , messed my order up and I had to go back to buy more chicken sandwich with no mayo this time. The fries fresh , nope they were moldy as hell . I threw up. Time of being there 840 ish at night , not a good time I guess that crew does not care about customers at all. No customer service very sad. The lady that served me not friendly at all. I usually do not leave reviews I'm a local here but this was terrible service and food tasted nasty .

I come here all the time, and I will update my review. Update: Oct 2 - I was throwing up all night! Must have been food poisoning or they simply are dirty, now I will NEVER RETURN. Once I get sick it’s over! Oct 1: The owner is a sweet lady and clearly the employees are out of hand and she might not even have an idea of what’s going on. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD A ISSUE HERE UNTIL TONIGHT Oct 1st 2024 at 8:10 pm. I places a mobile pick up order because I’m ALLERGIC to milk so that means cheese! ( I didn’t chose this I love those before I kept getting sick like food poisoning) I pull up to drive thru and I let the person know I’m here for my order and I wanted to add a drink. I had my card ready figured it would make it quicker. She has a attitude when I ask for the drink and then I confirm with her when she pretty much throws the food at me if there was any cheese on the order she’s gets upset with me says yes it’s correct and I pull the bags out to look and I can see cheese on all. I nicely ask her and let her know I’m allergic please be sure there is none. And asks for the bag back after asking everyone and they all tell her they didn’t even see that part of my customization of my order. This lady is clearly new. She also didn’t even hand me my drink until I pulled forward in the drive thru and she had a truck lady blocking the exit waiting for her food! THERE WAS NO ONE EVEN IN LINE BEHIND ME….. she clearly can’t handle the drive thru or even talking to customers so disrespectful especially as she was an older or mid age lady. Attitude from start to end. I come here all the time and now I am just going to send my mom in when I want food from here. They are the cleanest jack in the box and so nice, now I’ll stop driving from fort Mohave to here and go to the nice new one by my home in fort Mohave instead of needles ca.

The owner of this establishment is a class act. I'm just worried her employees have gotten too comfortable in their positions in her absence. They don't seem to care at all about retaining or appreciating regular customers anymore. I'm eager to change this review but as it stands I can't go back to that place. Nobody wants to eat somewhere they feel hated in their own small town. Jobs here are scarce and it's easy to be replaced. You're lucky to have such a great owner. Make her lucky to have you too. Learn how to value regular customers- even the ones you don't know personally.

I can't believe how they made this sandwich. I thought that I would try it out for the first time and look how they made it nothing like the advertisement where's the special sauce & pickles????? So sad how they can get away with this!
