Fast and friendly service. Food seemed a little overcooked. Coming from the Great state of Texas I was blown away by the high prices and the state law where you have to ask for straws,spoons,etc. Great job Governor Newscum, you are destroying California in a million different ways with your poor leadership. Glad I will be spending less than 24 hours in your dystopia.

The employees were really nice and working I guess as fast as they could, and it was almost empty when I first walked in then a rush came out of nowhere it seems. It got really overcrowded in the space by the register(s) and a nasty little kid was coughing all over the place without a mask on.

A little slow on the service, but food was hot and accurate.

I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese (order #1615). I noticed that the ketchup and pickles were placed under the patties instead of under the top bun as usual. When I come to McDonald's, I expect everything to be prepared according to standard. I understand it was the end of the day and the staff might have been tired, but I would still like to see more attention to detail. When you pay $16, you expect everything to be perfect. I'm leaving three stars

Friendly smelly woman greeted us with hee stroller with a dirty purse. They had a clean Resturant but no pies. Sometimes going thru the drive-thru with a mobile order works best. 😎

Shocked and disappointed that they were rang up at over $7 ea. because we didn't specify "2 McMuffins for $5" even though this special is advertised across all media AND is on the menu at the store AND it's plastered on the side of the store. Watch your receipts and check your bags. The visit before, we ordered the same thing and only one sandwich was in the bag. Both "errors" were rectified, but why should the need to be??? Maybe the franchisee thinks screwing customers over at the drive through window is a decent business model.

They can charge nearly $8 for a frappe, but are too cheap to make any outlets available to customers while they are eating... Last time I'll be here - I don't return to restaurants that don't care about their customers.

I stopped in here for a coffee and the cashier told me all sizes were the same price so I ordered large and watch the register charge 50 more sense than what was posted on the wall. When I questioned her on it, she promised me that all sizes were the same price and yet was still trying to charge me 247 instead of $1.99 so then she said I can offer you the senior Which would make it the same price $1.99 so I accept and what do I get the smallest coffee that they have when I question her on that she said I offered you the senior the senior is a small. I said how would I know that when you just said every size is the same price and encourage me to get large She then said I can refuse your service and you need to leave the store when I ask for the manager and then she claims she was the manager. I hope McDonald’s corporate or the franchise owner sees this review because if that truly was a manager, no wonder they’re in needles Because no professional manager would ever speak to a customer like that in front of other customers when she was clearly wrong. By the way, an egg McMuffin at the store is over eight dollars so use the app in your coupon for sure but I would avoid this particular location

This has to be the WORST McDonalds every! I am local and have finally had enough, you can never just go through the drive thru and get your order at the window. You ALWAYS have to wait 15-20 minutes. My order has even been forgotten about before. After long waits 100% of the time something is wrong with the order or missing something. And your definitely not getting sauce. If you go in and tell them your missing something or something is wrong they are rude like it's your fault and leave you waiting even longer for them to fix the order. STAY AWAY!!! Your better off going to Jack across the street.

Absolutely terrible. We went out of our way to stop at this McDonald's—and what a mistake. The coffee machine was out of order, the restroom was out of order, and frankly, the whole location feels like it should be out of order. They should just shut it down and remove it from Google Maps altogether. McDonald’s as a brand has gone so far downhill that it’s hard to believe this used to be considered fast, reliable service. This place is the perfect example of how low the standards have dropped.
