This place is my daughter's best eatery to dine in not just coz they have "Game In" options, but great food too. Being a Vegetarian and finding a palatable place to calm your gourmet stomach has always been a challenge. However, this restaurant exactly matches your expectations and makes your feel satisfied once you leave the place. Vegetarian options: The "Choose your own Pasta", Eggplant Parmesian and Fettucine Alfredo gives you excellent "V" options. Appetizers: Spinach-Artichoke Dip,Breadsticks, Cesar Salad gives your gourmet stomach a great appetite. Deseret: The "cynosure" in the menu are their "V" Cakes especially "Chocolate Lasagna" which is the best chocolate cake i had in Houston.

We always have a great time with a restaurant that never disappoints. It's a relativity inexpensive experience and we're always happy with it. We got the Calamari and a boat of Alfredo for the breadsticks. Our main dish was the Five Cheese Ziti al Forno and we added spinach. It was all perfect. Plus Hannia gave me a salad to go.

This an above average Olive Garden! Despite being peak lunch time on a Sunday, the service was fast and we were sat immediately. Everything was clean and came out promptly. I sat with a group and they had no difficulty splitting the check, which can sometimes be complicated with some people paying together. We had a great time and sat for about 2 hours catching up with each other. This brings my main point- our fantastic waitress. I have to give major props to Vanessa M, she made our experience perfect. She was so kind and checked on us the exact right amount. Absolutely made seeing our out of town friends awesome : ).

The waiter Jose always gives me great customer service. He always offers what’s new in the menu before I ask. He always goes above and beyond on what I need for my visit. I usually go to memorial area for their great service but the Katy location is closer to me, He’s the reason I visit Katy location. I will be back thank you!

It’s not what it used to be but nothing is like it was before. The chicken and shrimp carbonara is a dish I’ve been ordering for nearly 20 years. It’s still delicious. I change the noodles to ziti and it’s more filling. The salad is always great. Fresh and filling.

Food tastes pretty good in general. There are other Italian restaurants where the sauces have that extra quality to it. To be fair to those restaurants I've given a 4 here. An Italian restaurant without caprese or bruschetta should not get 5 stars imo. But service is fast and friendly and atmosphere is great. Solid 4 stars.

We celebrated our daughter's 17th birthday, and they could not have been more accommodating and kind. Great food and excellent service! We all left stuffed, sleepy and happy!!!

I-10 & Westgreen location is not only a wonderful location. The waiters are friendly, courteous and know their menu well. They even make good suggestions when you're not sure what to get. They're kid(s) friendly too.

Went out for dinner with my wife on a Friday night. Lots of people dinning but we were given a seat the moment we step in. All the food we ordered is great. Check photos to appreciate. We'll definitely going back for sure.

This is actually my second time coming to this location. The first time was about a month ago when I ordered carside. I had accidentally ordered at the wrong location. Abel came out and he helped me get it together. That left a huge impact on me. I went by the restaurant again today. Abel was just as professional today as he was last month. Jose sat us and he was just as friendly. Cruz was our waiter and he’s probably one of the best I’ve ever had. He was on point, attentive, friendly, professional. The food was great, service was better than I expected. This is a top notch spot!

We come to the Olive Garden for a friend-gathering at noon on a Sunday (Jun 9), and we are all happy with the restaurant. Atmosphere is pleasant, service is friendly and attentive, but not overwhelming. I ordered shrimp Alfredo and I am happy with it. The breadstick is warm and creamy. Milo is by far the best Server we have had in a very long time. He made us felt at home (literally), and made us felt comfortable like we were family. We've been going to Olive Garden for years, and I don't know if we were just craving it last night or what, but it was the ABSOLUTE BEST THAT WE'VE EVER HAD THERE!! We love Olive Garden! We went to celebrate my son's first piano recital, and definitely, it was a good time! We ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, calamari for appetizers and chicken, and Gnocchi soup. Olive garden is a beautiful and quiet restaurant, perfect for pasta lovers. I'm not a big fan of pasta myself, but even so, it was a wonderful and delicious experience. The service was excellent. They offer bread with a salad or a type of soup for free as a nice welcome gesture. We ordered a plate of fried calamari as an appetizer, which was decent, and two main courses that were delicious: the first was the Tour of Italy and the second was the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara. Honestly, I highly recommend trying this place.

We decided to visit Olive Garden for our Corporate outing and the experience did not disappoint. Food, service, and atmosphere was simply on point. The restaurant was lively while still retaining a cozy atmosphere. Sarah was our server and she was PHENOMENAL! Great personality and attentive throughout the whole evening. We took our daughter here for her 8th birthday on 11/26/25. Per her request. We were a large group of 6, it was kind of late in the evening. We were seated promptly. Our waitress was new. He greeted us with ease. He informed us it was his first day. If he would’ve informed us we would’ve never known. He was swift with service, he kept checking on us. Our drinks stayed refilled. We had questions about our order, instead of saying he didn’t know he went above and beyond and asked questions. We were then greeted by a Manager. Her name is Denaya. Sorry if it’s spelled wrong. She was checking on us, asking how were things going? We assured her everything was swell! That was the best customer service we have had in a while! Thennn we were surprised by a Happy birthday song, to our daughter. Our waiter surprised us with this. The entire place and staff were singing to her! Best birthday ever. The Olive Garden place was amazing! When I got there, they immediately got me a table to sit down and they got my family and me the menus so we could have time to think about what we were going to order. And the best part, they told us that we could have as much time as we wanted! And, they didn't pressure us for a tip or to buy more off the menu, but we still did. And let me tell you, that my biggest regret in life, was not knowing about how great the service was, how magnificent the food was, and how perfect the atmosphere was so I could come sooner! I definitely recommend this place to the public and for people that are getting tired of having to go to their favorite place over and over, because this place has never ending food so as soon you're tired of one food, you can try another and as soon as you try that new one, you've already found your new favorite food! And finally, I recommend this place a 5 out of 5, this is my new favorite place to take out my family to go eat out and have fun.

We took our elderly neighbors to their favorite restaurant, Olive Garden! I had not been to the Olive Garden in probably 10 years or longer. The wait time was about 10 minutes, although the lobby was full of others waiting to be seated and even more standing outside. Once we were seated, the wait staff was extremely friendly, personable, and efficient. Later on, one of the managers came by our table just to confirm everything was up to their higher standard. The food was excellent! Everything was piping hot and tasty! We will definitely be putting the Olive Garden back on our short list of date night restaurants!

I went with my family after church, and even though the restaurant was very busy, the service was outstanding. The staff worked seamlessly as a team — multiple servers checked on us, refilled our drinks, and cleared empty plates promptly. Our food arrived hot, fresh, and delicious. My mother joked that they packed her 1st soup with so many veggies and sausage that she’d be too full to order additional servings. I dine often and the service alone exceeded fine dining expectations. Whoever is managing this location is doing an impeccable job!

Good food for a decent price. Their unlimited options do rock! One thing they should disclose better is their gorgonzola plate which have a cheese similar to a blue cheese. That dish was very unbearable.

Just moved back to Texas after living abroad for 10 years and decided to introduce our son to Olive Garden. I was so happy when the salad and bread sticks arrived to find that they were as delicious as i remembered. And service was as good as always. We were early for pick up. Took longer after the original pick up time. Pasta was good but soup was not.

We went back there recently for my bday. We waited but not for so long. We ordered 3 different pasta and calamari. I just don't like the bread bec it is too salty but if not, the bread is still good. I like that they kept asking if we are ok. The waiter was so nice. He did his best and he tried to gather others just to sing a bday song for me but they are all busy. And he sang me a bday song. 😊 God bless him.

On a Thursday night it was quite busy but not to loud. Our server was great on helping us decide what we where having as it being our first time at olive garden. The bread stick that everyon raves about definitely diserve the hype, they where amazing. We had the meatballs, and other pasta, all of which was perfection and left stuffed. All of this for a reasonable price.

The worst part about this location is that the bathrooms always need severe attention. They’re unkept & small, there’s always a stall out of order so a line forms quickly. Service was slow at first, it took a while to get appetizers & bread, but our server ended up being amazing. They were very busy & she was doing well keeping up with our requests. Management was active on the floor & so were bussers. The food seemed a bit saltier than usual though. I used to work at Olive Garden & have high/picky standards, the staff here absolutely did amazing on this visit. Everyone was helpful.

I've always enjoyed the food here ever since I moved to Katy 10 years ago, but the last few time I went here (2024/25), it wasn't that great. But we decided to give it a try again tonight and looks like the taste and food quality is back to what it used to be. The service however wasn't completely up to par. Since it was super bowl sunday, the restaurant was only half full and there was no wait time to be seated. But we waited for ages once seated and no one came to take our order. My husband had to finally go ask for someone to come get our order. The food, like I said, was good. But we asked for more bread sticks and that took ages and ages to come. Maybe they were short staffed, I don't know. Overall, though, the experience was good.

Their kids’ changing table was out of order, and it made it really difficult for me to change my baby. Other than that, everything else was fine. Angie, the hostess, was extremely kind to us on a busy Saturday she kept us informed on the wait time for our big party, compared to the other hosts (some caucasian girl and mixed girl with bangs, I didn’t get their name.) that seemed to dread their job with clueless rude attitude. We were seated right away and placed order. We had to ask for more salad, bread and drinks. Main entree took so long we ended up taking it to go. One of the meals was overcooked looked like it sat under the heat lamps for long time.

Ordered togo. Haven't been to OG in years Ravioli and the Tortellini with chicken My son said the ravioli was fine. But the Tortellini was overcooked mush and the chicken squeaked as I bit it because it was rubbery

Food was good! Service was eh! They gave us a dirty napkin. Took forever to bring out the appetizer, so the manager had to bring it to us.

We found a plate chip in our dish, and the manager did not pay much attention to it. She saw it, took it with her, agreed that it was a chip from the plate, but did not take any action. Imagine the glass piece being chewed and swallowed, what damage would it cause. The server was very good and courteous, less than 10 mins of wait time. We love to eat at olive gardens but this was so far the worst experience.

I've always liked it since I arrived in this country, my favorite restaurant, but yesterday I ate a new dish and it made me feel sick. I've been up all night without sleeping, I have had diarrhea, I feel really bad, I don't recommend this dish.

The waiters ignored me for the most part. My granddaughter had a celebration there. Food came late n slow. We had a table full of toddlers..bring out breadsticks, & salad sooner. I have never had this experience from Olive Garden in Katy we sat down our server was decent but what puzzled me was a manager was walking around asking table if they were okay and needed anything that happen to our table twice before we even got drinks. And as time went on the kids got there food they ate but our food never came out until 20 minutes laterthere was no manager walking around to talk to my food came out wrong and I had to wait for the kitchen to make my scampi sauce it was a complete udder mess I was not happy at all with the lack of communication pertaining our order I feel like Olive Garden could have done a lot better.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the food quality. Where have your culinary skills gone? The Alfredo dish was so dry it was practically inedible—there was barely any sauce! I ordered this for my son’s 4th birthday, and even he asked, “Can we mix in some water or milk? It’s too dry.” Shame on the management for allowing this to happen. This is not the standard I expected from Olive Garden.

The Hostess today had the worst attitude and customer service took me off the waiting list that I made online where it was only 10 min and put me as if I had arrived at the restaurant without making a request online and telling me that I had to wait an hour! I told him what was the use of using an online system and that it was not the first time I had visited this restaurant for years! And if answer was I'm sorry it has to wait and it's that way. He took me off the list because he wanted to do it that way. I will think about going back to this location! I immediately went to another Italian restaurant, which is actually very good food and service.

They charged for table games without informing us in advance. No one mentioned that there would be a fee. Guests should be clearly informed beforehand if table games are subject to a charge.

Terrible service I asked my waiter for more salad and extra soup my order never arrived then I asked for help with a bag to two waiters I felt ignored I was paying the same as any customer. I don't recommend the place.

Food was amazing , however they charged me for someone else’s 20$ order which was a lot less than what I ordered , I didn’t look at the price when I payed, and they stopped me before I left to try and fix it , she tried to refund me and charge me again, but THIS time she charges me double of what i ordered tryna ring me up for over 100$ and when I stopped her at told her , “hey this is still wrong you’re over charging me” the manager looks at me scoffs , and rolls her eyes, as if she was annoyed me “tryna steal” , First of all you charging me for the wrong order is not on me , so at your attempt to fix it you’re going to charge me over 100$ that I didn’t order ? 💀 the energy was giving “well she doesn’t look at the price anyways let’s just double it “ and when I called it out, the attitude from the short brunette manager was very unneeded and unprofessional . Food was amazing tho .

Second time in six months this location messed up my to go order and cheated me out of my money. Ordered the steak and shrimp pasta and got home to zero steak - only shrimp. They even asked me how I wanted the steak cooked and they still got it wrong. Poor customer service.

We usually go and it is fantastic but this time was just terrible. I have been a server for almost 20 years so when my server doesn't write down my order that is a serious red flag for me. I ordered unsweet tea he brought me sweet. I corrected him but on my refills he continued to bring me sweet tea. My order was wrong when it came out so I sent it back. A very long time later they brought out the same wrong order!!! Im like is this happening!!! Me and my 3 year old were splitting it so by this point he was beyond energetic and bouncing around starving. Parents you know you have that nice quiet window for them to eat and be peaceful or it is just total meltdown mode. Not a pleasant experience.

We ordered two steaks, one medium and one medium rare, the medium rare came back raw and the medium came back well done. Service was terrible, we waited forever for the new steaks, the medium came back medium rare. We gave up. And then instead of comping the steak meal, they only comped the “side steak”. Would never return

They gave me the dish without sauce, just the noodles and shrimp. I told the waitress, and 20 minutes went by without any attempt to resolve the issue, until I had to cancel it.

This is the most ridiculous service that I ever had no refill on anything didn’t come out come to the table none of them.

Went in on 2/9/26 for lunch. Service was ok atmospher was fine. Olive Garden is supposed to be a representation of Italian food. Several times that I have dine at Olive Garden. Love the Tour of Italy, but today at this location there was no flavor. Bread sticks use to have a garlic taste and the Alfredo sauce you could drink it by the boat. You guys have to do better. Add some garlic to your sauce. Perhaps some fresh basil.

This post is for the Katy near fry rd Olive Garden. Not only was my discount refused because I had to run up the street, it got into a point where staff forgot about us. One of my two tables of orders left yet when other families arrived there food was placed on my ticket. The good thing is that we noticed it before paying . We had pasta with unlimited soup. An upset and shock is how the female Management requested we pay for additional soup as a to go order compared to a refill . We had the best servers .
