Olive garden is a beautiful and quiet restaurant, perfect for pasta lovers. I'm not a big fan of pasta myself, but even so, it was a wonderful and delicious experience. The service was excellent. They offer bread with a salad or a type of soup for free as a nice welcome gesture. We ordered a plate of fried calamari as an appetizer, which was decent, and two main courses that were delicious: the first was the Tour of Italy and the second was the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara. Honestly, I highly recommend trying this place.
Naomi B was our waitress and gave the best service out of any restaurant i’ve been to in my life. The food and their breadsticks were impeccable. 10/10, would come back again. (P.S. Thank you for singing happy birthday to my mother.)
My girlfriend and I just had an incredible dining experience this evening. We split the fettuccine alfredo with chicken as well as a small portion of lasagna. The food was delicious, but I'm leaving this five-star review specifically because we had incredible service from a waitress named Deysi. She was extremely sweet, very friendly and very attentive. She made tonight's dinning experience absolutely special. We'll absolutely be back to see her.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Olive Garden and I felt it was worth taking the time to share how great everything was. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. The restaurant was clean, beautifully organized, and had that classic Italian-inspired ambiance that makes you immediately feel relaxed and ready to enjoy a great meal. The service was truly outstanding. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. They made sure we were comfortable, checked on us regularly, and made the experience feel personal rather than rushed. You can really tell that the team cares about customer satisfaction and takes pride in what they do. As for the food, it was simply delicious. Everything arrived fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. Olive Garden is famous for its generous portions and authentic Italian-style dishes, and this visit definitely lived up to that reputation. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and flavorful, and of course the breadsticks were warm, soft, and absolutely irresistible. The salad was also fresh and perfectly seasoned, which made the meal even better. What I appreciate the most about Olive Garden is the consistency. Every time I visit, the quality of the food, the service, and the overall experience are always excellent. It is a place where you can enjoy a relaxed lunch or dinner with friends, family, or even a special occasion. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great Italian dining experience with excellent service and a welcoming environment. We decided to visit Olive Garden for our Corporate outing and the experience did not disappoint. Food, service, and atmosphere was simply on point. The restaurant was lively while still retaining a cozy atmosphere. Sarah was our server and she was PHENOMENAL! Great personality and attentive throughout the whole evening. She made our whole event so much better! The food was surprisingly delicious for a chain restaurant! Warm bread sticks, unlimited salads, fresh pasta, etc. We truly enjoyed each and every item! Chicken and shrimp Alfredo: Huge portions size, creamy and delicious! Chicken tortellini Alfredo: Another huge portion size! Tortellini was tender and very filling 😋 Strawberry limoncello margarita: Refreshing and tasty! Sicilian sunset: WOW!! 🤩 This cocktail was pretty to look at and tastes even better! So refreshing and pairs really well with the entrees. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We cannot wait to come back for another outing 😁
We took our daughter here for her 8th birthday on 11/26/25. Per her request. We were a large group of 6, it was kind of late in the evening. We were seated promptly. Our waitress was new. He greeted us with ease. He informed us it was his first day. If he would’ve informed us we would’ve never known. He was swift with service, he kept checking on us. Our drinks stayed refilled. We had questions about our order, instead of saying he didn’t know he went above and beyond and asked questions. We were then greeted by a Manager. Her name is Denaya. Sorry if it’s spelled wrong. She was checking on us, asking how were things going? We assured her everything was swell! That was the best customer service we have had in a while! Thennn we were surprised by a Happy birthday song, to our daughter. Our waiter surprised us with this. The entire place and staff were singing to her! Best birthday ever. Thank you guys very much for everything!!! We will definitely be back.
I pre-ordered for a dine-in birthday/going away party and soooo glad I did! The restaurant was extremely busy on this past Sunday afternoon and we had a large party of people. The staff were attentive for the most part. There were a couple of exceptions but with the amount of people vs. level of customer service, we were accommodated well.
The Olive Garden place was amazing! When I got there, they immediately got me a table to sit down and they got my family and me the menus so we could have time to think about what we were going to order. And the best part, they told us that we could have as much time as we wanted! And, they didn't pressure us for a tip or to buy more off the menu, but we still did. And let me tell you, that my biggest regret in life, was not knowing about how great the service was, how magnificent the food was, and how perfect the atmosphere was so I could come sooner! I definitely recommend this place to the public and for people that are getting tired of having to go to their favorite place over and over, because this place has never ending food so as soon you're tired of one food, you can try another and as soon as you try that new one, you've already found your new favorite food! And finally, I recommend this place a 5 out of 5, this is my new favorite place to take out my family to go eat out and have fun.
Rosaelia was Heaven sent. She was the best server I've ever had at any restaurant. My wife and I had a great little date night here and she made it 10x better. She deserves way more recognition for her outstanding service. Unfortunately I was unable to leave her a review on the tablet but I would've said the same thing on there anyways, she was great and made the whole experience amazing.
We took our elderly neighbors to their favorite restaurant, Olive Garden! I had not been to the Olive Garden in probably 10 years or longer. The wait time was about 10 minutes, although the lobby was full of others waiting to be seated and even more standing outside. Once we were seated, the wait staff was extremely friendly, personable, and efficient. Later on, one of the managers came by our table just to confirm everything was up to their higher standard. The food was excellent! Everything was piping hot and tasty! We will definitely be putting the Olive Garden back on our short list of date night restaurants!

I went with my family after church, and even though the restaurant was very busy, the service was outstanding. The staff worked seamlessly as a team — multiple servers checked on us, refilled our drinks, and cleared empty plates promptly. Our food arrived hot, fresh, and delicious. My mother joked that they packed her 1st soup with so many veggies and sausage that she’d be too full to order additional servings. I dine often and the service alone exceeded fine dining expectations. Whoever is managing this location is doing an impeccable job!
Walked over from our hotel and were seated immediately. Got the bottomless soup and salad w/ breadsticks. Everythind was very good but the service was outstanding. The young man (wish I remembered his name) checked on us, offered refills, and constructed a very nice doggy bag for our leftovers. He even added a small treat. I would go back anytime.

my husband and i came here to eat after our wedding ceremony and they were amazing. we called so many times prior to our special day to ask questions and they were very patient and sweet with us. they were able to store our cake prior to us heading there after our ceremony. it was the best service we could’ve imagined. thank you olive garden for making our wedding day even more special.

I've always enjoyed the food here ever since I moved to Katy 10 years ago, but the last few time I went here (2024/25), it wasn't that great. But we decided to give it a try again tonight and looks like the taste and food quality is back to what it used to be. The service however wasn't completely up to par. Since it was super bowl sunday, the restaurant was only half full and there was no wait time to be seated. But we waited for ages once seated and no one came to take our order. My husband had to finally go ask for someone to come get our order. The food, like I said, was good. But we asked for more bread sticks and that took ages and ages to come. Maybe they were short staffed, I don't know. Overall, though, the experience was good.
Stopped there after play in Houston. We were seated right away on a busy night. Wife and I had mixed drinks. Mine was a margarita on rocks. It was fine, nothing extraordinary. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ☆ The food was really good, and our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The only issue I had was with the baby changing situation. Their kids’ changing table was out of order, and it made it really difficult for me to change my baby. Other than that, everything else was fine. Went to meet some family for dinner, albeit was a Friday night so we expected a crowd, but the service was incredibly slow and with two young boys in the group it made for a loooonnnnngggg evening. Went in on 2/9/26 for lunch. Service was ok atmospher was fine. Olive Garden is supposed to be a representation of Italian food. Several times that I have dine at Olive Garden. Love the Tour of Italy, but today at this location there was no flavor. Bread sticks use to have a garlic taste and the Alfredo sauce you could drink it by the boat. You guys have to do better. Add some garlic to your sauce. Perhaps some fresh basil.
This post is for the Katy near fry rd Olive Garden. Not only was my discount refused because I had to run up the street, it got into a point where staff forgot about us. One of my two tables of orders left yet when other families arrived there food was placed on my ticket. The good thing is that we noticed it before paying . We had pasta with unlimited soup. An upset and shock is how the female Management requested we pay for additional soup as a to go order compared to a refill . We had the best servers .
