I was really impressed with Noah who took care of me this evening. The pastrami Reuben is amaze-balls. The service was incredible and reasonably fast - meaning the food wasn’t pre-cooked. Five stars for food and service. The atmosphere is clean, but this is not be the best place for a date as it has a fast-food vibe.

My mom has an obsession with this place. They always are kind and professional. Always get the order right and they work like a well oiled machine even with a full house and more coming in by the second. With the drive through out to the street. Mom was happy her sandwich was correct as usual and it was the craving she wanted after knee surgery.

My wife and I ate lunch here with our two Grandsons. My wife and I each had a small original Schlotzky's sandwich. My wife also had a chocolate chip cookie. Our Grandsons each had a Cheese Pizza Kids Meal with mini chocolate chip cookies and a kids drink. Our younger Grandson had a mini Cinnabon cinnamon roll for dessert.

For someone moderately skinny like me, i can only finish it half. i felt like something was missing in this sandwich more cheese? Or sauce? Idk it's bland. for the bread (may i know what kind of bread is that?) it tastes like chewy cake? However i felt like i was eating a healthy sandwich😄

No issues with this location overall as for the most part the staff has treated me well, food tastes good, and the inside has been clean every time I have visited. That said I think it’s pricy for what you get. If I am going to drop $10 on a sandwich and chips I think there are better places where you get more food for the price (that tastes just as good). Also I am mainly giving 4 stars to this location because I find it frustrating that none of their cookies are on display. So when I want to get a cookie I have no way to see the flavors, sizes, etc. Kind of frustrating considering Jimmy John’s and Potbelly always have their cookies front and center on display.

Going just for the cinnabuns lol. Clean facility but service was...idk? Its like they acted like I wasn't next in line even though no one else was in front of me? Cinnabun and the pizzas were great. Customer service needs work.

Friendly service, however, a Turkey & Bacon Club, by definition, must have bacon on it. Mine did not.

This promotion is extremely misleading. The sign advertises $5 pizza, but after driving 20 minutes to get dinner for the family, we found out it only applies to two flavors! The restrictions are written in such tiny font that you can NOT even read them while standing at the cashier. Even flatbread is excluded—it’s still pizza, just not circular! The outdoor signage does not mention these restrictions, which is deceptive and feels like a sneaky way to attract customers. This was a complete waste of time, effort, gas, and money, which is unacceptable. Management needs to be transparent and clear about their offers. Definitely not a recommended franchise to choose. The misleading promotion and lack of transparency make it a frustrating and disappointing experience.
