Great bbq, highly recommended!!! Ordered from here for another luncheon meeting, simply amazing. Food was made to order with large portions, meat was extremely tender and mouth watering. Service at counter was excellent, friendly very professional staff made for an excellent experience.
My wife and I visit Rudy's at least twice a month. We order a moist brisket sandwich, pork ribs, beans and potato salad. The moist brisket is so good covered in their spicy bbq sauce, jalapeños, onions and pickles. My mouth is watering right now typing this. Looks like Rudy's is in my future..lol The place is clean and service is great.
Great vibe! Great food! Great service! The overall experience was definitely A+. We love their selection and the whole setup. Food was amazing! We got ribs and the stuffed baked potato! And they were amazing!! The meat was tender and juicy and just perfectly cooked. As a first timer in this place, I was very impressed!!!
Traveling across country. Ist time trying this BBQ place. Meat was moist and cooked just right. Sauce choices at the table had enough flavor. Cole slaw and potato salad were good. Corn on the cob was a bit over cooked. Overall we had a good experience.
One of my favorite BBQ places in Houston. For the money and easy of getting in and out it cant be beat. The Ribs and more over the Sauce are fantastic. Its enough to forgive the rediculous shirts they wear. .. and it backs up to the canal trails so you can actually get there on a bike. Out door seating and long bench tables. Just a good all around BBQ spot.
A comfy and homey place where you don’t need attentions, it have old cartels and nascar stuff like the suit. Large place to go with big groups, they also do catering and have reservations for parties. Kids Friendly, and great 60’s & 70’s music!! I went in holidays and it was the best with their Christmas Music because they played some covers and not just the same Christmas Songs of all the times. They have different types of sauces that have Rudy’s name and the taste is great, try the bbq one! For more photos and reviews like this follow me in Instagram @jokossitavisuals and @tourimsu.s.a
Our family's favorite place to get into Western atmosphere and perfect brisket 😋
The food was amazing. The staff was informative and helpful, told us about the meat they sell, they were even willing to give us a couple of free samples on their meats. Inside of the restaurant they played country music, with a bar for stuff like lemons, peppers, and a couple of other things. Things we got that weren't listed below: Cream of corn (8.5/10), Rudy's Beans (10/10), jalapeño and cheddar sausage (10/10), Pork Loin since they were out of turkey (7.5/10)
Super cool place. We were asked if it was our first time here, we said yes and our server explained the menu and even gave us samples. The food was so good and the “moist brisket” was literally the most tender meat I have ever had. Really enjoyed this place and highly recommend if you close by.
One of my favorite bbq places. Their brisket and chicken is top notch.
We just visited Rudy’s “Country Store” and Bar-B-Q and WOW — what an incredible place! It has the true atmosphere of Texas — rustic, welcoming, and full of character. We ordered the moist brisket, and it was absolutely divine. Juicy, tender, and packed with flavor — especially when paired with fresh onion and pickles. Pure perfection! The interior is also super cool — authentic and full of personality, like you’re stepping into a real Texas BBQ joint. Huge shoutout to Rudy’s for giving us such a great experience. We’re definitely coming back!
If you want to get full and not pay to much , you have to get loaded potato with two meats. Great price and your taste buds will not be disappointed.
This is a must stop when we come into town for some great Texas BBQ. You can order individually or family style served on a tray to share. Two must haves is the moist brisket and banana pudding.
Great service and great food as always. Employees are always nice and willing to let me try the meat because like any place they have some off days. Last time I came here the spicy chopped was very dry and not good. Today though, it was amazing. We bring out cups for the refills and many times end up buying more dang ups when we forget ours. I love the peach cobbler and my go to meat is spicy chopped, sausage and cutter choice. I love that they have the little store. The original place was in new braunfels so it’s very nice to see more stores popping in up Houston and surrounding locations.
This is another one of my "must" stop by places in Katy. They have the best breakfast tacos you will find in the Katy area. The brisket and egg combination is simply the best! The atmosphere is relaxing and the best part of all is that you get fast, courteous A+ service from their friendly staff who will always go the extra mile to ensure you are completely satisfied. The BBQ is moist and juicy and has just the perfect level of flavor that allows you to enjoy the smoky meat flavor. The moderately priced menu is another wonderful reason to visit, you get just perfect food quantity and quality. So if you are ever driving through town make sure you stop and enjoy😉
We visited the Rudy's on 290 and Beltway 8 on a regular basis, but our first visit to the location in Katy happily proved their quality is consistent. We ate the staple lunch diet - 1/2-lb heavy moist brisket (as in slightly over 1/2-lb), 1/2-lb baby-back ribs, 1/2 regular sausage link, and creamed corn. The highlight (in my opinion) is always the moist, moist, fall-apart brisket. Living proof that low and slow is the best way to smoke a brisket - highly recommended.
My first TX bbq restaurant! It was really good~ the service was friendly and helpful... the food was delicious (our favorite was the moist brisket and the baby back ribs) the corn was nothing special tbh but everything else was pretty good :) the prices were pretty decent as well~ highly recommend :)
This is a place that I make sure to take my family when they visit me from out of town. Barbecue and gas, what more could you need? We get the turkey breast by the pound. The loaded potatoes are amazing with chopped brisket. They don’t have fries, which my family likes getting with barbecue and they don’t have any seafood, like fried shrimp, but what they do have on the menu is all amazing. We keep coming back!
First time we have been there in a while. We sat down there and ate for the first time. Nice atmosphere. Like the picnic tables you eat at. I enjoy their lean brisket while the wife enjoys the lean. Too dry for me. Not a fan of their barbecue sauce but that is just our opinion. Will go back do recommend going there. Service is quick and friendly.
My wife and I ordered takeout for our Christmas dinner with our daughter, son in law, and two Grandsons. We ordered one pound each of brisket and turkey, along with corn on the cob and chocolate pudding.
Excellent bbq!! Taste-wise it was amazing..price-wise it was 😳. Everything is ala carte so that makes a "3meat plate" like close to $20 with sides. Of course that's close to what it costs elsewhere as well. The pulled pork was off the hook!! The turkey was the most moist smoked I've ever had. The beans were to die for. Not too crowded at 6pm, short wait at the line. Staff was friendly.
The worker, Ben, did such a good job serving us. He was very kind, quick, efficient, & helpful. The food was also very yummy and filling. 10/10 recccomend!
Most of the food including the pickles and the stew were on the salty side, but tasted really good. The brisket (moist) was better compare to the brisket lean, and also the best and most popular among our group. The spare ribs was juicier than the baby ribs. The sausage was really delicious. 😋
It’s been on my bucket list to visit Rudy’s for a few months now. It just looked like an inviting and cool place. Being my first time here, I was not accustomed to their procedure. As you get into the waiting line, get your bottled beverage (fountain drinks are purchased at the counter) and your cold menu sides an desserts in the cooler. Proceed to the counter to order your meats and hot sides. Meats are sold by the approximate 1/4 pound (buy the quantity that you want). Many choices here. Note they nave pulled pork but not pulled chicken. Chicken is sold by the 1/2 chicken. I was not interested in dealing with bones. I had the pulled pork, baby back ribs and the pinto beans. I’ll say I enjoyed it thoroughly. The ribs were cooked perfectly and were not fatty. The meat came off entirely easily. All tables are picnic tables you may be sharing a table with others. It was not so crowded that I had to share. Plenty of space. It was crowded but not packed. Service was quick. Plenty of polite staff to serve you up. Oh and btw, your tray looks like a short milk case with handles. Very sturdy. Be sure to take some of the butcher paper to cover the table. It’s like your mini tablecloth. I’ll be back for more.
My experience with the Briskets were not so good. I have requested for moist and it was dry and not cooked. Also with the chicken it was an average. Compare to their other location on 290 is not we’re close to the taste or they way it cooked. Also, for example the Pinkerton’s barbecue is what I am comparing to and it does not have the same experience of taste as well. I hope it was just a one day I choose to go there, hope I get a better experience in future at this location. The reason I gave them 5 star is due to their amazing customer service. They send me the Gift Card for not so good of my experience, now this is call exceptional customer service.
Great place... nice decorations, a lot of space... tables was clean, there is a serve service bar where you can complete your sausage with other sauce or topics... paper place mat, to go bags, plastic silverware ans a lot of napkins ... and plastic gloves if you don't want to get dirty.
Rudy's is amazing. Good food, good BBQ. I had no wait and went straight to the food! I always get the moist and I can't help but get the banana pudding! The parking lot had plenty of spaces and their restrooms were clean. I love the sweet tea and all the sauces. Overall this is the usual Rudy's with a fast line and good Texas style food.
Omg - what an amazing place! The dinner was amazing. The brisket tender, the chicken moist, and the pork was grilled just perfect. Lots of jalapeño on the side, the coleslaw added the right touch. Rudy’s sauce is just the right blend of sweet and tangy, not too hot. Excellent service staff.
"You can never go wrong with Rudy’s for consistent Texas BBQ. The moist brisket literally melts in your mouth, and I always pair it with their famous creamed corn and a side of spicy 'sause.' It has a great casual, rustic atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I love the 'country store' setup where you can grab a cold soda from the ice bins before heading to the counter to order."
Stopped by Rudy’s Country Store BBQ in Katy and had a great experience. The brisket was moist and packed with flavor, the sausage was excellent, and the sides were fresh and satisfying. Ordering was quick, staff was friendly, and everything came out fast. Reliable, quality BBQ every time.
We ordered to go tonight: moist brisket, sausage, new potatoes, corn on the cob & bread. Overall food was great. We had it delivered by Doordash. My only issues are: sausage arrived cold ( not warm, but cold), new potatoes was ordered with butter but we received dry potatoes & the bread wasn't fresh. The bread was stale. As for packaging we really are happy to see items secured with cling wrap to prevent leakage & definitely appreciate the delivery bag being secured with stickers to prevent any one from tampering with the delivery.
Rudy’s Barbecue – Katy, Texas Rudy’s delivers solid, no-nonsense barbecue. We ordered by the pound and had the moist brisket and baby back ribs, and both were excellent. The meat was juicy, well cooked, and full of flavor. The meal comes with bread and sausage, which we also tried, and everything was cooked properly and tasted great. Portions were generous and consistent with what you expect from a good Texas barbecue spot. Definitely worth coming back if you’re in Katy and want reliable, well executed barbecue.
place is always amazing, been here a couple time and if you order a lot, they give you a whole bag of bread. We came for about 4 but ordered quite a bit, took it home, microwave it the next day and it was still very good
This started as a real gas-station that sells BBQ in the hill country. I think they are trying a little too hard to keep that feel, but as long as they keep delivering on the flavor, I'll be back. I like the brisket, spicy sausage and the chicken. Their sides are decent. The sauces are some of my favorite. Their banana pudding is good enough, but the portion sizes are a little small for the cost. You order, wait for your food and then go to a picnic table. I like their patio, their hand washing stations, condiments station, ... and the flavors are all just good. They do have grab and go breakfast and lunch tacos if you don't have time to late.
Visit; April 2024 Delicious BBQ! Lots of different toppings at the stand that you can pick up to accompany your meal, like pickles and onions. The price was great for the amount of food we got, and everything was juicy and flavourful. Highly recommend! Got the brisket moist (which was indeed moist), pulled pork, prime rib, and spicy chop. All were delicious!
Rudy’s Texas BBQ is a meat lover’s paradise and a true taste of Texas tradition. From the moment you walk in, the mouthwatering aroma of smoked meats fills the air, setting the stage for a memorable meal. Their brisket is the standout—slow-smoked to perfection with a rich bark and a juicy, tender interior that practically melts in your mouth. The flavor is smoky with just the right hint of spice, and you can tell it’s been given the time and care Texas BBQ deserves. Rudy’s famous “moist” brisket is especially indulgent, though even the lean cuts have incredible depth and flavor. The sausage and ribs are also phenomenal, seasoned just right and cooked to a tender finish with a nice char. And for those who enjoy a little variety, the turkey is a surprise favorite—juicy, with a smoky flavor that rivals even the heartiest cuts of beef. The relaxed, no-frills atmosphere makes Rudy’s feel like a true Texas experience. This isn’t just a BBQ spot—it’s a place where friends and family can gather around great food that’s as comforting as it is delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience authentic Texas BBQ done right at an affordable price!
The best barbeque I've ever had hands down. Their brisket is to die for. Peppery, moist and so full of flavor. Their baked potato is huge and it's a meal by itself so Can't go wrong there. Love their coleslaw as well- Tastes crisp and fresh! Also their desserts are worth trying! It's a bit pricey but a wonderful way to treat yourself. Lots of seating even though there is always a line when ordering. It has such an airy and southern atmosphere. Even sitting outside is a good experience! Except in the summer of course. Definitely a 5/5!
Every thing about this place was awesome. Nice atmosphere, super neat serving tray, and some awesome BBQ! I will definitely be back and recommend it whenever anyone asks about BBQ. I had the Baked Potato with Hot Brisket and the Rudy's version of Baked Beans. The Baked Beans were the superstar here. The Baked Potato was great too - they were right when they said they could do the spicy brisket! The BBQ sauce was on point too!

It's an American BBQ classic. Brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey, sausages, cream corn, etc. You pay at the cashier and take your food to long shared tables. Flavor is great, ambiance is on par. I would only add some sort of service to the tables, because after paying, you're pretty much on your own.
First stop, when I got off my vegan diet! Of course I wanted everything! Rudy’s been one of my go to bbq because it’s so convenient and decently priced. Food is delish too. Service is always quick and friendly even when it’s a full house! My go to are always the moist brisket and jalapeño sausages! Those are soo juicy! Love the the cream corn too. And of course all the sides! Onions, pickles and for me the sissy sauce bc I can’t handle the heat! Ooh and their breakfast tacos are pretty good as well!
Good food. Counter service. You walk through line get you food once you figure out ordering as its not typical 1 meat 2 meat etc. Not to difficult. Throw your trash away when you are done. Like home pretty much.
Huge fan of Rudy's, and I know they are a chain but they know how to do BBQ and sides. Stopped at the spot outside of Houston (Katy) and was warmly welcomed and ponied into the corral to wait my turn to place my order. In Tennessee we have BBQ, but not anyplace that serves TEXAS BBQ!!! This order of moist brisket...PERFECT and just look at the bark in the pictures. Didn't need a drop of sauce on this order as the flavor was perfect. So wish Rudy's would expand into Middle Tennessee (Murfreesboro, TN specifically!!!)
"Rudy's in Katy is a Texas BBQ classic for a reason! The brisket is consistently delicious, and the smoky aroma hits you the moment you walk in. Paired with their incredible creamed corn, it's the perfect casual meal. Fast, friendly service and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating make it a no-fuss, always satisfying experience".
I ordered the 1 / 2 lb chopped brisket w/ 2 sets of buns. The buns costs a little extra, but not very much. ( I forgot how much ). It's cheaper than ordering their sandwich ( $ 7.50 each ). My chopped brisket was originally served cool. I took it back 2 the counter, they apologized & brought me a " hot & fresh 1 " w/ no problem. The brisket was very hot, flavorful & moist. I added their BBQ sauce. It was a little sweet & tasty w/ some black pepper in it. Would I come here again ? YES ! ! ! !
Food is ok Staff was nice Atmosphere is ok too nothing that makes it stand out but a good place to go visit
We found their breakfast by accident. The tacos and bowls were great. Prices are very reasonable.
BBQ is just about one if the most hotly debated topics that there is in this country right up there with sports teams and politicians. Everyone will tell you they know where and who is the best. Houston is no exception. Texas BBQ is all about the beef and Rudys does it very well. Be advised I think they get it right but there are better in Texas and certainly in Houston. However for a corporate BBQ place this one stands out. The brisket was rich and salty with a thick bark and all the sides were really fresh. I can’t give the 5 stars but I think a strong 4 will do.
The food was alright . For the price they are charging, the quality of the food could be a little more better. It tasted like old food and low on flavor. Over all rating for food is 6/ 10. The customer service was very good 8/10.
This place is self serving similar to Portillo’s. We love the self-serves atmosphere in this place. You line up, orders what you want and self seat yourself. Plenty of seating. Sauces are at the table. There is a separate counter for all the utensils, napkins, & free sides like pickles, onions, & peppers. We had the Prime Rib, Brisket Moist, Pork Ribs, Coleslaws, & Corn on the Cob. We love the Prime Rib, and Brisket. Pork Ribs is a little dry for us. Coleslaws and Coen are just okay compared to other places. We will come again to try others food if we get a chance.
Solid choice for Texas BBQ. Best meat hands down is the brisket moist. Service was self-serve stations for sauce packets (ketchup, mustard, mayo), onions, and pickles. Lots of seating and Country theme decor. I like the large hanging wall sign decor that says “I didn’t chew my way to the top of the food chain to be a vegetarian!” The prime rib was completely red and raw so we had to get it replaced with brisket. Our Rudy’s order and ratings of each: 1 lb brisket moist: 5/5 1/2 lb prime rib: 1/5 (totally raw) 1/2 lb pork rib: 2/5 1/2 lb pulled pork: 5/5 1 pint potato salad: 5/5 1/2 regular sausage: 3/5 1/2 jalapeño cheddar sausage: 4/5
Always get the moist brisket. My last visit I ordered 2 lb of moist and one I got there. I wanted to add half a pound. When I returned home, I noticed that I had a half pound of regular brisket. No one wanted to eat it. Lesson learned to check the bag. The time before that they gave my order away to another Jennifer and had to remake it. She actually had called me to see if I wanted to come pick up my order from her house. This location is usually busy, friendly help, but the last few times a little unorganized. Still good. Barbecue!
Great food great service great prices servers are very friendly and offered help on how to order if it was our first time which it was the ambience is great so is the music enough space for everyone to feel comfortable while eating and dining in the brisket House really good as was the turkey very moist and not too salty the only thing I would opt for is better bread like maybe buns! I don’t know it’s an amazing place you must visit if you havent
I normally come here for their breakfast tacos. Who doesn't like brisket breakfast tacos? This time was my first time dining in. You order up front and wait for your meats to be cut. You have sides of onions, pickles, sauces at the station. You will also find plastic ware, napkins, and parchment paper there too. The prices are reasonable compared to other BBQ places. We got the brisket, bread, creamed corn, and brisket smoked baked potato. The brisket was good, but not as tender as I would hope. Nice flavor from the sauces, but by itself, it fell short. 3/5 The bread was in a bag, not homemade. Bread that is like the ones you buy at the store. 1/5 Creamed corn was good. I liked it and I think this might be my favorite thing here. We got a pint of this things and it was gone before you knew it. Delicious salty and sweet. 4/5 the brisket baked potato was not completely cooked. What I mean is, the potato was still very hard to get through. Not soft at all. The brisket was chunky and it did not taste very tender. It came with cheese only. At most BBQ places I would get sour cream or bacon or chives but this one only had cheese. Sad loaded baked potato. Fortunately, they did have sour cream when I requested it but it did not taste very good. The whole thing overall. 3/5 Overall, staff was very nice, interior was nice and very relaxed. Before you get to the register, there's a drink station with beer and sodas, which is fun. It's exactly like Willie's. Clean and reasonable price for average food. I'd rate this place a 3.5.
This review is for Rudy's catering, of which I was able to eat the catering from this location in February 2023 at the grand opening of a nearby dealership. Rudy's sends out 3-5 employees to serve. They were very efficient, with one person serving meat, one person serving vegetables, and one person refilling dishes and pouring drinks. All of the normal sides were available along with unsweetened ice tea, sweetened ice tea, and lemonade. Their normal sauce and "sissy" sauce are available in sealed, packaged containers. It's probably based on how the catering is ordered, but I've found that the brisket runs out first. People like to be picky with the carrots since they are mixed with the jalapenos, often leaving too many jalapenos and not enough carrots. Rudy's barbecue is nearly always consistent across location, catering, and any other time you might have Rudy's. It's a good consistency. Rudy's effectively sets the baseline for what barbecue should be in Texas. It's not the best, but it's still good barbecue. There's the hint of smokiness in the brisket and turkey and the spice in the sausage, none of which are too dry, that are a good introduction to the world of barbecue. It's not going to be some culinary masterpiece, but it's consistently good at what it does.

Wish they had other side offers and more options for san which toppings. Love the free bread super clean amazing amazing brisket
Becareful when asking for Lean brisket bc you get a 1 lb, you get 1/4 lb of All FAT. LEAN BRISKET means NO FAT. They used NEVER do this. This ha happened to me in the last 6 months. Rudy's do NETTER!!!!!!!
Above average Texas BBQ (6/10). Brisket was tender and moist. The jalapeno sausage was flavorful and had a good level of hotness. The star of the show is the Rudy’s BBQ sauce (9/10), the spicier version, not the “sissy” version. The atmosphere is lacking because this place is like a gas station convenience store. Not a good spot for business lunches. But the staff and service are excellent. We are a little spoiled down here in Texas with BBQ, so please understand that above-average Texas BBQ equals great food. If a Rudy’s BBQ were transplanted to a location off the Jersey Turnpike, it would be the go-to stop for everyone driving into and out of NYC.
I know it is one of the most popular southern style restaurants. It definitely has a character to it with all the decoration, lay-out and all other physical aspects of the eatery. It also gives you a great experience of original texan food (or at least it looks like it). Prices are very reasonable, too. I also like how moist the meat turns out and the slow cooking method. However, the food obviously lacks flavor. The famous half-chicken definitely needed some salt and the brisket is almost tasteless without sauce. The cole slaw was also really flavorless. I really liked the beans though and the sausage is fine. Another problem is the condiments which is really limitted (raw onion, pickeled jalapeneo and another type of pepper, pickle) and how you have to put them in a zip lock to carry them over to your table. Container seems to be a real issue over there and you get a piece of waxed paper instead of a plate. Overall, I don’t really recommend this place if you want to have some decent tasty food in a convenient mess-free way!
Service is slow. The restaurant was not busy but it’s clear that management doesn’t prioritize any level of “hustle” among its staff. They take their slow, sweet time getting customers through the line. I realize it’s not a fast food establishment, but there was no speed under their feet or in their hands to wrap or bag an order. Spring Creek BBQ is close by.
I’ve dined here twice. Once in March and again today. The staff are very nice. The food is average. Today we had a few issues with the way the meat was prepared and a gentleman who checked on our table quickly resolved the issues. Today we had a half pound of the moist brisket and half pound of chicken. The beans and stew have the most flavor. The cream corn is also different but not bad. Everything else is pretty bland. They have two house BBQs, salt and pepper on the table that you will need if you like flavor. The banana pudding is pretty good. I wish they offered more sides. Or a corn bread of some sort. They do give you white or wheat bread slices upon request. Convenient location right off Katy highway 10.
Not impressed! I understand the hype about the concept ( a Texas signature ) but there is something wrong with this establishment . At those ridiculous prices you would think they offer at least some basic paper plates. The young black lady at the register taking the order was so …bored and totally not interested in answering questions. This was my third visit hopping that the first two times were a mistake but this time was even worse. A good friend insisted to order catering menu from them for a 60 people private party. We paid over $1000 for MOIST brisket ( plus many other items in the menu) and they delivered the regular one. (We carefully had tasted it before to decide what to order). And they can not say it was a “unintentional honest mistake” . You dont do mistakes with thousand dollars orders. They are clearly dishonest. Between the very high prices, terrible service , serving presentation and their dishonesty…they lost my business forever.
Been a while since I've visited, even longer since I've reviewed. The menu hasn't changed, (except prices, but that's everywhere). Flavors haven't changed; a good thing. I had moist brisket, smoked…

This was my first time trying Rudy’s BBQ, and honestly, I wasn’t missing out on much. I wasn’t impressed. First things first – presentation. I didn’t care for how they wrapped the meats. Why not just put them in a proper to-go container? I ordered ribs, moist brisket, new potatoes, and a banana pudding. There were two other orders, and one person also got ribs — so they just put them together. Now for the food: Ribs: Good flavor, nice and tender. New Potatoes: Completely bland. I had to add some Slap Ya Mama seasoning just to make them edible. Brisket: Way too salty. I haven’t tried the banana pudding yet, but really… how bad could that be?
Rudy’s gets by with providing the bare minimum of bbq in my opinion. Their sides are not very good (don’t even seem like they are made with quality ingredients) and they barely have any options…no Mac n cheese or cornbread for example? What? The meats are barely ok. Sometimes way too dry. Sometimes taste odd. Sometimes good. BBQ sauce is decent. Really nothing special though.
Way over priced for products. Order 5 ribs and one small side. Price was $23 for lunch. Quality is not good.

I had previously had a dozen positive visits to this Rudy’s but everything horrible on last two visits First horrible experience tonight.1) Sunday at 5:45pm . Rudy’s completely out of baked potatoes…
Let me say Im a fan of Rudy's. I visited the location in Katy today. I arrived at 1:45pm and the line was long. There were 15 to 16 different families in front of me with all registers open. 20 minutes later all registers were full and I still had 1/2 dozen families in front of me waiting to order. The frustration is that there was no urgency There was more chatting between the cashiers and the guys cutting the meats
Come on Rudys I am pretty sure a quarter pound of brisket is more than just one small slice?! One small slice of moist brisket, two slices of halved sausage and one tiny cup of potato salad for almost $30 is a freaking rip off. I will never go back.
I go in for breakfast. I stand there in front of the registers for 5 minutes before the cashier finally was told to help me by another worker. Standing right in front of her I'd assume she saw me. I order a bowl that cost nearly 9 bucks and it's pathetic. See the picture. 9 dollars for that? What bs is this?
2nd time in a row they dont include bbq sauce on a to go order?! Its on the order. They confirmed it was on the order. 6 original. 6 of the other. No bbq sauce. Its literally a BBQ JOINT! And they keep forgetting bbq sauce. Time to make some serious training changes. 0/5 for gross incompetence.
