Sunrise Surprise (Maine Coon Cattery)

Went through the drive-through for lunch ordered a number one asked for no onions and actually got it. The food was fresh and warm. The service was very nice and it was fast for lunchtime.

Came through at about 2am and boy were they busy!! Despite the amount of cars in drive thru, my food came out fast and fresh. The young man at the window was all smiles, its refreshing to see people who love their job these days!

By far one of the friendliest whataburgers I've ever been to. No other restaurant in kaufman compares! Between the friendly staff and the fresh food, this store is absolutely my favorite. Nothing beats walking through those doors and hearing greetings from cashiers AND managers both!!

Employees were on point and ready to make whatever you wanted with a quickness. They seem a bit overstaffed because every employee was around the front counter waiting to service you in some way as if they didn't have enough to do to keep them busy.

The past 3 times we have ordered online, our order has been wrong. Drinks wrong; No hash browns; no picante or other condiments asked for. This food is too expensive for wrong orders!

Went thru the drive thru at lunchtime and this is what I got for my $5. Gross!!!! Didn’t realize it till I got home. No onions, no pickle mushy tomato and the thinnest patty on earth!😟 It was good when I first opened.

Their prices have went ou of sight. We use other Whataburger‘s and they’re not near as high as this one in Kaufman is, but also every time we go to there for sweet tea it’s always unsweet. I tell my granddaughter every time she just did it again. Check the tea before you leave the property. She drove all the way home at the county and it’s no good. It’s unsweet again That’s the fifth one and three weeks that we’ve got from there that is unsweet.

Clean bathroom and lobby. Because the bathroom is where you will be after eating here. Just saying it will find its way out before you get out the door. Drinks flat, bleach taste in the tea. Great place to eat if you're needing to call in sick

My Order # was 554830 on 7/4/25 @ 9:25pm. The hamburger patties on both burgers were cold. My order was drive-thru, when I got to window I requested salt,pepper, and ketchup as we were staying at hotel. They gave me my drinks and the girl handed my bag to me and I assumed that all was good until I had no requested condiments. They suck as service. There was a heavy set young lady with glasses, and an older gentleman was talking with her while bagging my food. Got to hotel that was very close and was so disappointed & frustrated. They maybe should go through some kind of classes or something to help them understand how to handle situations. We had moved to Mississippi and had to come back for some reasons. That was the some of nastiest FOOD I've had. Disappointed. Very disappointed and they need to put someone else at the driver thru. That's all I got.

The past two times I’ve gone they have submerged my burger in mayo to the point where when I grabbed my food out the bag my paper my burger was wrapped in was soggy asf just from the 2 minute drive home they have never done this idk who is in the kitchen they must be new but this is not how you serve a burger I do not recommend going at night because who ever is cooking will douse your burger in mayo and the manager serves it anyways literally paid $15 for a burger just for it to be covered in mayo not once but twice absolutely disgusting
