Boy oh boy, where do I even start? Kaufman Whataburger is the most utterly delectable Whataburger that ever did exist. Their Patty Melts stand triumphant over all other stores' feeble attempts to imitate their legendary status. Their breakfast, served promptly at 11 pm, is unmatched. If there is no fans of Kaufman Whataburger left in this world, then I have died.

Hands down, this is THE BEST Whataburger location I’ve EVER visited. Never have they made a mistake on an order for me, and I’ve ALWAYS been greeted by happy, helpful employees. That is what makes the difference with THIS location, absolutely and without a doubt! This is usually indicative of proper management, as solid management SHOWS through their staff. As such, I give the STAFF here a big thank you (and in doing so, am paying a huge compliment to management as well; they would definitely understand that, however— something is being done right at this one). Amazing, fast, accurate, and most importantly: friendly! 👍

One of the best fast food restaurants I've been to in a while. Starts from the top. Manager spoke calmly to staff, she was sincere and kind to employees. Kitchen employees were busy doing their job. Front end employees so loving and kind to customers. Dining room and restrooms were spotless.

This is by far the best Whataburger. It's clean, new, and service is always friendly. Briana is awesome, she's very kind and hospitable, makes the environment and meal more enjoyable. Must stop whataburger.

This is the best Whataburger I've ever been to! So glad it's my local one! They are ALWAYS dmiling & upbeat, especially the managers! They know my order even if it's someone else ordering for me and the place is always clean. I'm picky about my fries and they get them perfectly soft every time. Every employee is always doing something, mot just standing around or on their phone or anything like that. Quick & efficient, positive & clean atmosphere... What more could you ask for!

Really good food, fast service. And what I like about this place is it might look Fast Food on the outside, but they step things up. While eating lunch with a friend the manager came around to make sure everything was good, I haven't been to another fast food place that does that. Table was clean, stocked ready to go when we sat down as well. Which is helpful when we had to be in and out over our lunch break.

It was about 9:15 p.m. almost the whole cast of the crandall high school theater class and their families met up and had dinner. The place was so busy yet the wait times were good the place was clean and the employees were really polite. Through all of the chaos the food was hot and fresh Thank you Whataburger of Kaufman.

Just went by for some prework food and when I walked in they said it was closed to the public yet the door was open and then I said can I go through the drive through on without a vehicle and nope no food no service zero stars if possible. Went from zero to five because I had to call in a curbside order and I went back with my "vehicle" my body it gets me places anyway the man manager told me no. But at the window the female manager just smiled and got me my order and gave me a great meal and gave me back some respect that the man took from me I mean how can you refuse to feed a customer? She's great!!!

Usually whataburger is known for being a little slower compared to other fast food places. This whataburger however is SO QUICK. This is THE BEST LOCATION for miles. All the neighboring cities don’t compare in the slightest. Me and my husband both rave about this location to everyone. It’s not the closest or even second closest to us. I come often for lunch so around 12-12:30 - before I pulled into the drive thru a song playing in my car started & I remember singing it. The song was still playing after pulling out with my food and was an average 3-4 minute song. To me that is exceptional service that needs to be raved about. Y’all must have a great team! Excellent service. Food was ready fast. Ketchup packs on the table! Restaurant is clean. They gave us plenty of napkins. They noticed I was confused looking at my receipt, so they came to us and fixed the issue (the issue was my fault — I make complicated and confusing orders). Bathroom was spacious and clean, but had a smell.

Went through the drivethru today and unfortunately my order was wrong, I didnt realize until I was already home. This Whataburger is superb to any other I’ve ever been to. Never again will I risk eating my burger anywhere else. This location has fresh food, great service, and the atmosphere is amazing. By far the best Whataburger I've ever visited. Super clean, they are always cleaning tables, floors and restrooms. The wait time is almost zero and they are always packed no matter what time of day. Food is always hot and delicious and the tea is clean tasting. 99% of the time they come get your tray and clean up for you. I think we all can agree that every morning is a drag. Between the traffic to work, the other tired people on the road, and the construction all around kaufman. There is one thing that makes it bearable and that is WHATABURGER!!! I eat here every morning with my kids and it truly has become a part of our daily routine!! The service was great! But its time to change out the deep fry oil. Both me and my husband are having major heartburn and sick. The thing in common was the onion rings. Thats all I had as I took my burger home. Its still in the bag on the counter.

Been here a few times now, only by the drive through. The staff is friendly, they've mostly gotten the food right, and the food is good. It's always very slow through the drive through though, and occasionally burger requests like add this or remove that don't happen.

I would have given 5 stars if they didn’t give me someone else’s food. I had mobile ordered and picked it up in the drive through. I looked at my burger and saw it had the wrong toppings on it so I looked at the ticket and they gave me someone named Lane’s order. My name is Rhiana so not similar at all. I am pretty sure it was just a mistake of them giving me the wrong bag but it was definitely not what I wanted at all. All the employees were super nice and it was pretty fast though! Just check your order :)

Whataburger Kaufman…l Been going here almost every Sunday evening since it opened. Always order at the drive through and almost always order the same thing. In the beginning the service was the best and fastest I had ever had at any Whataburger any where. No so much any more. The service has become ultra slow and erratic. Tonight I waited in line for 25 minutes and for the fifth week in a row they screwed my order up and that was after repeating it twice.

The food is always good the people are pretty nice however I gave atmosphere 2 stars only because of my introvert nature it's usually crowded but the drive thru is long so i go in. It make me nervous as heck and I have a hard time enjoying my food but I don't want it to get cold before I get home no one like cold fries.

One of the better Whataburger of all in Kaufman County, BUT… I have noticed their pricing is a good 10% or higher than most of the others. A week ago, in Irving, TX on Hwy 183 & Story Rd, a double cheese Whataburger combo w/ med fries & drink cost me $3 less than the exact same meal at this one in Kaufman. Why?… maybe the operator works for our county appraisal office & higher prices are a just habit at this point. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The first thing I noticed was the place stank like dumpster trash, regardless of where I sat. The burger was good, but the onion rings were SUPER undercooked. Yuck.

The wait was outrageous for fast food. I would cut them some slack since everyone is adjusting to covid if my order had been right. Maybe next time I can taste them better. Even during times that upset the normal routine customer service goes a long way.

Well, I don’t think I’ll return to this Whataburger ever again. After waiting in the drive thru for just about 10 minutes (4 cars in front of me…not that many) I got a drink where the ice tastes faintly of mold or mildew, no napkins in the bag and the woman at the window didn’t say anything besides the amount I owe and asked if I want ketchup. (Didn’t know I also had to ask for napkins) And no, she most definitely did not say “Thank you.” Or anything similar to thanks. There are just too many other places I can spend my hard earned money these days. So this is it Whataburger, “Thanks and Goodbye.”

Although the food is always good at this location, many of the younger cashiers here tend to be very shy. However, on my most recent visit, I sat my family in a corner booth and could hear an employee on break, in a flannel overshirt, screaming profanities in their conversation from across the dining area. This did not ruin my experience, but it was definitely very unprofessional. I later learned the young man's name was Isreal after hearing another employee. I would like it if there was some form of a disciplinary measure for instances like this. We are at a restaurant with our family we shouldn't have to worry about our children being exposed to this kind of language while eating, especially on Easter.

Stopped by to splurge at the end of a long work week. My second time to this location. Wait in drive thru was long. Cashier at window was nice. Ordered the whatawings honey BBQ,and was on the road before I realized they gave me buffalo flavor instead. Aside from wrong flavor, they tasted like chicken nuggets from the freezer aisle. The fries seemed fresh but lacked salt. Not worth over $14 for a combo. Disappointed in the decline of whataburger usual taste and standard.

Talk about messing up everything on my order. I had to call to get a partial refund because so many missing items. I didn't see the items because I had to go inside to get the sauce they didn't put I'm the bag. Whataburger is good. The crew at that moment was horrible.

Came in this morning hoping for a different experience. I place an easy order, two bobs no cheese, sausage biscuit meal with an extra sausage biscuit and a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit meal. The cashier thought I said 2 bags of cheese so I repeated my first order. I get my order and I’m missing a Bob and a hash brown. I did only pay for what I got but what’s frustrating is she repeated my first order AND there was another employee by her side helping and never pointed out the mistake. I’ve had many other experiences like this. Probably will not be back.

SEVEN times they’ve gotten my order wrong and one time I waited 39 minutes in line just for some rude girl to give me awful attitude. I went today to get my reimbursement meal because they messed my order up last week when I ordered a chicken strip basket and they gave me the wrong drink and no bread. I was told when I called to let them know, to come back and they’ll have my name and replace it. Apparently not. I was told they couldn’t give me the food when I just pulled up. Was never told to write my name on a receipt or speak to a manager. The young girl just said what’s your name okay they wrote it down. This is an awful restaurant coming from someone whose family managed a restaurant her whole life. I’d be embarrassed by this service. We just drove to Terrell and will just drive there again next time.

I went to this location this morning at 4:45am. There was already a line. 3 cars ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes and the same 3 cars were still there. I backed out, got gas next door. Got on the service road headed south. U-turned to the northbound service road and I could see that 2 of the 3 cars were still sitting in the drive thru. This location is a joke. I had a manager go off on me one morning because I refused to pull up and wait at the curb at 4:30a. He said "next time you are asked to pull forward and wait, you need to do so". Took me 6 months to even try them again. If you have an option of this Whataburger or another one that is 50+ miles away, drive the 50+ miles.

Their prices have went ou of sight. We use other Whataburger‘s and they’re not near as high as this one in Kaufman is, but also every time we go to there for sweet tea it’s always unsweet. I tell my granddaughter every time she just did it again. Check the tea before you leave the property. She drove all the way home at the county and it’s no good. It’s unsweet again That’s the fifth one and three weeks that we’ve got from there that is unsweet.

My Order # was 554830 on 7/4/25 @ 9:25pm. The hamburger patties on both burgers were cold. My order was drive-thru, when I got to window I requested salt,pepper, and ketchup as we were staying at hotel. They gave me my drinks and the girl handed my bag to me and I assumed that all was good until I had no requested condiments. They suck as service. There was a heavy set young lady with glasses, and an older gentleman was talking with her while bagging my food. Got to hotel that was very close and was so disappointed & frustrated. They maybe should go through some kind of classes or something to help them understand how to handle situations. We had moved to Mississippi and had to come back for some reasons. That was the some of nastiest FOOD I've had. Disappointed. Very disappointed and they need to put someone else at the driver thru. That's all I got.

The past two times I’ve gone they have submerged my burger in mayo to the point where when I grabbed my food out the bag my paper my burger was wrapped in was soggy asf just from the 2 minute drive home they have never done this idk who is in the kitchen they must be new but this is not how you serve a burger I do not recommend going at night because who ever is cooking will douse your burger in mayo and the manager serves it anyways literally paid $15 for a burger just for it to be covered in mayo not once but twice absolutely disgusting
