The other night I got into a car accident... and I pulled into the nearest place that was available and two men who worked at the Freddy's next door came out. They were incredibly kind and patient and invited my sister and I into Freddy's for a meal on them. No one can consider themselves "lucky" when they get into an accident, but I did get lucky that these two men were the ones there to help me when I did. I don't live around the area, and my parents were 30 minutes out... So, thank you Jesus, and Tod (I believe was his name), no one else would have helped, I can tell you genuinely care. I could not be more appreciative for your generosity and patience the other night, God blessed me to meet the right people that I needed to keep I and my sister safe while my family came to help, and thank you again for the meal.. 💛

Employees were a little confused about what flavors were included in the six pack. One said all flavors and after getting 3 kids to agree on flavors the next employee said only certain flavors available and had to make all new decisions. Other wise the custard was amazing.

First timer! Burgers were on point, great flavor. Especially the fries, they're similar to another burger west coast burger joint, but way better! They actually have seasoning on them and were warm. We also tried the frozen custard, pretty good 5/5! My one ick was the customer service, I waited at the counter and was ignored for a few minutes. Plenty of staff and it wasn't busy, if I would have been greeted immediately when the staffer noticed me, I would have given 5 on the service. Just a learning and training opportunity for the staff. Overall, I'd recommend this place for some delicious burgers, fries and frozen custard.

We went through drive through the other night around 7pm. I got the original double cheese burger with fries, onion rings and a root beer. Wife ordered a single cheese burger. It was great. Loved the string fries and burger. Onion rings pretty good. Price of meal was pretty good. They do not have coke products. We will go again. Lived it.

Food was good! This was my first visit. I was hoping for a third pound hamburger, but they don't have them.

I walked in and staff was really nice. The burger was very juicy and very refreshing, and the custard was the highlight of my day. Only reason why I did not give this a 5 star was is the fries were not the best and the fountain drink machine had some labels ripped off.

These are pretty much smash burgers. They are good. Frozen custard is good. You can choose one of their special custards or combine ingredients to make your own. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the service is good, but not excellent.

Food is always good here little on the higher $ then other local fast food in the area, make sure you get the fry sauce!!

Stopped for dinner a little after 6:00, walked in behind a young couple and we waited while another couple were ordering. The wait was short. The food came out minutes after placing the order and burger and fries were both hot. 1 napkin holder was empty as was 1 ketchup container but were refilled within a few minutes. All in all a very good dinner experience.

I am not a burger person but I am married to one who is. This place though, they do make amazing burgers. I never complain when the husband wants this one, those steak burgers are always seasoned perfectly. Child loves the hot dog option. The ice cream options look great but I have not tried them. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the drive-thru is SLOW. We don't use it anymore, we always dine in because of how slow the drive-thru line works. Service insides works well. Nice large parking lot.

We love the food at Freddy’s, but were shocked and disappointed that they shrank the size of their kids meal without shrinking the price. The tender kids combo used to have 3 tenders and a standard small fry. The meal we got today had only two tenders and a micro-size fry. For $5.49. Ridiculous!!!

Ordered the chicken strips with tater tots and a large cheese curds with a drink. Overall the food was good and the service for a busy Saturday was decent too. The front counter staff wasn't the friendliest but the gentleman walking around tending to everything was the nicest and most helpful. None of the ketchup dispensers had ketchup in them and it was not as clean as usual. But this could be in part to the kids soccer group that were visiting that afternoon as well.

Any burger you choose will be a good choice. Fries are best I've had and the tator tots have great flavor. If you like deep fried cheese curds this place has excellent curds. The extra seasoning you can add to anything tastes great. Shakes are really good according to my wife I don't get them but she always does.

I like this burger place, different style, thinner burger patties, which make them better in my opinion, thinner fries as well, which make them crunchier, really good onion rings; I also just had today their cheese curds. I have not had the opportunity of trying their milkshakes, custards,hotdogs nor other variety they have. In the handful of times I’ve been there, service has always been very good, very polite and professional staff. Plenty of parking and drive-through options as well. There’s an opportunity in their cleanliness; I will continue to go back.

I will give 5 stars to the elderly lady that works there, she is absolutely the sweetest and made sure we were good with everything as well as the other patrons. My son and I went in to eat and while we were waiting I was observing the people preparing food, the big guy was just rude, had an attitude, and just threw the stuff on the trays. With on patron he said it was supposed to be this and that guy just straight up had a bad attitude. We have been before and gotten amazing service from everyone that works there. I don't know what changed but I hope you will talk to them about customer service.

At one point, Freddy’s was one of our favorites places to eat. But we will likely no longer eat at this location. We love the cheese curds and often that is a deciding factor in choosing Freddy’s. However, today was the third straight time they have been out of cheese curds. In addition, we were standing in line for several minutes before even being greeted. It appeared that, despite six people working there, there was one girl taking orders in both the drive thru and the front counter. In short, great burgers and great cheese curds when they have them.

I think that Freddy's food has the right idea, but maybe this location just wasn't the right one for me. The burgers are good with the sauce, and the frozen custard is really good from what I remember! When I got there, I used a couple of promo deals I had lying around. The order was simple. One of them was a meal, and the other was a sandwich. The order, though, got totally messed up. Went home paying for more than I actually got. That's not even mentioning how the toppings somehow got mixed up on the order, too? Anyway, I called up and spoke with a manager who was more than willing to get my order fixed next time! That was incredibly kind of them. Made sure to make a note and everything for me. When I got there, the workers denied me, saying that there was no record. I decided to leave it be, and just left as is. I think this location is GOOD, but its coordination could use more work between the kitchen and the front. I know it's fast food and that I shouldn't be too critical, though, since even I've been there. But hey, I just hope other people get what they order.

The food was really delicious at this location. The only inconvenience we endured while visiting was that barely any tables had been cleaned off for us to find a place to sit. It didn't appear to be particularly busy at the time we visited, since a lot of the tables were empty, but a lot of those tables were also dirty. Other than that, it was a wonderful lunch visit.

Ate at a Freddy's out of state 3 years ago. Since my family was in the area we stopped in. Ordered our food and desserts. While waiting for our food we tried to look for a clean empty table. To our surprise all tables, booths were dirty some had food on them, others were had food crumbles on them. Finally found a bar table that was clean. I looked around and in the photos you can see the trash overflowing and employees standing around talking to each other instead of sanitizing the tables and removing the trash. The two ladies who took our hot food order was very friendly. Spoke to her about the dirty restaurant and overflowing trash cans and she said oh my goodness she said yes those are the girls over at the other counter that's supposed to be cleaning.You can see the girls at the other counter talking to a friend and neglecting their duties. We might come back to this location but probably not.

Not great. Burgers are average at best and way overpriced. In and out is about 1/2 the price and way better. Got a chocolate malt and it tasted like chocolate milk (with cheap chocolate syrup). Made the mistake of going inside to order, and seeing how dirty the place is. Mess all over the floor, just not a place you'd choose to eat at! I'd go to Culvers instead, any day of the week. better, fresher food, infinitely better custard, and much friendlier staff. Does anyone know what good customer service is anymore?

Freddy’s is honestly just mediocre, and it’s clear the place is run by people who don’t care about their jobs—and it shows. I’ve been there a few times, and every single time I’ve asked for no onions, I’ve gotten onions. It’s frustrating because the taste is so strong it ruins the entire meal. The food itself is generally okay, but when you repeatedly ask for something simple like a correct order, let them know they’ve messed it up before, and they still mess it up? That’s frustrating. After experiencing this a few times, I stopped going. The food might be decent, but wait times were long, and it just felt like a waste of money. Then, stupidly, I went back a few weeks ago on October 4th after a stressful workday because I didn’t feel like cooking. I waited five minutes just to have my order taken, and this was around 4 pm on a Friday. I ordered a veggie burger meal with a root beer and a turtle sundae. After waiting about 10 minutes at the window, they hand me my sundae and soda—of course, the sundae was already melting by then because of the wait. I’m told to pull up and wait for my burger and fries. Another 5-10 minutes pass, and a young employee finally comes out to tell me they don’t have veggie burgers. Really? You couldn’t tell me that when I ordered 20 minutes ago or when I PAID? I told her I’m vegetarian and asked for a refund. She took my card, came back, and handed me a gift card for the cost of the meal, saying she couldn’t refund it fully and asked if that was okay. I told her no, it wasn’t okay, but at that point, I was over it and just wanted to leave. How dare they turn my refund into a gift card when it was their mistake? It made no sense, and now I’m stuck with a gift card I don’t even want to use. Freddy’s is unprofessional and unrealistic, and I don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

Considering how expensive this place is compared to restaurants that offer similar food, I can’t help but be extremely disappointed in always getting a turtle that is 1/2 way melted. There is never consistency in the food. The floors on the inside seem like they have never been mopped before, so I can imagine how the kitchen and bathrooms look.

Service wasn’t great. Freddy’s is my favorite fast food burger spot, but this was my first time at this location. I placed an online to-go order through the app, walked in and gave the cashier my name and she said it wasn’t ready yet, but gave me a beverage cup to go get my drink. I got my drink and then sat down near the mobile pickup area. After waiting 25-30 minutes I asked if my order was ready yet, and apparently it had just been sitting on the counter behind a display almost the entire time… The fries and onion rings were ice cold. Disappointing. Not sure why they wouldn’t just call my name when my order was ready, or set it in the mobile pickup area for me to grab while it was still hot and fresh.

I have more positive experiences with the food here than negative, but one thing I can never get past is when I pay for something specific, wait in line for 20 minutes or more, only to have it incorrect. I had to check my receipt to make sure I didn’t order something different than what I received. Nope, you all just made an error. Please, I don’t know if you’re short-staffed or if it was a simple mistake, but if you’re going to have me waiting in line for 20 minutes, at least you can do is make sure the order is correct. And usually I would review my order before leaving the line if, but felt rushed, since it took so long and there was a line of cars waiting.

I had the original Freddy burger which was quite interesting. The bread seemed stale and dry which is something I didn’t expect which reflected the score. I ordered onion rings instead of the fries and they were hot and great. I just wished the burger had a softer bun and not dried out. I don’t think I’d return back for the burger but I may come back to try the custard.

Brought my twin 7yr old boys in today for lunch around 11:30am today (4-29-24, order #252) my kids love this place and we usually have a pretty great experience, but we usually don’t come during the day. Anyways, upon arriving the first thing we noticed is that there’s only two people inside of the restaurant eating. Then we noticed that the screens that normally show the menu were not operational. also, we were not greeted by any employees. I happened to mention to the guy behind the counter. Hey, I guess the screens aren’t working today and without apology he said unfortunately, while kind of covering his face and mumbling didn’t give us any options as far as looking at the menu so we decided to sit down and get on Google to find out what we would like to order. The kid was decently pleasant and when I ordered the double cheeseburger, he mentioned he usually gets the triple and we got a little laugh out of it. Which lets me know that I absolutely ordered the Double or else he wouldn’t have made that comment I paid and we went and filled our drinks and sat down at a booth with our ticket waiting to be called. Considering it was just us and one other guy I figured it would be rather quick. After 13 minutes and my to go bag sitting on the counter for approximately 10 of those 13 minutes, I finally went up and put my ticket on the counter, and another young man was busy stuffing fries into boxes for the drive-through asked me was I waiting on a to go order. I figured it was pretty obvious since I’m sitting there with just drinks and two 7-year-olds and we were basically the only people in there but maybe not? I said yes I’m waiting on the only to go order and he said this must be it here pointing to the very greasy bag sitting on the counter. I said oh I guess you guys don’t call the numbers out for the orders anymore? Again, no apologies or any type of customer service, just blank stares and no communication whatsoever. I looked in the bag and felt the cold french fries but it looked like three burgers were in there, and I didn’t feel like taking everything out of the bag and into each box. I just wanted to grab a quick lunch and get home as I’m walking out the first employee Asked me is everything in the bag? I said I hope so after 15 minutes. You would think they would know what was in the bag by now and let me know that everything is in the bag not in a form. A bit annoyed, but also understanding that it’s fast food at lunchtime we left And headed to the house. Upon arriving, I realize that my double bacon burger is a single bacon burger and it is very cold also. Anyways, I do a lot of reviews for a lot of places and I normally don’t do them if it’s less than a three star because I don’t like beating down businesses, but this was a really lame experience. Then I called the restaurant to try to speak with the guy that took my order and nobody answers the phone and it sends me to some type of voicemail service. No thanks! $27.00 for this and a couple kids cheeseburgers?

Freddy's generally makes a great burger. However, their customer service is quite lacking. I placed a mobile order, and after arriving to pick up our food, I was informed that it was still being prepared and the server would let me know when it comes out. This particular evening was quite busy, so it was no surprise that the expected wait time was longer than usual. But, after sitting there for 20 minutes, I asked for an ETA on my order....just to be informed that my food had been sitting there the entire time. At this point, everything was cold...the drinks were warm (as the ice had melted), and the bag was still open (indicating that the order was not yet fulfilled). It is generally frowned upon to start rooting around in bags of food that may or may not belong to other patrons, but apparently that is what you have to do at the Freddy's in Keller. Although, I would be greatly upset to find a stranger handling my dinner, all because counter help are not capable of providing effective customer service. At the very least, I should have gotten fresh warm fries and new ice cold drinks...but, no....not unless I wanted to pay them. Needless to say, I will not do this again!!! Cold food and warm drinks is not what I ordered...but it is what I paid for, apparently.

Freddie’s in Keller better get their act together. We had carry out and waited forever to order then again to pu and pay. Got home and the order was wrong. Never again HORRIBLE. Nothing but young people who just don’t care!

We frequent this Freddy’s often. Seems to be a serious issue with management. Staff seems overwhelmed and unhelpful to guests. Very resistant to make a guest experience worthwhile at all. Today my partner picked up an order from Freddy’s. Went through the drive though to see if it could be grabbed through the drive through, was told it wasn’t ready and that they didn’t have a peppermint shake. The order was placed online for a pumpkin shake, so clearly there was an issue with their processing system. Drive through attendant was short and unhelpful, persistent that order said peppermint shake. It was understandable that the order would not be ready given how short since they order had been placed, but she was instructed to go wait until it was ready and then come inside. She waited 5 minutes before coming inside. Food was already done when she went in but the shake did not get ready until she walked inside and he started making it. He proceeds to bag up the items and seal them even though she says it’s not necessary. He returns to her that he has to do it, since they can get flagged if they get secret shopped. Despite him saying this, when she gets home; there is no second drink. Being in customer service, this floors me that he would mention corporate standards to a customer and not fully complete the order. I return myself after this ordeal to get the drink. I come inside to see two workers clearing doing a task. No greeting. I stand there a solid 30 seconds before one of the workers tells me “someone will be with your shortly”. The guy who I assume made the previous shake is making a shake again. He turns after finishing and asks what can he get for me. I tell him I had a mobile order and it was missing the drink. He stares at me blankly before asking what it was. I tell him it was a medium drink and he hands me a cup and I go to get it myself, after saying thanks. Besides asking what the item was, there was nothing told to me in the means of condolence. I wasn’t expecting an apology, but at least a decent experience. Either get more staffing for this location or get better management. There is always an issue with the orders when we go for one reason or another, and for an employee to mention secret shopping to a customer screams that the standards are not about customer service, it’s about corporate metrics.

There is a pathetic amount of sauerkraut, a hilariously small hot dog, my shake was wrong (for some reason gummy worms were added to it) plus the mustard I added AND fries from the combo were missing. Frankly I'm insulted you think this is acceptable. I could buy a pack of hot dogs, pack of buns, mustard and sauerkraut for about the same price as this one dog. If I ever decide to try this place again I'll update the score if the other food is better but right now I'm utterly dissatisfied and disappointed.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. Considering how many employees were around and the empty parking lot on a Sunday, I expected much better service. There was no wait in line, but the wait at the window was incredibly long. How does a hot dog and a frosty drink cost over $12 by themselves? There were so many employees standing around, and hardly any customers. I ended up spending $40 for a burger meal, a kids' meal, a hot dog, and a drink, and the food left me with a stomachache. We took our food to a local park, only to realize there were no napkins, no fry sauce, and no straw. I won’t be recommending this place. I visited years ago and thought it would be a great stop on our way to Bear Creek, but I was definitely wrong.

Rude! Don’t acknowledge when you walk through the door.. the young black girl and white guy with glasses was just talking to each other and never said anything to me. Just rude!!

First and last time going here. Can someone please explain to me how I'm supposed to eat this without destroying my truck's interior and also how 2 of them were $14? No fork included. Customer service nonexistent. Took way too long at the speaker when I was the only one in line. I could literally make 10 chili dogs at home for around $6 and they'd taste better and would actually be put together.
