Opinions de The Pour Shack Keller
This was our first time here. Jeep/car show event was going on so a lot of people. It took quite a while to get our food. Our server was friendly and kept up informed about our food. We understood a lot was going on and it was okay. The food was good and Hot. We will be back in the future.
Such a fun place! We went to see Incognito and they rocked our faces off. So much fun!
Not gonna lie, their old menu was mostly garbage (and hard to read). But! Their new one is really nice and I can definitely see myself coming back for not just the live music, but also the food. I got the chicken sandwich and it, while a little hard to eat because it was big, was really good.
If you want a great burger this is a place to go the best burgers in Keller. Christina is a very efficient bartender very clean and very beautiful. Miranda also is a very clean bartender very efficient and very beautiful. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. To be honest I wish I was there right now. Bronson Rock s love you too girl.
What a fun place! The Pour Shack was kind enough to let us host our Keller Class of '79 reunion there and we had a GREAT time! Our waitress was fantastic and so very patient with the whole group. We had plenty of room in the inside with plenty of room to spill out into the front parking lot and side courtyard. I didn't eat there but I saw some others who did and the food looked delicious! It was such a fun evening and a perfect spot for the crowd. Thank you Pour Shack!!
My son and I went to play pool. This place is huge. There is indoor/outdoor seating. We found the billiard tables and ordered a sample platter appetizer. The food was good. The server kept an eye on our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. We were there nearly 2 hours and had a great time.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food. You have to get the Texas Twinkies for an appetizer.
Fun place to hang out. Usually pretty good live bands. The service here has always been good the food I have had was never a let down. It's recelty changed owners and I have noticed a single hiccup in service. Hopefully it stays that way. I ride up there on the Thursday night bike nights and it's usually packed. It a good place to meet other bike riders and just swap stories. It's a must see for sure.
Went up there to see Rise against the machine. The service was great, the bartenders were friendly, and the drink prices weren't bad. I've been there several times. I will definitely be going back.
Harmony was a FANTASTIC bar GODDESS!!!!! It's such a nice place to sit and relax, or strike up an intelligent conversation!!! It's like your sitting outside, with the nice cool breeze, but under cover, out of the hot sun, and away from the traffic noise! Best of both worlds!
We came here to see Incognito play. We had a great time I was so surprised at how big it was. Great drink prices and the bartenders are awesome. Just wish the kitchen was a little bigger so they don't get backed up on the food orders. But other than that we all had a great time and will be back.
1st time there. Loved it. Very cool place. Food was good as was the service. I was being a good girl that night and didn't drink so can't speak for the drinks but I'm sure they great as well. Love the live music 🎶. Will definitely go back.
Food is sooo much better than before. Drinks are priced about par for the venue. Live band was really good. Our first round took a little long but the rest were spot on. Sat outside to enjoy a cigar and there are lots of fans to beat the heat. I'll return for sure.
Great food. Great service. And a really cool place to hang out at! The venue is set up really cool and unique, with what seems like a couple different bars and “sub-areas” like a pool room with sports TVs, a primary inside dining area next to a bar with TVs connecting to an outside dining area that’s set up like a miniature music venue with a stage, with a wide open and large door of course (kinda like a garage or hangar door), then another smaller bar room towards the front of the property, and finally some outside dining areas around the perimeter of the business facing the main sidewalk and street. Very open, very cool, and very friendly place to eat, drink, dine, and hang out at, that’s for sure!
Always have had a great time alone or with friends. Watching a game, playing pool, great bands, the menu is better. Great burgers and wings! Prices for food and drinks are not bad..and the staff are always great, friendly and good sense of humor. Just a fun place to hang out!
Over all Great Place. The food is amazing! The live music and no cover are another added bonus. Everyone is super friendly and fun. They make you feel like family!
It was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and fast. Attentive - 2 men looked like they were going to fight. Bouncers were able to calm everyone down without being physical. I felt safe. There were 2 bands. They were great.
If you like a bike friendly bar this is your spot! Food was good, bartender Chad was on point, it was a good vibe to celebrate my birthday.
Update: saw Live80 last night. Great night and no cover! Awesome fun. Back open again! This was our first time back since it has reopened and we went to see Metal Shop with some friends. It looks like they had the muddy parking lot section fenced off like they were going to doing something with it (hopefully pave it). Metal shop was on the indoor stage I guess so they can control the crowd and also charge cover. We were charged 10 bucks a person but the drinks were more reasonably priced this time. Love that the lead singer from Live80 did a guest appearance and sang one song. The crowd was a bit lighter than in the past maybe because people haven't figured out it's open again, or it could have been the cover charge. Now the cover charge was just for the area by the inside stage, and the rest of the place is open to no cover charge. I'm fine with the smaller crowd if it keeps some of the more sketchy folks out of there. The staff were pretty friendly and less attitude than before they shut down. Anyway, we all good time and will be back. Hope the cover comes down a little though.
I met a guy up there for a blind date, you could say. I just want to say this place he chose was an awesome environment, had great people, and very nice bartender. The wait staff was very attentive which made this date great. I still see this guy on occasion and would bring anyone I date in the future there. Keep up the great work guys..Great atmosphere. Good job.
I wish they would do more of the cool bands again. Still a great place to go. Food hasn't been good.
Always fun. If you have a table the waitresses are very slow and you have to pay close attention to your bill. I would not recommend a tab. Pay each drink as you get them. However a fun place to hang out with friends or dance. Great bands. I recommend going on a Vegas Star's night. Very fun band. Even the Dj on Friday is great.
Fun friendly place to hang out. Great music. Great motorcycle parking!!!
Great times when there. Owners r there having drinks w ya. I'll keep going back. Have watched good bands live and big enough to host benefits and parties. Good for all types of people and ages
We watch the dfw pro wrestling at the shack and it was great, the food is way beyond expectations and the drinks are on spot. I will definitely be going back to the neat place.
My type of place. Good music, good people, and cold beer. What more could you ask for. It's a nice big place, so if it gets a little too crowded for some, you can spread out and catch a breath. Overall, I can see how becoming a regular here would be like becoming part of the family. One last thing, if you get a chance to meet A.J., one of the owners tell him Charlie said "Shake it Off". He's not just a fan, I think he just might be the president of the Taylor Swift Fan club. All jokes aside, I can't wait to visit the area again just to have a few cold ones and enjoy some good live music.
Had a great time. This is a pretty cool bar.
Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE... FOOD,MUSIC, AND STAFF IS AMAZING!!! The picture is a mushroom so big they cut them in half season them and deep fried to "PERFECTION"... DROP BY THE POUR SHACK IF YOUR IN KELLER, TX... YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED...
As far as bars go, it's a nice place. Two different areas that are indoor. And a big outdoor space with a nice stage. The food is bar food, A little greasy but still good. The music was a little loud, but I guess I'm just getting old. 😂Service was phenomenal, loved our bartender. As a person that doesn't drink and hasn't been to a bar in a very long time, I'd have to say I had an enjoyable experience. My husband's coke was refilled often, and our food was made and brought out to us very quickly.
Didn't order food here so I can't comment on that. Was thinking a cover band would be playing and got midget wrestling instead! It was awesome, we had a great time! Service was great despite a packed bar and the crowd was fun. I'd go back again for sure.
Went here for the first time last Saturday and we absolutely loved it! Great sounding live music, professional and friendly staff. We will definitely be going back soon.
Super nice staff. Got a real biker/dive bar atmosphere. HUGE venue. With multiple stages in different rooms. Feels like 3 bars in 1. I bet live music there would make for a fun weekend wind-down. The single bathroom they have, with 1 stall, is probably a problem once the place fills up.
Caught So Long Goodnight at Pour Shack tonight and they absolutely crushed it—tight sound, solid energy, and a perfect dose of nostalgia. The bar staff was just as on point—fast, friendly, and they know how to mix a drink right. The venue overall has great vibes, but for live shows like this, a couple small changes could take it to the next level. Clearing out a few of the front tables would open up the floor for more crowd energy and movement—let the emo kids (and elder emos) live a little! Also, a screen with lyrics during certain songs would be a game changer for some good old-fashioned karaoke sing-alongs. One wild idea: a bike show mid-set would fit the aesthetic weirdly well and keep the energy high between acts. Can’t wait to catch the next show here—Pour Shack’s got something special.
Autumn is the best, one of the multiple reasons my friends and I frequent. Seriously the atmosphere is amazing food is amazing and autumn is the best bartender in all Fort Worth.
Perfect little "dive" bar with good food and great service. Bike parking only up front is a bonus.
Great people! Great prices. Always a good time.
Great place to meet and talk to some wonderful folks. Plenty of steel tip darts boards and pool tables. Prices seem to be more than fare. Food is outstanding and serving sizes are outstanding.
This is my favorite bar. Always good service and always a fun time.
Will always be Bronson to me, still similar in many ways, still a lot of the same faces. The service is always pretty good, the food is definitely above average considering most joints that have bike nights & are somewhat biker orientated, including a few healthier items on the menu. I usually order the Grilled Chicken Caeser Wrap, it comes with your choice of side, including vegetables if you so choose, as I usually do, since it's about the only time I think to eat something like roasted broccoli and carrots instead of fries or tots. Today I went with the fries tho, they are great and I detailed and tightened all the critical fasteners on Lola. The drinks are good, decent poors @ decent prices, especially on the nights with $3 Crown & down. Always an interesting time & pretty family friendly during the day or early evening. Sometimes the place is fairly busy all weekend, other times, like today, a hot day at the end of September, you may be the only person there.
I love coming to Hollywood's Pour Shack. Everyone I've met is so welcoming. The bar tenders Oksana and Autumn are on their game. It gets pretty busy and they are attentive. The food is always on point, my favorites are the gluten free pizza and potato skins 🤤 I love the free music and the vibe is great.
Love this place, started coming here recently and they have absolutely made me feel like family not just another patron. The bartender are great, the food is amazing and there is always a lot to of events going on. Truly recommend coming here
Omg!!! So I never leave reviews but this place is absolutely to awesome not to!!! Great people, great service def coming back!!! Everyone is so personable and makes you fit in good music, great vibes DEF WORTH CHECKING OUT!!!
Dive-bar atmosphere, two stages given the bi-polar Texas weather. The wait-staff are on-point! I was at a different establishment nearby earlier in the evening and was passed by multiple times with an empty glass, and at this place was never without one. Definitely recommend!
We love the Pour Shack, especially Autumn and Megan! We are treated like family there. We have gone for the Music Trivia and the Wednesday night Trivia and have the best time. The weekend live music is great!
While I don't go here for the food it is among the best in keller. The service is second to none! This place puts on some of the best life shows in dfw... its the place to be for rock in town! The atmosphere is unique weather you're a rocker or a country man there's a seat for you! I feel like ive been around the world here and its amazing, fun and if one of the girls says anything to you. Its probably your time to go lol. Its an unquestionable social environment. I hope yall enjoy this place!
I love the venue because there are multiple stages with great acoustics. I enjoy the atmosphere because it feels like I’m at a music festival. I can wear cat ears or whatever and it’s totally fine. You can be straight or gay. There is only one Hollywood’s Pour Shack and I’m a fan!
We met some friends for trivia last night! First of all Megan the bartender is hands down the best bartender we have ever had at any restaurant/bar! She provided excellent service to everyone in the bar with a smile and made sure we were all taken care of without skipping a beat! She is a real gem to have at your bar! The place was full of people, everyone was having a good time & the atmosphere is great! The trivia was fun and the music was great!! we will be back!!! Highly recommend the burger or wings!!!!
Me and my husband ate there for our first time and we absolutely loved the place. The food was delicious and you can tell it was definitely homemade from Scratch. Hollywood the owner was fabulous!! He goes around and makes everyone feel welcomed and happy!!! My husband loved the karaoke they gave on Sundays nights. We will definitely be back!!! Bringing every one of our friends with us!!! The bartender she is absolutely fantastic!!! Very friendly and she made the homemade soup. It was perfect and hit the spot!! I will definitely be back just to have a bowl or two or 3 that delicious soup. The homemade meatloaf was the best I have ever tasted in my life. Can't wait to try everything on the menu!!!
Walked in here around 11:00 on a beautiful summer night and WOW am I glad I've been to prison a few times. This was like a step in the right direction back in time to growing up in biker bars and I can't believe it's about a mile from the house. These folks are about to see a lot of me. It's like being back on the yard! I love it! There are a lot more details that set it apart from anything even remotely close to Keller/Roanoke, but I don't want to ruin the fun.
This place is AWESOME!!! My band, CreeperUSA, played there for the first time and it was amazing! Indoor stage has great sound and plenty of room! Also a covered outside stage. The staff were great and very helpful. Met the manager and she's super cool! Great drink specials and the food is killer! Shout-out to the Native Son's MC for bringing us out! Definitely will be back there again!
Visited for the first time since the reopen a few weeks ago. Food was good, service was attentive and friendly, except for the older waitress who aggressively pursued us after we stepped away from her service area to another section. "Y"ALL HAVE TO PAY ME". Okay, okay, calm down we're right here. We were coming back and we didn't know we had to tab out any time we moved around in the same building, especially since we were coming back. They ran out of wine glasses and served my wine in rocks glasses. No biggie. Later when I ordered a shot, it was served in a large plastic tumbler. Funny, but not a deal breaker. They seem to be working hard to overcome the bad taste left by the previous management/ownership and they're doing a good job. We look forward to enjoying Bronson Rock shows, drink specials and food frequently.
For my first time there I enjoyed the place. It has several different areas to hang out in. The beer selection is a little lacking, but the food is amazing. I cannot say enough about the F-bombs! They were huge and really delicious. They also have waffle sweet potatoes fries that I tried, that were pretty good too. I would probably go back again.
Strong drinks at a reasonable price. Plenty of outdoor seating and the food has always been decent for bar food. They have live music most nights and the bands I’ve seen have been good and entertaining. Definitely a go to spot when visiting friends in the area.
Really cool venue with 3 small areas to choose from. The outdoor live music area in the front, the middle inside part that is like a normal restaurant and finally the inside live music area in the back. The bands that play there are always good. Everyone dances. It's considered a biker bar (I think) but all types of people go there. Drinks aren't cheap but they're good. The food is really tasty too!
Pour Shack is a cool place to go hang out with friends. When they have local bands playing on the stage, it's even better! The 2 waitresses were awesome, but way too many people for them. They worked their butts off. But, note to management, please get the facility updated as making sure all the fans on the patio are in working condition and all the strung lights are working and lit. Last night 8/12/22 was hot, no fans working, and half the lighs were burnt out. Get more waitresses! Thank you.
Good food, service was below average. Great place to hear live music. They just need to lower the volume of the music being played by the house band. It was too loud for a restaurant. The concert area for professional bands is nice, but once again the house music was just too loud.
I recently visited Pour Shack in Keller, TX, and my experience was quite positive. Here's a breakdown of my impressions: - **Ambiance:** The atmosphere at Pour Shack was welcoming and laid-back. - **Beverages:** The variety of beverages offered was impressive. From craft beers to specialty cocktails, there seemed to be something for everyone. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me choose a drink that suited my preferences. - **Service:** The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and willing to offer recommendations. I appreciated their promptness and willingness to accommodate our group. - **Food Options:** While I primarily went for the drinks, I did try some of the food options available. The menu offered a good selection, and the quality of the dishes was above average. - **Pricing:** The pricing at Pour Shack seemed reasonable for the quality of drinks and service provided. It felt like good value for the money spent. - **Overall Experience:** My overall experience at Pour Shack was enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a casual hangout spot or a place to unwind with friends, it ticks the boxes. I would recommend Pour Shack to those seeking a laid-back environment, diverse beverage options, and friendly service. I look forward to returning.
First off, the bartender/server Autumn was quick and polite she was great. The only issue I had was it is a smoke friendly bar. But you can't complain when the kitchen stays open as late as the bar does. I ordered their jumbo buffalo wings, pour shack poppers and a philly cheesesteak. Poppers were great. Wings were bigger than average size wings. I wouldn't call them jumbo, but they weren't small. This philly was good. It isn't the best I've had, but it is top ten in the area for now.
Not going to lie to you, the kitchen is not good. The burgers are decent. Anything that's fried is inconsistent and most time comes out undercooked. The most reliable best item on the menu in my opinion is the grilled chicken salad. The bartenders and drinks are great and reasonably priced though. I don't go there to eat. I go there for the camaraderie and for bar trivia. The atmosphere is very laid back and chill. Always a fun crowd. I think in the 10 or so years I've gone there I've seen one or two altercations.
A friend and I went to check out this place it was suppose to have a live band but was rained out. We were going to eat but the kitchen was already closed at 10:00 and it closed at 12 instead of 2am. But all in all it was still a great atmosphere. The bartender was really nice and very upbeat. I will be happy to give it another try when it isn't on week night or raining.
I've been a few times, and the staff is always nice, gives great suggestions when asked, but never pushy, and the music varies depending on the night. Sometimes, there is a great crowd other times, it's been a ghost town. Guess it depends on the band. Will be back for sure.
My first time. I went to watch the NBA game. They have different rooms, the room with the game was in the middle. In each "room" on either side there was a live band playing. Both of the bands were pretty good. But, when you are in the middle, you get both at once and it was not good. I went into each music room and it was much better. My waitress was friendly and efficient. I ordered chips and queso. The queso was good. Most of the chips were good too. There were a few chips that weren't edible. Maybe those chips were old, but they were as tough as shoe leather. I will still revisit with a different goal of listening to the live bands. There is an interesting crowd and a good mix of men and women to make it fun.
What can I say, we're regulars. Tuesdays for Bingo, and Fridays and Saturdays you'll find us playing pool. The staff is personable - Autumn, Megan, Oksana, etc. - if you remember them? They'll remember you! Seriously, our drinks are ready before we settle into a seat. Regulars welcome new faces (if you behave... leave your fight club & drama at home). Our college kids even enjoy hanging out with us here. The bands are great. The events (granted, we bring the Naughty Santa every December) are fun. It took a while (maybe a few months) to make this our home hangout, but after trying out other venues, nothing within 20 miles has the character (or characterS) that The Pour Shack does.
Great food! Good atmosphere. Love this place. They have lots to do on different days. Live music, trivia night, all sorts of stuff. Highly recommend. Double stacked burgers are hard to finish because they're so big.
Went to see a band we like "Incognito". Venue has a couple of sitting areas with a stage for a band. One inside and one outside. Has a nice little bar area with pool tables. The food was pretty good and the service was good sine the place was crowded due to the band being there. The drinks were very good and not watered down like some places. The Pour Shack does need to address their electrical system there were a few loud pops from the system which concerned some patrons. I believe this was an overload issue because of the bands equipment. The band was good but we were disappointed because of the female singer not being there. We have followed the band for years and they always put on one hell of a show. Not so much this time, the vibe was different.
A little smoky for my taste. Service was great was there for a tribute band that was awesome. Didn’t have dinner there so I cannot comment on the food. Great place to hang out if you don’t mind the smoke. Would have giving it a higher rating if it wasn’t for that.
Good place to hang out. Tuesday lunch special is awesome. They just raised prices on drinks, go go elsewhere occasionally now. Kelsey is an awesome bartender. Always have a good experience when she's working. Very engaging and attentive!
The music was great, and the service was lacking for sure. I ordered one drink that was very reasonable $6.+ I payed with a $20 told her to keep the rest for a tip. She never came back. I had to ask for a water back, and I tipped $10 for the water, and she never came back?
Been a few times, heard that it was much better back in the day with different types of concerts and music/ a better mixed crowd. Tried to go a few times with some girls and they kind of iffy. We love dive bars but just would love to see different nights host other things for the residents around like back in the olden days. None the less good drinks!
Food and service leave a lot to be desired. Food is bland and definitely not made from fresh. Service was mediocre at best on a slow week night. More local beers should be on tap--especially when there is a brewery right down the street, less than 5 miles away. This was once a go-to place for burgers. Unfortunately, times have changed. Unlikely ever to go back.
We were here for the Burlesque and Blues night. The band and the dancers were fantastic! Super entertaining show!! The service was absolutely awful. The waitress had no clue where the orders were supposed to go (even though she's the one who took them) and spent most of her time walking around clueless about where to put the food/drinks. The Pour Shack does a great job of booking awesome entertainment, but definitely eat somewhere else before you go to the show.
Before COVID-19 (2019), a group of us came here for lunch where the food tasted great, and service was as you expected for lunch (good). The first time I came back after COVID-19 for a live music event...the place changed for worse. Food is greasy, and there is a lack of service. Not enough employees to handle the crowd during the live music event. No Employee to clean anything from tables to spilled drinks on floor. Menu have much lower price for items than what actually charged. Bring cash, or they charge for card usage. One bartender to manage the bar, all food orders, and delivery of food for the live event. No sign of Management around to help with Live Music Event.
A Thurs evening about 5pm. Not much of a crowd. 4 tables at most. Waitress brought us drinks, and we ordered our food. 15 minutes later, she asks if we'd like to order. Out the door we went!!
If you plan on going here to eat and have drinks do you not be surprised that their kitchen is not open the same hours as there business hours. I waited 45 minutes after making my order for pizza to be told that their kitchen will not be opened for another three hours. After being hustle A few bottle beers they cost $4.50 each I realized I could’ve got to 22 ounces at Twin Peaks or Boomerjacks and already had food on my table. And the same would have happened at most any of their other competitors. I’ve going to pour shack on and off for years the live music and weekend afternoon events not too bad but not to great either. I clearly see why the majority of the time I show up there most of your tables and chairs are vacant. In the same 6 to 12 people that are there on a regular are usually the only ones that ever show up and give that place a pulse. Your beers overprice kitchen is never open when you would hope it would be. Like ya know their open hours. An it usually takes forever to get it anyways and by then someone is blowing cigarette in your face while you are trying to eat it. Not really worth it. If you go you’re going for over priced drink and to be able to smoke while you do so. That’s pretty much it.
I went here last night. My total was $18.01. I check my account this morning and they ran my card for $58.01. Watch your cards people.
Its amazing. ..the bartender drinks on shift! I ordered a drink. Guess it made her mad. She said HOLD ON rudely. Then decided to walk around the bar and deliver 3 shots to her friends. Then argue .. Then come back around and drink with them. Check your cameras. AT 1840. So don't come here if you want good service... you will be ignored so she can drink. Lady with long dark hair... I have my tabc.. I know it's illegal to drink.on the clock... your manager should address this. Or if I see it again maybe tabc will be called. You can't sever safely if you're intoxicated yourself! Take your job seriously.
Make sure to get your tetanus shot before entering this bar.
If you love live music this is the place to be, however, they don't have good customer service, i waited on 9/13/25 for almost 35 minutes for a waitress to get an order. We had 3 people from our table go seek help! Only regulars were getting served all around us! They do NOT keep up thier equipment, chairs with seats falling apart, old worn out tables, long wait times, for food. I the band you came to see performs elsewhere, wait and go there. Pour shack isn't a good place...at all.
went for a show(micro maidens) was put in to a small standing room with a short stage. paid $60 to c nothing but the back of someones head. best part of the night was leaving. been hear once before for food and music, that time was great but after this cash grab experience i well never return
Horrible experience. Staff is RUDE. Tried to order a mocktail, they looked at me like I had 3 heads. Was told they could NOT make the non alcoholic cocktail. It's the same MINUS the alcohol!! Won't EVER be back.
I was there on 12/05/2025 to watch the band. I paid cash for a mixed drink, was bought a shot of Jameson by the supplier. As the band was warming up I ordered fries at $ 4.00. I was told it was mandatory to open a tab and provided my visa, I rounded the close out my tab with a tip @ &10. I find in review of my account was charged that $10. Three times. Your fries are not worth $30. I want a refund for overcharging my card. Your phone does not work.
Well this looks like it would have been a happen in place. I just got off of work I had to work all day a double. I didn't even get a meal break. I found this place on Google and it says the kitchen is open as long as they're open and that they're supposed to be open until 2:00 a.m.. I walked in and went to sit down and some blonde girl what's a long ponytail wearing what I think was leather tells me that they're closed. It's 1230 at night and I'm desperate for something to eat that's not fast food. I was really hoping for meatloaf or chicken fried steak mashed potatoes gravy. I guess if I'm in the neighborhood I know we're not to go find food. The funny part here is the review say that if they're open the kitchen's open apparently that's not true.
⚠️ I would advise not running a tab at The Pour Shack. I stopped in for a beer on Saturday, November 1st, 2025. I ordered 1 beer. I was there all of about 15 minutes before deciding to go down to shotzees. The next morning I had a charge for $36.14 from The Pour Shack. Either this establishment sells the most expensive Miller Lite or their moral compass is broken. ⚠️
I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience at Pour Shack in Keller on 8/18 around 8:40 PM was so disappointing that I feel the need to speak up. We sat down expecting a simple night out — some drinks, some conversation, the kind of thing you’d think any bar would be able to handle. Instead, we were treated like we didn’t even exist. The bartender on duty never greeted us, never made eye contact, never acknowledged our presence in any way. For nearly 40 minutes, she stood around laughing, socializing, and carrying on conversations while we sat there completely ignored. There wasn’t even a quick “I’ll be with you in a minute.” Nothing. Just silence. That kind of disregard is not only unprofessional, it’s downright insulting to customers who made the effort to come in, sit down, and give this place business. After waiting far longer than anyone reasonably should, we finally gave up and walked out. Bars and restaurants live and die by their service, and in this case, the message we got loud and clear was that new customers don’t matter. That’s unacceptable. If Pour Shack values its reputation and wants to retain patrons, the owner needs to take a hard look at who is being trusted to represent the establishment. Staff should be attentive, approachable, and at the very least acknowledge people sitting at the bar. I’m writing this not just to vent, but to call on management to step up. This kind of service drives people away for good. If the owner cares about Pour Shack’s future, then training, accountability, and higher standards of hospitality need to be enforced immediately. Otherwise, it won’t just be us walking out — it’ll be every first-time guest who realizes they’re wasting their time in a place that doesn’t care about its customers. Until real changes are made, we won’t be back.
